The EuroForth registration form is now available from the conference web site:
Official arrival time for the conference is 12.15 on Friday 23 November, and the main conference will finish at 4.00pm on Sunday 25th November. The optional additional day will finish at 1.30 (i.e. after lunch) on Monday 26th
The first "event" after arrival on Friday is lunch, followed by registration. Presentations start at 2.30pm.
Flexibility:
There are some options on the registration form to give you some flexibility with travel times.
If you are going to arrive slightly late on the Friday we can keep a cold lunch waiting for you.
If you would like to arrive the previous evening (Thursday 22nd November) this is ok too. There will be a small extra cost for your evening meal, accomodation and breakfast.
Taxis from the station: at present we are proposing to organise taxis to meet the following
direct trains from the Frankfurt Airport Regional Station (the one inside the airport).
