Aloha all, I want to discuss an upcoming seminar in Zacatecas, Mexico which I'll
be attending from October 8-17. It involves traveling to the center of Mexico
where two 'contactees', Hector Palacios and Isabel de Santiago have created a
health clinic where they apply healing modalities they claim were taught to them
by human looking extraterrestrials from one of the moons of Jupiter, Ganymede.
Their extraterrestrial contacts told them to set up the clinic which is based on
what they describe as 'bio-energetics'. Hector and Isabel have enjoyed
remarkable success in their health work with the local community, and have
attracted many visitors from other parts of Mexico and abroad. They also have a
powerful spiritual message they claim the extraterrestrials are delivering to
humanity through their direct interaction with private citizens.

The seminar organizer, Angelika Whitecliff, travelled in April this year to
Zacatecas to meet with Hector and Isabel and is presently working on some
interviews and articles that will better present their ideas, experiences and
work to the English speaking world. In addition to meeting with Hector and

Call for Papers - Exopolitics Journal

The Exopolitics Journal is seeking submissions for its October 2006 and January
2007 editions relating to the field of exopolitics broadly defined as the key
actors, institutions and processes associated with the extraterrestrial
hypothesis. The Exopolitics Journal is an online resource for anyone wanting to
understand the political implications of multiple sources of evidence concerning
the extraterrestrial hypothesis that Earth is currently being visited and
monitored by extraterrestrial races.

In particular, the Journal seeks research articles of approximately five
thousand words length that are supported by references for its forthcoming
editions. More generally, submissions are invited for four publishing
categories: Analysis, Interviews, Experience, and Book Reviews.


   a.. 'Analysis' articles are expected to be academically rigorous with
appropriate referencing, and no longer than five thousand words in length.

Aloha all, below is a fascinating interview with a zero point energy specialist

discusses his dead father's background in classified projects that involved
extraterrestrial technologies. He describes how he stumbled upon his father's

The Truth About ZP Technology

A Wake-Up Call to
the American People

an interview with Adam Trombly
by Celeste Adams

Adam Trombly is one of the top scientists in the world in the development and
creation of Zero Point Energy technology. Devices that he built are working
today in other parts of the world. And yet, instead of using Zero Point Energy,
Adam Trombly's own house in Maui is being fitted with a bank of expensive solar
panels.

Why can't Trombly use his own expertise to fuel his own home? Trombly has spent
most of his professional life under one gag order or another. But he decided, he
told us, "that if I was going to give an interview for this particular
publication, I wasn't going to pull any punches."

If much of this seems overly negative, keep reading. Trombly wants to wake us
up, and to shine a light upon things that have been kept dark. But his grounding
is deeply spiritual. It's just that the Divine forces that seek to assist us
cannot do so unless we call upon them. "Now, in this moment," he tells us, "we

Adams: How did you become interested in free energy?

Trombly: I was raised as a scientist and I have spoken the language of science
all of my life. My mother was a blood specialist, my father was a biochemist,
and my sister was at one time a biophysicist.

When my father had just gotten his Ph.D. in biochemistry from Purdue University
— I was a young child — he was enlisted as a biochemist, by a fellow Purdue
alumnus named Frank Olsen, into a U.S. Air Force/CIA joint project. He was
stationed at the biological warfare laboratory in Fort Detrick, Maryland. This
was in 1952 during the Korean Conflict. He had been a highly decorated U.S. Army
Air Corp officer in World War II, but the government felt that he had a skill of
strategic importance to the national security.

At Fort Detrick, he and Olsen, along with a couple of other scientists, were
working on a very compartmentalized project. Since he died when I was in the
eighth year of this body, I knew very, very little about what this project
involved. On the seventh anniversary of his death (4/3/1967) I was in my
mother's attic, putting out mousetraps, when I discovered a couple of boxes that
contained journals my father had kept during his time at Detrick. You weren't
supposed to keep journals, but he did.

One of the things he wrote about in his journals was his exposure to alien
technology that totally defied what were considered, at that time and even still
to this day, the laws of physics.

He wrote a letter to Dr. Quackenbush, who was on his dissertation board at
Purdue, saying that what he had seen challenged even his "most vivid
imagination." This was right after he got there.

After he had been there about a year, the notes he wrote got really interesting.
He specifically described various technologies which he stated plainly were of
"alien origin." He described not only flying disk-shaped craft and their related
energy and propulsion systems, but Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. His
work was actually concerned with them.

On November 19, 1953, my father (along with Dr. Frank Olson and a couple of
other colleagues) was taken by Dr. Sidney Gottlieb to a summer camp near
Baltimore. While there, he and his colleagues were involuntarily given large
doses of LSD in their cocktails; doses on the order of 10,000 to 15,000
micrograms. Olsen knew about the experiment, and out of concern for my father
told him, "Harvey you have been given a psychoactive drug and you are beginning
to feel its effects. Don't worry."

Olsen had also taken a large dose of acid, and later freaked out because he said
he had, "blown the experiment." It was supposed to be a double-blind experiment
for all of the participants other than Olsen. He was supposed to keep silent.

Frank Olsen continued to feel unsettled, and was rushed by CIA personnel to New
York for psychiatric examination. Something terrible happened instead. Frank was
bludgeoned in the head and then thrown from his hotel room window. He was
murdered. This, at least, was the conclusion of forensic pathologists hired by
Frank's son Eric in 1994.

My father filed an internal protest demanding an investigation of his friend's
and colleague's death, and that was what ultimately triggered the events that
killed him.

In January of 1954, under the illusion that he was being immunized from a new
retroviral biological warfare agent, he was injected instead with a live virus
that he had discovered during his research. He became extremely ill. In his
notes, he indicated that he immediately knew. "They killed Frank," he said, "and
now they have killed me. The difference is that I will die slowly, very slowly."

He died in 1960, from a form of lymphoma as eleven government labs did
morphological workups of his cells.

When I discovered that his death had not been an accident of nature, I was
heartbroken. I despaired of life. I sat with a knife a quarter inch into my
chest, with blood already trickling down, begging whoever was present at
Infinity to reveal the truth of existence.

And in the next moment, I suddenly had no doubt of God or, if you prefer, the
Buddha Nature, and I saw things with great clarity.

Adams: Do you believe that we're in denial about the involvement of aliens in
the affairs of this planet?

Trombly: The American public has been lied to for so long, they wouldn't be able
to recognize the truth if Jesus told them personally.

It's very difficult for the American public to know what is going on. In many
ways, we are a nation in denial, and all too often a nation of alcoholics and
drug addicts. We are in incredible mass denial.

People see what are referred to as flying saucers and UFOs. Sometimes they are
not saucers but triangles. Sometimes they're small, and sometimes they're huge
and look like buildings.

It doesn't matter how many people in remote places or in cities see them, or
photograph or videotape them. The perceptions are simply shut out.

There are amazing mind-control projects going on. People literally cannot
maintain their attention span. More than once I have stood and watched crafts
100 or 200 feet over my head and had people say things like, "Well that's not an
airplane," or "Oh, my God, are we actually seeing this?" "Is that real?"

But by the next day, the whole chemistry of denial has set in and those same
people say, "Wow, that was a strange airplane, it was going really slow, or
really fast, and how did it make that right turn?"

This is what got me started in free energy technology — though I hate the term
free energy, because it's anything but free. Many have paid dearly for its
advent. I don't even know what term I like at this point. I use the term Zero
Point Fluctuation Technology — ZP Technology.

I used to have a company called Zero Point Technology. As soon as you put
something like that on your shingle, you discover just how unacceptable this
concept is to those whose growth stopped so long ago.

People are being bombarded with subliminal messages that tell them that aliens
don't exist. Even The "X-Files," which is a joke (thank God they're canceling
it), was originally intended, by Chris Carter, to be something more than just
random amusement. It was intended to be groundbreaking. But there's government
interference. And this is a huge subject. People don't understand that the
"other U.S. government" has had contact for decades with cultures that aren't
from this planet.

We're like the aboriginal people of New Zealand, or Papua, New Guinea, or any
other remote tribe. When they see an airplane, they think that it is a God — or
they at least, they used to. Of course, now they think that it's just people who
are more primitive than they are, but who have technology.

We are the same way with "alien" cultures. We are the same way with really clean
and advanced electrical technologies that could begin to help us understand just
how wonderful and abundant Being — simply being — is.

