  Ike and the Alien Ambassadors

   Fifty  years ago tomorrow -- on Feb. 20, 1954 -- President Dwight
Eisenhower interrupted his vacation in Palm Springs, Calif., to make
a
secret nocturnal trip to a nearby Air Force base to meet two
extraterrestrial aliens.

  Or maybe not. Maybe Ike just went to the dentist. There's some
dispute
about this.

  The Ike-met-with-ETs theory is advanced by Michael Salla, a former
American University professor who now runs the Peace Ambassador
Program at
AU's Center for Global Peace.

  The Ike-went-to-the-dentist theory is advanced by the folks at the
Dwight D. Eisenhower Library in Abilene, Kan. And by James M.
Mixson, a
dentist, professor of dentistry and historian of presidential dental
work.

  Just to make things more intriguing: On the night in question, the
Associated Press reported this: "Pres. Eisenhower died tonight of a
heart
attack in Palm Springs."

   Two minutes later, the AP retracted that bulletin and reported
that
Ike was still alive.

  Indeed, Ike was alive. And he continued living until 1969. But in
the
decades since his death, his activities on the night of Feb. 20,
1954,
have become fodder for strange theories about alien beings.

  Some facts are beyond dispute: Eisenhower was on a golf vacation in
Palm Springs on Feb. 20, 1954. After dinner that night, he made an
unscheduled departure from the Smoking Tree Ranch, where he was
staying. The
next morning, he attended a church service in Los Angeles. Also that
morning, his spokesman announced to the press that Ike had visited a
dentist the previous night because he'd chipped a tooth while eating
a
chicken wing at dinner.

   Salla, who has a PhD in government from the University of
Queensland
in his native Australia, doesn't believe it. He figures the dentist
trip is just a cover story. He believes Ike went to Edwards Air
Force
Base, where he met with two ETs with white hair, pale blue eyes and
colorless lips.

  These aliens -- nicknamed "Nordics" in UFO circles because they
resemble Scandinavian humans -- traveled to Edwards from another
solar system
in a flying saucer and, Salla says, they spoke to Eisenhower.

  "There was telepathic communication," says Salla, 45, as he sits in
his suburban Falls Church living room. "It's as though you're
hearing a
person but they're not speaking."

  The "Nordics" offered to share their superior technology and their
spiritual wisdom with Ike if he would agree to eliminate America's
nuclear
weapons.

  "They were afraid we might blow up some of our nuclear technology,"
Salla says, "and apparently that does something to time and space
and it
impacts on extraterrestrial races on other planets."

  Ike declined the ETs' offer, Salla says, because he did not want to
give up the nukes.

  Sometime later in 1954, Ike reached a deal with another race of
extraterrestrials, known as the "Greys" -- allowing them to capture
earthling
cattle and humans for medical experiments, provided that they
returned
the humans safely home. Since then, Salla says, the "Greys" have
kidnapped "millions" of humans.

  Salla, author of "The Hero's Journey Toward a Second American
Century," published his ET theories in his new book, "Exopolitics:
Political
Implications of the Extraterrestrial Presence" and in an article on
his
"Exopolitics" Web site (www.exopolitics.org).

   For much of the '90s, Salla studied conflict resolution and tried
unsuccessfully to apply that knowledge to prevent war in East Timor
and
the Balkans, he says. Frustrated, he began looking for an
extraterrestrial connection to human misery and, he says, he found
evidence of ET
visitations -- including the Ike encounter -- on the Internet.

  "There's a lot of stuff on the Internet," he says, "and I just went
around and pieced it together."

  Meanwhile, he taught at the School of International Service at
American University. In 2003 he founded the university's Peace
Ambassador
Program, described on the AU Web site as a "summer program that
combines
study, meditative practices, and prayer ceremonies at selected
Washington
DC sites aimed at promoting individual self-empowerment and Divine
Governance in Washington DC."

  Salla stresses that his ET research is not connected with his work
at
AU's Center for Global Peace. The folks at the Center for Global
Peace
are also quite eager to stress that fact.

  "The research that Michael Salla is doing is not research that he
is
conducting on behalf of the center or in collaboration with the
center,"
says Betty Sitka, associate director of the Center for Global Peace.
"This is his own personal research."

  Meanwhile, the question remains: Did Ike really meet with ETs 50
years
ago?

  "Not to our knowledge," says Jim Leyerzapf, an archivist at the
Eisenhower Library. "There's nothing in the archives that indicates
that."

  Then Leyerzapf bursts out laughing.

  He has heard this theory before. "We've had so many requests on
that
subject that we have a person who specializes in this."

  That person is archivist Herb Pankratz.

  "He specialized in transportation," Leyerzapf says, "and we decided
to
add UFOs to that. He does trains, planes, automobiles -- and flying
saucers."

  The library fielded dozens of questions about the alleged Ike-ET
meeting in the late '80s and early '90s, when several UFO books
advanced the
theory, Pankratz says.

  "It's interesting how these stories have changed," Pankratz noted
in
an e-mail. "Initially, the accounts claimed the President made a
secret
trip to Edwards Air Force Base to view the remains of aliens who had
crashed at Roswell, N.M., in 1947. Later stories then claimed he had
actually visited with live aliens."

  Pankratz doesn't buy either theory. He believes the dentist story,
and
he cites James Mixson, the dental historian and professor at the
University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Mixson's
article "A
History of Dwight D. Eisenhower's Oral Health" -- published in the
November 1995 issue of the Bulletin of the History of Dentistry --
is the
definitive work on Ike's teeth.

  Citing the U.S. surgeon general's records on Ike's medical and
dental
history, opened to researchers in 1991, Mixson reported that on the
fateful night of Feb. 20, 1954, Ike chipped the porcelain cap of his
"upper left central incisor" and it was repaired by Dr. Francis A.
Purcell.

  Alas, Purcell is unavailable for comment. He died in 1974,
according
to Pankratz.

  "The lack of a dental record from Purcell's office," Mixson wrote,
"has helped fuel belief in this UFO encounter."

  But, Mixson quickly added, "the President had well-documented
difficulties with this crown."

  Indeed, the crown, which was installed in July 1952, was chipped
and
repaired in December 1952, the February in question, and again in
July
1954, when the president's dentist, Col. James M. Fairchild,
replaced it
with a "thin cast gold/platinum thimble crown."

  That may be more than you wanted to know about Ike's dental work.
If
not, Mixson goes on at some length, quoting a long, lyrical passage
written by Fairchild on this troublesome presidential incisor.

  Meanwhile, there's another perplexing question: Why did the AP
report
that Ike died that night?

  "Somebody was fooling around and it went out," Pankratz says. "It
wasn't supposed to go out but it did."

  Ike never made any public statement about meeting ETs, Pankratz
says.
But did he perhaps spill the beans to his family? Ike's son, John
S.D.
Eisenhower, is a retired Army brigadier general and author of
several
books on history, including "General Ike: A Personal Reminiscence."

  Asked via e-mail if his father had ever mentioned meeting with
aliens,
Eisenhower responded with a short but emphatic reply: "No." He
declined
to comment further.

Greetings All, this is to let you know that the information about my
recently released book, Exopolitics: Political Implications of the
Extraterrestrial Presence, was 'removed' by someone from the large
databased used by large retail bookstores to place orders from
customers. I tried the large book store chains Borders and Barnes
and Nobles to see if orders could be placed and they had no record
of the book and told me they couldn't do anything about it, and
thought that the book might not yet be available.

This was significant since after the Washington Post article on the
Eisenhower meeting there would have been hundreds of inquiries about
the book but people would have been told it's unavailable. I got the
following message from my publisher, Dandelion Books, confirming
that someone had pulled the records from the database. This was most
likely the work of one of the US alphabet agencies working with the
ET management teams who don't want the book to become widely
circulated due to the information in it.

Here is the message I received from Carol Adler, President of
Dandelion Books,

"Michael, "someone" removed the information from the Bowker Books in
Print data base... I know it was entered because the cookies were
still there, but the entire file was wiped out.

Try the stores tomorrow... They should be able to bring it up on the

Greetings All, as many of you might be aware, I did an interview on
Wednesday night on George Noory's Coast2Coast that went very well.
I'm getting lots of positive feedback since the interview. It seems
that news of the secret Eisenhower meeting has really energized
people even though it happened 50 years ago and others have spoken
about it before. Many emails give more details of the Eisenhower ET
meeting so there clearly is a lot of information out there on what
actually happened.

Something I mentioned at the very end of the interview with George
Noory was a petition that I was publically launching with my
appearance on the show. I've included the petitition description

The petition will help keep attention focused on what this 50th
anniversary of the ET Eisenhower meeting means, and a strategy for

Petition for U.S. Senate Inquiry into President Eisenhower's Meeting
With Extraterrestrials on February 20-21, 1954

On February 20, 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower made an
unscheduled departure from the Palm Springs resort where he was
holidaying and returned on the morning of February 21. The
President's press spokesperson claimed that President Eisenhower's
absence was caused by the need for emergency dental treatment. On
the other hand, there have been a number of allegations and
supporting testimonies that the true reason for his absence was to
secretly meet with a delegation of extraterrestrial ambassadors at
Edwards Air Force Base. These allegations also suggest that the
meeting was the first in a series that resulted in an agreement with
that or other extraterrestrial races.

There are significant deficiencies in the official explanation of
President Eisenhower's visit to the dentist, suggesting that he was
elsewhere performing activities that were classified and continue to
remain so despite their having occurred over 50 years ago. The
serious political implications of the claims that President
Eisenhower had a meeting with extraterrestrial ambassadors at
Edwards AFB, and that this initiated a process that resulted in an
agreement with this or other extraterrestrial races warrants an
investigation of what truly occurred on the night and morning in
question.

An investigation of the claim that President Eisenhower was treated
by a dentist on the night in question has been independently
investigated and concluded to be cover story (see

article in the Washington Post presented the alternative claim that
the real reason was that President Eisenhower was meeting with

those revealing information, classified or otherwise, on President
Eisenhower's activities on the dates in question. The Senate Foreign
Relations Committee is also called upon to provide resources for the
physical protection of any individuals who are willing to testify in

Warm Greetings, I've received the following email from a couple of
sources and haven't yet been able to track down the URL for it. It's
a very important interview beteen Dr Steven Greer and Carol Rosin.
It describes the long term strategy in the creation of 'new enemies'
and how ETs will be contrived as the next threat thereby justifying
a new defense build up. Now this creation of an ET threat is absurd
if one is aware of the true history of the 'shadow' US government
actively participating in agreements with some ET races. The real
threat is not some hypothetical ET invasion, but ET subversion of
national security agencies, corporations, key social institutions.
This subversion has been going on for over 50 years and is well
advanced.

Since I've written of an 'internal' ET threat in a number of my
online articles (www.exopolitics.org), some supporters of Dr Greer
have speculated as to whether I'm somehow supporting 'shadow
government' efforts in contriving an ET threat. This is not correct
since I believe that an 'external ET threat' is contrived, while
the 'internal ET threat' is very real and needs to be opposed.

This distiction between an 'internal' and 'external' ET threat is
very important and needs to be emphasized in UFO research which tend
to be a little unsophisticated when it comes to a deeper analysis of
the exopolitical dynamics between ET races and 'shadow governments
in the US and elsewhere. I therefore wish to emphasize my support of
the efforts of Dr Greer, Carol Rosin and others warning of the
potential for the creation of an 'external ET threat'. This needs to
be vigorously opposed since the only one who would benefit are the
shadow governments who go to great lengths to keep the general
public and elected officials uninformed of what is truly occuring as
far as the ET presence is concerned.

The Coming 'ET Threat' Will Be A Lie.

CR: My name is Carol Rosin. I am an educator who became the first
woman
corporate manager of an Aerospace Company, Fairchild Industries.

I am a Space and Missile Defense Consultant and have consulted to a
number
of companies, organizations, and government departments, even the
intelligence community. I was a consultant to TRW working on the MX
missile, so I was part of that strategy, which turned out to be a
role model for how to sell space-based weapons to the public. The MX
missile is yet another weapon system that we didn't need. I founded
the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space, a
Washington DC based think tank. I am an author and have testified
before Congress and the President's Commission on Space.

When I was a Corporate Manager of Fairchild Industries from 1974
through 1977, I met the late Dr Wernher Von Braun. We first met in
early 1974. At that time, Von Braun was dying of cancer but he
assured me that he would live a few more years to tell me about the
game that was being played - that game being the effort to weaponize
space, to control the Earth from space and space itself.

Von Braun had a history of working with weapons systems. He escaped
from Germany to come to this country and became a Vice President of
Fairchild Industries when I had met him. Von Braun's purpose during
the last years of his life, his dying years, was to educate the
public and decision-makers about why space-based weapons are dumb,
dangerous, destabilizing, too costly, unnecessary, unworkable, and
an undesirable idea, and about the alternatives that are available.

As practically a deathbed speech, he educated me about those
concepts and who the players were in this game. He gave me the
responsibility, since he was dying, of continuing this effort to
prevent the weaponization of outer space. When Wernher Von Braun was
dying of cancer, he asked me to be his spokesperson, to appear on
occasions when he was too ill to speak. I did this.

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he
said to me over and over again during the approximately four years
that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy
that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to
use scare tactics That was how we identify an enemy. The strategy
that Wernher Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are
going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were
the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had "killer
satellites". We were told that they were coming to get us and
control us-that they were "Commies."

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We
heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-
world country "crazies." We now call them Nations of Concern. But he
said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-
based weapons. The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he
kind of chuckled the first time he said it.

