Reply to Richard Boylan: The Tall Whites and 'Aggressive Behavior'

I wish to respond to Richard Boylan's reply to my analysis of
Charles Hall's description of the Tall White extraterrestrials
described in his three book series, Millennial Hospitality (see his
reply below). Boylan refers to my analysis of the motivations of the
tall whites as "blatant race-baiting and fear-propaganda." It is
unfortunate that Boylan uses such dismissive terms to respond to my
exposition of the behavior of the tall whites as described by
Charles Hall himself in the first two volumes of his book series. My
analysis was based on passages extracted from Millennial Hospitality
itself so the reader can make judgments themselves based on what
Charles Hall experienced and wrote (see
http://www.exopolitics.org/Exo-Comment-22.htm ). I outline the
context of various interactions and then used Charles Halls own
words to describe what occurred. For example, Hall was threatened
with death if he in some way interfered with the plans by the tall
Whites as described in the following conversation with a tall White
who was guarding a procession of tall Whites while Hall was present:

"Then the Guard said forcefully, "You know that if anything goes
wrong with this plan we can kill you any time we want to." Standing
my ground still shaking in fear, I replied, "Yes, but I haven't'
given you any reason to kill me. Anyway, you haven't killed me yet
so you are probably not going to." The guard smiled and
replied, "You are quite right. We could have killed you in the shack
the other night if we wanted to." Then he turned and walked back to
the procession. Stopping for a minute near the shorter woman he
said: "See. Now he knows for sure that we will kill him if anything
ever goes wrong." (Millennial Hospitality, vol 2, p. 113.)

I find it disturbing that Boylan would not directly address the
incidents that I identified in my analysis which are quite clear
that the tall whites behave in a very militaristic and aggressive
manner. He accused me of misconstruing Hall's accounts of the tall
white's behavior, yet in contrast to my direct quotes of Hall with
detailed references, Boylan instead only paraphrased Hall's
accounts. Boylan's methodology is quite suspect here.

Boylan is intent on promoting the idea of the Tall Whites as
friendly and trustworthy, and tries to justify the intimidation and
violence used by tall whites on US servicemen. Boylan for examples
writes how the tall whites "'fell in love with' Charles Hall's
steady and gentle ways and brought their children to play in his
presence." While this is accurate to a degree, it overlooks the
harsh treatment that Hall himself could anytime be subjected to if
he inadvertently harmed, scared or disrupted the tall whites. For
example, even after Hall saved the lives of a tall white child and a
tall white guard, Hall was himself could be killed for disrupting
the plans of the all whites as described in the above quote. Indeed,
he eventually was shot by a tall white, and suffered severe internal
bleeding as he described in his third volume which he confirmed in
an interview with me (see http://www.exopolitics.org/Exo-Comment-
23.htm ).

Boylan questions my analysis and fidelity to Charles Hall account,
and says that the tall whites were justified in using violence
against trigger happy servicemen who reflected that aggressive
mentality in the 1960s. Yet Charles Hall never described any
incidents where any of the military serviceman intimidated,
threatened or injured by the tall whites ever had or used weapons on
the tall whites. The closest instance was when a servicemen
mistakenly threw a stone at a tall white child that he thought was a
coyote (for quote to this see http://www.exopolitics.org/Exo-Comment-
22.htm . Hall himself was never armed, yet he too was eventually
fired upon by the tall whites by their pencil weapons.

Boylan also objects to my description of the tall whites `stalking'
servicemen, yet this is exactly what Hall repeatedly describes in
his book where the tall whites sneaked up on servicemen to observe
them at close range, to rummage through the personal effects, or to
see how they would react to the presence of the tall whites. In most
of these cases, the servicemen were severely traumatized and simply
wanted to be left alone by the tall whites who regularly visited the
sleeping barracks of the servicemen. Indeed, Hall describes having
to rescue one of his friends who was being intimidated in this way
when the tall whites visited his friend's sleeping quarters on the
base. It should be pointed out that this was not near the area the
tall white frequented, and it appeared that the tall whites enjoyed
seeing the reaction of servicemen who were unprepared for them.

Boylan's reply to my analysis is consistent with his general
approach of not accepting evidence of hostile behavior by
extraterrestrial races visiting the Earth. He reduces all evidence
of hostile behavior to it either being a result of Military
Abductions (MILABs) or `experiencers' negative projections based on
unresolved childhood traumas (see http://www.exopolitics.org/Exo-
Comment-11.htm ). Boylan continues to attack those who cite such
evidence of hostile extraterrestrial behavior
as `disinformationists' as is apparent in this latest communication
by him. I believe that it is importance to stick to the evidence as
is apparent in the Charles Hall testimony and stop misconstruing
this to suit one's own agenda that all extraterrestrials are
friendly advanced beings here to help humanity evolve. I have shown
in a detailed report that the motivations of extraterrestrials are
quite varied as detailed in extensive whistleblower/contactee

Finally Boylan resorts to general insults and says: "Unfortunately,
Salla is out of his league, totally lacking the proper professional
education, training and experience to engage in behavioral science
research with experiencers." Ignoring the intended insult, Boylan
unintentionally raises an important point here. Who is most
qualified to deal with the testimony of an `experiencer'
or `contactee' such as Charles Hall? Is it the clinical psychologist
whose training is provide therapies for those experiencing
psychological issues as a result of their experiences with
extraterrestrials, or is it the political scientist who is able to
use the testimony of `experiencers/contactees' to gain a better
understanding of the motivations and activities of extraterrestrial
races from a public policy perspective?