When I got involved in ZP in 1979, I was warned by Buckminster Fuller that if we
were successful there'd be hell to pay. If we were actually successful, then it
could develop into a real nightmare, because the humans we're dealing with are a
species that has been kept in the dark. We've been treated like mushrooms (which
are kept in the dark and fed a lot of feces -- there's no nice way of putting
this).

The extremes to which these people are willing to go to make your life miserable
are phenomenal. They go out of their way to torment those who challenge their
utter mediocrity.

Then there are certain people who hang around in the so-called free energy
field, who speak at conferences and who have never discovered, engineered, or
invented anything in their entire lives that is worthy of note. What they have
done is mediocre at best. I won't name them, but they just haven't produced.
These are the people who say, "No one has ever bothered me."

These are the same people who — behind my back and behind the backs of those who
have actually produced functional technologies — say, "Well I've never seen
anything that he's produced."

Adams: Can you tell us more about this alien agenda?

Trombly: I know that there's an alien agenda because my father wrote this in his
journals. He said he had discovered that the U.S. government had become involved
in its implementation. He went further to say that this alien agenda, in his
opinion, was contrary to the good of the human species and the planet.

He believed that a sector of the military/industrial complex was involved in a
program, basically, to transform our atmosphere, which is benign to our species
and other Earth species, into one that is greatly reduced in terms of its oxygen
content.

So this is a force which doesn't have good intentions for us. It is a force that
would gladly exterminate us. And yet human beings act as agents for this force.
The "human" species is exterminating itself, by its own hands.

My father spoke of alien agendas in his most secret thoughts. This was not
something he spoke of in public. He would never have given this interview, I'll
tell you that much.

Adams: What species is this alien force?

Trombly: I can't say, but I can say that the species that are trying to harm us
are a tiny minority of a vast host of alien species. My father knew of a couple.
It wasn't just one, even back then. This sounds very far fetched — I know it
sounds nuts. But I decided if I was going to give an interview for this
particular publication, I wasn't going to pull any punches.

Adams: Many of the people who read this will share your belief system.

Trombly: Well, this is not about a belief system. I don't like belief systems!
This is about reality! We are the ones who are collectively destroying the womb
of the Earth in which our species gestates, in which we evolve.

There are real terrorists in Washington, and even, I dare say, in the White
House. And we are very rapidly approaching the time when that statement will be
considered criminal. The incident we call 9-11 was a mockery. Now, every time
someone dials 911 they'll think of the evil demon Osama bin Laden who in fact is
someone we helped to create.

Alkhaida was largely financed by the U.S. government. We gave the Taliban 128
million dollars last year to suppress the growth of opium in Afghanistan. Where
do you think that money came from? Where do you think it went?

Everyone thinks the 9-11 was caused by Osama bin Laden and his cronies. There's
no doubt that some of his money comes from Saudi Arabia, but the fact is that
the U.S. government is the primary source of funding for the Taliban. Why?
Because Dick Cheney and his cohorts want to build an oil pipeline through
Afghanistan.

Adams: What has happened to the free-energy technologies that you've produced?

Trombly: Every single technology that I have either invented or co-produced is
no longer in my possession. There's one in Arizona that has supposedly become a
national security issue.

A former colleague of mine once went off on his own with a design that he and I
had come up with. He built a device that was very successful — and is now in a
can, and he is a shell of his former self.

Forget about whatever technologies I have had a hand in reducing to practice. We
have heard from very credible sources that these are nothing compared to the
technologies already being produced by certain prime contractors right here in
the United States.

Why is it a national security issue? Why is a generator that generates several
times more output than input a security issue? Why is it that the American
people cannot enjoy what their tax dollars are paying for? Why is it that we
have a government that is willing to deny the American people access to the very
technologies they themselves are secretly producing?

It's not a joke. Our government has produced technologies, with our tax dollars,
that could immediately begin to reverse the damage done by the irresponsible use
of fossil fuels, and they are not allowed to be used.

They continue to pollute this atmosphere, and they continue to reduce the amount
of metabolically available oxygen. Who could possibly benefit from that? What
species do you know of that is actually better off today than, say, fifty years
ago?

What is it that we do when we burn these fuels? We make fire. What is fire? Fire
is a rapid oxidation process that releases heat. The real destroyers of the
equatorial rain forest are forest fires, because of the incredibly poor
husbandry. There's nothing good you can say about what's being done to this
planet!

There are far too many people in the U.S. government and other national
governments who are acting in a way that is completely moronic and
self-destructive. It is not a human agenda! This is what I'm trying to get you
to see. There is this whole other thing happening.

We are exploited by a corporate structure — by the "military/industrial complex"
Dwight Eisenhower warned us against in his farewell address to the nation.
Eisenhower got the term "military/industrial complex" from Mussolini, who was
describing Fascism. These are words you don't want to use in our society.

At Project Earth we get mail from all over the world, and the one word that
keeps coming up since our last so-called presidential election — about that
debacle, that tragedy — is the word "coup." From the perspective of the vast
majority of the human species, it was a coup. They say this in India, Japan,
South Korea, France, Holland, Spain — everywhere. In spite of the fact that we
never posted an article on our website that said or even suggested that we had a
coup, people write to us and say, "How come the American people don't realize
that they just had a coup?"

Then, following on that coup, we have 9-11. Everybody is terrified, but people
don't want to talk the way I'm talking now. They think it's self-destructive.

I tell you truly, it is our collective silence that is truly destructive.

The United States of America is a sacred idea. It is a sacred thought-form. What
was America to the people who risked and frequently lost their lives to create
it? It was the New Jerusalem. The spiritual foundation of the United States of
America is an absolute necessity of our spiritual dimension. It was founded on
the basis of the absolute need of the human spirit for freedom.

But freedom brings with it great responsibility and demands great intelligence.

We do not want to live in hell, but we are creating hell for ourselves. We are
tormenting each other and ourselves. We're doing these things as if we have no
choice. We are truly brainwashed.

The real ultimate cult that's going on in America is this one of jingoistic,
flag-waving, unquestioning patriotism. We can get ourselves all hyped up on
Zoloft, and that still doesn't change the fact that we as a nation have lost an
incredible amount of prestige and trust because of what happened in 2000.

No matter how much money we put into the military budget, we will not be able to
restore that trust in our own people or in the rest of the world until, through
grace or the incarnation of the Divine Process, our democracy is resurrected
from its present contrived state. It is a travesty.

When Dick Cheney refuses to turn over documents to investigators, he gives
comfort to our enemies. Truly dangerous and deranged people in truly difficult
countries like Pakistan cite the actions of our corrupt public officials as
justification for their actions.

If we say to the world that we represent Freedom and Democracy, then by God we
have an obligation to be Free and Democratic.

In the meantime, the world laughs, because perfectly capable intelligence
officers in the United States are oppressed for the sake of short-term political
agendas.

The Central Intelligence Agency attempted to warn the White House before
September 11. The entire affair was handled with what can only be called
incompetence. While three-oletter agencies spent our tax dollars listening to my
calls, true terrorists were going to flight. And in spite of over an 18-minute
warning crash, a second full-size passenger jet went into the World Trade
Center.

Even so, we are all supposed to fall into line and cheer.

Once, in 1986, I was introduced to a man in Toronto, Canada, who turned out to
be a major Soviet technology spy. When he offered me a lot of money and a lot of
benefits if I would turn over mechanical drawings for an electrical generating
technology I had co-invented, I told that agent to go screw himself. I told him
I was under a gag order, and that I would not violate that order.

He responded by saying, "What loyalty do you owe to your country? They have done
nothing to help you or your work. If you cooperate with us we will appreciate
you and take good care of you and your family. Three hundred million people will
benefit from your technology. Who cares if a shaft is made in Leningrad or if
assembly occurs near Moscow?"

Once again, I told him to go screw himself, to go back to the totalitarian hell
that he came from — and then I got the hell out of his office.

In September of 1986, I turned this man in to the FBI — and as a consequence, I
ended up under investigation myself!

In February of 1987, the counter-intelligence unit of the FBI contacted me.
During my second so-called "interview," one of the special agents who
interviewed me was Robert Hanson, now known as a famous spy for the former
Soviet Union.

Hanson interviewed me about whether or not I was a spy. But he knew I wasn't a
spy, because he was!

It's not just the U.S. government that's suppressing all this stuff, it's the
whole theater of this species. The "human" species has rarely demonstrated
qualities that say that it should be maintained or can be sustained.

This species has never acted in a way that is consistently to its own benefit.
For thousands of years, this species has acted in a manner that can only be
described as both sadistic and masochistic, and on a planetary scale. It has not
acted intelligently.

