On the evening of january 21st, a tornado swept throuhg Peer, in the east of
Belgium.
Damage path was narrow and long, with some roofs half damaged, the other
half being ok. A small pickup truck was displaced for 2 meters, and some
walls/roofs collapsed. At first I thought of a downburst, but nearly all
evidence and atmospheric conditions and radar data favour a tornado, not a
downburst.

A tornado swept away today in the 10 morning the village Zeygaraki of
municipality Arakynthoy Etoloakarnania, where were eradicated trees,
uperooted roofs and piles of NATIONAL ELECTRICAL COMPANY the region
has remained without power, while damage has been caused in the
agriculturals. Garages of Prefecture, firefighting and police try to
clean the road network from the fallen trees, which crashed six cars
but also they register the damage.