Asteroids-against asteroids we are going to build space-based
weapons.  And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens,
extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over
and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving
speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. "And remember
Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to
build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."

I think I was too naive at that time to know the seriousness of the
nature of the spin that was being put on the system. And now, the
pieces are starting to fall into place. We are building a space-
based weapons system on a premise that is a lie, a spin. Wernher Von
Braun was trying to hint that to me back in the early 70's and right
up until the moment when he died in 1977.

What he told me was that there is an accelerated effort in place. He
didn't mention a timeline but he said that it was going to be
speeding up faster than anybody could possibly imagine. That the
effort to put weapons into space was not only based on a lie but
would accelerate past the point of people even understanding it
until it was already up there and too late.

When Von Braun was dying in front of me, the very first day that I
met him, he had tubes draining out of his side. He was tapping on
the desk telling me, "You will come to Fairchild." I was a
schoolteacher. He said, "You will come to Fairchild and you will be
responsible for keeping weapons out of space." The way he said it
with this intenseness in his eyes, and added that very first day,
the first time I met him, that space-based weapons were a dangerous,
destabilizing, too costly, unnecessary, untestable, unworkable idea.

The last card that was being held was the extraterrestrial enemy
card. The intensity with which he said that, made me realize that he
knew something that he was too afraid to mention. He was too afraid
to talk about it. He would not tell me the details.

I am not sure that I would have absorbed them if he had told me the
details or even believed him in 1974. But there was no question that
that man knew and had a need to know, I found out later.

There is no doubt in my mind that Wernher Von Braun knew about the
extraterrestrial issue. He explained to me the reasons why weapons
were going to be put into space, the enemies against whom we were
going to build these weapons, and that all of that was a lie. He
mentioned that extraterrestrials were going to be identified as the
final enemy against whom we were going to build space-based weapons
back in 1974.

The way he said it to me, there was no doubt in my mind that he knew
something that he was too afraid to talk about.

Wernher Von Braun never spoke to me about any of the details that he
knew related to extraterrestrials except that one day
extraterrestrials were going to be identified as an enemy against
whom we are going to build an enormous space-based weapons system.
Wernher Von Braun actually told me that the spin was a lie-that the
premise for space-based weaponry, the reasons that were going to be
given, the enemies that we were going to identify-were all based on
a lie.

I have been tracking the space-based weapons issue for about 26
years. I have debated Generals and Congressional Representatives. I
have testified before the Congress and the Senate. I have met with
people in over 100 countries. But I have not been able to identify
who the people are who are making this space-based weapons system
happen.

I see the news. I see the administrative decisions being made. I
know that they are all based on lies and greed. But I have yet to be
able to identify who the people are. That is after tracking this
issue for 26 years. I know that there are big secrets being kept and
I know that it is time the public and decision-makers pay attention
to the people who are now going to be disclosing the truth. Then we
need to make some definite changes and build a system in space that
will benefit every single person, and all of the animals, and the
environment of this planet.

The technology is there. The solutions to Earth's urgent and long-
term potential problems are there. I have a feeling that once we
start studying this extraterrestrial issue, all of the questions are
going to be answered that I have had for 26 years.

But I have concluded that it is based on a few people making a lot
of money and gaining power. It is about ego. It is not about our
essence and who we really are on this planet and loving each other
and being at peace and cooperating. It isn't about using technology
to solve problems and heal people in the planet. It isn't about
that. It is about a few people who really are playing an old,
dangerous, costly game for their own pocketbooks and power struggle.
That is all it is.

I believe that this entire space-based weapons game is initiated
right here in the United States of America. What I hope is that with
this information that is being disclosed, the new administration
will to do what is right. That is to transform the war game into a
space game so that we use the technologies that are available not
just as spin-offs of war technology, but as direct technological
applications to build a cooperative space system that will benefit
the entire world and that will allow us to communicate with the
extraterrestrial cultures that are obviously out there.

Who would benefit from these space-based weapons? They are the
people who work in that arena, people in the military, in
industries, in universities and labs, in the intelligence community.
This is not just in the United States but it is worldwide. This is a
worldwide cooperative system. Wars are cooperative. Just as peace
will be when it breaks out. But right now there are a lot of people
benefiting.

This is what our economy has been based on in this country and
spreading
around the world-war. People suffer as a result. It is not fair. It
never has been. People have screamed: "out of swords let us build
plow shares, let's have peace and hold hands around the world," but
it hasn't worked because too many people are benefiting. Not only
are they benefiting financially, but from what my experience is
there are people who actually believe that Armageddon should happen
so we have to have these wars.

So, it is going from the pocketbook, to the religious right: some
people actually believe that we have to have wars for these
religious reasons. There are people who just love war. I have met
warriors who just love to go to war. Then there are the good people,
the soldiers, who just take orders. They have to feed their children
and send them to college so they want to keep their jobs.

People in laboratories have told me that they don't want to work on
these
technologies for war but if they don't they won't get a paycheck.
Who is going to pay them? But what I see is that there are not only
dual uses for these technologies but there are many uses for the
same technologies. We can build space hospitals, schools, hotels,
laboratories, farms, industries. It may sound far out but if we
don't do that we are going to build battle stations and weapons
pointed down all of our throats and into space. Apparently we have
been doing some of that already.

We have a choice now that can be made. We can all benefit-all of the
people in the military industrial complex, in the intelligence
community, in universities and labs, in the United States and all
over the world-we can all benefit. We can just transform that
industry so easily with just a decision based on our highest
consciousness, our spirituality, and on the fact that we have no
choice unless we all want to die. And we don't. So we can all
benefit financially, spiritually, socially, psychologically; it is
technologically and politically feasible to transform this game now
and everybody will benefit.

In 1977, I was at a meeting in Fairchild Industries in a conference
room called the War Room. In that room were a lot of charts on the
walls with enemies, identified enemies. There were other more
obscure names, names like Saddam Hussein and Khadafi. But we were
talking then about terrorists, the potential terrorists. No one had
ever talked about this before but this was the next stage after the
Russians against whom we were going to build these space-based
weapons. I stood up in this meeting and I said, "Excuse me, why are
we talking about these potential enemies against whom we are going
to build space-based weapons if, in fact, we know that they are not
the enemy at this time?"

Well, they continued the conversation about how they were going to
antagonize these enemies and that at some point, there was going to
be a war in the Gulf, a Gulf War. Now this is 1977, 1977! And they
were talking about creating a war in the Gulf Region when there was
25 billion dollars in the space-based weapons program that had yet
to be identified. It wasn't called the Strategic Defense Initiative,
at least. Not until 1983.

This weapons system, then, had obviously been going on for some time
and I didn't know anything about. So I stood up in this meeting in
1977 and said, "I would like to know why we are talking about space-
based weapons against these
enemies. I would like to know more about this. Would someone please
tell me what this is about?" Nobody answered. They just went on with
this meeting as though I hadn't said anything.

Suddenly, I stood up in the room and said, "If nobody can tell me
why you are planning a war in the Gulf when there is a certain
amount of money in a budget so that you can create the next set of
weapons systems that will be the beginning of the sell to the public
about why we need space-based weapons, then consider this: my
resignation. And you will not hear from me again!"

And nobody said a word, because they were planning a war in the Gulf
and it happened exactly as they planned it, on time.

SG: Who was at this meeting?

CR: The room was filled with people in the revolving door game.
There were
people that I had seen once in a military uniform and other times in
a gray suit and an industry outfit. These people play a revolving
door game. They work as consultants, industry people, and/or
military and intelligence people. They work in the industries and
they revolve themselves through these doors and right into
government positions.

I stood up in this meeting and asked if I was hearing correctly.
That when there was 25 billion dollars expended in the space-based
weapons budget, that there was going to be a war in the Gulf,
stimulated, created, so that they could then sell the next phase of
weapons to the public and the decision-makers. This war was going to
be created so that they could dump the old weapons and create a
whole new set of weapons. So I had to resign from that position. I
could no longer work in that industry.

In about 1990 I was sitting in my living room looking at the money
that had been spent on space-based weapons research and development
programs and I realized that it had come to that number, about 25
billion dollars, and I said to my husband, "I am now going to stop
everything. I am now going to stop and sit and watch CNN television
and I am going to wait for the war to happen."

My husband said, "Well, you have finally gone over the edge. You
have flipped out." Friends said, "You have really gone too far this
time. There is not going to be a war in the Gulf, nobody is talking
about a war in the Gulf."

I said, "There is going to be a war in the Gulf. I am going to sit
here and wait for the war in the Gulf." And it happened right on
schedule.

As part of the war game in the Gulf, we in the public were told that
the United States was successful in shooting down Russian Scud
Missiles. We were rationalizing new budgets based on that success.
In fact, we found out later, after the budgets were approved for the
next phase of weapons, that it was a lie. We did not have successful
shoot-downs the way we were told. It was all a lie, just to get more
money put in the budget to make more weapons.

I was one of the first people to go independently to Russia when I
heard that they had "killer satellites."

When I went to Russia in the early 70's, I found out that they
didn't have killer satellites, that it was a lie. In fact, the
Russian leaders and people wanted peace. They wanted to cooperate
with the United States and with the people of the world.

Another time I called Saddam Hussein when he was lighting his oil
fields on fire. My husband was in the kitchen while I was making
this phone call. I got a call back from his First Attache with
Saddam Hussein nearby and he asked, "Are you a reporter? Are you an
agent?

Why do you want to know?"

I said, "No. I am just a citizen who helped to start the movement to
prevent the weaponization of outer space and I have found that a lot
of stories that I have been told about weapons systems and the
enemies are not true. I wanted to find out what would satisfy Saddam
Hussein so he would stop making these oil fields catch fire and stop
antagonizing people." He said, "Well, nobody has ever asked him that
question, what he wants."

So, when I hear that there is a possible threat of
extraterrestrials - and I look at the history of thousands of years
of possible ET visitations, and hear the disclosures of honest
military-intelligence-industry people who have had experiences with
UFO's, with crashes and landings, with live and dead bodies of
extraterrestrial beings-I know it is a lie. And if I am ever told
that these are enemies against whom we have to build space-based
weapons systems, based on my own personal experience of having
worked in the military industrial complex on weapons systems and
military strategy, I am going to know it is a lie.

It is a lie.

Not only will I not believe it, but I am going to go out as loudly
as I can and tell everyone to take a look. They [the ET's] have not
taken us away yet. We are still here after thousands of years of
visits. If in fact they are still visiting us now and we have not
been harmed then we have to look at this as something that is not a
hostile occurrence.

It would be my hope and my intention to do everything I could to
work with
people who are working to communicate with and cooperate with these
extraterrestrial beings. They are clearly not hostile. We are here.
That is enough proof for me.

There is no limit to how people can choose to live on this planet.
We have a chance to do that and I think that the window is closing
rapidly. I don't think that we have much time in which to make that
decision. We are too close in too many ways to having some horrible
disaster happen, having some sort of war take place, whether it is
from high technology or an exotic weapons system.

We need leadership and it has to start with the United States
President and that is who we all have to reach. If you are
international, if you are around the world, if you are in the United
States of America, whether you are from any party, any belief system
or religion - the United States Commander in Chief, the President of
the United States is the person that needs to be reached.

We need to say that we want an ultimate, comprehensive, verifiable
ban on all space-based weapons.

Warm Greetings, here's a CNN/Space.com story attacking Richard
Hoagland's work on analysing the data from the Mars rovers. It seems
the 'controllers of extraterrestrial information' are getting a bit
worried that he is getting too much attention with his analysis of
the Mars data, and have unleashed one of their favorite debunkers,
Phillip Plait. Too bad that the 'scientist' Plait hasn't had any
political science training, otherwise he would recognize that
Hoagland's analysis of the data is contextualized by a political
cover up of ET artificacts that turns Plait's so called
objective 'science' into little more than political spin.

Scientist attacks alien claims on Mars

Richard Hoagland claims that NASA refuses to acknowledge evidence of
alien "artifacts" on Mars.

(SPACE.com) -- Astronomer Philip Plait is tired of radio personality
Richard Hoagland's claims.

He's had enough of Hoagland's assertions that NASA is covering up
evidence of extraterrestrial life, that the infamous Face on Mars
was built by sentient aliens and, of late, that otherworldly machine
parts are embedded in the Red Planet's dirt.

And then there's the mile-long translucent martian worm.

On Hoagland's Web site, there are several images from various space
probes said to possibly show evidence for ETs. Recent Mars rover
photos include not just rocks, Hoagland and other contributors
maintain, but common objects that might tell of an alien
civilization -- a bowl, a stove, a piston.

Since 1983, Hoagland said he has led "an outside scientific team in
a critically acclaimed independent analysis of possible
intelligently-designed artifacts" on other worlds, using spacecraft
data from NASA and other missions.

Plait, author of "Bad Astronomy" (Wiley & Sons, 2002), which debunks
space myths and common factual misconceptions, had for years not
countered Hoagland directly, because he did not want to give a man
he calls a "pseudoscientist" the "air time that he so desperately
seeks."

But last week Plait took his intellectual gloves off.

Shapes in the clouds
Plait has two words for the latest claims of alien objects on Mars.
The first is "garbage." The second and more scientific word
is "pareidolia." This is the same phenomenon that makes us see
animals or other familiar objects in clouds.

"It's pretty common," Plait said of pareidolia. "Just a few months
ago, a water spot on my shower curtain took on the uncanny form of
the face of Vladimir Lenin." Plait took a picture of the liquid
Lenin and uses it illustrate his contention that, though objects on
the surface of Mars can sometimes take on interesting shapes, they
are just a bunch of rocks.