At the same time, there is no decision to change, because the vast majority of
the human species don't even realize that we have a choice to do that. They
don't realize that we have the choice live intelligently. They don't even know
or what that would entail.

My protests to the "powers above" are consistently related to this central fact:
"I know there's a choice, you know there's a choice, but the general population
on this planet has no clue that there's a choice. We can choose to live in a
completely abundant and pollution-free environment. We can make that choice and
have more abundance, and not less abundance. We can stop spending money for
fuel. The capital expenditure for fuel could be completely eliminated. That
would free up trillions of dollars annually, globally, from the world budget,
from the planetary budget."

If you want to know why I got involved in this technology, it's because we have
a way to generate almost boundless levels of electrical power without any
pollution or fuel, without even the need for solar panels or wind power.

It's ridiculous that I am installing solar panels in my home, when I have spent
the last 23 years of my life in the field of ZP Fluctuation Technology research
and development and have one more than one occasion successfully demonstrated it
along with colleagues who have also learned the same hard lessons that I have.

Adams: Can we still restore this planet?

Trombly: We can if we act with great clarity and great speed. No obstacle could
stand in our path.

We could even reclaim the Sahara Desert. It didn't used to be a desert. It was
destroyed by people who cut down the forest and overgrazed the grasslands that
were once there. Now the same thing is happening in Brazil, Indonesia, China and
South East Asia.

These forests and grasslands are like your skin. What does the skin do? It keeps
us from becoming dehydrated. When a person gets third-degree burns, one of the
leading causes of death is dehydration. The same thing is true of the forests
and grasslands.

It's about maintaining that tissue and understanding that it is very vulnerable.
These membranes are being taken away.

We can also reclaim the desert that is forming in the northeastern corner of
Brazil, where there was rainforest a hundred years ago. The Brazilian desert
exists because the Brazilian people won't stop cutting down their own trees. I
say this very bluntly. If the Brazilian people want to demonstrate that they
have some intelligence, then they'll stop cutting down the rainforest, which is
the equatorial life support of our planet.

If the United Nations and if the American government want to demonstrate their
intelligence, then they will suggest that we should give credits to these
countries for their oxygen production.

We can reclaim the deserts by these new technologies, by taking the water out of
the oceans and using it on the desert.

Where you run into the logjam, over and over with all these issues, is the
question of energy.

How can we heal the ozone layer? It's going to take a tremendous amount of
energy to do that. We have to replenish the oxygen that's not getting into the
stratosphere.

One of the fundamental points that I try to make is about chlorine. It is a
molecular demon once it gets into the ozone layer. One chlorine ion can
interfere with the production of 100,000 molecules of ozone. So we have to
eliminate as much free chlorine and bromine as possible.

But even if we entirely eliminated chlorine and bromine production, that would
still not be enough to heal the stratospheric ozone layer.

Another significant cause of ozone depletion, one that is often overlooked, is
the reduction in the amount of oxygen that should be transported into the
stratosphere over the equatorial rainforests. Project Earth has been trying to
educate people to this fact since the mid-eighties. The oxygen source has
literally been cut off by deforestation. But we can heal that by reintroducing a
tremendous amount of oxygen up there, and replanting the forest down here, on
Earth.

It will take energy. Lots of it.

Adams: Can you describe how your life has been endangered because of your
perspectives on free energy?

Trombly: If I had described my life to you since 1980, it would be a long, long
story, and it would sound like a bad spy novel.

I've had a number of attempts on my life through really serious poisonings. My
wife has had to revive me and give me CPR.

So we've had a whole nightmare component to our life. But we don't live in a
nightmare at all. It's quite the opposite.

However, I must say that it has been almost unimaginable at times.

Once, in 1988, I was visited by a couple of scientists at my home in Colorado.
One of them was Bob Dratch, a man who has done a lot of work in creating
microwave detection equipment, which is widely used by the Department of
Defense.

Basically, I was standing in my office, which was a large room, 27 feet long,
and Bob Dratch was shaking change in his pocket, to demonstrate that his very
sensitive microwave detector could pick up the signal this jingling generated.
The signal would appear on the meter and the printout.

I pointed the horn of the device at Dratch to measure the effect. And then, as I
pointed the horn away, I kept my finger on the trigger and happened to point it
out the window of my office. To our surprise, the alarm went off on the machine!
The red light went on, and the meter peaked.

My office was being microwaved!

We walked into my back yard and found the place where the signals were being
broadcast. It was right behind my house, in a little forest, right next to an
engineering company that is well known for making satellite antennas.

We clipped the cable to the antenna that was broadcasting microwaves at my
house, and I called the FCC in Denver and I said told them that this was illegal
and I wanted it stopped now. I said, "Stop microwaving me." I already had
cancer.

Within three weeks, this engineering company was totally gone. I assume they
themselves had something to do with the broadcast, or they wouldn't have left so
suddenly.

So dozens of people had to relocate to Kansas, or whereever.

But why were they trying to kill this body? We are perplexed at times by the
strange modus operandi of this group.

The world is not going around very well right now, because people aren't loving.
When people love, they become geniuses. Intelligence isn't about thinking, it's
about feeling. I don't care how many times the force of darkness, which resists
love, has attacked you and made you feel separate.

I don't care how difficult anyone's life has been. I guarantee you, I can match
it. But suffering is finite, it's limited, it's not eternal. You can transcend
suffering through love.

The resurrection we are called to is our resurrection. Once Jesus stood in front
of Lazarus' tomb, and commanded, "Lazarus, come out." And we are told that
Lazarus came out.

That is similar to what is happening right now. Surrounding this planet, there
is a gathering which is inviting the human species into a new dimension. They
are saying, "Lazarus come out, come out of your subjective tomb and out of your
corruption. Come out of your doubt of God and out of your doubt of Love. In the
midst of Infinity and Eternity, We command you."

Now, in this moment, we must come out and ask for help. When we can ask for
help, we get it.

People don't understand that you become realized by incarnating love. We live
only as expressions of love, in eternity. The only thing that is eternal is
Love. Love as the presence of consciousness is eternal and infinite.

Time and space are subsets of eternity and infinity. Space and time are
subjective states, and they have nothing to do with limiting the ultimate
reality of consciousness, not even a little bit. They have to do with the
gnarled subjective states of the contracted world.

Scientists talk about the accelerating expansion of the universe, but it's not
that, it's the unremitting transformation of the universe that's happening, the
inescapable transformation of the universe.

You don't have a choice about it this time. It isn't the same as it was two
thousand years ago. We are in the midst of the time of the resurrection. It
involves you and me and everyone on this planet, I don't care who they are.

There will be miracles everywhere. The most powerful thing is love. The whole
astrophysical community is now acknowledging this power, but they call it the
"dark energy." They give it this Darth Vader quality, because they don't know
how to relate to the Light. It is the contraction of form and the denial of the
Infinite Divine that causes the appearance of darkness.

Adams: How long has there been a conspiracy to prevent the development of free
energy?

Well, if you are referring to the technological side of things, I guess you
could say it started with Nikola Tesla. (Although the crucifixion was really an
attempt to stop Free energy as well.)

Nikola Tesla was given the vision of infinite electrical power, without fuel, in
the 1880s. He demonstrated it in 1886 and 1889, and then throughout the 1890s.
He tried to give this gift, but the fossil fuel boys decided he couldn't give
it. The fossil fuel boys decided that maybe they could make use of him, so they
didn't kill him right away. They killed Tesla in 1943.

One of the detectives approached me in 1981, at a conference. This man told me
that Tesla had been murdered. So I guess you could say that it all began right
there. When I was a kid in school, nobody knew about Tesla. Tesla was the father
of alternating current electricity. Tesla said he was inspired by aliens, beings
from other dimensions. He was anathematized because he refused to kowtow; he
refused to attend the same temple that the others worshipped in.

Adams: How can we make free energy available to the planet?

Trombly: There is no such thing as free energy without enlightenment and
liberation. The technologies point to free energy. We are the technology. We are
the free energy.

Great yogis like Sri Babaji demonstrate this. Yogananda talked about him. He was
the physical demonstration of free energy. He was the physical demonstration of
what the Tibetans called the Rainbow Body. He was transparent and transfigured
in God realization, the realization of the Buddha Nature.

There are alien cultures and cultures in other universes who happen to be
attentive to the events on this planet because this is one of the last
archetypal moments. This will not continue anymore. This entire kind of universe
is obsolete and will not occur again, because it would be masochism and sadism
to allow it to be perpetuated.

