Introduction to Exopolitics - SUMMER, May 10-Aug 16, 2004

In this course students will be introduced to the main evidentiary
sources and perspectives that relate to an extraterrestrial presence
on Earth that has not been disclosed to the general public and most
elected officials. This course will identify the criteria for
determining the credibility and persuasiveness of this evidence.
The course will focus on different perspectives on the
extraterrestrial presence in terms of the motivation, activities and
histories of different extraterrestrial races, and the various
clandestine organizations that interact with these races. The
political management of the ET presence will also be a focus of the
course.

The course will be offered through the internet, and will involve a
weekly lecture, online course reading material, direct
student/instructor interaction, and participation in a group
discussion forum specifically created for the class.

Why Take a Course on Exopolitics?
Ask yourself, `would I be ready if there were tomorrow a public
announcement of an extraterrestrial presence on Earth'? There is an
important need to analyze the vast amount of available information
on an extraterrestrial presence on Earth. The evidence conclusively
points to an extraterrestrial presence that is not disclosed to the
general public nor to most elected public officials. The many books,
interviews, videos, lectures, etc., on the extraterrestrial presence
point to a multifaceted phenomenon that is politically very complex
and has profound implications for all aspects of life.
Understanding the political implications of the extraterrestrial
presence requires comprehensive analysis by trained scholars in
international politics. This course will help you achieve a more
sophisticated political understanding of the extraterrestrial
presence. This will prepare you for the many issues that disclosure
of the extraterrestrial presence will bring to the public and
private sectors.

HOW TO ENROLL
The basic educational qualification is an undergraduate degree in
any discipline. For those only with high school qualifications, you
need to have experienced at least five years in the work force and
some evidence that you can meet the basic intellectual standard for
a graduate level course. The language of instruction is English and
involves extensive reading and writing so those without English
proficiency should not enroll.
An exopolitics course can trigger deep unresolved issues that
students need to be able to deal with, especially if these involve
memories of extraterrestrial encounters. While the Instructor will
be there to assist and guide students in most contingencies, the
course's primary function is educational rather than therapeutic.

Exopolitics Comment #15 - Significance of Iranian Flying Saucer
Reports for the US Military Occupation in Iraq

In this exopolitics commentary I take the opportunity to reflect on
the recent flying saucer reports in Iran and what they signify as
far as the US military presence in Iraq is concerned
(http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/meast/04/28/iran.ufos.reut/ ). The
reports are indicative of something that is very likely related to
Stargate/energy portal activity in Iraq/Iran and the region
generally. It is very likely that the whole region comprising
Iraq/Iran/Afghanistan is a vast energy portal that was strategically
chosen for this reason as the home base for extraterrestrials known
as the Anunnaki during the Sumerian era. The ancient Sumerians
described in great detail the lives and activities of the Anunnaki,
and Sumerians' descriptions have been translated by the scholar
Zecharia Sitchin. We are presently seeing signs of a possible
connection between extraterrestrials and energy portals in the
region in terms of the Iranian flyer saucer reports that may be only
the initial wave of extraterrestrials visibly showing up in the
region.

Now something that is an area of concern is that the US forces in
Iraq are doing things that act as a focus of rage for the Arab and
Muslim world. The latest saga involving the brutal treatment of
Iraqi prisoners that only inflames the volatile situation
(http://www.rense.com/general52/sadist.htm ). The situation in the
Iraqi city of Fallujah has eased but it seems that there appears to
be one event after another agitating the Arab/Muslim world about US
behavior in Iraq. Imagine one billion Muslims praying for Allah's
vengeance against the 'US imperialists' at the very time there
is major Stargate/energy portal activity in the region.

According to the author Gregg Braden, the 'Isaiah Effect' involves
creating a particular event through the power of creative
visualization by focused and intense emotions. The key idea in the
`Isaiah Effect' is that by visualizing a desired event and fully
immersing oneself in the emotions of the event as though it had
occurred, a powerful energetic impulse is created that helps
manifest the desired event in the concrete physical realm

imagine the effect of a billion Muslims praying for the 'American
infidels' to be punished in Iraq by Allah. What they might manifest
by all this rage/anger is an opening
of the portals and literally the gates of hell opening with
the 'return of the Gods' - the Anunnaki - who take the rage around
the region as permission to intervene and punish US forces and their
allies. If something like that
happened, well the consequences could be really terrible if the
US 'shadow government' managing extraterrestrial affairs unleashed
its secret arsenal to fight back.

I'm confident that the 'shadow government' behind the Bush
administration were aware of this Stargate/energy portal activity
beginning to peak at this time and this was the reason for their
haste in going in to Iraq. So it wasn't Oil, Weapons of Mass
Destruction, or the 'War against Terror', just a desire to be in
Iraq if and when the energy
portals/Stargates became active.

Significantly, confirmation of the presence of Stargates in Iraq
came from Dr Dan Burisch a microbiologist working on a classified
government project

interviews, Burisch has described 'natural' and 'artificial'
Stargates. These natural Stargates might be better described
as 'energy portals', and together with 'artificial Stargates', allow
off-planet based extraterrestrial races a means of intervening on
Earth and bypassing an alleged quarantine of Earth
(http://www.ecologynews.com/sampleexopolitics.html ). Burisch also
confirmed the existence of a secret committee of thirty-three
members managing extraterrestrial projects who comprise a 'shadow
government', the 'Committee of the Majority'.

The Bush administration has badly managed the takeover of Iraq by
enacting policies that enrage the Arab/Muslim world. It is very
possible that focused rage over Iraq will basically manifest an
intervention by an aggressive extraterrestrial race claiming to be
the 'returning gods' or Anunnaki. These Anunnaki could presumably
use the collective will of the population in the region for
vengeance as a mandate to wreak Allah's punishment on the 'American
infidels'. Rather than the Bush administration being solely
responsible, it is the secret managers of the extraterrestrial
presence (e.g., 'shadow government'/'Committee of the Majority')
that must bear primary responsibility since they are ultimately
behind the Bush administration's decision to militarily intervene in
Iraq to secure the Stargates and energy portals. It is therefore
both the 'shadow government' and the Bush administration that
ultimately share responsibility for allowing the situation in Iraq
to deteriorate to the extent it has at a time of heightened Stargate
and energy portal activity. Merely shifting blame onto the Bush
administration and making it the scapegoat in order to ensure that a
Kerry administration takes over the situation in Iraq, would be an
expedient solution to a problem that is structural. What is
currently happening in Iraq and the danger this poses US and global
sovereignty, goes to the core of how the extraterrestrial presence
is secretly managed in a way that involves unnecessarily high risks.

The ultimate result of extraterrestrial intervention responding to
regional rage against the US is a military confrontation that could
lead to a domineering extraterrestrial race having a major strategic
toehold in human affairs. Those who have made decisions that make
such an outcome possible need to be scrutinized closely as to any
hidden motivations that suggest undue extraterrestrial influence.
This pertains not only to the Bush administration, but also to
the 'shadow government' that secretly pushed for the intervention in
Iraq. In particular, the policies of the top civilian administrator
in Iraq, Paul Bremmer, who made the decision to disband the Iraqi
army and thereby fueling a mass Iraqi insurrection needs to be
closely examined in terms of his association with the 'shadow
government'. It is noteworthy that Bremmer has close ties with Dr
Henry Kissinger, a prominent 'former' member of the 'shadow
government', who himself played a critical role in giving assent to
US intervention in Iraq when he argued in a February 2003 article
that the Atlantic Alliance was in its "Gravest Crisis" due to
opposition to US military intervention by France and Germany.
Kissinger was hereby indicating his assent, and the assent of
the 'shadow government' to the Bush administration's intervention
into Iraq.

So what can be done to counter all this? The best thing is for
peaceful resolution of conflict in Iraq. US forces in Iraq need to
get their act together there and really dampen the situation and
stop inflaming things by confrontational policies that exclude the
former Iraqi elite who are behind the insurrection in Sunni
dominated areas. The pictures of Iraqis being tortured was really
the last straw for many in the Muslim world so the US military
forces really need to beware that with all this regional rage, and
major Stargate/energy portal activity in Iraq/Iran/Afghanistan, that
they may literally start something that will have terrible
consequences both for the US and the planet. The solution to the
military siege of Fallajuh where the Marine commanders decided to
work with a former General from Saddam Hussein's army, provides a
model that while on the surface appears to compromise political
principles initially espoused by the Bush administration, offers
short term security and stability to Iraq. This is critical if
Stargate/energy portal activity is entering a heightened state in
the region thereby creating great uncertainty over the consequences
of regional rage over the presence of US military forces and their
response to an ongoing Iraqi insurrection.

The Iran flying saucer reports are a sign that major events are
happening in the region in terms of a schedule relating to Stargates
and energy portals that has not been disclosed by the 'shadow
government'/Committee of the Majority. We might therefore anticipate
further extraterrestrial activity in the region that suggests great
caution is needed by the Bush administration in how it deals with
Iraq and ensuring that there is a peaceful transition to a more
legitimate and popular Iraqi government. The situation in Iraq for
better or worse is a focus of regional/world attention, and the
extent to which the region/world express either rage or optimism
over US policies in Iraq, will impact very strongly on increasing
extraterrestrial activity on Earth.

dolphin swims. We communicate through pod mind to an intelligent
civilization that uses a tonal language and has many highly evolved

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - The Mexican Air Force has released footage
of what a UFO expert said were 11 invisible unidentified flying
objects picked up by an infrared camera as they whizzed around a
surveillance plane.
A long-time believer in flying saucers, journalist Jaime Maussan
told a news conference on Tuesday the objects were real and
seemed "intelligent" after they at one point changed direction and
surrounded the plane chasing them.

"They were invisible to the eye but they were there, there is no
doubt about it. They had mass, they had energy and they were moving
about," he said, after showing a 15-minute video he said the Defense
Ministry gave him permission to publicize.

The ministry confirmed to Reuters it had provided the video, filmed
by the Air Force on March 5 over the eastern coastal state of
Campeche.

"We are not alone! This is so weird," one of the pilots can be heard
yelling, after the plane's crew switched on an infrared camera to
track the objects, first picked up by radar.

The film, recorded by a plane looking for drugs trafficking near the
Gulf of Mexico, shows 11 objects as blobs of light that hover in
formation or dart about, sometimes disappearing into cloud.

Mexico's most popular nightly news broadcast showed the video on
Monday night.

Interviewed by Mausson on another section of the video, the pilots
said they grew nervous when the objects, still invisible, turned
back during a chase and surrounded the plane.

"There was a moment when ... the screens showed they were behind us,
to the left and in front of us. It was at that point that I felt a
bit tense," said Maj. Magdaleno Castanon.

Mexico has a long history of fanciful UFO sightings, most of which
are dismissed by scientists as space debris, missiles, weather
balloons, natural weather phenomena or hoaxes.

Mexico's Department of Defense Releases UFO Information - Evidence
of a International Rift in the Management of UFO's/Extraterrestrial
Affairs?

On Tuesday, May 11, 2004, an international press conference was held
to announce the findings of a joint official and private effort to
investigate a UFO sighting. What is remarkable in the press
conference is that Department of Defense collaborated with a top
Mexican UFO researcher, Jaime Maussan, in the release of information
concerning the appearance of up to 11 UFO's in the vicinity of a
Mexican Air force flight that was on a drug surveillance mission on
March 5, 2004. Using infrared cameras and radar tracking, the eight-
man crew of the Merlin C26/A flight was able to monitor the UFOs,
which at one point formed a circle around the flight. In
investigating the incident, the Air force contacted Jaime Maussan
and asked him to participate in the inquiry.

The release of data on the UFOs taken by a Mexican Air force crew
was certainly a coup for Maussan who released the information in the
popular television program 'Great Mysteries of the Third Millennium'
on May 9, 2004. Maussan was initially contacted on April 20, by the
Department of Defense and had a meeting the next day with General
Clemente Vega Garcia, Secretary of Defense and his senior officials.
The Secretary of Defense went further however than simply informing
Maussan of the incident. General Clemente released film and other
data of the incident to Maussan that he could investigate with his
own independent research team. The Department of Defense confirmed
to international media outlets such as Reuters in a May 11 Press
Conference that it had handed over the film and data to Maussan.
This was certainly unprecedented and signaled a major new approach
to dealing with the UFO phenomenon by a major world government.

Up to the present time, there appears to have been a well-
coordinated international effort in managing UFO sightings and
reports of UFO crashes. These have typically been handled in a way
suggesting a sophisticated global system for dealing with UFO
sightings, and even collecting the remains of crashed UFOs, without
witnesses having much credibility before the mass media. This global
management system has prevented governmental releases of UFO
information to the general public and international media. Whatever
releases did occur typically involved private civilians rather than
military personnel in their official capacities revealing UFO
information. In the US, military personnel have been legally
proscribed from participating in the release of information of UFO
sightings according to military regulations described in the Joint
Army Navy Air Publication (JANAP) 146 released in 1953. Similar
provisions are found in the British Ministry of Defense and other
major nations that have had to deal with the UFO phenomenon, and/or
cooperate closely with the US.

