This group is for technicians, system builders and IT personnel to discuss and implement Microsoft solutions on Intel platforms. If you are, or really want to be, a Professional Geek, you are in the right place.

This is not an advertising portal. It is not a Mac vs. Windows discussion area. It is not where one goes to pass the time away. This is a place where hardware meets software in a real world scenerio. We are here to solve real problems, not argue about the pro's or con's of a given product. Take these tired debates elsewhere. Don't bore us.

We appreciate good humor. We do not appreciate flaming. We prefer that subject matter be kept on-topic. This is not a chat room. We will not tolerate sexual or hate content and we will not discuss personal matters or biases.

We welcome users and developers who deal with private and commercial systems, small and large. We also support legacy systems. After all, Windows still has some DOS at the very core of things.

We will discuss news on the cutting edge of technical high end markets. Everyone is expected to participate. We will treat each other with respect and sincerity.

We will work together to make the WinTel world a better place where real work gets done. We will also help to make sure that end users get what they paid for: a machine that works right!
