and plans for sharing taxis to the Schloss:
A good travel route for EuroForth delegates arriving from
outside of Germany is to take the train from Frankfurt Airport
in the direction of Saarbrucken and alight at Neubrucke.
There are two train stations at Frankfurt airport, called
Regionalbanhof (regional station) and Fernbahnof (far station).
The Regional station is the best to use as it has direct trains
to Neubrucke. They take 1 hour 34 minutes and the fare is
38 DM single. They run every two hours.
From Neubrucke station the taxi fare to the Schloss is 60 DM
so we will try to share taxis. For now, we will try to organise the
taxis for getting to the Schloss.
I suggest taxis to meet these trains:
Thursday:
depart Frankfurt 17.38 arrive Nuebrucke 19.12
Friday:
depart Frankfurt 09:38, arrive Neubrucke 11:12
depart Frankfurt 11.38, arrive Neubrucke 13:12
Cold lunch will be kept for 13.12 arrivals.
A taxi can take 4 people. If more than 4 delegates plan to arrive by the same train we can order a minibus (price 80DM).