This official international system for repressing UFO reports
suffered a significant setback in 1999 with the release of a French
government supported study of the UFO phenomenon. The COMETA Report
comprised former top military officials and found credible evidence
to support the existence of UFOs as phenomenon that required serious
political attention. The COMETA report was not widely covered in the
US but signaled that major nations differed in how much information
they should release to their general publics. In December 2002, the
British Ministry of Defense released a file on the Rendlesham UFO
incident of 1980 describing one of the most well document UFO
sightings in British history. Significantly, the US military has not
released its own files of the incident despite having played a
leading investigatory role at Rendlesham. The respective official
positions over the Rendlesham files suggests a clear difference of
opinion between the British and US military officials over the
extent to which UFO information will be released to the general
public and the mass media.

The participation of the Mexican Department of Defense in
collaborating with Maussan in releasing information on a
contemporary UFO sighting is unprecedented. This is a significant
development that goes even further than the COMETA report in
challenging the non-disclosure position supported by the US
government that apparently plays a major role in the international
management system in place for UFO sightings/crashes. The Mexican
Department of Defense effort in collaborating with Maussan
simultaneously achieves a number of things. First, it helps
legitimate research into the UFO phenomenon that now has official
government support as a credible field of study at least in Mexico.
Second, it legitimates the investigatory skills and experiences of
private Mexican researchers such as Maussan. Third, it comes at a
time of great international friction over the war in Iraq suggesting
that this Mexican initiative marks a major rupture in the de facto
global management system for UFOs that echoes global dissent over US
policies in Iraq. If the COMETA report and the release of the
Rendlesham files are solid indicators of the European position
towards UFO disclosure, then it appears that the US is becoming
increasingly isolated in its strict non-disclosure policy.

If indeed there is a major rift in the global management system over
the rate and extent to which disclosure of UFOs sightings and/or UFO
evidence is made to the general public of major states, then it may
be predicted that further disclosures by other governments are
likely. It may be concluded that the Mexican Department of Defense
collaboration with private UFO researchers heralds a major new phase
in the UFO phenomenon. With a more integrated global media and
Internet, it will be very difficult if impossible for the mass media
in the US to ignore UFO developments in other countries. If major
world governments begin disclosing information concerning
contemporary UFO sightings, then it may be predicted that the non-
disclosure policy in place for over 50 years may soon come to an
end. This would usher in the age of exopolitics where the political
implications of an extraterrestrial presence would predictably
dominate global politics.

Greetings, here is another UFO event that may prove noteworthy given
recent release of information from Mexico. The Chavez government in
Venezuela is no big fan of the Bush administration and may follow a
similar course to Mexico in releasing information. President Chavez
is an outspoken critic of US policies and was subjected to a failed
coup backed by the US. He has backed radical economic principles for
Venezuela to make it less dependent on the US.

It can be predicted that if there is a policy rift between different
branches of the global controllers of UFO/ET information, then
President Chavez of Venezuela and President Fox of Mexico would be
two candidates for releasing informatation contrary to US pressure.
Incidents such as this downed UFO are likely to be given more
coverage in the global media and may be part of a covert global
campaign by 'progressives' to disclose more information about the ET
presence. This is certainly an important development and one worth
watching.

UFO Crashes In Venezuela?

An unidentified flying object crashed last Saturday, May 15, 2004 in
the vicinity of the Raul Leoni Hydroelectric Station, also known as
the Guri Dam, located on the Caroni River some 100 kilometers from
the mouth of the Orinoco River at Puerto Ordaz, Ciudad Bolivar
(updated information).

The accident, which occurred in the early hours of last Saturday,
was witnessed by workers of the dam in question and took place to
the northwest of this location. Stringent security measures were
taken immediately by active members of the National Guard, who
proceeded to cordon off the area. The presence of U.S. personnel was
also observed, a common feature in all crashes involving UFOs.

It must be noted that the Seismography Unit registered movement at
the time of the unusual accident, a detail reminiscent of the
Roswell, New Mexico (USA) event of 1947. With regard to an alien
presence, no reports have been received at this time. Access to the
crash site has been highly complicated due to torrential rains at
the site during this time of year. However, accredited personnel
from Proyecto Orion is on site, collecting information that shall be
broadened in coming hours.

What Did President Eisenhower Secretly Know that led to him
supporting a Revision of the Pledge of Allegiance?

In a June 15, 2004 ruling, the US Supreme Court decided to overturn
the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the reference
to `under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance was unconstitutional
since it violated the separation of church and state

2004Jun14.html . The Pledge of Allegiance is recited daily by over
60 million American school children and is the foremost symbol of
American patriotism. The Pledge was given official support in 1892
by school superintendents around the country who agreed to school
children reciting the following: "I pledge allegiance to my Flag and
to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with
liberty and justice for all."

The Pledge was first revised in 1924 to replace the words "my flag"
with the words "the flag of the United States of America". Another
revision was made by Congress in 1954 and took effect on June 14 to
include the phrase `under God' ostensibly due to a need to
differentiate US society from the `godless communism'. This revision
occurred during the height of the McCarthy era so it might have been
indeed predicted that those fearful of communist expansion would
have aligned themselves with President Eisenhower and the US
Congress who supported the change in revising the Pledge in this
way. Indeed, fear of communism may have led to most US citizens
supporting almost any initiative to distinguish American society
from Soviet society and the `communist threat'. There is, however,
an alternative explanation for what initiated the revision of the
Pledge of Allegiance.

On February 20-21, 1954, President Eisenhower and his top national
security officials reportedly met with a delegation of
extraterrestrial visitors who were concerned about the development
and testing of the Hydrogen bomb (see
http://www.exopolitics.org/Study-Paper-8.htm  ) President Eisenhower
did not agree with the extraterrestrials request and this resulted
in the largest Hydrogen bomb test by the US on March 1, 1954. The
meeting was the first in a series of meetings with different
extraterrestrial races but the initial meeting reportedly had the
effect of deeply unnerving President Eisenhower and his top
advisors. What was it that could have unnerved President
Eisenhower's national security team? There may be a number of
different explanations, the existence of advanced extraterrestrial
life forms, their advanced extraterrestrial technologies, or the
knowledge the extraterrestrials possessed about the genesis of
humanity.

It can be hypothesized that what the extraterrestrials said about
the origins of the human species challenged the traditional
religious belief in humans being created by an all powerful
transcendent religious being or `God'. This knowledge about the
truth of the human origins so unnerved Eisenhower and his team, that
they reacted in an entirely predictable way. They initiated a
Congressional process to revise the Pledge of Allegiance to buttress
their world view which was based in a traditional religious belief
that humanity's origins were clearly associated with the divine
intervention of a `transcendent being' or `God'. Introducing the
revision of `under God' into the Pledge would be a way of
maintaining a religious perspective which had now become a matter of
US national security given the knowledge the extraterrestrials
claimed to possess about humanity's true origins.

The alternative explanation for what motivated President Eisenhower
in supporting a revision to the Pledge of Allegiance clearly
challenges the conventional thinking that it was `godless communism'
that spurred the 1954 revision. The truth about what motivated
Eisenhower in supporting the revision will be better known once the
facts are revealed about reports of his administration's various
meetings with extraterrestrial races. The alleged February 20-21,
1954 meeting is the most significant due to the `coincidence' of its
occurrence in early 1954, and the Congressional process that
resulted in the Pledge being officially revised less than four
months later on June 14.

One way to help lift the veil of secrecy surrounding Eisenhower's
meetings with extraterrestrials and the significance of this is to
launch a US Congressional inquiry into allegations of such meetings.
Such an inquiry would be a catalyst for those individuals with
knowledge about the Eisenhower administration's meetings with
extraterrestrials, and the meetings' significance on public policy
to come forward and give their testimony under Congressional
immunity. A petition has been created to initiate an inquiry by the
US Senate Foreign Relations Committee into the purported February 20-
21, 1954 Eisenhower-Extraterrestrial meeting and can be viewed and

The current Pledge of Allegiance with the inclusion of `under God'
may be little more than an historic overreaction by American Society
to the threat posed by Soviet Communism. Alternatively, the
inclusion may be evidence that a visiting extraterrestrial race so
unnerved an American administration that the latter reacted in a
very reflexive way to promote a religious perspective that the
extraterrestrials demonstrated had little validity in explaining
humanity's genesis. The truth of why President Eisenhower supported
a revision of the Pledge, awaits further investigation.

Professor Exposes The Aliens Among Us

In the world of academia, Northern Kentucky University philosophy
professor Dr. Robert Trundle realizes his beliefs are not exactly
widely embraced. "Shunned" is the word he sometimes uses.

The title of his forthcoming book is, in part at least, in response
to what he calls "the cowardice and vanity of a sizeable percentage
of American professors." Scheduled for release early next year, it's
called "Is ET Here? No Politically, but Yes Scientifically and
Theologically" (EcceNova Editions, Victoria, British Columbia).

Dr. Trundle, 60, occupies an almost monastic office on the second
floor of NKU's Landrum Hall. It's a room about 10 by 10, and every
available square foot is piled high with texts of one sort or
another. I was careful not to touch off an avalanche when I sat
among the stacks the other day and asked him to boil his book down
to its basics.

So what does he mean by that title? Do beings from places other than
this planet walk among us?

"Yes, I believe contact was made 50 years ago -- and I believe
beings from other planets are here now, mainly to study us," Dr.
Trundle said.

"Does ET exist from a political perspective? No, because the
government is afraid of the culture shock and public panic. For the
government to acknowledge the existence of extraterrestrials here
would be to admit it can't protect us from them.

"Scientifically, I argue that thousands of well-regarded witness
accounts cannot simply be dismissed. I'm talking about pilots who
have come forward even though it's meant they've had to undergo
psychiatric exams as a direct result."

At the very least, he said, we can't use current science as the
standard for excluding the possibility of a more advanced science:

"For example, science says it's impossible to travel at the speed of
light. If it were possible, it would take four years of traveling at
the speed of light to get to the nearest star system, Alpha
Centauri.

"Given our current technology, it would probably take us 50,000
years to get there, plus or minus. Based on that, the scientific
establishment somewhat blithely dismisses the existence of
extraterrestrials.

"It's like saying if we can't do it, they can't do it either."

Dr. Trundle's book is not an easy read, but it's an intriguing
sampler of UFO lore, sightings and documents, including this Freedom
of Information Act version of a March 22, 1950, FBI memo stating in
part:


"An investigator for the Air Force stated that three so-called
flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico -- circular in shape
with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each --
occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall."

It's a subject Dr. Trundle has been chasing for years. His
grandfather, president of the now-defunct Trundle Engineering Co. in
Cleveland, was fascinated with extraterrestrials and, when he died
in 1954, left Robert a small collection of books about UFOs. His
first article to the effect that ETs are here,
entitled "Extraterrestrial Intelligence: Challenge to Theology,
Physics and Metaphysics," was published in 1994. His second
book, "Illustrated News of the Unbelievable," was co-authored with
George Filer, a retired Air Force intelligence officer.

Dr. Trundle paints a virtual "Men in Black" picture of the ET scene
in which several species are visiting the earth, most in a human
form. But why?

"There are benign scenarios in which they might be seen as
anthropologists coming here out of curiosity," he said.

"Then there is a more threatening scenario, which is that they're
studying to see if the earth is habitable. An even more worrisome
possibility is that they have a hybrid program of sexually mating
with humans to strengthen their species."

No doubt about it. Dr. Trundle would have an easier go of it if he
stuck to Socrates.

"But I'm trying to apply the truth in the way Socrates called for it
to be applied to everyday life," he said.

He's convinced he's right. All he's lacking is cold, hard proof.

"If I had that, it would be the most astonishing event since the
resurrection of Christ."