I make no claim to any competency when it comes to the therapy of
those experiencing psychological problems as a result of interaction
with extraterrestrials. However, I am a trained political scientist
who has held full time academic appointments dealing with key issues
in international politics. Richard Boylan has no competency in the
field of international politics and has never held a full time
academic appointment in any branch of political science. His
background is that of clinical psychologist so he is most capable of
assisting experiencers requesting psychological therapy or guidance,
rather than making informed political analysis of the
extraterrestrial presence. I believe that exopolitics requires a
multidisciplinary approach to the study of extraterrestrials, yet
this multidisciplinary approach will need to be grounded in some
competency in political science. It would be wise for Richard Boylan
to collaborate with those who do have competency in political
science to assist him in better understanding the full range of
extraterrestrial motivations, and avoid propagandistic positions
based on uncritically supporting extraterrestrial races whose
behavior requires cautioun on the part of global humanity.

Friends,

Recently Michael Salla has attacked Charles Hall's report on the Tall
Whites Star Visitors resident at the Nellis Air Force Base
Range in central Nevada, U.S. Salla also attacks the Tall Whites with
the kind of blatant race-baiting and fear-propaganda we have become
too
familiar with in the disinformation-laden field of UFO/Star Visitor
information.
I think that people who read Charles Hall's trilogy can
draw their own conclusions, but since Salla has not, he is
hardly in a position to pontificate about the three-set
account.
As is in keeping with his propaganda style, he
selectively extracts fragments of the story while ignoring
the overall context, and then pastes these fragments
together to try to bolster his preconceived conclusion and
anti-Star Visitors bias.
For example, the understandable wariness of the Tall
Whites Star Visitors, who have been attacked by U.S.
servicemen in the past, becomes "stalking". Really! Salla
should be writing lurid detective novels.
In keeping with his propagandistic thrust, he accuses
the Tall Whites of "arrogance" and "contempt for humans". If
Salla had bothered to read the complete account before
shooting off his mouth, he might have read where Hall
relates how a number of the Tall Whites "fell in love with"
Charles Hall's steady and gentle ways and brought their
children to play in his presence. ut such charming anecdotes
don't serve Salla's pre-ordained propaganda agenda. Salla
even throws in a gratuitous swipe at the Zeta Reticulans,
saying that the Tall Whites are "arrogant and contemptuous"
"like the Tall Greys."
Salla seems to be on a bid to become a galactic white
supremacist. He takes offense that more advanced
civilizations might consider the humans they meet as more
primitive, prone to violence and needing to be cautious
around. Salla seems offended that the Tall Whites weren't
impressed with the trigger-happy, violence-prone humans they
met, and regarded them as a more primitive species. In fact,
servicemen in the Sixties were often racist and
violence-prone, recruited and trained to be warriors. And
they were not given any orientation to the interstellar
neighbors they might encounter on the Nellis Air Force
Range. After dealing with scores of such servicemen, the
Tall Whites concluded that the only thing these primitive
hot-heads understood was threat of deadly force.
Salla misinterprets another section where a Tall White
tells a General that Charles Hall's behavior is exemplary,
but that some of his other airmen tend to panic. Since the
airmen are usually armed, Hall being an exception, naturally
if the panicked airmen reached for their sidearms, the Tall
Whites would have had to use their energy weapons in
self-defense. True to form, Salla twists this around into a
misinterpretation that the Tall Whites are trigger-happy and
murderous. In a pending shoot-out by panicky airmen, the
Whites do not have time for a gradual stunning action to set
in and would have no option but to set their weapons to a
lethal energy range. Salla of course ignores the fact that
the Tall Whites do not seek out such potential
confrontations and generally keep clear of airmen on the
range. Salla also ignores the the Tall Whites were in
residence at that part of Nevada first, and had a standing
agreement with the Pentagon that they got to remain there
undisturbed and safe.
Salla also takes offense that the Tall Whites utilize a
consciousness-subduing force field generator on a human when
they feel in danger from the human. Salla sees this as
"controlling". One wonders what Salla's evaluation is of a
police officer using handcuffs on a dangerous detainee. Too
"controlling"?
Salla carefully leaves out White's central comment from
the
principal spokesperson for the Tall Whites that all they
want is for
people to accept them and like them, and not to attack them.
Salla, based on reading only a portion of Hall's books,
feels free to advocate caution in dealing with the Tall
Whites. He clearly has his mind already made up and doesn't
need more reading to get it straight.
Salla's racist and paranoid view of Star Visitor races
is based on accepting uncritically the rampant
disinformation spread around the Internet and elsewhere. And
yet
then he accepts spurious "channelings" about other "Space
Brothers" as fact, and argues that the saccharine creative
utterances about these mean we should like them, but hate
and fear Tall Whites, "Greys", "reptilians" and whoever else
is Salla's outcast species-of-the-week.
Unfortunately, Salla is out of his league, totally
lacking the proper professional education, training and
experience to engage in behavioral science research with
experiencers. Thus he misapplies his amateur and prejudiced
conclusions to make sweeping generalizations that work to
poison interstellar relations in the minds of any
unfortunate enough to take his pseudo-analysis seriously.
It is also typical that Salla condemns an experiment I
fostered to have scores of remote viewers on my e-lists
reach out to the Tall Whites. Uniformly hese remote viewers
reported loving and gentle reception from the Tall Whites.
But Salla doesn't wait to hear how the experiment went.
He wouldn't want to confuse his mind with the facts.