There's a transformation that is occurring. It is about the liberation of all
the energy that has been bound up in all of these worlds that are subject to
corruption. That is the real physics. This is what is really important.

In the meantime, by understanding that this is true, we can tap into a field
that we call Zero Point Vacuum Fluctuation or the quantum ether, and we can
generate electrical power. Electrical power exists in complete abundance,
without any capital cost for fuel.

Solar technology is so very expensive. We have 108 solar panels in our two
facilities on Maui and it takes up a great deal of space. I would love to have
ZP Technology here, but the fact of the matter is, if I had that working right
now, this place would become a target.

The other side of this story is always the same thing. Just when Light appears
on this planet, the subjective forces of darkness manifest with great tenacity.
This government was overthrown and nobody knows anything about it. People are
silent about it.

On the cover of Newsweek, on September 11, was an article about the secret vote
that made Bush president. The article was about a conspiracy in the Supreme
Court. Newsweek at that time was willing to challenge the Supreme Court. The
Executive Branch of the United States government was about to fall, because it
was going to be exposed.

But then the planes hit the World Trade Center.

If Al Gore had been elected, I know the man well enough to know that we would
have been in a different economy after four years. We would've begun to
implement these technologies.

The United States government has, right now, the technology to eliminate the
energy crisis. This consoling gesture that George Bush made the other day, about
developing hydrogen fuel-cell technology, is just a carrot that he's dangling
before the American people.

Now there are military people who have come forward and are talking about the
presence of aliens and alien technology on this planet. They are even talking
about the fact that we are making our own flying saucers. This Disclosure
Project is extremely important for people to know about (see Secrets from the
Stars elsewhere in this issue).

We could be having the greatest economic boom in the history of history. We
could actually do that. The technology exists. As early as the 1970s, Henry
Kissinger, George Bush, Richard Nixon — all kinds of these guys — knew about
this physics. But the downside is that we are on the brink of oblivion.

Parents are paying all this money to educate their children into the lie of
physics instead of the truth of physics. Meanwhile, they are taking Prozac. We
have legalized the anesthetization of our species. Depression is appropriate.

Adams: What is the purpose of your organization, Project Earth.

Trombly: The original foundation of Project Earth was to reveal to the human
species the actual condition of our planet. We're not being told the truth about
it. For the most part, the scientific community doesn't know the truth and has
been so disempowered by their so-called education that they've lost vision.

Vision is the only thing that will save us. You have to be able to see where
you're going.

The agreement that I made with the Divine is one that Bucky and I talked about.
We would never just illuminate the problem, we would always offer a solution. If
we talked about an energy crisis, we would talk about only it in the context of
the fact that there is no energy crisis.

Electrical power is already abundantly available, pollution free. We like
electricity. We can power our cars and flying saucers with infinite electrical
power. We could have so much fun that living on earth wouldn't be a drag, but
would be really great.

Your eyes would be so open that you would walk out the door and you wouldn't see
the smog in Los Angeles, but you'd see the clear, sacred air.

Swami Calls For An Up-Wising - Wise Up, Everybody The Evolution Has Begun

For years now, we've been hearing "shift happens," and wondering when, where
and how. Now finally, it looks as if the shift is about to hit the fan. This
is good news for all those shift fans who've been wondering if the new age
will arrive before old age does. Of course, if you're looking for signs in
the news, you won't find them. At least, not yet. The news might as well be
called the "olds," because the world still seems stuck in greedlock, ruled
by fossilized fools fueled by fossil fuels. But I have been receiving
encouraging intelligence reports that say indeed, humans are becoming more
intelligent. Yes, people everywhere are wising up. And that's great, because
we could sure use an up-wising!
The evolution has begun. But before we see changes in the old needy-greedy,
we humans must change our consciousness -- and the first step is becoming
conscious of how unconscious we've been. As the saying goes, the truth shall
upset you free, and last year saw lots of disillusionment. But what better
to free us from the far more dangerous condition of illusionment? If we want
to stop the abuse of power, the first step is to disabuse ourselves. So,
here's some good news: Despite a massive media impropaganda machine that
feeds the public "babblum" (strained bullshit made digestible for a simple
child's mind), more and more Americans are reading between the lyins' and
peering behind the Irony Curtain.

In 2005, Americans had to face the sad realization that the Bush
Administration's "pro-life" stance appears to be limited to the unborn and
the brain-dead. Despite being panned by critics everywhere, the Iraqi Horror
Picture Show continued its run, as thousands and thousands of born fetuses -
ours and theirs -- lost their right to life. While we may or may not have
saved our face by staying there, we have most definitely lost our ass. And
we've been assured we'll be stuck in that morass until -- well, until
there's no more ass to lose. Meanwhile, more and more Americans reached
another sad conclusion: We're not in Iraq to keep the peace, we're there to
keep the pieces.

The signs of up-wising are everywhere. Even the most unpleasant stories are
beginning to break through the soundless barrier and defy the President's
"don't ask, don't tell" policy: "You promise not to ask us what we're doing,
and we promise not to tell you." Although we've been inundated with
"fear-gnomes" and ominously warned we have to protect ourselves in this
dogma-eat-dogma world, a majority of Americans are no longer comfortable
with the notion that the only way to defeat the "evil-doers" in the world is
to out evil-do them. Although our President has assured us that "we don't
torture," it is now common knowledge that we simply send detainees to
countries that do torture when we want them to "testify under oaf."

As for those progressives who've been whining that the President "never
listens" to them, well it turns out he's been listening all along. And
thanks to the so-called Patriot Act (which, I understand, is about to be
renamed the Eternal Insecurity Act), it looks like he'll be able to listen
in even more -- all in the name of making us safe. But now even some
Republicans are beginning to see that there's a difference between
protection and the "protection racket." And with the recent revelations
about Tom DeLay, Jack Abramoff and other gold collar criminals, some of the
more devout conservatives have come to realize that the "family values" they
voted for bear an uncanny resemblance to Soprano Family values.

If there was any warm feeling in 2005, chalk it up to climate change.
Katrina hit, and in the government's response we saw a future when at last
all Americans will be equal -- where everyone regardless of race or creed
will be treated like Black folks.

Alarming Policies Have Awakened Millions!
Fortunately, this is the State of the Universe Address, and from a universal
perspective, things are humming along quite nicely. It turns out that the
Earth is the talk of the Universe these days. In fact, the odds-makers at
the Intergalactic Enquirer say the odds are actually in our favor: "We're
betting on the human race to reach critical mass before they get to critical
massacre." And we could beat the odds, if we finally gave up our addiction
to getting even and got odd instead. It stands to reason. If each of us used
our unique oddness to improve the odds for everyone, there would be no need
for getting even.

Yes, the up-wising has begun, and intergalactic observers are saying that we
have none other than George W. Bush to thank. How is that, you may ask?
Well, I am reminded of a story my guru Harry Cohen Baba used to tell. A
well-known minister died and arrived at the Pearly Gates at the same time as
a cab-driver from New York. The cabbie was ushered in, but the clergyman was
left waiting outside. After waiting and waiting and waiting, he finally
called over the attending angel. "Excuse me, but I'm a renowned minister.
How come you let that cab-driver in, and I'm left waiting out here?" "Well,"
the angel said, "when you preached, everyone slept. But when he drove,
everyone prayed."
For millennia, spiritual teachers have been calling on us to go for the
highest common denominator, but we've always seemed to end up with the
lowest common dominator instead. And now, George W. Bush has done what
preachers, teachers and other far-sighted visionaries have failed to do up
until now: His policies have been so alarming, that he has awakened a
slumbering body politic that slept through all previous alarms. Where others
have failed, he has people all across the world praying, "God help us!" And
instead of waiting for an intervention from above -- after all, we cannot
expect to be fed intervenously forever -- people are beginning to help
themselves, and even more importantly, help each other.

Sure, there are still plenty of Not-Sees out there who insist on not seeing
that we humans are all in the same boat. The good news is, more and more
Americans are getting that sinking feeling that there's only one Earthship,
and ignoring a leak because it's "on the other side of the boat," is a
mistake of titanic proportions.
We Are the Leaders We've Been Waiting For

America, the world's only super-power, doesn't need a revolution. We've
already had one, thank you. What is needed now -- and what has already
begun -- is the American Evolution where enough of us wake up and see that
those two political parties have been partying on our dime, and we the
people haven't been invited. Time to go beyond choosing the lesser of two
weasels. If we want to evolve the dream of our Founding Fathers -- instead
of devolve into the nightmare of Big Brother -- we must become the leaders
we've been waiting for. I've said it before. The only force more powerful
than a super-power is a Super-Duper Power -- the power of the people plus
the power of love. And anyone who doesn't believe we are a Super-Duper
Power, well they have been super-duped!