Collier has been saying for some time about 'black holes'. I quote

Our Universe is a Hologram

  They [the Andromedans] say that all the matter that is in our
universe
came out of black holes. Under every galaxy, they say
there is a black hole from whence everything came. How
they have described it is that there was a universe that was
evolving (when they mean evolve, they mean that the fre-
quency of that universe continues to evolve), and as the
universe evolved, those energies that did not want to
evolve or were holding themselves back because they were
full of fear started to "gain weight," so to speak. These en-
ergies, which include consciousness, formed "sacks", which
got "heavier". As the universe raises in frequency (color
and sound), the pockets of resistance break and explode
out . This scenario is apparently what is beginning to hap-
pen now in our universe, 21 trillion years after its creation.
	 Everything in our universe, including us, came from
a black hole. The Andromedans say there is no age to us.
We truly are infinite. You can take that any way you want.
According to Vissaeus and Morenae, on March 23rd of
1994 a specific color and sound frequency began to ema-
nate from all the black holes in the known universe. In
terms of their science, which goes back along way, this is
the first time this has ever happened. What this energy and
frequency is doing is that it is creating a holographic im-
pression throughout all dimensional levels, of which they
say there are eleven creational densities. This new holo-
graphic impression has become a 12th density. They say
that this new holographic impression has one frequency -
that it does not carry a duality within it.
	 What this frequency is doing is that it is pulling up
all the dimensional levels below it. They say that by De-
cember 2013, third density as we know it here will cease to
exist - it is imploding in on itself as everything is being
drawn up. Those on the 11th are going to 12th. We are
supposed to go to 4th and then to 5th density. From the
Andromedan perspective, 4th density is a consciousness. It
is where an entire race is telepathic with each other, they
are aware of each other, they feel each other - they are of
one mind, separate individuals but still one. Fifth density is
where we would be considered from the third density as
being light. They say that this is what is going to happen to
us, no later than 2013, based on their science. Do I know if
this is right? I will know when you know, but they have not
been wrong yet.
	 Now, there are individual consciousness' which
have appeared in this 12th density holographic conscious-
ness. They apparently are like nothing that has ever been
seen before. The Andromedans don't know who they are,
what they are, and don't know even how to describe them.
But, apparently these 12th dimensional beings have the
capability to gaze down through all of the dimensions and
see everything that is going on there. That is all I know
about that. Why is this happening?
	 As all this is happening, certain essences are
starting to "gain weight" [See Fig 1] because the frequency
shifting is "pulling everything up." Those energies that are
regressive are starting to "freak out". According to the An-
dromedans, every single one of us on planet Earth and 21
other star systems in our galaxy apparently consist of a
group of beings, individual consciousness', that apparently
evolved some trillions of years ago to the 11th density. An
experiment was conceived where beings would drop down
into the concept of time and experiment with our thoughts
creating physical matter. They say that apparently a large
group of us dropped down into 3rd density and found a
specific race already there with a very specific genetic
coding involving 22 different extraterrestrial races. All life
on Earth was brought here by traders (Earth lies along a
galactic trade route), explorers, miners, joy-riders - all dif-
ferent people. Originally, the Earth was in a different orbit,
closer to Mars, and nothing but ice.

Greetings Jeff, I found the latest information about Stephen
Hawking's about face on what can come out of black holes to be quite
astounding. This is what Hawking has been reported to be now

particle, information, as coming from a 'Stargate' from Frenchman's
Mountain in Nevada, so there is a parallel here with the idea of

So if life is taken to mean information that somehow kickstarts
matter into motion, then life may indeed originate from black holes.
However, it's information that is the key element here that
kickstarts it, and that's all Hawking [should read 'Collier' - M.S.]
is claiming.

Now what follows is astounding given what Hawking had to say about
information from black holes:

So here we have a contactee reporting on his dialogue with an

A Report on the Motivations and Activities of Extraterrestrial
Races – A Typology of the most Significant Extraterrestrial Races
Interacting with Humanity

Abstract

There are an extensive number of extraterrestrial races known to be
currently interacting with Earth and the human population. In a 1998
interview, Clifford Stone, a retired US army Sergeant who served in
the US Army for 22 years and participated in covert operations to
retrieve crashed extraterrestrial ships and extraterrestrial
biological entities (EBE's), revealed there were a total of 57
extraterrestrial races known to the US military. From this pool of
extraterrestrial races, a number are more active than others, and
can be claimed to have the most significance for human evolution and
sovereignty. The extensive number of testimonies concerning
different extraterrestrial races indicates that the motivations and
activities of extraterrestrial races vary greatly, and an idea of
these motivations can be distilled from close examination of these
testimonies. This report describes the main extraterrestrial races
most commonly referred to in the literature who appear to have most
strategic significance for the evolution and sovereignty of
humanity, and their impact on a range of systemic global problems.
The report distinguishes between these extraterrestrial races on the
basis of their belonging to one of either two distinct groups. The
first group contains extraterrestrial races with which `shadow
governments' responsible for extraterrestrial affairs, have reached
agreements with and even collaborated in a number of joint projects.
The extensive set of interlocking agreements between these races and
the `shadow government' in the US and elsewhere suggests the
existence of a military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex of
interests. The military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex of
interests currently controls most information concerning the
extraterrestrial presence; and dominates government institutions
around the planet, financial interests, the mass media, and is
responsible for systemic global problems.

There is also a second grouping of extraterrestrial races that lie
outside of this web of clandestine agreements between
extraterrestrial races and `shadow governments'/national security
agencies. Most `contactees' report these races to be `friendly' to
human interests suggesting a more ethical approach to the challenges
confronting humanity as it prepares for the truth about the
extraterrestrial presence and challenges posed by advanced
extraterrestrial technology. It is this latter group which may prove
to be the key in solving systemic global problems caused by the
first group and the `shadow government'.

This report will first describe the group of extraterrestrials that
are part of a military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex that
while mainly associated with the US, is global in scope. The report
will then describe the second group of extraterrestrials who have
declined to be associated with the military-industrial-
extraterrestrial complex. Distinguishing between extraterrestrial
groups in this way helps bring to prominence the complex ethical-
legal-political dimensions in understanding how different
extraterrestrial races choose to cooperate or not with the military-
industrial-extraterrestrial complex. For example, is a race of
extraterrestrials `unfriendly' if it chooses to become part of
a `military-industrial-extraterrestrial' complex thereby sharing
technology with national security agencies in what may be described
as `mutually beneficial projects' that lead to secrecy, human rights
violations and damage the global environment as a result of policies
by the `shadow government'? Likewise, is a race of
extraterrestrials `friendly' when it refuses to be co-opted into a
military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex thereby choosing to
play a mainly observer role as a majority of the human race is
exploited by human elites and extraterrestrials associated with the
military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex? While a prima facie
argument can be made to answer `yes' to both questions, this should
not disguise the deeper ethical-legal-political issues that emerge
with the existence of a military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex
and dealing with such questions. Understanding the motivations and
activities of the most significant extraterrestrial races will help
greatly in answering the above questions; and will also help private
individuals respond adequately to the dilemma over which
extraterrestrial races contribute to global problems confronting
humanity, and which extraterrestrial races can be worked with for
the evolution and emancipation of humanity.

Memos to the Candidates

On the eve of the Democratic Convention PRG issues the following
challenge to three of the presidential candidates

Washington, DC - The next President of the United States will take
office during the 57th year of the public's awareness of a
government imposed truth embargo on the fact of an extraterrestrial
presence engaging the planet earth and the human race. This
awareness began with the withdrawal of the "retrieved saucer"
explanation by General Roger Ramey and the substitution of
a "weather balloon" to account for the events in early July 1947 in
Roswell, New Mexico. Later that year the superstructure for this
embargo was created with the passage of the National Security Act
and the assembling of a management team titled Majestic-12 Group.

This truth embargo has left a massive hole in the worldview of every
living human being. It has created two parallel realities - one
with an accepted extraterrestrial hypothesis and one without. It
has broken the social contract, compromised the mission of NASA,
eroded trust in government, withheld life and environmental
enhancing technology and warped the relationship between two
branches of government (executive and legislative) and the
military/intelligence community.

The extraordinary requirement to service this embargo while
simultaneously prosecuting the Cold War, a 45-year ideological
conflict unlike anything the world had ever seen, resulted in the
creation of a "Secret Empire" - the intelligence components of the
military/industrial complex. It is an empire because it is vast in
size and power and no part of it is elected. It is composed of
fiefdoms run by career managers who are replaced internally when
they retire or die. While agency directors are publicly appointed
by presidents, the directors of corporate intelligence operations
are not public and operate in a hybrid world of government
classification and corporate proprietary self-interest.

The public interest oversight of this complex - larger (on the basis
of its "known" budget) than the total military spending of every
nation on earth except the United States ($420 billion in 2002) -
lies with the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence.
But as the Secret Empire has grown, both the effectiveness and
public trust in members of Congress and Congress as a functioning
institution have diminished. Committee members are quick to say
they "have things under control," but each year fewer Americans
believe them or for that matter care or pay attention.

Organized citizen efforts toward "secrecy reform," while well
meaning, have been minimal with little or no funding. Attempts by
the Executive Branch to reform, restructure or limit the Secret
Empire have been, inadequate, misdirected or disdainfully
rebuffed. Ironically, the sheer size of this complex has
contributed to numerous failures to "take care of business." While
the Secret Empire has successfully tended its own agendas, kept its
own secrets, managed public opinion and conducted domestic campaigns
of surveillance, subversion, misinformation and propaganda, it has
often failed in matters of its primary function to protect and
defend the United States. When you have millions of people with
multi-levels of clearance to assign and track, hundreds of millions
of documents to classify, thousands of overt and covert projects to
manage, vast underground facilities to build and maintain, equally
vast above ground facilities to secure, it would seem that foreign
enemies of the state "slip through the cracks." These instances
have been well documented and don't need to be addressed here. The
response to each intelligence blunder is the same - demands for more
money, more secrecy and more power - size begetting failures
begetting greater size.

There are four men still campaigning for the presidency who are high
profile, "mainstream" candidates. Two have a chance to win, and two
are trying to either make a statement or influence the election.
None are likely to say anything, nothing, about the Secret Empire or
take any position on real secrecy reform beyond, "mistakes were made
pre- and post-9/11. This issue, like many others, is off limits,
and the willingness of the American people to accept limited debate
and exposition is now a threat to the nation.

But there is hope, because millions of Americans have become aware
and informed of the actions and implications of the Secret Empire
through their interest in extraterrestrial-related phenomena. They
are increasingly networked and now form a substantial voting
block. They are educated, well read, cyber savvy and many have
military backgrounds. They are starting to put pressure on
candidates to take a position on the most controversial and
implicative issue in the world today.

On their behalf the following open memos to three of these four
candidates are posted - Bush and Kerry because either could win and
Kucinich because his worldview already embraces the possibility of
an extraterrestrial presence. Nader is left out because he can't
win, has no interest in extraterrestrial-related phenomena and has
rebuffed every approach to inform him on the subject.

Memos to the Candidates

Dear President Bush:

The day you stepped into the White House as the 43rd President of
the United States you stood on the threshold of perhaps the greatest
legacy offered any head of state in history. Ten years after the
end of the Cold War you could be the leader who ended the truth
embargo and informed the nation and the world of the
extraterrestrial presence engaging this planet. You could be
the "disclosure president."

Millions of people around the world then watched closely to see if
you would deliver on your promise to Charles Huffer during an
exchange at a 2000 campaign stop in Arkansas. CNN recorded the
moment.

Huffer: Half the public believes that they are real. Would you
finally tell us what the hell is going on?
Bush: Sure, I will.
Huffer: (Gesturing toward Cheney) This man knows. He was Secretary
of Defense.
Bush: And was a great one.
Later Huffer encountered you off-camera in the hall. You recognized
Huffer and unsolicited said:
Bush: It will be the first thing he (pointing to Cheney) will do.
He'll get right on it.
Huffer: Will, will you really?
Bush: Yes Sir.

Truly, it has been a difficult three and a half years - a tough time
for the nation and your administration. History has called upon
you in other ways with other challenges.

But the disclosure legacy was and still is yours to claim in part
because your father was held in the highest regard by the military
and intelligence communities - the exact opposite circumstance from
the intervening Clinton administration. The election this November
is now problematic. If you do not take up the disclosure mantle,
it may be lost to you and your party forever. The truth embargo
cannot last four more years. More ranking military and agency
employee will come forward. The media complicity will end.
History calls, Mr. President. Answer the call.

Dear Senator Kerry:

The television talking heads that analyze your campaign repeatedly
refer to the need for you to "define" yourself to the electorate
and "separate" yourself from George W. Bush during an era when a
significant segment of the public sees little difference between the
two principal political parties while referring to "republicrats."

Should you choose to take this good advice, you might begin by
repudiating your membership in the absurd and dangerous secret
society, Skull and Bones, rather than laugh off or refuse to answer
questions from the press regarding this cabalistic organization,
which exists for no other reason than to network power among
selected elite. The American people no longer find this funny or
irrelevant.

More importantly, while it is inconceivable, given the restricted
and scripted nature of the modern election campaign, you would speak
to or seriously answer questions about extraterrestrial-related
phenomena, there is something you should know.

The truth embargo (or cover-up) preventing a formal acknowledgment
of the extraterrestrial presence (disclosure) is unraveling due to
the emergence of military and agency witnesses since the end of the
Cold War. Should you take office on January 21, 2005, this truth
embargo becomes your concern, and the legacy of the "disclosure
presidency" yours to claim - or reject. Do not accept a "need to
know" explanation from the DoD, NSA or CIA for their refusal to give
you the information you need to make a disclosure decision. Each day
of your term that passes without you stepping forward and ending
this 5-decade charade, that legacy will slowly fade away and you and
your political party will begin to "own" the cover-up. A new year,
a new president, a new world.