"Hoagland's claims irritate me because he is promoting uncritical
thinking," Plait said. "He doesn't want you to think about what
you're seeing. He's trying to bamboozle you into believing what he's
saying."

Critical thinking is the foundation of science, but Plait thinks
it's also an important skill for anyone trying to navigate modern
society. "Hoagland is eroding away at that ability."

Hoagland said the names given to objects shown on his site are
nicknames, just as the rover scientists came up with "blueberries"
to describe small spherical objects on Mars.

"We are not saying there are stoves or pistons on Mars," Hoagland
said in a telephone interview. "Absolutely not. When we began
looking at these objects, what struck us was how remarkably
symmetrical, how remarkably designed-looking, how remarkably
manufactured some of these things looked."

Hoagland's site, however, does not make this distinction with many
rover images. A headline on the home page flatly states that some
objects on Mars are non-natural: "Spirit Sees (and Still Ignores)
More Artificial Junk." And the caption to one reads, plainly, "an
Unmistakable Machined Fitting." Another caption reads: "When is a
Rock Not a Rock? When They Come in pairs!" And another: "A
Collection of Mechanical Bits."

Hoagland said he suggested to scientists on the rover team that they
go study the objects up close to determine their composition. "NASA
chose not to," he said. "So we have a hanging mystery. We don't know
what these things are. We'll never know what these things are."

Hoagland is routinely critical of Stephen Squyres, a Cornell
University astronomer who is mission manager for the Mars rover
mission. Squyres did not respond to a query regarding Hoagland's
claims.

It should be pointed out that NASA is not in the practice of
commanding its rovers based on suggestions from people outside the
agency or from beyond the Spirit and Opportunity science teams,
which together include dozens of leading geologists and other
scientists from inside the agency and from universities around the
country.

'Pseudoscience'
Philip Plait is an astronomer who develops space-related classroom
materials at Sonoma State University in California and also works in
public outreach on various NASA missions. He spends his spare time
working to right the cosmic wrongs -- big and small -- promulgated
by the popular media and around the Internet. He is frequently
invited to talk to large gatherings of astronomers, who appreciate
his efforts to correct mistakes in the popular media.

Lately, Plait has heard Hoagland explain his views frequently on the
late-night Coast to Coast AM radio show, which is heard on hundreds
of stations. Meanwhile, a phenomenal flow of images from NASA's Mars
rovers has created a cottage industry in scientific speculation
about the Red Planet, at Hoagland's site and elsewhere.

"I've let this fester long enough," Plait wrote recently on his
site, badastronomy.com. "This kind of pseudoscience is like a virus.
At low levels, it's no big deal, but when it reaches a certain
threshold it becomes sickening."

Plait works to debunk several specific alien-related claims made on
Hoagland's site, enterprisemission.com. (Not all of the scenarios
are suggested by Hoagland himself.)

Here are snapshots of two arguments:

An image from the Mars Global Surveyor is said on Hoagland's site to
be a gargantuan, glass-like worm that's a mile long. Plain as a pig
in the clouds, the image does indeed evoke the shape and features of
a worm at the bottom of a canyon. Evenly spaced arcs even resemble
ribs. Plait said the most likely explanation for the rib-like
features is that they're sand dunes, created by wind blowing through
the valley.

An apparent bit of spacecraft debris from the rover mission,
photographed by Spirit, was dubbed a "bunny" by some. Hoagland later
said the bunny had been optically removed by NASA. Plait points out
that NASA scientists said the object appeared to be lightweight, and
thinks "it is far more likely it simply blew away in the martian
wind."

Credentials questioned
Plait and other scientists question Hoagland's credentials and say
he is prone to inflating his accomplishments.

Hoagland did not graduate from college. "I didn't actually get a
degree," he said last week. He said he was "possibly the youngest
museum curator in the country" in the mid-1960s at age 19. He is a
science writer with a keen interest in space.

Hoagland lists among his awards having received the Angstrom Medal
for Excellence in Science. But there's a catch.

Uppsala University in Sweden, with approval from Royal Swedish
Academy of Sciences, gives out the Angstrom Prize, which includes a
medal and a cash award, given in the honor of 18th Century Swedish
scientist Anders-Jonas Angstrom. Hoagland's medal, however, came
from the separate Angstrom Foundation Aktiebolag (AFAB). This is a
privately-owned company with no connection to Uppsala University or
the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

"There were no scientists involved in that decision," said Ralph
Greenberg, a professor of mathematics at the University of
Washington. Others who have researched Hoagland's medal say it
carries little if any merit and was not awarded by scientists or a
scientific organization.

Greenberg began looking into Hoagland's background for another
reason.

In a January 1980 article in the popular magazine Star & Sky,
Hoagland wrote of the possibility of an ocean of water under the ice
of Jupiter's moon Europa and that life might have arisen there.
Hoagland said that the article presented "a radical new theory," and
his site states Hoagland "is the originator of this remarkable
idea." The site also states Hoagland "became the first to
propose ... the possible existence of deep ocean life under the
global ice shield perpetually surrounding the enigmatic moon of
Jupiter, Europa."

Greenberg heard Hoagland's claim and did a review of scientific
literature (Star & Sky, now defunct, was not a scientific journal)
and other writings and lectures. Greenberg found that the ideas of
water and life under Europa had both been put forth before January
1980.

The first known suggestion that Europa might harbor a liquid ocean
was in a 1971 paper by John S. Lewis in the widely respected science
journal Icarus. The idea was discussed in other papers in the mid-
1970s by Lewis and by other scientists.

The possibility of that Europa's hypothesized ocean could support
life was discussed in June 1979 -- six months before Hoagland's
article -- by Benton Clark at a conference at NASA's Ames Research
Center.

"It's clear that [Hoagland] deserves no credit for proposing an
ocean under the ice on Europa," Greenberg said. And regarding the
notion of life: "Others before him wrote on the same topic with more
merit."

Greenberg said Hoagland deserves some credit for helping to
popularize the Europa ideas. But he is bothered that Hoagland does
not make an effort to set the record straight.

"He never made it quite clear that this was not his original idea in
any sense," Greenberg said. "I think it's really shameful that he
hasn't been willing to make it crystal clear."

Greenberg continues: "I don't think [Hoagland] really has any
scientific credentials. He's not a trained scientist in any sense.
He knows some facts. I don't think he has any depth of knowledge.
But he's a good talker, and maybe gives the impression that he knows
more and understands more than he really does."

Hoagland said Greenberg's comments "are obviously being viciously
spun for the blatant political purpose of destroying my credibility
at this key moment -- when our criticisms of NASA and the current
rover mission are gaining legs. This is what someone is apparently
quite concerned about."

Hoagland said via e-mail over the weekend that his claim to an ocean
at Europa was the first to be based on Voyager 1 and 2 imagery of
Europa, from flybys in March and July 1979, and that his 1980
article was specifically referring to a previous paper that said any
water on Europa had likely become frozen.

"The question of who's first is tricky," Hoagland said. "Clearly, I
was not the first [nor have I ever claimed to be] to propose an
original liquid ocean for Europa. But I do maintain I was the first
to recognize in the new Voyager data that it might still be liquid."

Greenberg points to the astronomer Carl Sagan as someone who had
discussed the Europa ideas with other scientists in the mid-
1970s. "But, I knew Carl -- and worked with him -- for decades,"
Hoagland said. "And he never once told me I was trespassing on his
turf, even after the Star & Sky piece was published." Hoagland also
said the author Arthur C. Clarke has mentioned him as the originator
of the life-on-Europa idea.

The Face on Mars
Hoagland is perhaps best known for promoting the Viking
Orbiter's "Face on Mars" image as evidence for an alien
civilization. Interestingly it was NASA that started discussion over
the face-like features. Here's how NASA's original caption read when
the image was released in 1976: "Shadows in the rock formation give
the illusion of a nose and mouth. Planetary geologists attribute the
origin of the formation to purely natural processes."

Hoagland finds interest in much more than the Face itself. He
maintains that drawing lines between features in the Cydonia region
around the face creates angles that involve complex mathematical
formulas and geometric relationships that could only point to
intelligent construction.

His site's mission statement argues that the Face is surrounded
by "crumbling high tech pyramids ... possible former environmental
arcologies left by someone who tried to make Mars home... long
before our fleeting, recent visits." The statement then said there
is disturbing evidence "of a profound, deliberately politically-
motivated cover-up of this important data by both major spacefaring
nations."

Plait analyzes the math and methodology. He said the precision of
angles and distances that Hoagland claims is greater than is
possible given the images from which Hoagland works. Moreover, Plait
wonders why Hoagland picks certain hills to include in his diagrams
instead of other nearby hills that appear indistinguishable.
Hoagland could be benefiting, he said, by picking the points that,
through random chance, indeed form patterns.

"Any random set of numbers, when played with as Hoagland did, will
yield many coincidental mathematical relationships," Plait
said. "His mathematical analysis is so full of holes, flaws, and
misdirection that it is completely worthless."

Hoagland, in response, said Plait should talk with others who have
checked the math and shown it to be solid.

"There is a reasonable hypothesis that there could have been an
ancient civilization on Mars," Hoagland said, adding that the idea
has a lot of adherents around the world. "At no point has NASA
chosen to address this scientifically."

His beef with NASA is that the space agency should conduct
systematic studies -- based on standards that he would be involved
in setting -- to answer the questions he poses.

Hoagland said that as his group's effort has come closer to figuring
out "the truth regarding the science and politics
of 'extraterrestrial artifacts in the solar system,'" the opposition
has become "rabid and relentless."

Warm Greetings, I thought it time to give you the latest update on
my activities and reflect a little on global events that have been
occuring and their exopolitical significance. Also, I'll let you
know of the monthly media appearances that I have scheduled or those
which have been recently archived. This will be the first of what
will be a regular monthly update from the exopolitics website.

Exopolitics Book
As you may expect, I've been busy promoting the release of my first
exopolitics book which experienced some 'soft censorship' since it's
release in early February that coincided with a Washington Post
story on the 50th anniversary of the Eisenhower ET meeting on Feb 20-
21, 1954. Since the book was deleted from the Bowker data base files
used by the major book store retailers, it has been added to the
Border books catalogue at the RRP of $22.95, to Amazon.com list
though at an inflated price of $45!), while Barnes and Noble lists
it in their catalogue but say it can't be ordered! My publisher,
Carol Adler from Dandelion Books, has assured me that this shouldn't
be possible and that Barnes and Nobles are still holding out so it
seems the soft censorship may not yet be over.

US Occupation of Iraq
The major news on the international front continues to be the US
occupation of Iraq, and the difficulties the US is experiencing in
stifling dissent, and establishing the legitimacy of the US created
democratic Iraqi institutions. This is in my view no accident and
part of a deliberate strategy by which the US would continue to
remain in Iraq. Back when Richard Bremmer took up the reins of power
in Iraq, a decision was made to disband the Iraqi national army and
police force. This decision in hindsight has turned out to be a
major mistake since it has fueled the ranks of violent dissidents.
However, rather than being a poorly thought through policy by
Bremmer and co., it was a deliberate policy designed to promote
dissent and resistance that would justify a continued US military
presence in Iraq. The need for this military presence is evidence of
Stargate activity in Iraq that is related to the promised return of
the Anunnaki (see chs 5&6 in Exopolitics book). Rather than this
being a hypothetical 'return of the gods' based on the speculations
of followers of Zecharia Sitchin and others, I believe this is an
urgent national security policy pursued by the national security
controllers of the ET presence. Quite simply, the US national
security agencies decided they need to have control in Iraq to
prevent, monitor or control whatever Stargate or ET activity is
occuring in the territory of Iraq. This need is not something that
will dissapear in the short term so be prepared for a long US
military presence and Iraqi resistance to this.

Richard Clarke
The big news on the US domestic political scene was the revelations
stemming from Richard Clarke's testimony about lack of White house
preparations for dealing seriously with global terrorism. This major
domestic political event, promises to prise open the door to the
inner workings of the White House, and lead to more public scrutiny
over the secret deliberations of government. This will help create
further public interest in 'conspiracy theories' thereby leading to
more interest in exopolitical analyses that go deeper into the
hidden dynamics of events, people and forces that drive domestic and
international politics.

First Annual Exopolitics Conference
Finally, the first Exopolitics Conference will be held on April 17-
18 and I recommend you book soon since local area hotels are filling
fast, and it will be a major event that promotes disclosure of the

Exopolitical Comment #12 - Dr Dan Burisch, Project Lotus and
Disclosure of the Extraterrestrial Presence

On April 8, 2004, an article began to circulate among media
organizations and the internet claiming that Daniel [Catselas]
Burisch, PhD., a microbiologist who has worked in the 'black
projects' that deal with extraterrestrial races and technologies
wants to disclose information of his classified activities to the US
Congress (http://www.rense.com/general51/dan.htm). Such testimony
would presumably disclose an extraterrestrial presence on Earth that
has been suppressed from public knowledge for over five decades.
Such testimony if it occurred, would formally begin a post-
disclosure world where the general public would have to suddenly
deal with a myriad number of issues associated with the
extraterrestrial presence.