It's true, many people still feel that the affairs of the world should be
left to the bolder and badder among us. But look what that leaves us with:
Are you satisfied choosing between Saddam Hussein and George Who's-Not-Sane?
Now I know those "God, guns and guts" Old Testament Christians might have
forgotten, but Jesus did say that the meek shall inherit the earth. In all
undue immodesty, maybe it's time for us meek folks to boldly step forth and
accept our inheritance.

For just as 2000 years ago Jesus stood up to a class that placed the rule of
gold above the Golden Rule, today we face the modern version of the
Pharisees -- the Phallusees, I think they are called. They cynically cloak
themselves in religious robes, but the only power they trust is the power of
the stick. Well, there's another old saying: It doesn't matter how big your
stick is, if you stick your stick where it doesn't belong, you're stuck.

Another sign of the up-wising and coming evolution is that people are
growing dissatisfied with the positionality of "my side vs. your side," and
are seeing the whole issue of sides from a new angle:  Maybe we're all on
the same side. For example, this argument between creationism and evolution
is just another way for dueling dualities to steal our energy. I believe in
both. I believe the Creator created us to evolve, otherwise Jesus would have
said, "Now don't do a thing till I return." I have it on good authority that
the Creator is pulling for us: "Come on, you children of God. Time to grow
up and become adults of God instead."

Time to Overgrow the System From the Grassroots Up
The time for revolution and overthrowing has past. Now we need an evolution
where we "overgrow" the current dysfunctional system from the grassroots up.
You are probably familiar with the story of the Native American grandfather
who tells his grandson that there are two wolves fighting inside all of us:
The wolf of fear and anger, and the wolf of love and peace.
"Which wolf will win?" asks the young boy.
"Whichever one we feed," replies the grandfather.

And so when people ask me to predict what will happen, I tell them the only
thing I can predict with certainty is the uncertainty of any prediction. The
future's just too unpredictable these days. This is a Universe of infinite
possibilities, so it all depends on which futures we invest in.

There is something far more empowerful than predictions, and that is
Tell-A-Vision. If you're fed up with the current programming, my advice is
turn off your TV and tell a vision instead. That way, we will have healing
and functional visions to step into -- and that beats what we've been
stepping into. So I will tell my vision for 2006: This is the year of the
American Evolution, where all those who prefer the Golden Rule to the rule
of gold get past left and right, and come front and center.

I see Americans of all political stripes, plaids and polka dots (not to
mention solids), choosing to face the music and dance together. Sure, we'll
have to learn some new steps, but it's time for a new dance - A-Bun-Dance.
That is where we get up off our assets, move our buns, and dance together in
rhythm and flow. And what better way to turn the funk into function, and
leave the junk at the junction?

I see us in a new reality show -- Extreme Planetary Makeover -- where
everyone can play and everyone can win. Just think. Something more
compelling than reality TV ... it's called reality!

I know, I know. Only a crazy person would dare to propose anything that
sane. But maybe it's time to declare the current institutionalized insanity
illegally insane, and set about building a sane asylum big enough for all
six and a half billion of us. As my guru Harry Cohen Baba has said, "Life is
like a good deli. Even if something isn't on the menu, if enough people
order it they have to make it." So what kind of new world order are we
ordering up? Do we feed the wolf of fear and buy into the "it's every man
for himself" story? Or do we nourish the wolf of love and evolve into the
"we're all in it together" story?

If we're going to be a Super-Duper Power, we have to be super-duper powerful
in activating the power of love, and cultivating the power of joy. So laugh
more. Why not? We all know there's something funny going on. The wall of
lies cannot withstand the vibration of laughter. All seriousness aside, only
a farce field that combines truth and laughter can bring down the Irony
Curtain once and for all.

Release the old story -- been there, done that -- and speak the new story
into the world. Dare to imagine what we could be doing if we weren't
spending so much of our livelihood on weapons of deadlihood. Think about it
... think tanks where they think about something other than tanks. Young
people living for their country instead of dying for it. Health and
education fully funded, and the Air Force having to run a bake sale so they
can buy a new bomber.

Can we change the course of history? Can we shift our karma into surpassing
gear? I cannot say for sure, but if we choose to give up that old Dodge and
trade it in for an Evolvo, that's a good first step. So ... let the
Evolution begin. We don't have to wait until the first Big Shot is fired. If
we create a powerful enough field, the Big Shots will end up firing
themselves.

Hello Linda, there is now a powerful movement questioning the Bush
administration's take on 911. This movement is growing by the day and
it's only a matter of time before it succeeds in exposing the real
culprits behind 911. That will be a tremendous shock for many who
accept the Bush administration line that a group of terrorists based
in Afghanistan orchestrated the whole attack. For me, many elements in
the Bush administration's explanation stand out as red flags. The
attack on the Pentagon with no evidence of a plane crash and only a
small entry area; the collapse of WTC 7 which was not directly hit
which the structural engineers tell us is impossible; tales of firemen
entering the impact areas of WTC 1/2 saying they were getting the
fires under control. So the idea that both towers collapsed due to the
extreme heat generated by the burning jet fuel is a lie. I recommend
spending time at the http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org/ website to
read up more on these anomalies and the analyses of Dr Steve Jones and
Dr David Ray Griffin.

In short, 911 is an inside job and that truth is fueling what will be
a mass movement for truth that eventually leads to street
demonstrations, etc. As you know, in my paper I point out that the
reasons given for why 911 is an inside job, corporate greed and
neo-conservative imperialism, don't go far enough to uncover the real
dynamics and actors behind 911. That's why an exopolitical perspective
is more persuasive. The various elements of the massive operation that
resulted in a 'staged' or 'assisted' terrorist attacks on 911 could
not have been pulled off by a cabal of neo-conservatives who had only
been in the job for 8 months before 911. That's important to realize,
Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Cheney, etc., had only taken office in January
2001, so they didn't have time to plan and orchestrate something like
this which would have required the cooperation of career officials in
key intelligence agencies and military departments.

9/11 required a more deeply entrenched secret government action that
got the neo-conservatives to do their bidding for an operation that
had already been planned. Kind of like the way, the Kennedy
administration inherited the CIA's Bay of Pigs operation. In my view,
the same secret government that manages the ET presence (Majestic
12/PI 40, etc) got the neo-cons to do their bidding since the former
have a deeper exopolitical agenda for being in Iraq as I discuss in
the paper.

When the 911 truth movement succeeds, as I think it ultimately will,
the neo-conservatives will be offered up as ritual sacrifice to a
furious public. That will satisfy many, and they will be tempted to go
back to sleep. But the true culprits are hidden more deeply in the
system and takes us in the direction of Majestic-12/PI-40, etc., and
the ET projects who made it possible for Cheney, et al., to give the
go ahead for 911 to occur.

Exposing the shadow government and the Cosmic Watergate will be the
next challenge. However, the truth seekers will be aided by a more
alert general public who will take more seriously that a shadow
government is really orchestrating events rather than a bunch of
neo-cons driven by imperialism and greed. That will take us to the
door of Cosmic Watergate. That will be necessary otherwise there will
be more false flag operations which really are a great danger to all
of us.

Editor's NOTE; A number of members have asked for additional information on the
so called voice from space that blacked out the BBC's Southern TV station for 5
1/2 minutes at 5:12 PM GMT on November 26, 1977 while the following message was
delivered slowly and deliberately in a calm authorative tone. The message
interrupted a news bulletin being read by Ivor Mills. The BBC has come up with
no positive solutions to the interruption, simply calling it a hoax. The full
text, which is reproduced here, is not believed to have been published in the
United States previously. The amount of expensive equipment needed to overpower
a powerful television transmitter takes the incident out of the realm of a
college prank. If indeed it was an elaborate hoax as we suspect it was, it
appears to be more on the scale of something perpetrated by some government or
agency of one.