Six high profile Democratic Party candidates in the 2004
presidential campaign have fallen away, but you continue because you
believe you have something to say to the American people and to your
party convention. Your supporters and staff have worked very hard
to give you this opportunity - to have an impact.

You are clearly a man apart. There is no one else in the United
States Congress like you - no one who thinks further outside the
box. Consequently, you have brought many innovative ideas and
positions on issues into the campaign. Of particular note are your
views regarding war, peace, nonproliferation and weapons in space.
These are issues of great importance, which, if not resolved soon,
may yet lead to worldwide calamity.

And this raises a troubling question. How is it remotely possible
for the governments of the world to reach decisions about war,
peace, nonproliferation, the weaponization of space and a host of
other related matters, when the truth of an extraterrestrial
presence is being kept completely out of the public discourse?

Congressman Kucinich, you can make history. Step forward and speak
to this matter. Lift the curtain of ridicule. Finish what candidate
Jimmy Carter could not finish in 1976. Be the first presidential
candidate with a spot at the party convention to place the most
important issue in the world before the nation. Millions of people
around the planet will stand and applaud true political courage.

Dear George,

I respect Michael Horn's work with Billy Meir's contacts yet believe
he like many others involved in the case become blinded in certain
aspects. One Billy Meir in his own words in the Beamship Video says
the contacts stopped and it was his job to produce the best photos
and video of the ships. His son came to the International UFO
Congress and said the exact same thing. It is all on record. Wendle
Stevens one of the major investigators of the case said he does not
understand why Billy keeps rebuking all other contactees when the
evidence shows clearly the contrary. The contacts stopped and it was
Billy's job to just get the photos. Billy says he is the only
contactee yet in his books the Pleadians/Plejarans say there are
over serval thousand contactees? Billy also states that he is the
one true prophet chosen by God to be on the Earth at this time. He
says all the other prophets are false. There are people donating
over twenty percent of their income to FIGU with no rights or
guarantees to even communicate with Billy or visit? Billy calls all
the other groups cults yet there is a giant stone with a golden
image of Billy when you visit the center which makes one wonder.

Billy also stated that the crop circles were all dubiuous hoaxes
having nothing to do with ETs. He later said the ETs told him they
were created by ETs which were far less evolved then them. Billy has
publicly slandered crop circle researchers, ufo researchers and
anyone else claiming to have a contact. I do not believe this is
the conduct of a master for there is clearly a lack of love,
forgiveness and allowance exhibited by true masters. We sent Billy a
video in the past asking him to shed some light on the contacts and
sightings in the area. What we received in return was a scathing and
slanderous letter soon after posted on his site. Billy stated that
due to problems with the group consciosness and his own instability
the contacts stopped yet whenever they need to drum up business the
contacts are ongoing? I decided to give Billy one more chance. I
sent him a video of the latest footage which shows clearly extremely
advanced craft far beyond anything we have back engineered. I know
this because I am good friends with some of the people involved in
the back engineering, the best of the best. I will introduce you to
one of them in the future yet he cannot go public due to the obvious
reasons. Michael Horn said Billy went into his study and said the
ETs joined him to watch the video then came out and said there is no
contact happening there and it is only secret government. We have
had ships in every shape, color and size ruling out this statement.
There are plasma ships far beyond the ships Billy has had contact
with yet his group knows nothing of any of the activity here.
Something is wrong with this picture. I knew at first sight the
majority of the crop circles were real, not hoaxes and created by
ETs. I do not demand a portion of peoples income and the majority of
the research, the purchase of the land and the building of the
structures was done personally. I even financed the books and videos
which do not even cover the costs of the utilities on the ranch. The
donations over the 17 years add up to around 5,000 dollars. I
deplore worship of anyone other than the God within yet I have been
accused of running a cult, capitalizing on the UFO phenomena and
faking the evidence. Right now the cult consists of myself, my
girlfriend, a caretaker a dog three cats and 19 chickens. I find it
interesting that those pointing the fingers are looking in a mirror
for they themsleves are doing the very thing they accuse others of.
The long history of UFO activity in the area speaks for itself.

The thousands of witnesses, pictures and videos many taken by
guests and UFO investigators the likes of Dr. J Allen Hynek, Greg
Long, Bill Voguel, and the famous Kenneth Arnold sighting where he
lost sight of the ships decending on the western slopes of Mt
Adams,"my front yard", all speak for themselves. The Tribal Police,
Forrest Rangers, Local Police, Fire Tower Spotters have gone on
record concerning the activity in the area yet what makes this
experience special is the contacts. There has been a proven track
record of ships appearing exactly at the time and location given
prior to the event. This has been done redundantly with multiple eye
witnesses. This shows clearly a form of communication with the
ships. I was with Marcel Voguel who analyzed the metal samples given
to him by Billy Meir. They definitely were of unknown origin. I do
believe the contacts were real in the beginning and some great
information came out of them yet something has degenerated with the
original information and the integrity of the group. I do believe
Billy should be commended for his previous work and compensated. I
also believe anything that distracts people from making their own
personal connection through worship outside of self is a path that
needs some serious discernment. The ability to see the future,
telepathy and self rejuvination is dormant within all of us. It is
in the 13 strands of DNA only two of which are now operating. These
can be activated spiritually and through technology. I don't believe
there is a one true healer, prophet or seer of the past and future.
There are many who have activated one or more of these DNA lines.

Most importantly Einstein stated, "Condemnation without
investigation is the height of ignorance". It is important that each
individual perform their own investigation, have their own
experience as thousands have had at the ranch regardless of the so
called authorities. I would ask each guest that has an opinion on
the ongoing UFO activity occuring at the ranch if they have been to
the ranch. If they have not then they cannot make an informed
opinion on the matter. I have had many conversations with Michael
Horn on these matters which I chose to keep private. I do not
believe in attacking or trying to discredit anyone. Yet by making it
public on your show Michael Horn has generated the need for a
response due to hundreds of emails on the matter. This is my
response. You are always welcome to have your own experience, do
your own investigation as many others have here at the ranch. It

Fact Sheet Concerning Termination of Dr Michael Salla's Peace
Ambassador Program at American University, Washington DC

August 4, 2004

On August 3, 2004, I was interviewed on George Noory's Coast to
Coast and was asked about the status of my present association with
the Center for Global Peace, American University, Washington DC. I
informed George that as a result of my exopolitics research, the
program I had been developing, the Peace Ambassador Program, was
summarily terminated in late April, 2004, and my reappointment as a
Researcher in Residence would not be renewed at its expiry at the
end of August, 2004. I described these decisions to George as an
example of censureship and intimidation of academic researchers
exploring extraterrestrial related topics. I mentioned that I was
currently appealing these decisions through American University's
internal review process. George expressed great interest in the
matter which was also of special interest to his listening audience
who were encouraged to intervene on my behalf with courteous emails
to the President of American University whose email address I had
supplied to George. What follows for all those interested in a
possible case of censureship and intimidation of an academic
researcher of extraterrestrial related issues, is a time-line of
events concerning the termination of my Program and the appeal
process with relevant information on key individuals involved.

TIME LINE OF CORRESPONDENCE & EVENTS

February 17, 2004. A phone conversation occurs with Betty Sitka, the
Assistant Director of the Center for Global Peace, who 'advised' me
of the 'adverse impact' on my academic appointment if the Washington
Post goes ahead with a story on an alleged meeting between President
Eisenhower and extraterrestrials, in which I had been interviewed
and where my academic association with the Center was mentioned. The
story appeared on February 19, and the subsequent tone in
communication with the Center changed from friendly to 'icy'. For

April 30. Betty Sitka advised me in a telephone call that Professor
Abdul Aziz Said, Director of the Center for Global Peace, had
authorized the termination of the Peace Ambassador Program due to
unauthorized changes to the program. She advised that all links to
the Program had been removed from the Center's website, and that I
was to remove all links from my website to the Center. She advised
that a letter would be sent to me outlining the justification for
the decisions undertaken by Prof Said.

May 13. Prof Said formally advised me of his decisions in a letter
(dated May 13, 2004) whereby he explained the his decisions to
terminate the Peace Ambassador Program and not to request a renewal
of my appointment were taken as a consequence of what he described
as my "new direction in research" [exopolitics], and alleged changes
to the Program without his or the Center's approval.

May 21. In a response to the May 13 letter, I wrote a letter (dated
May 21) where I denied making changes of the nature alleged, and
specifically asked Prof Said to explain what changes had made that
so concerned him, and why I had not been first informed of his
concern before terminating the program without any consultation. I
protested what I perceived to be censorship and intimidation of my
new research in exopolitics.

June 15. In a letter outlining his response (dated June 15) Prof
Said gave no detailed response to the questions in my (May 21)
letter and merely reaffirmed his decision due to the alleged changes
he claims to have occurred as a result of my "new direction in
research" [viz. exopolitics].

June 28. In a letter to the President of American University, Prof
Benjamin Ladner. (incorrectly dated May 13) I protested the decision
by Prof Abdul Aziz Said to terminate the Peace Ambassador Program,
the non-renewal of my appointment; and the 'censorship and
intimidation' I believed was being conducted against my new research
interest in exopolitics. I requested the intervention of President
Ladner to promote a satisfactory resolution of the matter.

July 26. I received a phone call from President Ladner's assistant,
Meg Hawthorne, advising me that he had deferred the matter to the
Dean of Academic Affairs, Prof Ivy Broder, who would subsequently
deal with the matter.

July 30. As a consequence of a phone conversation with Prof Broder
on July 29, I sent a fax to Prof Broder lodging a protest against
the decisions taken by Prof Said and requested her to intervene in
the matter.

Greetings All, here is an interesting article from Pravda raising
the connection betwen genetics and the ET presence. They have
chosen examples that appear to be very dubious and easy to dismiss
by the general public (ridicule factor), yet the effect is to raise
in the public mind the existence of ETs interested in human
genetics. Interesting that the Russians are wanting to establish
this kind of mental association. I suspect this is part of the
Russian acclimation program which is now more in alignment with US
controllers. Definitely worth watching how Pravda puts a Russian

Sexual contacts with aliens occur frequently

Aliens take samples of semen and ovule from human abductees for
their genetic experiments

When the science of ufology appeared, the phenomenon of UFO was
associated with green aliens from the deep black space, studying
planet Earth with scientific or military purposes. At the end of the
20th century, ufologists started talking about the intention of
extraterrestrial beings to obtain the human genetic material.

On October 16th 1957 a 23-year-old Brazilian farmer Antonio Vilas
Boas was working on his field, when the engine of his tractor
suddenly stopped. In just several minutes the farmer saw a "flying
disk" above his head. The spacecraft landed on the field, and
Antonio saw three humanoids stepping out. The aliens were
approaching the young man. Antonio panicked, he had no idea about
the aliens' intention. So made up his mind to fight. The aliens were
stronger in number, they dragged the terrified man into their
spaceship. They took the farmer's clothes off, tied him up to a
metal table and conducted a meticulous medical examination. They
apparently found their captive healthy, injected him an unknown
substance and left the room. In quite a long time, Antonio
recollects, the door opened and he saw a beautiful naked blond. The
girl turned the young man on - the farmer was making love to the
extraterrestrial female for several hours without saying a word. In
one of his interviews to reporters Antonio said: "When she was
walking away, she turn around, pointed at her stomach, smiled and
pointed up to the sky."

After such a remarkable encounter, Antonio started craving for
knowledge. A year later he entered the department of law of the
local university, successfully graduated from it and became a
brilliant lawyer.

It became known in the 1950s, aliens often visited Earth with
matrimonial purposes. Well-known American contactee Howard Menger
was one of the few humans, who had a chance to meet an alien female.
The 'woman's' name was Marla. She said she was born 500 years ago in
the Constellation of Leo. Menger fell deeply in love with the woman
from space. He divorced his wife and married Marla. The latter
obtained the American citizenship and preferred the comfort of
Menger's house to intergalactic flights.

Elizabeth Klarer was one of the first women, who allegedly had a
love affair with an extraterrestrial man. In 1956 she fell in love
with a 'man' named Akon. The alien took her to his home planet
Metok. He seduced the woman there and Elizabeth delivered a boy.
After that the alien did not need the woman anymore and he sent her
back to Earth. Elizabeth Klarer died in solitude in 1994 in South
Africa. She strongly believed her son Ayling remained somewhere in
Alpha Centauri.