Dan Burisch is no stranger to those working on disclosure of the
extraterrestrial presence due to a co-authored book of his titled,
Eagles Disobey: The Case for Inca City Mars (1998) that released
information on ancient artifacts on Mars to the public. This was the
first instance of Burisch coming forth into the public arena with
information that is not released through the national security
system, and of someone with a conscience that wants to help in
promoting disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. More
recently, Burisch is associated with Project Lotus which is based at
Area 51, Nevada, and deals with the creation of life, and in
particular with something called the 'Ganesh Particle'

particle is supposed to be the key to opening up the most powerful
force in creation which is the 'seed of life' itself, and has the
ability to heal damaged cells. So we have echoes of the Epic of
Gilgamesh where the hero Gilgamesh set out on a quest for the secret
of immortality, and got tantalizingly close to success before being
robbed by a wily serpent. As a modern day version of Gilgamesh, Dr
Burisch comes across as a very principled and spiritual man who
wants to make sure that this esoteric and scientific knowledge is
used in a responsible way since it has nothing less than the
original creative force behind it, and can be used either for
creation or great destruction. This thus raises religious issues
such as the 'Seed of Life', 'Kerubim' (angelic protectors), 'Book of

Burisch is opposed by those inside the management system created to
deal with extraterrestrials, the Committee of the Majority, who
apparently want to manipulate this technology for the typical range
of military-industrial uses that national security types are
obsessed about in terms of credible 'threat scenarios'. Imagine any
threat possible, and if you can justify it as plausible, then you
will have resources literally thrown at you as the national security
system comes up with the advanced technology to deal with the new
threat. In the process, of course, one unwittingly enhances the very
threat that one is trying to prevent. This self-fulfilling process
has the unfortunate effect of mesmerizing national security
strategists into believing the latest spin put to them by
their 'strategists' or 'corporate consultants' who constantly dream
up new technological responses to the latest threat scenario, and
how this can be done without precipitating the very threat being
prepared for. Thus grows the military-industrial complex, a powerful
hydra that secretly consumes billions of dollars as effortlessly as
former Tyco executives ratchet up 'necessary' corporate expenses
such as $6,000 shower curtains.

Dan Burisch has also worked with one extraterrestrial biological
entity, a 'Gray' he called J-Rod, with whom he had a close working
relationship with at Area 51. This J-Rod essentially performed
a 'mind-meld' with him where he downloaded much valuable information
on the genesis of life (http://www.skywatch-
research.org/message.htm ). The interesting thing about Burisch is
that a number of independent researchers have been able to work with
him and even had face to face interviews, etc, thereby leaking all
this highly classified information out to the general community.
These include researchers such as BJ Wolf, Bill Hamilton, and more
recently individuals from the popular Godlike Production forum,
Harry Dschaak & Sterling D. Allan. Clearly all these researchers
have detected something of profound importance happening in the
Burisch case, while their access to Burisch and the leaking of
material suggests that they have insider support. Prominent
individuals within the 'Committe of the Majority' are facilitating
access, and enabling the distribution of the Burisch material.
According to Burisch's supporters, this is because Dan is insisting
on the information being distributed to the public, otherwise he
wouldn't cooperate in Project Lotus which is essential since he
apparently is the only microbiologist with the requisite knowledge
to deal with the Ganesh particle. What is one to make of all the
material that has been distributed on the Burisch case since it is
enigmatic, very complex, quite long with a lot of rambling, and is
possibly based on much disinformation?

Some of the major themes coming through the Burisch saga are that
there are two factions of J-Rods or Grays. One faction is apparently
helping Burisch in his research and is benign, and wants the
knowledge disseminated in a way that helps humanity, and also
assists the Grays/J-Rods themselves in repairing their own damaged
DNA. The other faction of J-Rods/Grays is helping more reactionary
national security types in getting more control of the Ganesh
Particle so it can be utilised for the usual range of self-serving
reasons around the usual formula of power, greed and exploitation.

So we basically have a scenario of deep conflict within the
management system set up for extraterrestrials
involving 'progressive controllers' and their J-Rod allies, set up
against reactionary extraterrestrial controllers and 'their' J-
Rods/Grays. In the meantime, many are putting their attention on
this saga believing that the very fate of the planet is being
decided here, and people are being subtly encouraged to take sides.
Of course, that means supporting the progressives and Dan Burisch,
in their difficult struggle against the reactionaries and their J-
Rod allies.

This has echoes of the present Democratic and Republican contested
elections in the US where we have a progressive John Kerry, pitted
against a reactionary, George Bush, where the future of the US, and
indeed the planet will be decided. Now there are certainly
progressive elements in John Kerry's policy platform suggesting a
more internationally responsible US administration. However, both
Kerry and Bush both are members of 'Skull and Bones', and therefore
one might not unreasonably infer that there is a deeper agenda here
where two factions of the same secretive organization is battling
for domination. I think that the Burisch saga has powerful echoes of
this which is why I would assume many of us who have been following
extraterrestrial issues for some time would side more with the
progressives in this saga since we instinctively desire disclosure
and accountability.

However, we need to be aware that there is a deeper agenda here. One
where there is legitimacy and acknowledgement given to one faction
of the elite controllers of the extraterrestrial presence, and the
particular spin they are putting on the extraterrestrial presence.
That there is a spin happening in all this is pretty apparent to me
since the saga appears to hinge on two factions of Grays/J-Rods
pitted against each other, and their respective human allies. In all
this conflict, there is no mention of other extraterrestrial races
who have been watching and interacting with humanity for millennia
in some cases. No mention of Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans,
Arcturians, the Galactic Federation, etc., mentioned by numerous
other researchers exploring the extraterrestrial presence
(http://exopolitics.org/Study-Paper1.htm ). It's as though we are
being conditioned to accept that the only extraterrestrials that are
relevant to the human condition are the J-Rods/Grays.

This in my view is a dangerous spin on the extraterrestrial presence
that suggests that the ultimate goal is to justify disclosure of the
extraterrestrial presence which will enable one side of the
extraterrestrial controllers to say that the 'good guys'
(progressives and friendly J-Rods) have won in ensuring disclosure,
and that they need help in removing whatever residual threat posed
by the losing reactionaries and their extraterrestrial allies. In
that sense we would have the necessary formula for a repressive
national security system that monitors, controls and exercises
coercive power in which extraterrestrial groups are allowed to
operate here, and interact with civilians.

Essentially, the national security system will have ensured
disclosure on 'their terms' where 'witnesses', 'contactees', and
different extraterrestrial races would all have to meet the approval
of the 'progressive extraterrestrial controllers' and their J-Rod
supporters. Essentially, a group of friendly extraterrestrials from
the Galactic Federation or other interplanetary associations that
never participated in the secret agreements reached between
governments and Gray extraterrestrials (http://exopolitics.org/Study-
Paper-8.htm ), for example, could be claimed to be merely a front
for the reactionary J-Rods and thereby proscribed from interacting
with civilians. Any civilians caught communicating or contacting
with extraterrestrials deemed to be 'unfriendly', would be liable to
imprisonment, repression, etc.

As you may have guessed by now, I'm very skeptical about
the 'benign' intentions of those within the extraterrestrial
management system who are leaking information on Dan Burisch, and
basically engaging in a public relations exercise to promote their
perspective or 'spin' to the general population. While I see some
merit in what the progressives in the extraterrestrial management
system are doing to promote disclosure, I also smell a trap and wish
to alert others that we are being spun a tale that will legitimize
enough of the present national security system so that it survives
any disclosure announcement with minimal damage and calls for
change. Furthermore, accountability would be limited to
some 'scapegoats' who are discredited and punished, and where there
will be no real 'transparency' since this would be deemed to be a
national security threat. Essentially, we would have something akin
to a Marxist-Leninist 'dictatorship of the proletariat' or
Platonic 'Council of Guardians', that would be filled by the ranks
of the elite controllers to guard us against 'reactionary'
or 'unfriendly' extraterrestrials and their 'human assets' wanting
to destabilize humanity and enslave us. All of course to promote the
continued operation and functionality of a secretive national
security system that operates with minimal transparency and
accountability. A further result would be to legitimize one faction
of J-Rods/Grays as extraterrestrials that are worthy allies, despite
the fact that these extraterrestrials participated for decades in
secret agreements that involved human abductions, experiments and
hybridization programs.

So in conclusion, while the Burisch saga indicates a struggle that
appears genuine enough, and has progressive and reactionary
components, we need to be alert to the deeper agenda that is playing
itself out here and which has two important aspects. The first is to
legitimize 'progressive' factions among elite human controllers and
Grays/J-Rods for a post-disclosure world. The second agenda is to
create a national security system that excludes from interacting
with humans and national governments those extraterrestrial races
that never agreed to participate in secret agreements for reasons
that appear to be highly principled and sound.

If we remain alert of this underlying agenda, then we can still
participate in the disclosure process which is very important, but
in that way we ensure that the so called 'progressives' don't just
put a spin on the extraterrestrial presence that results in them
legitimizing themselves and their 'extraterrestrial friends', and
creating a superficially more transparent and accountable national
security system. What we need to focus on is full disclosure of all
the extraterrestrial races that are operating on Earth, and not just
two factions of the Grays/J-Rods supposedly battling for the benefit
or detriment of all humanity. Disclosure that is made with the Dan
Burisch scenario at its core, is something that is so highly
contrived, that it would amount to little more than two small steps
forward followed quickly by one large step back. At the end, we
wouldn't know if we were better off or not. After five decades of
secrecy over the extraterrestrial presence, humanity deserves a more
honest reckoning of what has been happening behind the scenes with
the extraterrestrial presence, and an unambiguous step forward into
a post-disclosure world.

Dear Dr Burisch,

Thank you for kind response to my short article [attached below] and
I'm glad that you enjoyed the Gilgamesh metaphor for the unique
situation in which Providence has placed you. As you know, what
sparked the quest for immortality by Gilgamesh was the death of his
good friend Enkiddu. Enkiddu was the only individual of King
Gilgamesh's contemporaries that matched the King in strength and
manly virtue, and in their mutual friendship Gilgamesh had found
something that went beyond the superficial loyalty and fealty of his
subjects, and had found a `true friend' in the sense of what the
Greeks called `philia' or brotherly love. With the death of Enkiddu,
Gilgamesh set off on his quest for immortality so that he and others
would never again have to experience the loss of a `true friend'.
So what we have in the Gilgamesh myth is a story of deep friendship,
of overcoming the frailties of human life, and even the mitigation
of human suffering. So we have here echoes of Prince Siddartha who
set off on his own noble quest to mitigate human suffering.

Dan (I hope you don't mind me being informal here since I hope we
can continue to correspond) I wish to inquire about
your `friendship' and experience with J-Rod where he performed a
kind of mind-meld with you where your mind was flooded with
information on the origins of life. No doubt this information has
played an important role in your subsequent research into the Ganesh
particle, and appears to be something that you highly value.
Perhaps, more significantly this information appears to be very
highly prized by the controllers within the institutions of the
Committee of the Majority/MJ 12 which puts you in this unique
position of perhaps being the catalyst for disclosure of the
extraterrestrial presence on our planet. My question about your mind-
meld encounter simply is did J-Rod ask your permission? Did he
enquire as to whether you would accept the information he wished to
share with you? In that sense, was he being a `true friend' in
passing on that information to you? I ask because I have observed a
distinct pattern in the way the J-Rods or `Grays' as more commonly
known, interact with humans. The reports on the human and J-Rod
interactions are quite varied ranging from the most sublime of
spiritual experiences, to what many would consider to be
exploitative. Nevertheless, the one common thread in these
interactions is that the J-Rods simply don't ask permission when
they initially interact with humanity. Permission or consent,
typically comes after the first interaction which is forced or a
result of compulsion upon an unwilling human subject.

Now you might inquire what's the relevance of asking permission if
what is gained is mutually beneficial and uplifting, and isn't the
result an important criterion for friendship rather than the process
of asking force? My response is asking permission is demonstrating a
respect for human free will, a recognition that the choices we make
are the ingredients of human maturity as a species, rather than the
end results of our human labors. By simply interacting with humans
where the J-Rods took unwilling human subjects into their ships,
downloaded their advanced information into humans, performed
their `biological improvements', and a variety of other `mutually
beneficial' projects, all typically done without first asking
permission, the J-Rods were demonstrating a remarkable absence of a
characteristic that is an important criterion for true friendship.

You may ask whether I'm setting a rather high standard for how
extraterrestrials might interact with humanity, and whether we
should just accept that mode of interaction chosen on by the J-Rods
for passing on their information which in the end is `mutually
beneficial'. I raise this issue since I do question whether the J-
Rods can be `true friends' for humanity, and also wish to propose
that there are another extraterrestrial races that have demonstrably
shown a greater capacity of being the true friends of humanity.

You may not be aware that on February 20-21, 1954, President
Eisenhower met with a delegation of humanoid extraterrestrials
commonly described as `Nordics' which I will hence use as a `general
description' for those extraterrestrial races that physically appear
sufficiently like modern humans as to blend in without being
recognized. The evidence for the Eisenhower-Nordic meeting has been
quite sparse as might be imagined given the secrecy over all things
extraterrestrial, but when all this disparate information put
together it makes for a compelling case that such a meeting took
place. I have subsequently learned that the meeting was even filmed.

A significant fact is that the meeting occurred eleven days before
the testing of the largest Hydrogen bomb ever by the US. The Bravo
Test took place on March 1, 1954 at Bikini Atoll, and had a 15
megaton yield. The meeting with the `Nordics' did not go well since
they apparently asked that the U.S. end the testing of the hydrogen
bomb, yet offered no technological assistance in return, but
only `spiritual advise', and believed that humanity had still not
reached sufficient moral maturity for the advanced technologies
the `Nordics' possessed. It appears that the Nordics were not
interested in reaching an agreement with the Eisenhower
administration based on `mutual assistance' agreement, since they
presumably were not motivated by what the national security agencies
had to offer. The Bravo Nuclear Test indicated that national
security officials, in particular those within the Committee of the
Majority, thought that they could get better terms from another
extraterrestrial race that would be more open to participating in an
agreement based on `mutual assistance'. The treaty you refer to you
in your reply –"Tau-9 Conference for the Preservation of Humanity"
was I believe one aspect of this process. Now in exchange for their
technological assistance, the J-Rod/Grays were given the right to
conduct a limited biological program based on a variety of
conditions that have subsequently been disputed by both sides in
terms of compliance and led to military conflicts according to a
number of whistleblowers such as Bob Lazar, Phillip Corso, Phil
Schneider, Bill Cooper, Michael Wolf, et al. You are in a better
position than I to comment on the accuracy of what has occurred and
the contents of the treaty, but I would like to offer some comments
about what I have observed from the nature of the interactions
between the `Nordics' who first met with President Eisenhower and
the human contactees who have subsequently reported on the Nordics.