Aloha all, I just viewed a fascinating video by Sixto Paz Wells where he
discusses the 'Cosmic Plan' that is unfolding on Earth based on his thirty years
of research into the extraterrestrial phenomenon. Sixto became a contactee in
1974 and his claims were investigated by the famous Spanish journalist J.J.
Benitez who wrote a number of favorable newspaper stories presenting Sixto's
sightings and experiences. Benitez was so impressed by the UFO sightings
captured on film and Sixto's information that he wrote a book titled SOS to
Humanity. Sixto consequently became known throughout the Spanish speaking world
and established a world wide organization known as Mission Rama before its

by the Hon Paul Hellyer and C.B Scott Jones, PhD at the recent Extraterrestrial

"Extraterrestrials Among Us"

Introduction
There is startling evidence from a number of independent sources that ‘human
looking’ extraterrestrial visitors have integrated with and lived in major
population centers up until recently, and this is known by a select number of
government agencies and military departments. A range of highly classified
government documents and military programs give credence to this phenomenon, as
revealed by a number of whistleblowers. Command Sergeant Major Robert Dean, for
example, claims that a top secret NATO document he witnessed in 1964 described
how senior political and military leaders had been visited by and interacted
with ‘human looking’ extraterrestrials who could easily blend into human
society. What really concerned NATO leaders, according to Dean, was that
extraterrestrials could be walking in the corridors of key political and
military institutions. Aside from whistleblower testimonies, a number of private
individuals claim to have encountered extraterrestrials posing as ordinary
citizens in major cities around the planet.

George Adamski was the first to write about extraterrestrials secretly living
among the human population. In his second non-fiction book describing his
extraterrestrial contact experiences, Inside the Flying Saucers, Adamski
discussed how human looking extraterrestrials had established a presence among
the human population. They apparently looked so much like us that they could get
jobs, lived in neighborhoods, drove cars, and could blend in easily with the
human population. Adamski wrote about how they contacted him to set up meetings
that led to his famous flights aboard extraterrestrial vehicles. While
controversy over Adamski’s contact experiences and his credibility continues,
Adamski’s UFO sightings and contacts with extraterrestrials were supported by an
impressive collection of witnesses, photographs and films that a number of
independent investigators concluded were not hoaxes.

Adamski’s testimony offers important insights into how extraterrestrials may be
living incognito among the human population. After discussing the Adamski case
and the strongest evidence supporting it, I will then discuss other contactees
similarly claiming to have encountered extraterrestrials acting like ordinary
citizens. Finally, I examine a number of whistleblowers who claim to have
witnessed documents or events confirming official government knowledge that
extraterrestrials live among ordinary citizens.

Aloha all, here's an editorial on the Bush administration's new national space
policy. The editorial correctly identifies the jingoist and nationalist tone of
the policy which officially takes the US that much closer to 'openly' deploying
weapons in space and leading to an arms race in outer space. According to the
testimony of Clifford Stone and other UFO whistleblowers, the US has repeatedly
fired at or 'brought down' extraterrestrial vehicles using ground based systems
such as high powered radar. The new space policy suggests that the development
of 'directed energy weapons' and other new weapons systems are moving one step
closer to being operationalised in space in an effort led by the US to extend
its planetary shield further into space.

Flexing Our Muscles in Space
Published: October 21, 2006
The Bush administration has adopted a jingoistic and downright belligerent tone
toward space operations. In a new “national space policy” posted without fanfare
on an obscure government Web site, and in recent speeches, it has signaled its
determination to be pre-eminent in space — as it is in air power and sea power —
while opposing any treaties that might curtail any American action there.

This chest-thumping is being portrayed as a modest extension of the Clinton
administration’s space policy issued a decade ago. And so far there is no
mention of putting American weapons in space. But the more aggressive tone of
the Bush policy may undercut international cooperation on civilian space
projects — a goal to which the new policy subscribes — or set off an eventual
arms race in space.

The new policy reflects the worst tendencies of the Bush administration — a
unilateral drive for supremacy and a rejection of treaties. And it comes just as
the White House is desperately seeking help to rein in the nuclear programs of
North Korea and Iran. That effort depends heavily on cooperation from China and
Russia, two countries with their own active space programs.

The administration regards the policy as a necessary update to reflect how
important space is becoming for the American economy and defense. But outside
experts who have parsed the language are struck by how forceful and
nationalistic it sounds.

Whereas the 1996 policy opened with assurances that the United States would
pursue greater levels of partnership and cooperation in space, the new policy
states: “In this new century, those who effectively utilize space will enjoy
added prosperity and security and will hold a substantial advantage over those
who do not. Freedom of action in space is as important to the United States as
air power and sea power.”

The only solace is that the new policy does not endorse placing weapons in space
or fighting in, through or from space, as the Air Force has been urging. But
neither does it rule out these activities.

In keeping with the more muscular stance, the administration is also opposing
any negotiations on a treaty to prevent an arms race in outer space — arguing
that it may impede America’s ability to defend its satellites from ground-based
weapons. That seems shortsighted. An international treaty to keep space free of
weapons might well provide greater security than a unilateral declaration that
we will do whatever we have to do to preserve our own space assets.

Michael Griffin, the NASA administrator, insisted he did not intend to sound
jingoistic when he addressed a conference in Spain this month — but he sure came
across that way. He wondered aloud what language future settlers of the Moon and
Mars would speak. “Will my language be passed down over the generations to
future lunar colonies?” he asked. “Or will another, bolder or more persistent
culture surpass our efforts and put their own stamp on the predominant lunar
society of the far future?”

We fear the old notion that space might provide the perfect arena for
international cooperation may be yielding to a new era of competition — one not
seen since the cold war race to the moon.

Exopolitics and Global Warming: A Cosmic Connection

Many of us have an innate understanding of the concept of Global Warming. Few
however are familiar with the term Exopolitics. Fewer again have an appreciation
that there is a cosmic connection between these two ideas.

Global Warming - A Brief Overview

Global Warming is an occurrence that many feel is a series of natural events in
the progression of changes in Earth's meteorological, atmospheric and
environmental conditions. Many scientists say these conditions have occurred and
will occur as a matter of course, regardless of the presence of man's influence.

The Ice Age for example occurred more than one million years ago, long before
any human influences altered the environment. Through periods of cooling and
warming the Ice Age persisted. In Canada and throughout North America the last
remnants of the ice sheet that covered North America melted between 20,000 and
6000 years ago. Today mountain glaciers linger as the last leftovers of the Ice
Age.

Yet today the planet is faced with environmental degradation that threatens not
only the environment but the survival of every species of plant and animal that
lives.

We are not only seeing changes in weather and the environment; we are witnessing
alterations to the DNA structure of living creatures, their immune and
reproductive systems. Is this too a natural occurrence or has mankind injected a
variable never before encountered in environmental history?

Artificial toxins like DDT, PCBs or HCB (a chlorinated pesticide used as a
fungicide, and also found in chlorinated solvents such as perchloroethylene used
in dry cleaning) to name but a few, have produced alterations in human cells
ranging from decreased cell-mediated immunity (a decrease in ability to fight
infections and tumors), to increased sensitivity (allergy) and autoimmunity.


The injection of carbon dioxide, a major by-product in the use of fossil fuels,
into the atmosphere has increased 31% since the pre-industrial age (1750). Most
of the carbon dioxide increase occurred after 1945. Methane has increase by 150%
over the same period. These increases alter the ozone layer's capacity to
protect the Earth's surface from UV rays and also increase the acidity in the
ocean. There may also be future changes that science is not yet able to detect
or predict.

To make matters even more complex new phenomenon are appearing in the lexicon of
global environmental change.

A new term has been coined to describe an alarming potential correlation with
Greenhouse Gasses and Global Warming - the notion of Global Dimming. This
phenomenon appears to mask the effect of Global Warming due to the Earth getting
cooler through Global Dimming.

The cumulative effect of these man-made circumstances has produced an ecosystem
straining at the hinges. The possibilities of change, i.e. a reversal in the
direction of environmental chaos, are remote.

International governments, scientist and the general public possess no clear
consensus about a co-ordinated global course of action to arrest the alterations
we see before our eyes. The predictions that polar bears will be extinct in 25
years or that skin cancer rates will increase dramatically, appear to have
little effect on the collective will of elected officials to act or the general
public to perceive imminent danger.

Like a deer, frozen in its tracks by the lights of an on-coming car, we remain
inert.

Can a change of global consciousness of this magnitude be achieved within a
generation in order to save the planet from irreversible catastrophe or are we a
species destined to demise at our own hand?

This type of systemic cultural change has little to do with industry, government
initiatives or international conventions; it has however everything to do with a
change in global consciousness that reflects an apology to the planet by the
most dangerous creature on the face of the Earth - Man. This species and this
species alone must rectify the situation. Yet many fear it is too late.