There are a lot of other examples of intimate relations between
terrestrial and extraterrestrial beings. Several years ago the
Harward medical school proposed professor John Mack to explore the
phenomenon of sexual contacts with aliens. The experienced
psychologist was initially rather sceptic about his research,
although he came to unbelievable conclusions. The professor studied
and analyzed a lot of stories about abductions. He concluded aliens
conduct genetic experiments on people. Aliens examine human beings
in special labs, take samples of semen from men and samples of
ovules from women. Sometimes they put a fertilized ovule in the
uterus, and the woman bears the child during the first weeks of its
development. Then they take the embryo out and continue maintaining
its life. Professor Mack said, aliens showed hybrid babies to their
mothers at times. One woman was abducted repeatedly two years after
the first abduction. Humanoids showed the abductee her son playing
in a special room. The boy did not look like a normal child, but the
woman could not help taking care of him. Aliens welcomed the
maternal instinct and let the woman stay with her baby for several
months.

Modern science does not have any convincing evidence to prove sexual
contacts with aliens. Nevertheless, such contacts have been
happening for several ages already. Descriptions of them can be
found in numerous tales, where people are abducted by fairies,
dwarfs, sea monsters, in legends about demonic creatures succubus
and incubus and so on and so forth. Nowadays some women say they had
been subjected to sexual violence by extraterrestrial beings. A 19-
year-old Californian girl gave birth to a blue-skinned and web-
footed baby. The girl said she had been gang-raped by web-footed
aliens. She claimed nobody believed her story and she had to keep
the extraterrestrial child to prove her rightfulness.

Greetings all, here is something worth taking note of. Pravda and
other Russian media outlets are releasing stories on the findings of
a Siberian State sponsored expedition to explore the cause of the
famous Tunguska crash. This looks very much like it is part of an
acclimation process that the Russian government is covertly
sponsoring through media outlets. It would be hard to imagine the
Russian government allowing such a story to emerge without having
first sanctioned the release of such sensitive information, if true.
Of course, it may follow the pattern of previous releases and
nothing futher is heard. Or it may be evidence that more disclosures
are forthcoming as part of a global disclosure campaign.

Explorers find UFO fragments in Tunguska meteorite area

The meteorite flight culminated in the powerful blast up to 40 Mt of
trotyl equivalent

Members of the scientific expedition of the Siberian state
foundation Tunguska Space Phenomenon say they have managed to
uncover blocks of an extraterrestrial technical device. The space
body, which was later called the Tunguska meteorite, fell down on
Earth on June 30th 1908, 65 kilometers off the Vanavara settlement,
the Evenkiya republic.

The first expedition to study the Tunguska meteorite was organized
in 1927. Professor Leonid Kulik headed the mission. However,
explorers have never managed to discover any fragments of the
celestial body.

The press service of the Evenkiya republic administration reported
the expedition worked in the western part of the region in the
summer of the current year. The mission's itinerary was based on the
results of the space footage analysis. Explorers believe they have
discovered blocks of an extraterrestrial technical device, which
crashed down on Earth on June 30th, 1908. In addition, expedition
members found the so-called "deer" - the stone, which Tunguska
eyewitnesses repeatedly mentioned in their stories. Explorers
delivered a 50-kilogram piece of the stone to the city of
Krasnoyarsk to be studied and analyzed.

It is generally believed a giant ball of fire flew above Central
Siberia before the Tunguska meteorite blast. Scientists have
analyzed hundreds of eyewitnesses' stories and revealed a still
inexplicable detail. Thunder-like sounds and incredible light
effects were seen not only during and after the bolide flight, but
also before it. Several eyewitnesses, including a political exile (a
highly-educated individual), mentioned that in their stories. It is
very hard to explain it with subjective mistakes, because such
affirmations reiterate independently. Observers were located tens of
kilometers far from the area of the fall. A ballistic wave could not
create such a sound: it could remain behind the bolide, but it could
never outdistance it. The only real explanation can be linked with
powerful electromagnetic phenomena, albeit scientists have not
developed a complete analysis of the issue from this point of view.

Another circumstance is tied with the direction of the body's
movement. On the ground of eyewitnesses' testimonies collected in
the 1920s and 1930s, scientists concluded the bolide had flown
northwards from the south. The analysis of the woods destruction,
though, testified to the westwards movement of the body from the
east. It is noteworthy it is the direction that can be traced in
eyewitnesses' stories.

The discrepancy is evident. A lot of scientists have tried to
explain the mysterious phenomenon using various approaches. It was
particularly said several bolides had flown above the Siberian woods
in 1908. This point of view seems to be rather unfounded - no
eyewitness could see several bolides in one day. Another theory
provoked a discussion in the scientific world, when professor
F.Zigel proposed the meteorite maneuvered in the Earth's atmosphere.
It would be possible to discuss the theory only if the Tunguska
meteorite was a man-caused catastrophe. The meteorite flight
culminated in the powerful blast up to 40 Mt of trotyl equivalent.

Update on Recent Activities, American University and Exopolitics
Courses

Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii. I've only just completed an
ET Contact Seminar hosted by Joan Ocean which has been an
eye opening experience. A variety of contact experiences
occurred for a number of participants which indicated high
interest on the part of various ET races in the group work that
occurred. Sky Island Ranch on the Big Island of Hawaii is a
wonderful location to host an ET contact event, and the nearby
dolphin swims offer an opportunity for important experiences
with a non-human sentient species.  I definitely recommend

American University Position  
I recently  learned that American University have completed their
review process and have not overturned the decision to
terminate the Peace Ambassador Program that I was
developing. Furthermore, my affiliation with American University
expires at the end of August, 2004 and I have decided not to
seek further affiliations with any university. The university
administrators have not given any response to the hundreds of
emails they receieved on my behalf . While such public support
was not succesful in my appeal, I believe that a signal has been
sent which will make it easier for scholars in the future to receive
a fair hearing when it comes to exopolitical research.  I thank all
of you who sent letters of support on my behalf to the University
administrators. It was a gratifying experience for me to witness
and certainly helped ease the pain of watching an eight year
association with American University end in such an unpleasant
way.
 
This termination experience has persuaded me that scholars
pursuing exopolitical topics are unlikely to be supported in the
present climate of inertia and skepticism of most university
administrations. I will consequently develop a "Galactic Peace
Ambassador Program" as a private exopolitical initiative. The
Program will be based on an exopolitical analysis of different ET
races which will be combined with innovative peace strategies
for human-ET interactions. I have already begun the initial work
of establishing such a program in Hawaii where there is a
supportive environment for this kind of exopolitical initiative and
contact work more generally. I will later this week upload
information about this Program to my website so you can expect
another email soon filling you in on this development which will
open a new chapter in my exopolitics work.

Next week begins the Fall intake for my exopolitics courses
which are offered online. There will be two courses: (Exopol 101)

US Presidential Elections
The exopolitical implications of the US Presidential elections are
quite profound. The reelection of George Bush would see more
efforts at maintaining secrecy over ET affairs. The Bush
administration it should be noted has been one of the most
secretive in record and overturned many of the Clinton era
initiatives aimed at greater government transparency.  John
Kerry, in contrast, can be expected to continue the Clinton legacy
of greater government openness. While a Kerry victory would be
a positive in many ways for the enviroment, international
cooperation, more government transparency, we could easily
see a repeat of the Clinton era where a progressive President is
stifled by more conservative elements of the shadow
government responsible for ET affairs. Whatever the final result
of the elections, there will continue to be much work needed in
promoting awareness of the ET presence as the essential
condition of public disclusure. Only an educated and aware
general public can make the shadow goverment  controllers
release information on the ET presence.

Well that's a full round up of my summer activities and I look
forward to what will be an exciting Fall for the development of

Aloha All, I recently came across this critique of exopolitics by
Gabriel Chiron. A useful critique that shows some innovative
thinking when it comes to identifying various sources of
exopolitical information. Chiron has a total of 13 sources of
exopolitical information which builds upon the seven I identify in
Exopolitics: Political Implications of the ET Presence (2004).
Definitely worth a read even though I can't say I agree with all of
his critique of the categories I use in my exopolitical work,
dismissal of the Iraq and ET artifacts thesis, and the need to use
standards applicable in a court of law. Nevertheless, the article is
indicative of continued growth in exopolitical thinking, and shows
the sorts of arguments that will soon be occupying scholars the
world over.

Finding and Processing Cosmic Information
— Ongoing Problems Of Exopolitics

It is well-known now by thoughtful and aware people of the planet
Earth that Extraterrestrial Intelligent Beings (ETIB's) have been
visiting the Earth and interacting with humanity in a variety of
ways from the beginning of human time.  All the nonsense about
whether there are or are not ETIB's is just a stupid sociological
game that is produced and maintained by government manipulators,
willfully ignorant academics and the distracted masses who do not
really want to know what is going on. The cosmic situation of
humanity in this early 21st Century is not about "proof"
or "evidence", for anyone who wants it can find plenty of it, nor is
it about "belief" ("Do you believe in Flying Saucers", "Do you
believe in Aliens?", "Do you believe in God?", "Do you believe
people have Souls?" and so on ad nauseam), but rather it is about
the present crisis of self-destruction of humanity, destruction of
the ecosystem and the role of Extraterrestrial Cosmic Powers in
secretly pushing humanity into such behavior, merely observing such
behavior or standing by to intervene, whether in an invasive,
neutral or compassionate manner.



Who and what are the Extraterrestrial Cosmic Powers that are present
and that may or may not intervene in some way in the near future,
perhaps on or before the natural deadline of late 2012 AD?
Intelligent, thoughtful people of our planet are asking questions
like this, but there is a scarcity of plausible cosmic information
on or around this subject.  Nonetheless, there is cosmic information
available for those who are seriously seeking it and attempting to
process it for deep thinking and attunement.  In fact, there are two
current books out by serious cosmic thinkers who have attempted to
give what they believe is the right interpretation of available
cosmic information in terms of an attempt to describe the actual
cosmic situation of present Earth humanity in conjunction with
Extraterrestrial Intelligence.  One of these is Cosmic Explorers
(1999) by Courtney Brown, himself an independent Remote Viewer, and
the other is Exopolitics  (2004) by Michael E. Salla, Researcher at
the Center for Global Peace, American University, Washington DC.



Courtney Brown has attempted some scenario planning of the near
cosmic future by building up what he considers to be the only two
alternative futures that will happen to Earth humanity, which are:



1- A future where a group he calls the "Renegade Reptilians"
forcibly invade and seize the Earth and rule humanity with a
sadistic oppression into the far future, basically abusing and
torturing human beings in the same manner as the American Army is
currently treating the people of Iraq, but at least cleaning up the
environment, giving some cosmic education to humanity by force and
simultaneously interbreeding with Earth people to create a hybrid
human/reptilian race.



2- A future where a group of predominantly Little Grays working
within a cosmic organization called the "Galactic Federation" will
forcibly prevent the "Renegade Reptilians" from invading the Earth,
but will also prevent any form of  benign intervention from outside
humanity.  In this scenario, the Earth sinks into increasing
environmental disasters, deterioration and human deprivation in a
world dominated by thoughtless and irresponsible masses and their
foolish, corrupt leaders.



These two gloomy scenarios are the only plausible future scenarios
Brown wishes to build and think about from his particular remote
viewing perspective.  From the standpoint of genuine Scenario
Planning, even working with his limited cosmic information and
beliefs, other scenarios could and should be built and become part
of the thinking exercise about the future.  Also, it would be
helpful if his Remote Viewing would apply itself to a wider
bandwidth which could include, for instance, the Pleiadeans,  the
Iargans, the Siriusians and other Extraterrestrial Races of our
galaxy and even other galaxies, such as Andromeda, who apparently
have representatives here.  He is, in our opinion, over-focused on
Reptilians, Little Grays and Martians.  And, even in the matter of
Little Grays, he believes (as too many others also do) that the race
from Zeta Reticulum are also "Little Grays", but this is not in fact
so, though there are some areas of resemblance.  Strictly speaking,
the Little Grays are from our old Lunar evolution of the Moon, and
it is they who have utilized genetic material of Americans to create
a hybrid Little Gray/human race now inhabiting a planet called
Essassani.  This has apparently taken place in accord with cosmic
agreements outside the knowledge and conscious willingness of Earth
humanity, which has created reactions against "intrusion" in some
government circles through some misunderstanding.  So, we would
recommend that  Remote Viewing tackle a wider spread of targets in
conjunction with greater research and thoughtfulness toward cosmic
information from alternative sources to Remote Viewing, such as
valid accounts of direct contactees, whether voluntary and conscious
and involuntary and semi-conscious abductees.  He should even
examine more carefully various kinds of "channeled" telepathy from
Extraterrestrial sources, which are virtually apposite forms of
Remote Viewing.