The contactee reports between the `Nordics' and humans typically
follow a pattern that can be found in such classic cases as George
Adamski, Billy Meiers, Enrique Rincon and more recent cases such as
Jay Solomon. I have subsequently heard from others who choose to
remain anonymous about their contact experiences. Based on my
research I believe that there is an active military-intelligence
campaign to suppress information on these `contact' cases, as
opposed to `abductions' involving J-Rods which by and large are
allowed to be disseminated in UFO circles. This suppression of
contactee reports makes it difficult to gain a sufficiently large
sample of cases on which to draw firm conclusions. Nevertheless
there is enough information that points to the `Nordic
extraterrestrial' contact experience having the following
characteristics for the contactee:  1. heightened interest in
extraterrestrials; 2. establishing telepathic communication
with `Nordics'; 3. physical meeting with Nordics; 4. subsequent
physical sightings of Nordic ships; 5. voluntarily going on board of
a extraterrestrial ship; and 6. Nordics give assistance to the
contactee to disseminate his/her experiences to a wider audience.

Now this appears to be a classic contact pattern and the thing which
strikes me as most significant in this process is that
the `contactee' is asked for permission by the `Nordics' when moving
through these various stages which is indicative of a high degree of
respect for human free will. I believe this is very significant and
indicates that the `Nordics' display a key characteristic that
indicates that they are capable of being humanity's `true friends'
in the sense of philia or brotherly love. This of course contrasts
with my earlier comments about humanity and the compulsory nature of
the initial interaction with J-Rods, and leads me to your own rather
unique situation.

You are not doubt aware of the way in which information about your
experiences has been allowed to leak out to the general public, and
in the way in which you have been allowed to be interviewed by phone
and in person by individuals outside of the compartmentalized
network of black projects. This is quite unique and I have never
heard of any other case where this has occurred, and suggests that
you are indeed the subject of an `insider' supported initiative to
disclose the extraterrestrial presence on terms that might be
considered to be favorable to the Committee of the Majority. One can
read many motivations into this but what I see is that this as an
effort by the Committee to legitimate the historic decisions they
have taken to work with the J-Rods, and establish agreements based
on mutually beneficial projects.

I am very concerned that the result of a disclosure done in this way
will be to legitimate the `spin' on human - extraterrestrial
interactions that puts the Committee of the Majority in a favorable
light. I suspect that the Committee does not intend to release
information on the failed diplomatic negotiations with the `Nordics'
involved in the 1954 Eisenhower meeting, or at the very least cast
this in the light of an obscure group of extraterrestrials not
willing to participate in mutually beneficial projects. This would
be most unfortunate since in my view, it is these extraterrestrials
that have shown they are most capable of being humanity's true
friends, since they recognized that the fruit of any technology
agreements would not be beneficial to the human condition simply
because we were not yet morally mature enough to deal with this
technology. Subsequent history has show the truth of this since all
the technology achieved through interaction with the J-Rods/Grays
has been kept secret, and we still for instance consume fossil fuels
when there are alternative technologies that are secretly available.

Public disclosure is more than just revealing information on the
secret extraterrestrial presence on our planet, and of the `mutually
beneficial' projects that have been embarked upon. Disclosure is a
rite of passage which marks an important milestone in human
maturation where we enter into the greater galactic community. If
the general public is given information about extraterrestrials that
is sanitized of any mention of the earlier meetings that occurred
with the Nordic extraterrestrials, or casts a negative light on them
for their refusal to participate in `mutually beneficial' technology
programs, then that would be most unfortunate. What we would have
instead is a sanitized disclosure process based on a utilitarian
principle of `mutually beneficial' projects, that resulted in much
abuse by the Committee of the Majority in terms of how the fruits of
these projects were dispersed. The J-Rods are complicit in this by
virtue of their participation in these agreements, even though it
was the decision of the Committee of the Majority not to distribute
these technologies. This might be simply viewed as the J-Rods
respecting the will of the leaders of the secret political
committees set up to interface with the public, yet the behavior of
the J-Rods in the abduction process suggests they are not champions
of human free will.

I hope that by sharing these ethical and exopolitical insights with
you, you may incorporate some of these into your efforts to promote
a more transparent disclosure process. It appears that you have been
chosen by the Committee of the Majority to play a significant role
in disclosure of the most important event in recent human history. I
hope that the fair mindedness and great integrity you have shown in
your responses both to me and to others, influences you in giving
some of the issues I have raised a fair hearing in what lies ahead.
I feel that Providence has placed you in a unique position and that
you have the necessary gifts to promote an outcome for the highest
good of all. I wish you well in your efforts.

Hi. From another group. A reply from Dr. Dan to you concerning your
recent article. Love and Light. David I will, as suggested to me,
post this response from Dan concerning Dr. Salla's comment-12...Dr

serpent."Gilgamesh? Perhaps it is fitting for it was Gilgamesh that
has been said laid the first stone for the temple of Ishtar, a name
from which the word "Easter" may be derived. This man is truly
thinking, or at least writing from inspiration! Whilst I am not the
offspring of a goddess (lol!), being 3/3 humbled-human, it is said
that he may have seen the abyss. Indeed, poor Gilgamesh. This abyss
resides in the statement above, involving a quest for the secrets,
as the Fruit of the Tree of Life is such that would bestow
immortality. Thus, the fruit is guarded from all human beings, by
the Cherubim, to be bestowed only by Christ as a gift. In this case,
t hough, the wily serpent is not conjured as the robber, but again
(as was in Eden) as the tempter. It sets, within the darkest of
human infatuations, as a swirling helix awaiting its two mates,
through our empathy toward it. There it sets, being lost and
awaiting its' mating with the dualism of our present circumstance,
begging for completion as the three columns of the Divine Sephiroth.
Indeed, poor Gilgamesh, the wily serpent comes! As to the next

I have seen, read, and heard. I have to admit that I found it a bit
disconcerting that Dr. Salla, with his litany of impressive origins
and destinations, may have left from the list (not having been
briefed on any "membership statistics" for any Galactic Federation),
those from Orion. Those, as I have been told, (may) continue the
spiritual side of humanity. But to speak of such things, may
engender further accusations: such as being "spiritual" in the time
of "great aspirations" of those that would place themselves above
the stars of heaven. Indeed I know that it would have been important
for me to justify everyone's agenda, but to do so would require that
I lie to them. For as much as it would have made people feel better
(as much as self satisfaction carries us through our lives), I have

Unfortunately, not everyone is right, as others may well argue of
me. The democracy of the human does not instill the truth. I am not
saying that there are no aliens, and positing just the
extraterrestrials of an uncertain future. The size and complexity of
our beautiful universe would strongly argue for their existence,
only that my work has not involved them. The "Tau-9 Conference for
the Preservation of Humanity" is an event, for humans (not aliens),
where our own dirty laundry, created by our unwashed hands, will be
sorted out. It's okay, Bill. If you have to placate them, do it. You
will see them relax and enjoy themselves and their philosophy. I
have been working as hard as my body and spirit will allow, for them
too, even so that they may enjoy themselves with their musings. It's
not just for the people that would agree with what has been said.Can
you really imagine the governments that are "in the know" telling
the world the truth? What does that mean, telling the world?
Everyone? Hand it to the United Nations? Does it mean getting
everyone's input or acquiescence, or just those that have struggled
within the community of UFO researchers, or those members of the
Cult of Great Men? Further, could one speculate as to how, given the
time line we have, humanity (as a whole) could come to a decision?
What rubric would one set to meet, how would one mediate to
equanimity, what process would give way to total equality? Look at
our world. Bear witness to our own history, present conditions, and
to the structures and strictures we have built around ourselves,
ostensibly for self protection, on both personal and global scales.
Ought we to have eve ryone suspend their (let's say) religious
convictions, in order that they may deal with the issues? If not,
how? We have 8 years for a solution to be found. This solution, in
toto, will not cure the ills of humanity, but it will, with the help
of God, put a band-aid over some of its errors. Sadly, as much as I
believe in the involvement of everyone in the destiny of humanity
(and I really do) by the time the debating would end, it would be
too late. Sometimes reality dictates that some must simply stand up
and act. They (as I) are available for judgment afterwards. We'll
see, on the morning of December 22, 2012. I hope to watch the Sun
rise and know that all the work, of those now toiling, is being
greeted with laughter by those that have always "known better." That
is enough for me and all I ask in return for my small part: to know.
Do I believe that people should be told? However possible, sure. I
think they should be told everyone's perspective, even those of poor
insiders, that struggle daily, while trying to help. It is not truth
that I hear and read most of the time, but fear. With truth, we
always step forward, sometimes painfully, but yet ever forward. We
should listen to everyone, and debate credence from their
statements. While we should act with caution, we should not be
afraid to step forward, for fear of the boogeyman waiting in dark

True friendship appears to be a thread winding its way throughout
the body of your letter. And indeed, Dr. Burisch values true
friendship very greatly.  It is a rare and treasured gift, to be
cherished as we wander through the difficulties of this world.

Perhaps, the number of true friends we acquire in this lifetime is
intentionally kept to a small number because of the fact that we
feel so moved by that relationship that we often suspend our own
best judgment in order to preserve and foster a deepening of that
bond.
However, in the case of Dr. Burisch, and indeed most of us involved
in this research, the raising of true friendship over best judgment
cannot be permitted, no matter how tempting it may be, since those
aspects of friendship such as mutually beneficial projects, good
manners, apparent respect and assistance can all be a 'glamour'
obscuring a hidden agenda.

Even if that hidden agenda appears to be full of virtue, such as the
mitigation of human suffering, it comes perilously close to reaching
out, or touching the Fruit of the Tree of Life; an action which
cannot be condoned by anyone on this project.

Comparing Dr. Burisch to Gilgamesh or Prince Siddartha who set off
upon the noble quest to mitigate human suffering, or to seek
immortality so that nobody would ever again have to experience the
pain of loss of a 'true friend', is tantamount to a carefully
disguised maneuver to direct or guide his caring and humanity-loving
nature in a direction which appears on the surface to be worthy and
full of great virtue.

Actions (conversion of the observational nature of this project into
a technology of any form) even to alleviate human suffering, or the
pain of loss in such a manner would be tantamount to touching the
Fruit of the Tree of Life.

As to the question of whether the J-Rod asked permission before
flooding Dr. Burisch with mental images - Dr. Burisch regards this
as a personal matter between the J-Rod, himself and God.

And finally, disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence, regardless
of whether it concerns the factions of the J-Rods with which we have
become familiar, or other extraterrestrial entities which are

Warm greetings, I'd like to offer some reflections on the First
Annual Exopolitics conference which was a great success in every
way. The approximately 700 registrants filled most of the lecture
rooms to capacity and it was a great feeling to be in a venue where
so many people shared similar interests in the extraterrestrial
presence. There was a tremendous exchange of information and
networking, and it was personally satisfying to see that so many
people in this area are well grounded and well balanced. This helped
tremendously in counteracting the dominant perception that people
interested in ETs/UFOs are fringe and not worth listening to. It was
a time for coming out of the closet and being confident about the
collective power of those present to shape the future in the Capital
of the most powerful nation on Earth.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to go to as many of the
sessions as I would have liked and could only catch small segments
of presentations here and there. The most compelling presenter in my
view was clearly Steven Greer who has a tremendous capacity to
inspire and give detailed information on how the secret management
system is set up, and on the key individuals in it. What most
interested me was his account of the famous 'briefing' he gave of
the CIA Director James Woolsey who was out of the loop when it came
to ETs. It dovetailed exactly with my own research into what was
going on so it was gratifying to hear first hand confirmation that
even the most senior officials can be out of the loop, and there's
little they can do about it. He really is a dynamic presenter and
helped give people confidence that the system can be changed despite
all the challenges that lie ahead.

Another of the presenters who captivated the conference's attention
was Phillip Corso, Jr., whose stories about his fathers knowledge of
exotic technologies and black projects enthralled the audience.
Corso's description of 'time loops' and how these result in time
folding in on itself rang very true, so there's definitely something
there to research further. Richard Hoagland was another that
captivated the audience with his detailed knowledge of Mars and the
covering up of life and artifacts on Mars by NASA and JPL. He
predicted an impending official disclosure about life on Mars which
seemed a very plausible prediction based on recent geo-political
events.

The conference was a wonderful way of launching Exopolitics as a
serious academic field, and I'm very glad I made the decision to
throw caution into the wind and start writing and researching in
this area. It was synchronicity that Stephen Basset's idea for an
Exopolitics Conference was realized around the same time as the
publication of my Exopolitics book. Stephen did a great job in
putting together such a big event given the risks involved in
booking a major hotel for a conference which would be the first of
its kind. I'm sure he will continue to be a major figure in the rise
of exopolitics; and of course I'll be doing my part in making sure
exopolitics deserves serious attention.