Enter Exopolitics


What is Exopolitics? Simply stated Exopolitics is a new and emerging field of
study that examines the implications of possible contact between humans and
extraterrestrial civilizations. Exopolitics also attempts to provide a political
framework in which human beings and extraterrestrials could interact.
Exopolitics also seeks to examine the disclosure process that governments may be
required to use to inform citizens of the authentic nature of an
extraterrestrial presence.

There is a sharper edge to this concept.

Extraterrestrial activity is normally symbolized by the unusual phenomenon known
as unidentified flying objects. UFOs have been an unacknowledged reality for
decades if not centuries.

Exopolitics provides a broad based connection between the notion that we are
being visited by extraterrestrials and, how human culture, politics, religion,
the environment, energy sources and technological paradigms will be dramatically
altered by contact with off-world civilizations.

Sightings reports by pilots, air traffic controllers, citizens, police officers
and other credible individuals of UFOs are on the increase globally.

Science, government, mainstream media and institutional edifices have yet to
acknowledge these sightings as a manifest reality. Despite this, polls say the
general public by and large accepts the notion we are not alone in the universe.
The debate about whether of not UFOs represent a benevolent or other type of
incursion into our realm is by no means over.

Off-world civilizations that have long since over come the type of planetary
pandemonium that afflicts every fabric of the human tapestry have made
themselves known in a strange and obscure manner. Why they choose to do this in
this way is beyond our capacity to comprehend at this point, for they possess
their agenda. Make no mistake about it we are not alone.

Questions arise from this peculiar set of possibilities which acknowledge
off-world civilizations; questions to which there are very few answers.

Why are we being exposed to this phenomenon of the strangest kind? Why might
exposure to this phenomenon be significant and, might it provide a solution to
planetary ruin?

If beings who pilot the craft are in fact from distant planets - millions of
light years away - what energy sources are they using to travel the immense
distances?

If the craft are in fact real as indicated by military and civilian pilots and
air traffic controller reports, and government documents - why are they here?

How have these civilizations managed to survive their own environmental chaos
and avoid the extinction that stares us in the face today?

Enter Global Warming


It must be assumed that any civilization that has mastered interstellar voyages
has somehow mastered light speed travel or a form of interstellar or
inter-dimensional travel we as yet do not comprehend. These civilizations must
have developed technologies that utilize arcane energy sources that our
scientists and physics cannot explain. Could contact with off-world
civilizations be the answer?

The National Geographic reports indicate that there is little doubt that the
planet is warming. Over the last century the average temperature has climbed
about 1 degree Fahrenheit (0.6 of a degree Celsius) around the world.

The multinational Arctic Climate Impact Assessment (ACIA) report recently
concluded that in Alaska, western Canada, and eastern Russia, average
temperatures have increased as much as 4 to 7 degrees Fahrenheit (3 to 4 degrees
Celsius) in the past 50 years. The rise is nearly twice the global average.


The United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) projects
that global temperatures will rise an additional 3 to10 degrees Fahrenheit (1.6
to 5.5 degrees). Rising temperatures have a dramatic impact on Arctic Ice which
serves as a kind of "air conditioner" at the top of the world. Since 1978 Arctic
sea ice area has shrunk by some 9 percent per decade, and thinned as well.

As many believe, these conditions may well be a natural effluence of global
environmental change. But can the billions of tons of carbon dioxide dispensed
each year from fossil fuel technologies be totally removed from the equation?

Re-Enter Exopolitics

If the use of fossil fuels were to stop today and be replaced by energy sources
obtained from a developing contact and relationship with off-world
civilizations, would the planet enter a new era of environmental design?

The Exopolitical Disclosure Movement provides a unique forum of enquiry that may
address and possibly answer the multiplicity of questions presented here. The
only missing piece of the puzzle is the cultural and political will to examine
the extraterrestrial phenomenon with the vigour the media examines issues such
as child and spousal abuse, political patronage, corporate fraud and who the
Canadian Idol is this month. With a concentrated and continuous effort the media
will transform the issue of "Are UFOs Real" into a Cosmic-Watergate.

What is our next step? Can we afford to relegate the ET/UFO phenomenon to simple
myth or the allegory of science fiction? Are we ready to alter our consciousness
to accept realities from a different realm - a subtle yet powerful realm - one
that holds our future place in the universe in the balance?

To whom can we turn for help? The terrestrial political and anthropological will
to do it ourselves appears destined to failure and thus, demise by our own hand.

Like the deer frozen in place by lights on the road, mankind must perhaps
re-affix its gaze on the strange lights in the sky.

Chandra Wickramasinghe the scientist has been always a poet at
heart. As a young boy growing up in his native Sri Lanka he looked up
at the twinkling canopy of the tropical night sky and wrote : Prof.
Chandra Wickramasinghe : "the idea of life being a cosmic phenomenon
is fully in tune with Buddhist as well as Vedic philosophy."
Amongst the myriad stars
I stand alone
and wonder how much life
and love there was tonight

He wrote it at the age of 15.

From his childhood he has mysteriously felt connected with the
universe. Being a Buddhist the idea of life having a cosmic connection
was in tune with his philosophy.

Some years ago he told me, "the idea of life being a cosmic
phenomenon is fully in tune with Buddhist as well as Vedic philosophy.
Ancient Buddhist texts described inhabited circling distant suns,
collections of suns to form greater world systems , collections of world
systems and so on. I have surely been inspired by these philosophies
throughout my scientific studies."

A graduate of the University of Ceylon. He later joined the Cambridge
University on a Commonwealth scholarship and did his PhD under the
late Sir Fred Hoyle, one of the best astronomers of the 20th century. He
was later awarded the university's highest doctorate for science, the
prestigious Scd. He was decorated by the President of Sri Lanka with
the title "Vidya Jothi". He came to Cardiff University in Wales in 1973
and organized a new department of astronomy that became one of the
top astronomy centers in Europe. Prof. Chandra Wickramasinghe and
the late Sir Fred Hoyle were later awarded the Dag Hammarskj�ld Gold
medal for Science
After thirty 33 years of work as the professor of astronomy and
mathematics, Chandra Wickramasinghe is the world's leading exponent
of the theory known as panspermia- the science that teaches earth and
other planets in the universe may have been seeded for life by
microorganisms carrying comets.

Before Chandra Wickremesinghe scientists thought that huge obscuring
clouds in deep space like the horse head nebula were made up of ice
particles. But his untiring research showed the particles were mainly
made of carbon- a form of a substance that was connected with life- a
freeze dried dormant bacteria.

Wickramasinghe calls them our genetic ancestors. When he first came
out with this theory, extremely harsh criticism was leveled against him.
Some even called the theory pseudo- science. Chandra
Wickramasinghe thinks if there was no Sir Fred Hoyle, one of the
greatest astronomers of the last century, stood by him his theory would
have certainly been put out of existence. He and the late Fred Hoyle
were later awarded the Dag Hammarskj�ld Gold medal for Science.

Chandra Wickramasinghe has made his theory of panspermia the
mainstream in the new science of astrobiology - a link between
astronomy and biology.

To celebrate his new theories, the Cardiff university was holding a
scientific seminar to discuss the new view of the world of science that
boldly said that life did not start in a primordial soup spontaneously here
on earth as believed earlier but it started 4000 million years ago on
comets and traveled through space to earth and countless other
planets. With the participation of nearly 40 scientists from all over the
world the seminar was held from September 5 entitled, Unraveling of Our
Cosmic Ancestry.

Though retiring as the Professor at the age of 67 he will continue to
serve as the director of Cardiff Center for astrobiology.

The following is an email interview I did from California with him in Cardiff
on the eve of his retirement:

Question: You are retiring as a Professor at the University of Cardiff this
September. What was the most significant contribution you could make
to the progress of science during the time you served as the professor
of applied mathematics and astronomy since you came to this
university in 1973?

Answer: I played a key role in establishing a connection between
astronomy and biology. My work in the 1980's showed for the first time
that cosmic dust had properties that resembled the properties of living
material and their degradation products.

Question: When you were at Cambridge, before coming here, your
Pioneering research was on interstellar dust. What is the significance of
those theories on interstellar dust?

Answer: My PhD thesis and the dissertation on which I was awarded a
Fellowship at Jesus College was entitled: "On graphite particles as
interstellar grains" I think I was largely responsible for astronomers
moving away from the old idea that cosmic dust consisted of ice
particles that were formed in space to the idea that they condensed in
much denser regions in the environs of stars. I also transformed showed
that interstellar dust played a key role in controlling astrophysical
processes.