Michael Salla gives a limited list of possible sources of cosmic
information, which we will be referring to here and there, but his
list includes only seven categories, whereas we acknowledge thirteen
sources of potentially valid cosmic information.  Also, his criteria
for the validity of cosmic information is to assess its degree of
acceptance in a human court of law.  But we are aware that human
courts of law have been repeatedly corrupted and prejudiced in a
variety of ways even in regard to ordinary Earth situations.  Look
at how a corrupt Supreme Court of the United States upheld election-
rigging in Florida in the 2000 presidential election of America.
How are they then going to be able to adequately process and
evaluate cosmic evidence?  Human judges and lawyers do not have the
cosmic education or mental abilities to process cosmic information.
The processing of cosmic information and evidence is a profound
Phenomenological and Sociological problem which would require a body
of organized Cosmologists operating with full cosmic knowledge and
understanding coupled with heightened awareness.  They would have to
be without Earth-bound ignorance or prejudice, just for starters.
So, to get around this problem, we will suggest thirteen sources of
cosmic information in a more natural sequence than this "court of
law" business.  We rely more on a kind of common sense approach
coupled with higher order logic.



Another aspect of Salla's work is that he has gone entirely
overboard in projecting that governmental secret agencies and the
Bilderbergers globally, in-the-know about cosmic extraterrestrial
matters and technologies, have opted to invade Iraq not for Oil, but
to capture old Extraterrestrial technological artifacts, such as
some special "stargate" he has decided must be there as a prize the
Americans in particular want to unearth and possess, even possibly
to gain control over possible incursions of Anunnaki invaders
through that Iraq Stargate.  We would temper these conclusions with
a more logical idea that they are there primarily to capture and
utilize Iraq oil-reserves because of the Peak Oil crisis on the
planet and only secondarily to raid ancient Extraterrestrial
artifacts.  Also, he himself acknowledges that the Americans seem to
already possess stargates and time-portals, such as at Montauk, in
which case it makes one wonder why they would be so caught-up in
retrieving an ancient stargate if they already have one that
works.   Salla's logic here is a bit fuzzy and frenzied, which in
our opinion spoils some of his important work in evaluating cosmic
information and evaluating the governmental evaluators and their
Black Projects as well.  That the American government has been back-
engineering Extraterrestrial technology from captured vessels is
rather obvious, but it is not obvious or necessarily true that the
only or even primary reason for the military conquest of Iraq is to
capture a "stargate".



Who the Extraterrestrial players are upon and around and about the
Earth is not fully and satisfactorily answered by either Courtney
Brown or Michael E. Salla, but they do indeed furnish us with useful
cosmic information and evaluations that cannot be found in other
sources.   Nevertheless, there are also other sources that furnish
additional and sometimes apposite cosmic information that should be
taken into consideration.   We will now give our breakdown of all
categories of useful sources of cosmic information and briefly
discuss in each category what its potential value is.



Sources of Cosmic Information



Category A – Voluntary Conscious Physical Contactees



There have been many good, valid reports and studies of these kind
of contactees for over fifty years now.   That most of them have
been debunked and treated as hoaxes is more a manifestation of Earth-
bound ignorance and sociological pressures or outright prejudices
against this kind of cosmic information.  Secretive government
controllers, for instance, would not want their populations
seriously thinking about what contactees have been told about the
actual cosmic situation of Earth humanity.  Also, most human beings
do not like the idea that Extraterrestrials have picked out certain
selected people as channels of cosmic information to Earth
humanity.   They do not want to believe this has been happening
because it threatens their Earthbound non-cosmic worldviews or
models of Reality.   They tend to feel and believe that Voluntary
Conscious Physical Contacts do not really happen and must be made-up
stories for getting attention and fame or are even outright insanity
or delusions of the contactees.  So, most people do not acquire and
deeply study the cosmic information available from these direct
contactees.  They would even prefer to give more credence to the
next category of freaked-out amnesiacs who have been abducted by
Extraterrestrials.   Investigating hypnotists then have to drag
whatever kind of cosmic information they can from out of these
zonked semi-victims who have haven't got a clue why they were
forcibly contacted.  Often, there is valid and highly interesting
cosmic information derived from abductees, but why do people give
more credence to this secondary information when the primary
information is given from contactees who have consciously and
willingly undergone meaningful contacts?



The cosmic information that comes from the Extraterrestrial contacts
of Peter Moon and Billy Meiers with the Pleiadeans, of  Antonio
Ribera with the Ummo's,  of Artur Berlet with the people of Acart,
the artificial hollow world revolving around Saturn,  of Ludwig
Pallmann with people from Itibi-Ra, and the incredible revelations
of cosmic evolution given to Stefan Denaerde by the Iargans, is all
very significant and important.   And  this does not exhaust the
whole list.  Robert Charroux, for instance, has reported a
contactee, Mr. N.Y. who lives near Paris in France who went to the
planet Ba'avi of Proxima Centauri.  There is also a video
documentary with Robert Bly interpreting a contactee from Peru by
the name of Sixto Paz Wells who was taken to a colony of giants in a
facility on Ganymede who resemble the same people of Ba'avi who are
called the Ba'al.   Many of these kind of sources have been made
available through the work of the indefatigable researcher, Col.
Wendelle C. Stevens.  We also should not neglect to mention the book
and film of Shirley MacLaine called Out On a Limb where a young man,
David Manning, describes his meetings and subsequent work with a
woman from the Pleiades by the name of Mayan.   This itself
indicates that there are colonists of ancient Mayans from the Earth
dwelling in the Pleiades.  In fact, there is growing evidence that
there are various little groups of colonists from the Earth on
various planets in the Galaxy where they have been gathered together
and taken by various Extraterrestrial races as experiemental
colonies to see how peoples from Earth would develop in those
situations.   That we do not get reports from these colonies for
some reason does not mean they are not there.   They are also a
potentially large group of unknown contactees.



Category B – Involuntary  Semi-Conscious Physical Contactees
(Abductees)



Some of the most famous of these cases need serious examination,
starting with Whitley Strieber of Communion fame, but also including
people abducted by beings from Zeta Reticulum, such as Betty and
Barney Hill, as well as Billy Herman.  The abduction of Betty
Andreason by little people apparently from Arcturus, is also a rich
contact with important cosmic information.   Collections of Abductee
reports compiled by Dr. John Mack, Budd Hopkins, Judith and Alan
Gonsberg, Edith Fiore, Jenny Randalls and others are also a rich
field of cosmic information.



What makes these abduction reports so important is that they were
physical and vivid, however unconscious and forgotten immediately
after the experiences.  Once the memories are retrieved, they are
very cosmic memories indeed.  Some of this cosmic information is
virtually on a par with that which voluntary conscious contactees
have gotten.   And we should not forget that sometimes abductees
have converted themselves into voluntary conscious contactees, as
with the case of Whitley Strieber, which is itself a significant
psycho-sociological  issue.



Salla of course mentions this category as having signifance, but his
failure to mention the category of voluntary conscious physical
contactees shows prejudice or undue political constraint to please
those who are either prejudiced or involved in government cover-up.

Perhaps he will explain himself on this point at some future date,
but the serious researcher can do plenty of investigating of
Category A without the approval of Michael E. Salla.



Category C – Voluntary Semi-Conscious Alter-physical Contactees
(Star People)



These are people who remember past life incarnation as
Extraterrestrial Intelligent Beings (ETIB's) prior to their present
life on Earth, either through taking over a physical body of Earth
(Walk-ins) or through taking birth in and as a body of Earth
(reincarnation).  Since most ordinary people in the Christian and
Atheist regions of the Earth, such as America and Europe do not
believe in Soul-transference on the one hand or Reincarnation on the
other hand, taking these unpopular occult concepts a step farther
into the realms of Extraterrestrial Intelligence is usually too much
to ask.   However, this notwithstanding, there is a complex maze of
potential cosmic information available from such sources as well.
Whether memory-retrieval is from the present physical body or a
previous physical body that had the same mind, it is still based on
the same principle, which requires some serious investigation.  Brad
Steiger's The Star People, Ruth Montgomery's Strangers Among Us and
Zoev Joh/Diana Luppi's E.T. 101 are three books that can get you
started in this fascinating area.  Cosmic information can sometimes
be found in this category which should not be automatically
dismissed.  Of course, Salla does not mention this category either
for rather obvious reasons to do with wanting to be credible to
highly prejudiced and ignorant people who are in the majority in
Western Civilization.



Category D – Voluntary Psychic Contactees (Channelers and
Visionaries)



Salla credits this category and mentions Barbara Marciniak and her
Pleiadean channeling at some length.   However he does not go into
other interesting channeled material as Darryl Anka's Bashar  book,
Judi Pope Koteen's book, UFOs And The Nature Of Reality, which is
the J.K. Knight channeling of Ramtha, or The Ra Material, which
started the big rage for talking about "density levels " as the
knee's bees descriptique of  levels or dimensions of cosmic
existence, which is OK as far as it goes.  Of course, Salla does
mention the Council of Nine stuff, as in Phyllis V. Schlemmer's The
Only Planet of Choice.



However much we might like to view all this channeled material with
a healthy grain of salt, the fact remains that interesting cosmic
perspectives are sometimes opened up to us in this way that we
cannot get from alternative sources.  For instance, Marciniak's
laying out of a genetic-blocking of humanity deal between the
Pleiadeans and the Reptilians is more or less valid and
excruciatingly important for the humanity of the future.   It is
recommended that you read my own article on this website entitled,
Intergalactic Politics, if you want to go deeply into this issue.
Have ongoing tensions been resolved between the Tall Blond Aryans of
the Pleiades (who sponsored Hitler and indirectly the Holocaust or
genocide of  six million Jews by the Nazi German people) and
Courtney Brown's Renegade Reptilians?



Category E – Neutral Psychic Contactees (Remote Viewers and Shamans)



Salla rightly mentions this source and the work of Courtney Brown in
particular as expressed in his two books, Cosmic Voyage and Cosmic
Explorers.  What Salla and Brown do not discuss is that native
Shamans of various tribes have been "Walking-in-the-Sky"
or "Voidwalking" (Remote Viewing) for thousands of years and
sometimes have acquired Cosmic Information in this way.    There is
thus a much wider bandwidth of this kind of cosmic information
gathering than what we get from government programmed and trained
scientific shamans of the modern age.  However, there is no doubt
that Courtney Brown and his associates have found out a great deal
in regard to the old Lunar Little Grays and the plight of the
Martian remnant colonies that survived underground after the orbital
catastrophe on Mars, the death of millions, and the transfer of
Martians to Earth hundreds of thousands of years ago as seed races
for the Earth (Eastern Orientals and Western Red Indians) in
Mongolia (Shambhala/ShemBa'al) and Peru.  There is indeed a colony
of contemporary transferees from Mars in New Mexico, and it is they
who often show up in John Keel's book,  The Mothman Prophecies,
as "Men-In –Black", though Keel does not know those people are
Martians, though he may figure it out if he reads this article and
Courtney Brown.



Category F – Whistle-Blowers From Inside Secret Government



Salla goes into this category at great length and cites people like
Colonel Philip Corso and Dr. Steven Greer, director of the
Disclosure Project.  The problem here is that these people are
dubious precisely because they are coming out from within the secret
government that is addicted to cover-up and disinformation.  If they
were genuine whistle-blowers, they should now be as dead as William
Cooper and Phil Schneider.

This does not mean they have no cosmic information at all for us,
but it will be imparted selectively with some spin, such as trying
to substantiate that all Extraterrestrial presence is intrusive,
negative and dangerous.



One thing we learn from these Whistle-Blowers is that ruling members
of the secret government departments charged with investigating,
dealing with or making use of Extraterrestrial beings and their
technology have serious limitations of consciousness and abusive
motivations in terms of their attitude toward humanity and free-
thinking individuals.   They are control freaks without a genuine
cosmic perspective.  They view Extraterrestrial Cosmic Powers in a
most petty and negative manner.  Who or What they think they can
exploit, they will, but Who or What they cannot command or control,
they fear with a great dread, and perhaps rightly so.  Abusers of
Power always fear greater and more powerful potential Abusers of
Power most of all, for "what goes around comes around", as the
saying goes, and they all instinctively sense this even if their
demented and corrupt brains cannot acknowledge Cosmic Law.



One of the great illusions perpetrated on themselves by modern
people seeking cosmic information is that the governments of the
Earth have all the relevant information and are successfully
covering up the real thing, when in fact, the governments, all petty-
minded and abusive for the most part, do not have the full and
complete cosmic information.  What they cover-up is only those parts
of cosmic information they actually have in their possession.   Some
of the best cosmic information they do not have and do not even
suspect that they might need it, so their cover-up is self-enclosed
and insular within their own circles of secrecy and cover-up.   They
are not therefore covering up the Truth, because they do not possess
it.  They are also often themselves victims of Extraterrestrial
disinformation.  Take for instance, the Roswell UFO crash and the
recovery of "alien" bodies.   What they do not know to this day is
that both the dead "aliens" and the live one were deliberately
created and programmed cyborgs for the purpose of disinforming the
government.   Also, the crashes were deliberately done by
Extraterrestrial Intelligence so that the government could learn to
back-engineer and develop up-to-speed spacecraft for the future of
mankind.   The Galactic and Intergalatic Powers have total military
control of near-Earth space and are in no particular danger from
anything the secret black government possesses.   It is all just a
setup by the Extraterrestrials to both prepare Earth technology on
the one hand and expose the abusers of the technology on the other
hand.

