I see that the "Innovation Value Institute (IVI) at National
University of Ireland (NUI) Maynooth" have introduced "the IT
Capability Maturity Framework (IT-CMF)".
"The IT-CMF provides a concise management roadmap to optimize business
value derived from IT investments. This unique framework has been
proven to deliver greater business value from IT while reducing the
complexity of IT choices for CIOs."

Optimize-IT-Value.htm
Does anyone have any insight into this? From the brief description it
seems to resemble ISACA's Val-IT and have similar goals and scope.
(But, despite the name, not so much the Dutch IT Service CMM.) It
originates from Intel
but the few web references I can find are strictly academic papers.