As far as my own presentation was concerned, it was a chance for me
to show the audience how a political scientist would deal with all
the available information to present a fairly detailed analysis of
how the ET management system operates. Among the highlights for me
were showing how the political strategy for responding to the ET
presence was basically flawed since it addresses a
fictional 'external threat', rather than responding to a very
real 'internal threat'. It was the first time in my knowledge that
someone had publically challenged the strategic foundations of non-
disclosure of the ET presence, rather than questioning its legal or
moral foundations which has been the norm. Another highlight was
discussing how the 'black budget' used for funding the
compartmentalised projects was based on congressional legislation
and therefore quite legal despite its enormous size and
the 'quesionable ethical activities' used in raising revenue. To

In all the conference marked a transition, a coming of age where all
assembled realized that Exopolitics was now a new field and would
form the rubric for a new stage in the struggle to create a more
transparent and accountable system for dealing with the
extraterrestrial presence. It also helped make it clear that the
more we organize and work together, the more likely we can make a
strong impact on the system, and bring about policies more to our
liking. I'm sure the next conference will be even bigger and will
sell out so I'd definitely mark it in your calender and be sure to

Dear Dr Burisch

Thank you for relaying your thoughts through Marcia McDowell who
communicated both your and her concerns from my last letter [see
copy below]. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue this
dialogue with you since you are in the unique position of divulging
information of a classified nature on a covert project without the
kind of national security proscriptions that are normally associated
with such disclosure. This of course is indicative of tacit support
you have in disclosing this information to a wider audience. All the
information you communicate does much to enlighten those outside of
the `official loop' of what is happening with Project Lotus, its
significance, and the `observational' nature of this Project. I have
received a number of emails from individuals who are grateful for
the information that has been released so far, and appreciate that
such a dialogue is occurring. I include at the end of this message,
an email I received which was particularly touching and where the
sender requested I forward this to you.

In Ms McDowell's message she correctly identified that friendship
was a theme that I emphasized when referring to Gilgamesh's journey
for immortality that echoed the restorative powers made possible by
the Ganesh particle and Project Lotus. While she was correct in
identifying this theme of friendship in my message, my emphasis was
clearly on questioning whether the J-Rods could be the friends of
humanity given their manner of interacting with humans. I was
clearly suspicious of their intentions and arguing the importance of
developing friendship with other extraterrestrial races. In Ms
McDowell's reply, she chose to interpret friendship in a different
way to how it was intended and the actual context of my message, as
an appeal to friendship on a personal level. She suggested that I
was tacitly using the friendship between Gilgamesh and Enkiddu, so
as to persuade you to forego your ethical and professional
responsibilities vis-à-vis Project Lotus in the interest of being
a `friend of humanity'. She chose to imply that my references to
Gilgamesh and Prince Siddartha were a veiled attempt to inveigle you
into considering and/or developing some applied technologies of
Project Lotus.

Ms McDowell's choice to interpret friendship in the above way is
very revealing. She directed attention away from my own concerns
regarding the intentions and behavior of J-Rods, towards the issue
of applied technologies in conjuction with Project Lotus, and the
ethical/religious/professional issues this raises for you. This
indicates your and her concerns about maintaining the integrity of
Project Lotus and not violating religious precepts provided by the
spiritual entities guarding this technology, or embarking on efforts
for considering or developing applied technologies for this Project.
This is very predictable since as the project's Director, you know
better than anyone else the pressures that may be placed upon you to
consider and/or develop applied technologies of Project Lotus. The
concerns you relayed through Ms Haines resonates with a high degree
of concern over violating ethical/religious precepts associated with
the `Fruit of the Tree of Life'.

Indeed, the very fact that outside communications are occurring is
perhaps due to the perception that this may persuade you of the need
to consider applied technologies stemming from Project Lotus.
Perhaps there may be mix of national security and corporate
interests behind the pressure on you to consider or develop applied
technologies. In that sense, you are to be admired in maintaining
your convictions concerning Project Lotus and considering/developing
applied technologies when humanity may not be ready for this
politically, socially or spiritually. I certainly support you in
this as I'm sure many others do as well. Many have described you as
a hero for your stance in this issue, however, rather than simply
seeing this as a  struggle to prevent certain negative forces in
developing applied technologies, I choose to see the `struggle' in
terms of how it is framed and presented to the general public. I see
the framing of the struggle as most significant, rather than the
actual struggle itself since the former allows a better
understanding of the political forces and dynamics that are behind
the scenes exercizing influence.

I do not have a strong interest either way over the ethical issues
concerning applied technologies stemming from Project Lotus but
suspect that if I were better informed about it, I would be
disinclined to support any applied technologies. I do however have
strong concerns over the association of J-Rods with the Project, and
in particular the association between you and the J-Rod that
facilitated the information exchange with you. Any public
announcement of Project Lotus, the Ganesh Particle, and applied
technologies stemming from these, would in my view privilege the J-
Rods with having played a significant role through their assistance
in the program. The J-Rods may even have played a role in ensuring
that in the consideration or development of applied technologies,
they would play an indispensable intermediary role. This would have
the effect of legitimating the J-Rods intervention in human affairs
over the last 50 years as a result of a succession of
secret `treaties' with Majestic committees in a number of
presidential administrations.

The public response to applied technologies stemming from Project
Lotus would not only benefit the scientific creators of this
technology, but also the various national security, corporate and
extraterrestrial interests behind it. President Eisenhower coined
the expression `military-industrial complex', and I believe it is
now high time to expand this to the more correct `military-
industrial-extraterrestrial complex' that describes the
compartmentalized network of black projects working on
extraterrestrial technologies. This term more correctly identifies
the constellation of military, corporate and extraterrestrial
interests that have cooperated in the past and continue to do so
with minimal public accountability.

Applied technologies stemming from Project Lotus would go a great
distance in legitimating the current `military-industrial-
extraterrestrial complex' and would directly benefit the J-Rods who
have participated in this. This legitimating function of Project
Lotus remains my chief concern since I am very aware of how applied
technologies may diminish public opposition to the military-
industrial-extraterrestrial complex that exists and seeks to
legitimate itself in any forthcoming public disclosure of the
extraterrestrial presence. The public release of Project Lotus and
possible applied technologies associated with it would in effect be
part of a public relations exercise to generate support for the J-
Rods, Majestic Committees, and other key corporate/national security
interests in the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex.

I understand that your chief concern is and continues to be that
Project Lotus is managed in a responsible and ethical manner that
respects the religious/spiritual dimension of Project Lotus. The
presence and influence of the spiritual entities which guard the
Ganesh particle is a subject of great interest to the general
public. I certainly respect your position that applied technologies
are therefore not to be countenanced due to the religious
proscription of `look but don't touch'. My own concern is that
Project Lotus is not used either in the two following ways. One, to
develop support for applied technologies stemming from it that would
effectively legitimate the military-industrial-extraterrestrial
complex. Second, as a public relations exercize where the
religious/spiritual dimension of the Project Lotus is used as a
means of establishing a conceptual linkage between the J-Rods and
the foundation of life, thereby promoting the J-Rods and whatever
their long term agenda. I apologize here if I offend you in any way
since you clearly had an experience with J-Rod that you highly
value. I certainly don't you to construe my comment as a
condemnation of the individual J-Rod that you interacted with. I am
not opposed to J-Rods as an extraterrestrial race in general and the
possibility that they may interact in uplifting ways with some
individuals. I'm just concerned of any efforts, especially when it
involves the collusion of Majestic Committees as in the public
release of information concerning Project Lotus, that shapes public
opinion in a direction that leads to acceptance of some faction of J-
Rods as genuinely `benevolent'. I am very suspicious of such
a `spin' which has political overtones. I seek to promote a genuine
disclosure process where all extraterrestrial races are identified
and their long term agendas are made transparent. This also includes
the `benevolent beings' from Orion that you mentioned in your
earlier message, and especially pertains to the J-Rods who have had
extensive interactions with humanity at the public and private
level.

In conclusion, I see no inherent tension in our respective concerns
which are complementary since we see dangers in considering and/or
developing applied technologies from Project Lotus. We also have an
interest in disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence and making
this as transparent as possible, and not spun in a way that fulfills
some agenda by a variety of nebulous interest groups. Consequently,
I welcome the possibility of continuing this dialogue with you since

Dr.Salla,  I`m just one feller, wandering along thru this life for
whatever reason that has placed me here. I`ve been a child, a
warrior, a father, and still deeply love and share my life with my
wife. Along the way I was given an outline in how to live as an
honorable man, and with this, have conducted myself within that
code. I`ve made a life in Aviation, designing ,building,maintaining
and flying . Frankly it`s a tough life not paved in monitary reward,
but the intangibles of service to others ,and enough money to raise
a family has been truly gratifying. As I think of it , I can state
humbly ,that I`m very good at what I do. After 40 years in Aviation,
I don`t owe anyone a dime, haven`t killed anyone thru neglect or non-
preformance of my duties, and along the way, have given back to
those in Aviation the Gift of Flight. It is said that there are no
atheists in cockpits. On the spiritual level ,this I abscribe. How
could one ,seated alone at night flying thru the stars consider
anything less than the Divnity which smiles on this fair planet, and

Dr Boylan, the "Trial Balloon" & "The Right Hand Not Knowing What
the Left Hand is Up to!"

I wish to respond to some accusations leveled towards me by Dr
Richard Boylan in association with some of my recent articles and
interviews on Dr Dan Burisch and my April 17, 2004 presentation at
the X-Conference. Dr Boylan recently leveled the charge at a number
of individuals including myself that we were somehow involved in
a `Cabal' trial balloon using Dr Dan Burisch as the basis for public
disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. This was quite
revealing for me and I was eager to hear from Dr Boylan what it was
I was up to since this may have been a proverbial case of the "right
hand not knowing what the left hand was up to!" If Dr Boylan was
correct, then I would have first hand evidence of how the
treacherous `cabal' could subvert UFO/exopolitical researchers
without them realizing it. This would be an important research
finding if proved true, and I certainly wanted to find out since I
was one of the key researchers cited in this mysterious cabal
tactic. I had some confidence that Dr Boylan would know the answer
since he has lately developed some rather esoteric research tools
for discovering the motivations and integrity of fellow
exopolitical/UFO researchers. Using dowsing practices combined with
bio-magnetic aura reading technologies, Dr Boylan would surely be
the man who would discover what it was my sinister `left hand' was
up to without my good `right hand' knowing.

Greer, MD in this roll-out only further confirms that this is a
trial ballon in a carefully-laid disinformation operation of
some magnitude. Both of these individuals present themselves

Dr Boylan's statement is quite ironic since the possibility of
disinformation or more correctly `political spin' was the basis for
my initial public foray into the case involving Dr Burisch where I
wrote a short article describing my concern that this case was being
spun as a basis for public disclosure

accusation of me being part of cabal disinformation effort involving
Dr Burisch was certainly news to me so I thought it prudent to
closely examine my justifications for writing this short article in
case I was unconsciously part of a plot hatched by my sinister left
hand. In becoming involved in Burisch case, I was concerned by the
role played by `insiders' in arranging for Dr Burisch to be
interviewed, and to correspond with the outside world through an
extraordinary interview with two individuals by the name of Harry
Dshaak and Sterling Allan. In contrast to Dr Boylan, I do consider
Dr Burisch to be a genuine covert project scientist whose possible
public testimony was a signal of some new disclosure initiative that
was very suspicious in my mind. My conclusion was that that Dr
Burisch is being used as part of an insider agenda to legitimate
what I describe elsewhere as a military-industrial-extraterrestrial

conclusion was that the Dr Burisch case is not disinformation, but
is being used as a trial balloon for a new disclosure initiative
that has a particular spin associated with it. So Dr Boylan is half
right and half wrong about the Burisch case. This is a considerable
improvement on Dr Boylan's previous commentary on my research), so I
was encouraged that Dr Boylan was onto something with his new

Dr Boylan's reference to my possible connection to the Rockefeller
family brought me great optimism that perhaps I had recently come
into some appreciable financial reserves as a result of my cunning
left hand doing something unbeknown to my right hand. Unfortunately,
when I last checked my bank balance, there was no shred of evidence
of a Rockefeller connection in the recent or distant past in terms
of any financial transactions or my institutional affiliations. Now
I was truly disappointed by Dr Boylan's lack of accuracy as to the
true state of my research and associated financial resources and
purported links with insider heavies. I therefore have to reach the
reluctant preliminary conclusion that Dr Boylan's esoteric research
methods are perhaps not as reliable as I initially thought. Dr
Boylan followed up his first post with a follow up post:

"Undaunted, several Speakers at the X-Conference chose to
insert the Burisch disinformational tale into their
presentations anyway. These included: Bill Hamilton, chief
purveyor of the Burisch tale, Michael Salla, Ph.D., and
Steven Greer, MD."

Now I was really impressed that Dr Boylan's esoteric research tools
and undoubted intelligence gathering resources were so developed
that he could be fully informed of my presentation at the X-
Conference. Here surely was irrefutable evidence that my sinister
left hand was up to no good and my right hand would now finally
know. Alas, when I checked my notes and scanned my memory of the
presentation, all I could find was a meager ten second reference to
Dr Burisch and the Tau Ceti 9 treaty he mentions, rather than
expounding on the whole saga concerning Dr Burisch and Project Lotus
before a captive X-Conference audience.

In sum, I have to conclude that Dr Boylan's esoteric research tools
are in need of refinement. I have no competence to advise Dr Boylan
as to the merits of his latest research methods other than say that
I have found that after an exhaustive study, my left hand is
innocent, and that I can confidently clasp both hands together in
fellowship knowing full well what each is up to.