The Roswell Incident should be called the Roswell Rabbit Trap.  The
American leaders have been and remain idiots in comparison to
Extraterrestrial Intelligence.  I have no doubt that coming events
from Space will bring this out.  The American Star Wars program is
just a huge waste of money.  There is no way they can fend off the
Galactic Powers if those Powers choose to intervene on the Earth.



Category G – Documentary Evidence From Government



Salla is also somewhat thrilled about this source.  He imagines that
the Freedom Of Information Act is squeezing out some significant
stuff and mentions the Black Vault, a website of John Greenwald,
Jr.  The black government is not about to voluntarily release any
documentary evidence where they do not consider it useful for their
cover-up and disinformation campaign, which is continuing right
through the present and into the future for as long as they can get
away with it.  If one keeps this in mind, one will not ask "What
does this information prove?" but "Why do they want our attention on
this particular kind of information rather than on other kinds?"
What we are dealing with here are deliberate leaks to try to get us
into a certain frame of interpretation.



Category H- Superficial Excited Witnesses and Sightings Reports



There is quite a lot of this virtually useless cosmic information no
matter how factually real it may be.  If Extraterrestrials put on
phenomenal displays for the ignorant inhabitants of the Earth, it is
for another purpose than "proving they exist" as such.  For
instance, why do we still refer to obviously Extraterrestrial
piloted spacecraft as "UFO's" or Unidentified Flying Objects.  Think
of the inane question, "Do you believe in UFO's?"  What is that
question, so sickeningly common and stupid, supposed to mean?  It
should literally mean, "Do you believe people are witnessing flying
objects they cannot identify?"  What they really mean—without having
to spell it out—is,  "Do you believe that people are seeing Alien
Spaceships or  ETV's, Extraterrestrial Vehicles?" But of course no
one ever asks, "Setting aside all this phenomenal excitement the
Aliens are getting us into, what should we be asking ourselves about
Greater Cosmic Powers and their Extraterrestrial intentions toward
humanity and our planet Earth?"  Such a question would of course
imply a need for thorough personal investigation, thought and
expanded consciousness.  There is a lot of cosmic information to
find and process if one really wants to know what is going on with
Extraterrestrial Intelligence on, around and about the Earth and
humanity.   This is a huge learning challenge of an evolutionary
nature if one is up to it, but emotional excitements over phenomena
are wholly superficial and virtually useless.  How can it really
matter if a "policeman" or a "member of government" has "seen a
UFO"?   Such sheepish looking up to and deferring to local insular
Earth authorities is an obvious inability to handle cosmic
information.  Masses of superficial emotional people looking to
their governments for "explanations" are obviously looking in the
wrong place.



Category I – Astute Debriefers, Debunkers and Interpreters



Salla does not mention this category precisely because he is in it.
The debriefers are people like Budd Hopkins and Dr. John Mack.
Dealing with lots of Missing Time or Abduction cases forces them to
process some aspects of cosmic information, however reluctant they
may be to do so.   There are patterns of cosmic information there
that are partially interpreted, sometimes with some slight
intelligence, by the Debriefers, so it can sometimes be useful to
listen to their conclusions about what they think it all means.



Some Debunkers, such as Jaque Vallee and John Keel, who do not like
the obvious fact of physical Aliens from Outer Space, have sometimes
developed interesting insights into overall patterns of unusual
Beings demonstrating a presence to humanity.   For instance, when
Gaelic lore is used to point out that Modern Aliens are hardly
different from old legends of contacts with "Fairy People", it does
not mean so much that Aliens are as ephemeral or demonic
as "Fairies" as it means that Fairy People were all-too-often what
we today call "Aliens" or "Extraterrestrials".  What we have there
in all that Fairy Lore is a huge body of potentially useful cosmic
information.  The debunkers have not got very good interpretive
abilities, but they have excellent information finding abilities.



Salla himself, as well as others, which for now also includes my own
self, are Astute Interpreters.   We are people who gather as much
cosmic information we can from as many sources as we are capable of
accepting.  We then try to use our best thinking ability and
intuitive awareness to get the big picture of the cosmic situation
of humanity and where it is going.  Naturally, the more expanded our
consciousness, the more we are able to merge with All-pervading
Awareness as Cosmic Shamans, the better our interpretations of
Extraterrestrial  Intelligence will be.  Courtney Brown has himself
pointed this fact out  quite beautifully toward the end of his book,
Cosmic Explorers.  This principle of Cosmic Perspective is also
profoundly brought out by the ancient Buddhist Extraterrestrial
Contactee, Nagarjuna, whose name literally means, "Friend-of-the-
Nagas/Aliens".  The Little Grays, for instance, would sometimes
attend his lectures disguised as little children wearing hoods.  The
Hua Yen Sutra, a Mahayana Text, is a masterpiece of Cosmic
Perspective and the development of Cosmic Consciousness through ten
stages.  If this text is studied in conjunction with the Iargan
Cosmology of the Twelvefold Universe Atom, one can use such
knowledge to easily expand awareness beyond the limiting cognitive
constraints of Earth-bound views and opinions of ignorant and
prejudiced humanity.



Category J – Alien Artifacts



Crashed ETVs, bodies of  Cyborg Aliens, mutilated cattle, artificial
structures on Mars and the Moon (as brought out by Richard
Hoagland), and other such things, including the photograph of the
obvious tiny little Martian rabbit, are all there to give us cosmic
information.   The more one investigates Alien Artifacts, the more
obvious it becomes that they are exactly what they are, no matter
how much the government cover-up manipulators or other debunkers do
not want the masses looking at all such things deeply and
thoughtfully.



It is rather surprising that Salla and other Astute Interpreters do
not look into this source of cosmic information, but Hoagland and
others have shown that potentially very important things are
sometimes demonstrated by Alien Artifacts, which includes cosmic
hints on the distribution of Energy within planets and stars.
Superscientific knowledge is made indirectly available to us in this
way if we in fact want such knowledge, which for the majority of
people on Earth is a debatable degree of interest.



Category K – Independent Archeology



Salla usefully brings up this category and is duly impressed with
Erich von Daniken, Zechariah Sitchin and others.  Unfortunately, he,
like Courtney Brown, has not read my own article, Intergalactic
Politics, or he would have a grander and more useful view on this
subject with a better idea of the interaction of Sirius A with
Sumerians in very ancient times.  That situation is not just about
Reptilians or Giants, for instance.  It is important that when we
study Independent Archeology theories that we look at as wide a
variety of such theories as possible, for any particular Independent
Archeologist is invariably working with certain assumptions and a
lack of more extensive cosmic information and this makes it hard for
him to form fully correct conclusions.  For instance, it is most
likely a Stargate connected with Sirius A that is buried somewhere
in Iraq.  There might be some interesting implications of this if
the Arab peoples are in fact hybrid Atlantian/Siriusian.  This might
imply that American attacks on Arab Muslins might be taken as an
indirect declaration of war on Sirius A, which is a genuine
exopolitical issue.



Category L – Occult Societies



Occult Societies, including Theosophy and the traditions of the
Sarmoun Sufis of Central Asia, often have bodies of cosmic
information that are studied within their ranks.  If you have not
read, for instance, Helena Blavatsky's The Secret Doctrine or P.D.
Ouspensky's In Search Of The Miraculous, you are missing significant
cosmic information that puts all the sources already listed into a
deeper perspective.



Category M – Science Fiction



It has been known for a long time that creative visionaries like
Jules Vern have often through their science fiction stories
anticipated actual future cosmic developments in regard to
humanity.   Sometimes real cosmic information infiltrates human
consciousness through works of fiction, which can include even the X-
Files series on television.  The works of the American, Clifford
Simak are of  very high quality in this respect, as are the works
of  Olaf Stapleton, H.G. Wells and David Lindsay in England. Do read
Olaf  Stapleton's  Last And First Men, as well as, Star Maker, if
you have not already done so. And Lindsay's A Voyage To Arcturus is
a veritable clinic on varieties of organic cognition shaping
worldviews. This is incredibly important for the future of
understanding Extraterrestrial Intelligence, especially if it is
connected with an article of non-fiction philosophy by the American
philosopher, Thomas Nagel, entitled, What Is It Like To Be A Bat?
And if you want to go really deep, read Carlos Castaneda's The Fire
From Within, which is from category L, Occult Societies, but brings
out aspects of alternative cognition as well.



Processing Cosmic Information



If you have come this far, it is possible that you are now more
alert to the full spectrum of sources of  cosmic information that
will provoke a much vaster perspective and deeper pattern of
understanding than you will get through rejecting one or more of the
categories of sources.  Cosmic knowledge like any kind of knowledge,
yields more if you take in as great amount of information without
prejudice as you possibly can.



Another aspect of all this is that you must make yourself aware of
the cognitive principle of the Sequence of Information Trap as
described by Edward de Bono.   What he tells us is that the sequence
in which information forms knowledge in our brain will form an
enclosed view in our brain as a pattern that will reject information
the pattern cannot contain or assimilate and remain the same
pattern.   In order to yield learning and greater consciousness, the
brain must voluntarily break up its existing pattern of knowledge,
information and worldview or paradigm from time to time and form a
better and more accommodating pattern or cognitive view of total
existence.   This is the essence of learning theory, which is also
corroborated in the book Holland Et Al entitled Induction, which is
a standard work in Cognitive Science.  Without Paradigm Shifting and
Generative Thinking, how can we update our views of the Cosmic
Situation?   Finding and processing cosmic information connected to
Extraterrestrial Intelligence is one of the greatest learning
opportunities a human being can have in our present time on the
planet Earth.  If we attempt to find and process cosmic information
from a dogmatic and blinkered cosmic perspective that is afraid of
unusual facts, or if we want such information in order to mislead
and abuse humanity at large, we are unlikely to ever know what is
really going on in the Universe or in regard to Cosmic Powers
dealing with the Earth.



It is also a sad fact that many people, simple cranks, try to
randomly gather some parts of cosmic information in order to set
themselves up as teachers or experts so that they can gather a
following of gullible people who will cling to their leadership.
This social urge then makes it impossible for them to give full
attention to the cosmic information or to go to the trouble and
expense of getting all that is available in all categories.  Eager
to appear cosmic to others, they fail to actually be cosmic for
themselves in their own learning.  The New Age people in America and
Britain are particularly subject to this cult-forming tendency,
which makes them write and speak in a useless manner, which just
muddies the waters of more useful and valid sources of cosmic
information.   Their behavior then makes it easier for the
governments to debunk valid cosmic information by pointing out the
silly nonsense that the cranks and cultists produce.  The only
solution to all this muddying of the waters is for all of us to make
our learning process more viable through seeking and processing
cosmic information as widely and thoughtfully as possible. Nothing
puts an end to the false better than greater and wider truth.  We
should remember, as J. Krishnamurti so often pointed out, that Truth
is not a static thing, but a dynamically developing awareness. The
American philosopher, Richard Rorty has also pointed this out when
he says we must progress beyond our "Final Vocabulary" to a sense of
tempered "Irony" wherein we realize that our Worldview will never be
a set of perfect, final answers.   Learning to ask better questions
is wholly as important as finding better answers to the usual
questions we ask.



Extraterrestrial Intelligence is beyond both our present beliefs and
disbeliefs that we adhere to.  Finding and adequately processing
cosmic information is an intellectual and spiritual adventure, which
means that we must learn to confront Extraterrestrial Presences and
Powers in a wholly new way.   No one on Earth can rightly claim to
have the one only true and final Cosmic Perspective.  I would not
claim it, nor should you or anyone else. What I and others can
sometimes claim is that we have taken all this farther out than
virtually everybody we know to date.   As Astute Interpreters, we
are very aware that most people have neither the interest nor the
present capacity to seek out or process a great deal of cosmic
information.   For most people, they are too pressured by their
problems and disappointments or too distracted by their ambitions
and social frustrations or personal desires to really focus a
genuinely cosmic awareness and search for greater and greater truth.