Introduction to Exopolitics - SUMMER, May 10-Aug 16, 2004

In this course students will be introduced to the main evidentiary
sources and perspectives that relate to an extraterrestrial presence
on Earth that has not been disclosed to the general public and most

Exopolitics Comment #15 - Significance of Iranian Flying Saucer
Reports for the US Military Occupation in Iraq

In this exopolitics commentary I take the opportunity to reflect on
the recent flying saucer reports in Iran and what they signify as
far as the US military presence in Iraq is concerned
(http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/meast/04/28/iran.ufos.reut/ ). The
reports are indicative of something that is very likely related to
Stargate/energy portal activity in Iraq/Iran and the region
generally. It is very likely that the whole region comprising
Iraq/Iran/Afghanistan is a vast energy portal that was strategically
chosen for this reason as the home base for extraterrestrials known
as the Anunnaki during the Sumerian era. The ancient Sumerians
described in great detail the lives and activities of the Anunnaki,
and Sumerians' descriptions have been translated by the scholar
Zecharia Sitchin. We are presently seeing signs of a possible
connection between extraterrestrials and energy portals in the
region in terms of the Iranian flyer saucer reports that may be only
the initial wave of extraterrestrials visibly showing up in the
region.

Now something that is an area of concern is that the US forces in
Iraq are doing things that act as a focus of rage for the Arab and
Muslim world. The latest saga involving the brutal treatment of
Iraqi prisoners that only inflames the volatile situation
(http://www.rense.com/general52/sadist.htm ). The situation in the
Iraqi city of Fallujah has eased but it seems that there appears to
be one event after another agitating the Arab/Muslim world about US
behavior in Iraq. Imagine one billion Muslims praying for Allah's
vengeance against the 'US imperialists' at the very time there
is major Stargate/energy portal activity in the region.

According to the author Gregg Braden, the 'Isaiah Effect' involves
creating a particular event through the power of creative
visualization by focused and intense emotions. The key idea in the
`Isaiah Effect' is that by visualizing a desired event and fully
immersing oneself in the emotions of the event as though it had
occurred, a powerful energetic impulse is created that helps
manifest the desired event in the concrete physical realm

imagine the effect of a billion Muslims praying for the 'American
infidels' to be punished in Iraq by Allah. What they might manifest
by all this rage/anger is an opening
of the portals and literally the gates of hell opening with
the 'return of the Gods' - the Anunnaki - who take the rage around
the region as permission to intervene and punish US forces and their
allies. If something like that
happened, well the consequences could be really terrible if the
US 'shadow government' managing extraterrestrial affairs unleashed
its secret arsenal to fight back.

I'm confident that the 'shadow government' behind the Bush
administration were aware of this Stargate/energy portal activity
beginning to peak at this time and this was the reason for their
haste in going in to Iraq. So it wasn't Oil, Weapons of Mass
Destruction, or the 'War against Terror', just a desire to be in
Iraq if and when the energy
portals/Stargates became active.

Significantly, confirmation of the presence of Stargates in Iraq
came from Dr Dan Burisch a microbiologist working on a classified
government project

interviews, Burisch has described 'natural' and 'artificial'
Stargates. These natural Stargates might be better described
as 'energy portals', and together with 'artificial Stargates', allow
off-planet based extraterrestrial races a means of intervening on
Earth and bypassing an alleged quarantine of Earth
(http://www.ecologynews.com/sampleexopolitics.html ). Burisch also
confirmed the existence of a secret committee of thirty-three
members managing extraterrestrial projects who comprise a 'shadow
government', the 'Committee of the Majority'.

The Bush administration has badly managed the takeover of Iraq by
enacting policies that enrage the Arab/Muslim world. It is very
possible that focused rage over Iraq will basically manifest an
intervention by an aggressive extraterrestrial race claiming to be
the 'returning gods' or Anunnaki. These Anunnaki could presumably
use the collective will of the population in the region for
vengeance as a mandate to wreak Allah's punishment on the 'American
infidels'. Rather than the Bush administration being solely
responsible, it is the secret managers of the extraterrestrial
presence (e.g., 'shadow government'/'Committee of the Majority')
that must bear primary responsibility since they are ultimately
behind the Bush administration's decision to militarily intervene in
Iraq to secure the Stargates and energy portals. It is therefore
both the 'shadow government' and the Bush administration that
ultimately share responsibility for allowing the situation in Iraq
to deteriorate to the extent it has at a time of heightened Stargate
and energy portal activity. Merely shifting blame onto the Bush
administration and making it the scapegoat in order to ensure that a
Kerry administration takes over the situation in Iraq, would be an
expedient solution to a problem that is structural. What is
currently happening in Iraq and the danger this poses US and global
sovereignty, goes to the core of how the extraterrestrial presence
is secretly managed in a way that involves unnecessarily high risks.

The ultimate result of extraterrestrial intervention responding to
regional rage against the US is a military confrontation that could
lead to a domineering extraterrestrial race having a major strategic
toehold in human affairs. Those who have made decisions that make
such an outcome possible need to be scrutinized closely as to any
hidden motivations that suggest undue extraterrestrial influence.
This pertains not only to the Bush administration, but also to
the 'shadow government' that secretly pushed for the intervention in
Iraq. In particular, the policies of the top civilian administrator
in Iraq, Paul Bremmer, who made the decision to disband the Iraqi
army and thereby fueling a mass Iraqi insurrection needs to be
closely examined in terms of his association with the 'shadow
government'. It is noteworthy that Bremmer has close ties with Dr
Henry Kissinger, a prominent 'former' member of the 'shadow
government', who himself played a critical role in giving assent to
US intervention in Iraq when he argued in a February 2003 article
that the Atlantic Alliance was in its "Gravest Crisis" due to
opposition to US military intervention by France and Germany.
Kissinger was hereby indicating his assent, and the assent of
the 'shadow government' to the Bush administration's intervention
into Iraq.

So what can be done to counter all this? The best thing is for
peaceful resolution of conflict in Iraq. US forces in Iraq need to
get their act together there and really dampen the situation and
stop inflaming things by confrontational policies that exclude the
former Iraqi elite who are behind the insurrection in Sunni
dominated areas. The pictures of Iraqis being tortured was really
the last straw for many in the Muslim world so the US military
forces really need to beware that with all this regional rage, and
major Stargate/energy portal activity in Iraq/Iran/Afghanistan, that
they may literally start something that will have terrible
consequences both for the US and the planet. The solution to the
military siege of Fallajuh where the Marine commanders decided to
work with a former General from Saddam Hussein's army, provides a
model that while on the surface appears to compromise political
principles initially espoused by the Bush administration, offers
short term security and stability to Iraq. This is critical if
Stargate/energy portal activity is entering a heightened state in
the region thereby creating great uncertainty over the consequences
of regional rage over the presence of US military forces and their
response to an ongoing Iraqi insurrection.

The Iran flying saucer reports are a sign that major events are
happening in the region in terms of a schedule relating to Stargates
and energy portals that has not been disclosed by the 'shadow
government'/Committee of the Majority. We might therefore anticipate
further extraterrestrial activity in the region that suggests great
caution is needed by the Bush administration in how it deals with
Iraq and ensuring that there is a peaceful transition to a more
legitimate and popular Iraqi government. The situation in Iraq for
better or worse is a focus of regional/world attention, and the
extent to which the region/world express either rage or optimism
over US policies in Iraq, will impact very strongly on increasing
extraterrestrial activity on Earth.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - The Mexican Air Force has released footage
of what a UFO expert said were 11 invisible unidentified flying
objects picked up by an infrared camera as they whizzed around a
surveillance plane.
A long-time believer in flying saucers, journalist Jaime Maussan
told a news conference on Tuesday the objects were real and
seemed "intelligent" after they at one point changed direction and
surrounded the plane chasing them.

"They were invisible to the eye but they were there, there is no
doubt about it. They had mass, they had energy and they were moving
about," he said, after showing a 15-minute video he said the Defense
Ministry gave him permission to publicize.

The ministry confirmed to Reuters it had provided the video, filmed
by the Air Force on March 5 over the eastern coastal state of
Campeche.

"We are not alone! This is so weird," one of the pilots can be heard
yelling, after the plane's crew switched on an infrared camera to
track the objects, first picked up by radar.

The film, recorded by a plane looking for drugs trafficking near the
Gulf of Mexico, shows 11 objects as blobs of light that hover in
formation or dart about, sometimes disappearing into cloud.

Mexico's most popular nightly news broadcast showed the video on
Monday night.

Interviewed by Mausson on another section of the video, the pilots
said they grew nervous when the objects, still invisible, turned
back during a chase and surrounded the plane.

"There was a moment when ... the screens showed they were behind us,
to the left and in front of us. It was at that point that I felt a
bit tense," said Maj. Magdaleno Castanon.

Mexico has a long history of fanciful UFO sightings, most of which
are dismissed by scientists as space debris, missiles, weather
balloons, natural weather phenomena or hoaxes.

Mexico's Department of Defense Releases UFO Information - Evidence
of a International Rift in the Management of UFO's/Extraterrestrial
Affairs?

On Tuesday, May 11, 2004, an international press conference was held
to announce the findings of a joint official and private effort to
investigate a UFO sighting. What is remarkable in the press
conference is that Department of Defense collaborated with a top
Mexican UFO researcher, Jaime Maussan, in the release of information
concerning the appearance of up to 11 UFO's in the vicinity of a
Mexican Air force flight that was on a drug surveillance mission on
March 5, 2004. Using infrared cameras and radar tracking, the eight-
man crew of the Merlin C26/A flight was able to monitor the UFOs,
which at one point formed a circle around the flight. In
investigating the incident, the Air force contacted Jaime Maussan
and asked him to participate in the inquiry.

The release of data on the UFOs taken by a Mexican Air force crew
was certainly a coup for Maussan who released the information in the
popular television program 'Great Mysteries of the Third Millennium'
on May 9, 2004. Maussan was initially contacted on April 20, by the
Department of Defense and had a meeting the next day with General
Clemente Vega Garcia, Secretary of Defense and his senior officials.
The Secretary of Defense went further however than simply informing
Maussan of the incident. General Clemente released film and other
data of the incident to Maussan that he could investigate with his
own independent research team. The Department of Defense confirmed
to international media outlets such as Reuters in a May 11 Press
Conference that it had handed over the film and data to Maussan.
This was certainly unprecedented and signaled a major new approach
to dealing with the UFO phenomenon by a major world government.

Up to the present time, there appears to have been a well-
coordinated international effort in managing UFO sightings and
reports of UFO crashes. These have typically been handled in a way
suggesting a sophisticated global system for dealing with UFO
sightings, and even collecting the remains of crashed UFOs, without
witnesses having much credibility before the mass media. This global
management system has prevented governmental releases of UFO
information to the general public and international media. Whatever
releases did occur typically involved private civilians rather than
military personnel in their official capacities revealing UFO
information. In the US, military personnel have been legally
proscribed from participating in the release of information of UFO
sightings according to military regulations described in the Joint
Army Navy Air Publication (JANAP) 146 released in 1953. Similar
provisions are found in the British Ministry of Defense and other
major nations that have had to deal with the UFO phenomenon, and/or
cooperate closely with the US.

This official international system for repressing UFO reports
suffered a significant setback in 1999 with the release of a French
government supported study of the UFO phenomenon. The COMETA Report
comprised former top military officials and found credible evidence
to support the existence of UFOs as phenomenon that required serious
political attention. The COMETA report was not widely covered in the
US but signaled that major nations differed in how much information
they should release to their general publics. In December 2002, the
British Ministry of Defense released a file on the Rendlesham UFO
incident of 1980 describing one of the most well document UFO
sightings in British history. Significantly, the US military has not
released its own files of the incident despite having played a
leading investigatory role at Rendlesham. The respective official
positions over the Rendlesham files suggests a clear difference of
opinion between the British and US military officials over the
extent to which UFO information will be released to the general
public and the mass media.

The participation of the Mexican Department of Defense in
collaborating with Maussan in releasing information on a
contemporary UFO sighting is unprecedented. This is a significant
development that goes even further than the COMETA report in
challenging the non-disclosure position supported by the US
government that apparently plays a major role in the international
management system in place for UFO sightings/crashes. The Mexican
Department of Defense effort in collaborating with Maussan
simultaneously achieves a number of things. First, it helps
legitimate research into the UFO phenomenon that now has official
government support as a credible field of study at least in Mexico.
Second, it legitimates the investigatory skills and experiences of
private Mexican researchers such as Maussan. Third, it comes at a
time of great international friction over the war in Iraq suggesting
that this Mexican initiative marks a major rupture in the de facto
global management system for UFOs that echoes global dissent over US
policies in Iraq. If the COMETA report and the release of the
Rendlesham files are solid indicators of the European position
towards UFO disclosure, then it appears that the US is becoming
increasingly isolated in its strict non-disclosure policy.

If indeed there is a major rift in the global management system over
the rate and extent to which disclosure of UFOs sightings and/or UFO
evidence is made to the general public of major states, then it may
be predicted that further disclosures by other governments are
likely. It may be concluded that the Mexican Department of Defense
collaboration with private UFO researchers heralds a major new phase
in the UFO phenomenon. With a more integrated global media and
Internet, it will be very difficult if impossible for the mass media
in the US to ignore UFO developments in other countries. If major
world governments begin disclosing information concerning
contemporary UFO sightings, then it may be predicted that the non-
disclosure policy in place for over 50 years may soon come to an
end. This would usher in the age of exopolitics where the political
implications of an extraterrestrial presence would predictably
dominate global politics.