ABSTRACT

This report examines the existence of a CIA `black budget' and an
extensive network of `deep black projects' that it funds. The report
identifies the legal framework established by the US Congress for
the creation of a CIA `black budget' from the appropriations
earmarked for other federal agencies that are siphoned through the
CIA as the sole conduit of black budget funds. The report
investigates the legal challenges to the constitutionality of the
CIA's black budget; how the CIA uses its legal authority to extract
appropriations from government agencies such as HUD; how the CIA
launders non-appropriated money through other federal agencies; and
the efforts the CIA goes to prevent these financial transfers from
being exposed.  Using as a case study the legal difficulties faced
by an innovative mortgage finance company, Hamilton Securities, the
report will argue that the CIA's covert role in Hamilton's demise is
compelling evidence that the CIA was involved in funding
irregularities in HUD. It will be finally argued that the size of
black budget, the secrecy surrounding it, the extent senior
officials in Federal agencies go to targeting individuals and
companies that threaten to reveal where congressional appropriations
are ultimately going, suggest a vast number of `deep black projects'
that collectively form a highly classified second Manhattan Project
whose existence, goals and budget are kept secret.

Aloha Everyone, due to my association with American University now
being officially at an end, I've decided to make available my Black
Budget Report which was first published on my American University
website. It focuses primarily on the role of the CIA in raising
revenue for funding 'black projects' that make up what I call the
Second Manhattan Project. While I don't mention ETs in the Report,
it should be clear that the Second Manhattan Project is oriented
towards an institutional response to dealing with ETs. Documents

According to my estimates, this funding reaches as much as US $1.7
trillion annually.

The Report was given to the American University Media Relations

to print it after independent private sources notified them of it.
Now that I no longer have an institutional affiliation with American
University due to my exopolitics research, perhaps the Black Budget

There has been, for example, an International Exopolitics Conference
(http://www.paradigmclock.com/X-Conference/X-Conference.htm), held
in Washington, DC in April 2004, at which many of the researchers
writing in the field of Exopolitics participated.

There has also been a number of posters, perhaps from this list, who
indicated their opinion that Dr. Michale Salla owns the copyright to
the term "Exopolitics." That assertion is legally incorrect.
Exopolitics is generic term and a scholarly field of inquiry, and no
one has ownership to it, anymore than any one person
owns "Exoarchaeology," for example. Historically, my book
Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact, copyright 2000, antedated Dr.
Salla's first Exopolitics paper (January 20, 2003) in the field by
two and a half years.

For the record, I added the following to the definition of
Exopolitics.

"Alfred Lambremont Webre's book, Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact
(http://exopolitics.blogs.com/exopolitics/2004/07/exopolitics_a_d.htm

Dr. Michael Salla

Michael Salla essentially lost his status and position at American
University due to the exposure he received leading up to his
speaking at the X-Conference. The AU deans did not like the
"direction of his thinking." If that were the proper criteria for
handing
academics their hat, half the professors in the U.S. would be
bagging groceries. This is an "intellectual ghetto" incident, and
American University will eventually regret this maneuver. PRG will
see to it. Michael is one of the nicest people in this field and
demonstrated considerable courage in the months before the X-
Conference. He placed both his job and his U.S. visiting status at
risk in order to express his views. Whether one agrees with all of
Michael's views is not relevant. What is relevant is the 1st
Amendment, academic freedom and the end to the now destructive
and often disgraceful 57-year truth embargo.

That said, Dr. Salla has bounced back with a new and exciting
opportunity in Hawaii. That is called "making lemonade," folks.


Governor Bill Richardson

Recently Stephen Bassett had the honor of meeting with Marcia
Schiff, widow of New Mexico Congressman Steven Schiff, and
presenting her with the PRG Award for Political Courage given to
her late husband at the April 2004 X-Conference. Who will stand
with Steven Schiff's legacy?

Perhaps the Governor of New Mexico, Bill Richardson, has decided
to stand with Schiff. In the foreword to the just published "Roswell
Dig Diaries" (Pocket Books), which Richardson most certainly knew
would come out during the presidential campaign, he states, "the
mystery surrounding this crash has never been adequately
explained -- not by independent investigators, and not by the U.S.
government. ...There are as many theories as there are official
explanations. Clearly, it would help everyone if the U.S. government
disclosed everything it knows. …The American people can handle
the truth -- no matter how bizarre or mundane. ... With full
disclosure and our best scientific investigation, we should be able
to
find out what happened on that fateful day in July 1947."

Now we have a second powerful member of the Democratic Party
(Richardson was the Chairman of the Democratic National
Convention and on the short list for the VP slot) who has publicly
placed himself on the record regarding the UFO/ET truth process.
The other, of course, is John Podesta, former key aide and chief of
staff to President Clinton.

How is it possible the major news networks (too busy chasing down
phony political documents?) have missed this point: during one of
the ugliest and most partisan political years in American history two
major figures in the Democratic Party have stepped forward on
disclosure and have gone untouched by the Republican Party
operatives? Is it possible both the Democratic leaders AND the
Republican leaders know something about the timing and direction
of the disclosure process? If there is no extraterrestrial presence
engaging the human race, Rill Richardson and John Podesta should
have been roasted, toasted, drawn, quartered and hung by their
heels in the town square by their neocon Republican adversaries -
some of the toughest inside fighters American politics has ever
seen. It hasn't happened. Why is that the case, Mr. Koppel
(Jennings, Rather, Brocaw, Wallace)?


The CBS "60 Minutes II" Documents Fiasco

How can one not be amused at how intensely producer Mary Mapes
went after the four National Guard documents which proved
forgeries? How quickly they went with the story. Both "60 Minutes"
programs have been repeatedly approached to address a major
issue which has hundreds, if not thousands, of documents
supporting the facts regarding extraterrestrial-related phenomena
and a government imposed truth embargo. They do nothing. The
television networks are collapsing in a gush of reality programming -
a last gasp before burial - and the network news divisions keep
finding new ways to make fools of themselves while the biggest
news story in history sits under their noses. Thank heaven for
Shepard Smith.


NASA Genesis Mission

At times the synchronicity, metaphors and timing that occur in this
world can overwhelm. Consider the fate of the returned Genesis
capsule. From the moment of its inception in 1958 NASA has been
a primary victim of the extraterrestrial-related phenomena truth
embargo. The agency designated to explore space on behalf of the
American people would not, could not publicly acknowledged any
evidence it might encounter pointing toward sentient extraterrestrial

passed away last night in an auto accident. The following news story
was confirmed by Wendelle Stevens and so it looks like one of the
leading lights who did so much to legitimize abduction/contact
research is no longer with us. I'm sure the legacy of Prof Mack will
continue to shine the light on the genuiness of abduction research,
and of the transformative potential of the ET presence. He also was
a leading light in legitimizing ET research within a university
environment so he will be surely missed by those of us battling to
have ET/exopolitical research included within university curricula.

as the Cold War, the global ecological crisis, ethnonationalism and
regional conflict. Dr. Mack testified before Congress in 1983 on the
psychological impact of the nuclear arms race on children, and was

The Center for Psychology & Social Change was founded by Dr. Mack in

Thank you for sharing your insights and reflections on the Anunnaki
and Jehovah in your paper examining the exopolitical history of
humanity http://ivan.Harhan.ORG/documents/2003-05-briefing-doc.txt .
I agree with your main thesis that the Anunnaki were not Reptilians
as David Icke and Jim Marrs suggest, but were instead human looking
ETs that freely and openly interacted with humanity. I believe you
are correct that while the Enki faction of the Anunnaki had some
Reptilian genetics, they were still primarily human looking. This is
consistent with what Alex Collier had to say about the Anunnaki as
being a creation of two royal houses, one from Sirius B and the
other from Orion. According to the Andromedans that Collier
communicated with, the fusion created the Anunnaki who lived on the
world of Nibiru. This of course are the race that Sitchin spoke of
and who played such a key role in the genetic creation of humanity.
Your hisotorical analysis is very sound and I agree with your
scholarship here.

I also agree with you that a key historical event was the
disappearance of the Anunnaki around 2000 BC. Now your insight here
that this signified a take over by another group of ETs led by
Jehovah is very insightful. More importantly, your claim that this
faction was Reptilian is very significant, and I think that
historical facts support your thesis. What stands out for me is that
there was a key transition in the formulation and practice of
religion. Previously, the gods or Anunnaki physically interacted
with surface humanity, and they had their pantheon with Anu, Enlil
and Enki playing the leadership roles with Anu as the Supreme God.
Now your idea that but this was displaced by a belief of a new
supreme ruler Yahweh or Jehovah is important since Yahweh was
an 'Unknown God', someone who could not be seen or defined. Now a
religionist might claim that this is a mysterious universal truth
and espouse some dogmatic justication for it. Yet I think a prosaic
explanation is equally valid that Yahweh was in fact a non-human ET,
a Reptilian. This would explain why Yahweh could not be seen and why
in the future religious devotion would be directed to the unknown
God rather than the known gods who previously physically interacted
with humanity.

Your insights that the ancient Hebrews were technologically aided by
Yahweh/Jehovah in overcoming the strongholds of the Anunnaki is
brilliant. This makes great sense and helps explain why the Hebrews
would have been so successful in their campaigns of extermination
against the population in Palestine that presumably were remnants of
the Anunnaki civilization and thus had advanced technololgy. The
evidence of nuclear wars in the Sinai peninsula points to such a
confrontation. Now Sitchin describes this destruction as a factional
war between the Anunnaki, but I think your thesis makes more sense.
It was another ET race, the Reptilians, who basically came and took
over the Earth by gaining the allegiance of various tribes such as
the Hebrews. This is pretty consistent with my own assessement that
there has been historic competition between the Anunnaki and the
Reptilians from Alpha Draconis or Draconians (see
http://exopolitics.org/Report-ET%20Motivations.htm ).

I think that so far, we are in agreement and I thank you for your
contribution and brilliant insights and scholarship here. Now there
are a couple of areas where it would be useful getting some
clarification and a disagreement over who are the best allies of
humanity in the present exopolitical situation on Earth.

First, the role of the Illuminati in what has been described so far
is critical. Who exactly are they? Are they remnants of the Anunnaki
control that previously existed (my initial idea) or extensions of
the Reptilian takeover (Icke's idea) or a combination of both? My
guess is that the Illumati are more closely aligned with the
Anunnaki which is why there has been historic conflict between the
Illuminati and Religious institutions such as the Catholic Church
which presumably are bastions of Reptilian control. E.g, the Knight
Templars and their destruction by the Catholic Church, here the
Anunnaki elite are destroyed by the Jehoavah/Yahweh based elite.

In your analysis, if the Illuminati are associated with the
Anunnaki, they are the good guys. Now this to a certain degree might
help explain the present tension between Europe (dominated by the
Illuminiti) and the US (dominated by Reptilians/Jehovah) over Iraq
and more generally control of the planet. The conflict in Iraq has
echoes of this ancient conflict between the Anunnaki and the Jehovah
based religionists who are secretly a front for the Reptilians. I'd
be interested in hearing your thoughts on this.

Second, Icke focuses greatly on the shapeshifting abilities of the
Anunnaki and the Illuminati. He subsequently describes them as
Reptilian. Now while I agree with you that the Anunnaki are not
Reptilians in a pure sense of those whose genetics are fully
Reptilian, they still might have these shapeshifting abilities which
might lead to Icke's thesis being partially correct. The problem
then shifts from Reptilians per se, to hybrid human-Reptilians that
comprises the Enki faction of the Anunnaki. Put simply, the Enki
faction look human enough, but can shapeshift thus making it
possible for them to still have much political power as Icke
suggests with his thesis that the royal families are dominated by
Reptilian shapeshifters.

Now the final point I wish to make and where I feel we disagree is
with the idea that the Anunnaki are our allies in freeing the earth
from the Reptilians who use Jehovah/Yahweh/Allah as covers for their
secret domination of Earth. As I see it, there are two ET factions
who have historically competed for control of Earth. By choosing one
faction over the other, presumably because it is genetically more
human and has shown evidence or being more compassionate than the
other, doesn't appear to be very transformative to me.

I think we can look beyond these two factions for a solution and
find the answer in other ET races that are not associated with
either faction that are used to running the Earth. A number of
contactees have spoken of ET races from Andromeda, Arcturus, Sirius
A., Pleiades, etc., who are also here trying to assist humanity in
its evolution. My own initial efforts in establishing contact
through a number of exercizes/experiments confirm that this
assistance is indeed very real and that human evolution would be
supported by these ETs. Part of this evolution of consciousness
means taking our power back from our hidden ET controllers which
means both the Reptilians and the Anunnaki, rather than helping one
faction or the other.

I sense this difference of opinion between us is probably more a
strategic question so there is always the possibility of tactical
alliances with groups such as the Illuminati/Anunnaki who might help
us move forward part of the way as you suggest. However, I believe
that even the Anunnaki cannot be fully trusted due to ingrained
habits of control and elitism that would soon result in new
institutions of power and control that would enslave/limit portions
of humanity. So we need to think outside of the box here so that in
freeing ourselves from one system of control, we don't legitimize
another control system with another group of ETs running the show.