Greetings, here is another UFO event that may prove noteworthy given
recent release of information from Mexico. The Chavez government in
Venezuela is no big fan of the Bush administration and may follow a
similar course to Mexico in releasing information. President Chavez
is an outspoken critic of US policies and was subjected to a failed
coup backed by the US. He has backed radical economic principles for
Venezuela to make it less dependent on the US.

It can be predicted that if there is a policy rift between different
branches of the global controllers of UFO/ET information, then
President Chavez of Venezuela and President Fox of Mexico would be
two candidates for releasing informatation contrary to US pressure.
Incidents such as this downed UFO are likely to be given more
coverage in the global media and may be part of a covert global
campaign by 'progressives' to disclose more information about the ET
presence. This is certainly an important development and one worth
watching.

UFO Crashes In Venezuela?

An unidentified flying object crashed last Saturday, May 15, 2004 in
the vicinity of the Raul Leoni Hydroelectric Station, also known as
the Guri Dam, located on the Caroni River some 100 kilometers from
the mouth of the Orinoco River at Puerto Ordaz, Ciudad Bolivar
(updated information).

The accident, which occurred in the early hours of last Saturday,
was witnessed by workers of the dam in question and took place to
the northwest of this location. Stringent security measures were
taken immediately by active members of the National Guard, who
proceeded to cordon off the area. The presence of U.S. personnel was
also observed, a common feature in all crashes involving UFOs.

It must be noted that the Seismography Unit registered movement at
the time of the unusual accident, a detail reminiscent of the
Roswell, New Mexico (USA) event of 1947. With regard to an alien
presence, no reports have been received at this time. Access to the
crash site has been highly complicated due to torrential rains at
the site during this time of year. However, accredited personnel
from Proyecto Orion is on site, collecting information that shall be
broadened in coming hours.

What Did President Eisenhower Secretly Know that led to him
supporting a Revision of the Pledge of Allegiance?

In a June 15, 2004 ruling, the US Supreme Court decided to overturn
the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the reference
to `under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance was unconstitutional
since it violated the separation of church and state

60 million American school children and is the foremost symbol of
American patriotism. The Pledge was given official support in 1892
by school superintendents around the country who agreed to school
children reciting the following: "I pledge allegiance to my Flag and
to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with
liberty and justice for all."

The Pledge was first revised in 1924 to replace the words "my flag"
with the words "the flag of the United States of America". Another
revision was made by Congress in 1954 and took effect on June 14 to
include the phrase `under God' ostensibly due to a need to
differentiate US society from the `godless communism'. This revision
occurred during the height of the McCarthy era so it might have been
indeed predicted that those fearful of communist expansion would
have aligned themselves with President Eisenhower and the US
Congress who supported the change in revising the Pledge in this
way. Indeed, fear of communism may have led to most US citizens
supporting almost any initiative to distinguish American society
from Soviet society and the `communist threat'. There is, however,
an alternative explanation for what initiated the revision of the
Pledge of Allegiance.

On February 20-21, 1954, President Eisenhower and his top national
security officials reportedly met with a delegation of
extraterrestrial visitors who were concerned about the development
and testing of the Hydrogen bomb (see
http://www.exopolitics.org/Study-Paper-8.htm  ) President Eisenhower
did not agree with the extraterrestrials request and this resulted
in the largest Hydrogen bomb test by the US on March 1, 1954. The
meeting was the first in a series of meetings with different
extraterrestrial races but the initial meeting reportedly had the
effect of deeply unnerving President Eisenhower and his top
advisors. What was it that could have unnerved President
Eisenhower's national security team? There may be a number of
different explanations, the existence of advanced extraterrestrial
life forms, their advanced extraterrestrial technologies, or the
knowledge the extraterrestrials possessed about the genesis of
humanity.

It can be hypothesized that what the extraterrestrials said about
the origins of the human species challenged the traditional
religious belief in humans being created by an all powerful
transcendent religious being or `God'. This knowledge about the
truth of the human origins so unnerved Eisenhower and his team, that
they reacted in an entirely predictable way. They initiated a
Congressional process to revise the Pledge of Allegiance to buttress
their world view which was based in a traditional religious belief
that humanity's origins were clearly associated with the divine
intervention of a `transcendent being' or `God'. Introducing the
revision of `under God' into the Pledge would be a way of
maintaining a religious perspective which had now become a matter of
US national security given the knowledge the extraterrestrials
claimed to possess about humanity's true origins.

The alternative explanation for what motivated President Eisenhower
in supporting a revision to the Pledge of Allegiance clearly
challenges the conventional thinking that it was `godless communism'
that spurred the 1954 revision. The truth about what motivated
Eisenhower in supporting the revision will be better known once the
facts are revealed about reports of his administration's various
meetings with extraterrestrial races. The alleged February 20-21,
1954 meeting is the most significant due to the `coincidence' of its
occurrence in early 1954, and the Congressional process that
resulted in the Pledge being officially revised less than four
months later on June 14.

One way to help lift the veil of secrecy surrounding Eisenhower's
meetings with extraterrestrials and the significance of this is to
launch a US Congressional inquiry into allegations of such meetings.
Such an inquiry would be a catalyst for those individuals with
knowledge about the Eisenhower administration's meetings with
extraterrestrials, and the meetings' significance on public policy
to come forward and give their testimony under Congressional
immunity. A petition has been created to initiate an inquiry by the
US Senate Foreign Relations Committee into the purported February 20-
21, 1954 Eisenhower-Extraterrestrial meeting and can be viewed and

The current Pledge of Allegiance with the inclusion of `under God'
may be little more than an historic overreaction by American Society
to the threat posed by Soviet Communism. Alternatively, the
inclusion may be evidence that a visiting extraterrestrial race so
unnerved an American administration that the latter reacted in a
very reflexive way to promote a religious perspective that the
extraterrestrials demonstrated had little validity in explaining
humanity's genesis. The truth of why President Eisenhower supported
a revision of the Pledge, awaits further investigation.

Professor Exposes The Aliens Among Us

In the world of academia, Northern Kentucky University philosophy
professor Dr. Robert Trundle realizes his beliefs are not exactly
widely embraced. "Shunned" is the word he sometimes uses.

The title of his forthcoming book is, in part at least, in response
to what he calls "the cowardice and vanity of a sizeable percentage
of American professors." Scheduled for release early next year, it's
called "Is ET Here? No Politically, but Yes Scientifically and
Theologically" (EcceNova Editions, Victoria, British Columbia).

Dr. Trundle, 60, occupies an almost monastic office on the second
floor of NKU's Landrum Hall. It's a room about 10 by 10, and every
available square foot is piled high with texts of one sort or
another. I was careful not to touch off an avalanche when I sat
among the stacks the other day and asked him to boil his book down
to its basics.

So what does he mean by that title? Do beings from places other than
this planet walk among us?

"Yes, I believe contact was made 50 years ago -- and I believe
beings from other planets are here now, mainly to study us," Dr.
Trundle said.

"Does ET exist from a political perspective? No, because the
government is afraid of the culture shock and public panic. For the
government to acknowledge the existence of extraterrestrials here
would be to admit it can't protect us from them.

"Scientifically, I argue that thousands of well-regarded witness
accounts cannot simply be dismissed. I'm talking about pilots who
have come forward even though it's meant they've had to undergo
psychiatric exams as a direct result."

At the very least, he said, we can't use current science as the
standard for excluding the possibility of a more advanced science:

"For example, science says it's impossible to travel at the speed of
light. If it were possible, it would take four years of traveling at
the speed of light to get to the nearest star system, Alpha
Centauri.

"Given our current technology, it would probably take us 50,000
years to get there, plus or minus. Based on that, the scientific
establishment somewhat blithely dismisses the existence of
extraterrestrials.

"It's like saying if we can't do it, they can't do it either."

Dr. Trundle's book is not an easy read, but it's an intriguing
sampler of UFO lore, sightings and documents, including this Freedom
of Information Act version of a March 22, 1950, FBI memo stating in
part:


"An investigator for the Air Force stated that three so-called
flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico -- circular in shape
with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each --
occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall."

It's a subject Dr. Trundle has been chasing for years. His
grandfather, president of the now-defunct Trundle Engineering Co. in
Cleveland, was fascinated with extraterrestrials and, when he died
in 1954, left Robert a small collection of books about UFOs. His
first article to the effect that ETs are here,
entitled "Extraterrestrial Intelligence: Challenge to Theology,
Physics and Metaphysics," was published in 1994. His second
book, "Illustrated News of the Unbelievable," was co-authored with
George Filer, a retired Air Force intelligence officer.

Dr. Trundle paints a virtual "Men in Black" picture of the ET scene
in which several species are visiting the earth, most in a human
form. But why?

"There are benign scenarios in which they might be seen as
anthropologists coming here out of curiosity," he said.

"Then there is a more threatening scenario, which is that they're
studying to see if the earth is habitable. An even more worrisome
possibility is that they have a hybrid program of sexually mating
with humans to strengthen their species."

No doubt about it. Dr. Trundle would have an easier go of it if he
stuck to Socrates.

"But I'm trying to apply the truth in the way Socrates called for it
to be applied to everyday life," he said.

He's convinced he's right. All he's lacking is cold, hard proof.

"If I had that, it would be the most astonishing event since the
resurrection of Christ."

Our Universe is a Hologram

  They [the Andromedans] say that all the matter that is in our
universe
came out of black holes. Under every galaxy, they say
there is a black hole from whence everything came. How
they have described it is that there was a universe that was
evolving (when they mean evolve, they mean that the fre-
quency of that universe continues to evolve), and as the
universe evolved, those energies that did not want to
evolve or were holding themselves back because they were
full of fear started to "gain weight," so to speak. These en-
ergies, which include consciousness, formed "sacks", which
got "heavier". As the universe raises in frequency (color
and sound), the pockets of resistance break and explode
out . This scenario is apparently what is beginning to hap-
pen now in our universe, 21 trillion years after its creation.
	 Everything in our universe, including us, came from
a black hole. The Andromedans say there is no age to us.
We truly are infinite. You can take that any way you want.
According to Vissaeus and Morenae, on March 23rd of
1994 a specific color and sound frequency began to ema-
nate from all the black holes in the known universe. In
terms of their science, which goes back along way, this is
the first time this has ever happened. What this energy and
frequency is doing is that it is creating a holographic im-
pression throughout all dimensional levels, of which they
say there are eleven creational densities. This new holo-
graphic impression has become a 12th density. They say
that this new holographic impression has one frequency -
that it does not carry a duality within it.
	 What this frequency is doing is that it is pulling up
all the dimensional levels below it. They say that by De-
cember 2013, third density as we know it here will cease to
exist - it is imploding in on itself as everything is being
drawn up. Those on the 11th are going to 12th. We are
supposed to go to 4th and then to 5th density. From the
Andromedan perspective, 4th density is a consciousness. It
is where an entire race is telepathic with each other, they
are aware of each other, they feel each other - they are of
one mind, separate individuals but still one. Fifth density is
where we would be considered from the third density as
being light. They say that this is what is going to happen to
us, no later than 2013, based on their science. Do I know if
this is right? I will know when you know, but they have not
been wrong yet.
	 Now, there are individual consciousness' which
have appeared in this 12th density holographic conscious-
ness. They apparently are like nothing that has ever been
seen before. The Andromedans don't know who they are,
what they are, and don't know even how to describe them.
But, apparently these 12th dimensional beings have the
capability to gaze down through all of the dimensions and
see everything that is going on there. That is all I know
about that. Why is this happening?
	 As all this is happening, certain essences are
starting to "gain weight" [See Fig 1] because the frequency
shifting is "pulling everything up." Those energies that are
regressive are starting to "freak out". According to the An-
dromedans, every single one of us on planet Earth and 21
other star systems in our galaxy apparently consist of a
group of beings, individual consciousness', that apparently
evolved some trillions of years ago to the 11th density. An
experiment was conceived where beings would drop down
into the concept of time and experiment with our thoughts
creating physical matter. They say that apparently a large
group of us dropped down into 3rd density and found a
specific race already there with a very specific genetic
coding involving 22 different extraterrestrial races. All life
on Earth was brought here by traders (Earth lies along a
galactic trade route), explorers, miners, joy-riders - all dif-
ferent people. Originally, the Earth was in a different orbit,
closer to Mars, and nothing but ice.

Greetings Jeff, I found the latest information about Stephen
Hawking's about face on what can come out of black holes to be quite
astounding. This is what Hawking has been reported to be now
claiming:

"After nearly 30 years of arguing that a black hole destroys

Scientist writes: "In essence, his new black holes now never quite

that Dr Dan Burisch gives about the Ganesh particle containing
information that forms the seed of life.

particle, information, as coming from a 'Stargate' from Frenchman's
Mountain in Nevada, so there is a parallel here with the idea of
a 'black hole' as a doorway of some sort that emits information.

So if life is taken to mean information that somehow kickstarts
matter into motion, then life may indeed originate from black holes.
However, it's information that is the key element here that
kickstarts it, and that's all Hawking [should read 'Collier' - M.S.]
is claiming.

Now what follows is astounding given what Hawking had to say about
information from black holes:

"According to Vissaeus and Morenae, on March 23rd of 1994 a specific
color and sound frequency began to ema- nate from all the black
holes in the known universe. In terms of their science, which goes
back along way, this is the first time this has ever happened."

So here we have a contactee reporting on his dialogue with an
advanced ET race in 1996 where statements that appeared crazy at the
time from a mainstream science perspective, are suddenly coming into
vogue with Hawking's about face. I think this is significant since
it goes to support the credibility of Collier and the information he
received as a contactee.