Question: Once when you were in California, you told me that
you and some Indian team of scientists using balloons had collected
from the tropopause , or the upper atmosphere microorganisms that had
come from outer space and your estimate was that one third of a tonne
of cometary microorganisms enter the earth's atmosphere every year.
What are these micro organisms ?

Answer: I think that life arrived at the Earth 3800 million years ago with
the impacts of comets. If comets brought the first life to Earth the
process of comets introducing primitive life must continue even to the
present day. The Indian balloon experiment gave us the first direct
indication that this may be happening. The particles collected in the
stratosphere included clumps of bacteria, which we know are viable
(living), but so far we have not been able to culture most of them.

Question: At that time you said the scientists are going to do detailed
analysis of these microorganisms and look in to their DNA. Have you
looked into the DNA now? Are they different from the microorganism
you find on earth? Can you compare them?

Answer: A few types of bacteria that were grown from the air samples
by Milton Wainwright in Sheffield were found to be similar to known
terrestrial counterparts, so contamination from the Earth is always an
issue. The clumps of bacteria that we could not culture or sequence
DNA we think must have come from space.

Question: If they came from outer space from where did they Actually
come and how? How did they survive in the deadly outer space with all
those killer rays?

Answer: They came from comets. When the comets formed at the time
of the birth of the solar system they would have included a very small
component of viable bacteria from the cloud from which our planetary
system condensed.

These bacteria then grow exponentially in numbers in the liquid interior
regions of comets. When comets come into the inner regions of the
solar system their surfaces are peeled away, and the bacteria particles
escape into the cometary tails.

Whenever the Earth crosses trails of cometary debris, biological
particles would enter the Earth's atmosphere. Not all the biological
particles survive entry of course, but a fraction must do. I don't think
survival in the so-called harsh conditions of space is an issue any more.
Bacteria are found to be exceedingly space-hardy.

Question: Recently, the Kerala scientist Dr. Godfrey Louis and his
research assistant Santhosh Kumar said samples of red rain that fell
across the state of Kerala in India have been found to contain
microscopic red cells of unknown origin . What's the relevance of this
claim to your theory of panspermia? Could you also tell something
about their latest conclusions? Dr. Godfrey Louis said samples of red
rain that fell across the state of Kerala in India have been found to

Answer: If these red cells came from a comet, then it would surely be
conclusive proof of cometary panspermia. The evidence to me suggests
that a small injection of red rain cells from comets took place in July
2001, and this was somehow amplified in the clouds of our atmosphere.
This is the only way I can understand the intermittent showers over
several weeks, and the localization around Kerala. Incidentally this
phenomenon was repeated in this present year July 2006, showing a 5-
year cycle of incident particles.

Question: We heard that samples of this red rain was also sent io
Cardiff for testing. What did you find? Could these also be aliens
showering on earth after traveling on a comet?

Answer: I think more work needs to be done, but this could well be the
smoking gun for panspermia.

Question: It was claimed in news reports that these microorganisms
lacked DNA. Then how did it replicate?

Answer: We also have had difficulty extracting DNA from these
exceedingly tough red-rain cells. There are however some staining tests
that show positive for DNA, but this could be ambiguous. Again, we
need to extract and amplify DNA, which we have not yet done.

Question: It was also claimed in news reports that the strange Cells
would reproduce in 600 degrees Fahrenheit while the known maximum
limit of heat in water for any life to survive is only 250 degrees of
Fahrenheit. Are they bacteria adapted to the harsh conditions of space?
Is this going to be the first concrete evidence for your panspermia
theory?

Answer: These are Godfrey's claims. I think these claims have to be
tested independently and if they are verified, they surely would be a
confirmation of an alien bug.

Question: What did you find out from NASA's star dust program? Were
you able to test some samples from that program?

Answer: I have not had access to these samples. But the collection
procedure would not have recovered microbes in tact. The organic
residues found in the aerogel can be interpreted as destruction products
of bacteria.

Question: If you think the intelligent man ultimately evolved out of these
unearthly microorganisms from outer space couldn't those same spores
of life contributed to intelligent life elsewhere in the universe?

Answer: Yes, I would agree. The universe must be teeming with life, and
with intelligence as well.

Question: So, if we are to meet a visitor from space one day, who has
mastered time traveling do you think that visitor would look very much
different from man?

Answer: He she or it would share much of our genetic heritage. Our
genes, and the genes for all life were derived from a much bigger cosmic
system. So a similarity of life forms across the universe is inevitable.

Question: Do you think based on the studies of DNA from outer space
that the visitor from outer space would be a compassionate one or a one
who would be planning to devour us for protein.

Answer: I think if a visitor from space had developed the technologies to
travel to us, that visitor must come from a "culture" where survival over
millennia and coexistence had evolved as prime values. Otherwise they
would have blown themselves out in a matter of tens of thousands of
years, as our civilization may well be heading to do.

Question: Would it be a carbon based life or a silicone based life?

Answer: The only life we know of is Carbon based, so I would like to
stick to that as the only life form to discuss.

Question: A US suspense and mystery writer has written a novel
depicting a space visitor entering our bodies and destroying us. How
could such barbaric practice be possible among an advanced civilization
who could conquer space and time?

Answer: I think that is beyond belief!

Question: Do you think there are any chances of contacting an
intelligent civilization in the near future?

Answer: I would give it 3 decades, no more before contact is made.

Question: What benefits such a contact could bring to this world?

Answer: I hope that it would lead to a world view in which tribal and
International conflicts cease to exist.

Question: What are the chances that our civilization could come to an
end before all that by a nuclear war or the collision of earth with an
asteroid or a comet?

Answer: Yes, comet and asteroid impacts may present a very long-term
threat to our civilization, possibly over a timescale of a few thousand
years. But on a much shorter timescale nuclear wars could pose the
most serious threat. The rate at which we are amassing lethal weapons
is certainly very disturbing.

Aloha all, here is a brief interview with UFO veteran researcher Wendelle
Stevens. Wendelle reached the rank of Lt Col in the US Airforce. Beginning with
a military assignment to Alaska in 1947, he came across indubitable evidence of
the reality of UFOs and a high level government/military cover up. He has since
gone on to research UFOs and has one of the largest UFO library/archives in the
world. While many veteran UFO researches ridicule his support of contactee
testimonies (over one hundred of which he has personnally researched), he has

the extensive number of extraterrestrial visitors, their attitude towards

INTERVIEW WITH WENDELLE STEVENS
The following letter was sent to me by Tom Nesser of Rochester, NY. He had read
Gary Kinder's "Light Years" and felt the urge to write to Wendelle Stevens who
did the investigation on the Eduard Meier contact case. Eduard "Billy" Meier was
contacted by people from the Plejarans. At the time he said the Plieades because
he wanted to make sure that any "copy cats" would use that name and he would
know they were hoaxing their contact. Within the last few years he has said they
really were Plejarans.

After writing to Wendelle, he requested Tom send his questions and answers to
me.

Dear Mr. Stevens:

I don't know if any of your encounters with contactees touch on any of the
following, but if they have, your answers to the following questions would be
appreciated. Thanks.

Q: From all your experiences with contactees, do you have a theory as to why
they are here?

Yes, my friend, I have my own theory which is based on answers derived in a
number of dialogues with different ET entities. First of all, it is no simple
"they." It is an almost infinite number of different theys, from as many
different places, on as many different varieties of business and interests. But
they all seem to be responding to the same attraction, like bees to a freshly
opened flower. It is now my understanding that when a planet reaches certain
stages in its evolutionary development, such as when it is ready for the
incubation of life, and when that life reaches certain stages of development and
needs the next impetus, a kind of "call" goes out from the planet and solar
system, which then makes it attractive to those who have matured enough and are
capable of responding to this call. Those so capable, and sensing this need,
respond automatically, out of interests of their own, and they each undertake
projects or missions of their own choosing in response to the general nature of
the call.

It seems that one or another ET civilization is and has been involved with Earth
in one way or another ever since life came into being here.

Q. What do you think the Governments know? Who knows in our government? Why no
"official" mention?

Certainly the governments know, all governments know very well. If one man like
myself, or Lucius Farish, or Tom Adams, can collect all we have in our files and
have interviewed all the people we have on these matters, and have walked over
the sites, and tested the evidence available to our satisfaction, and found real
and substantial truths that endure, then think what a big government like the
United States, with tens of thousands of investigators and hundreds of thousands
more information collectors could have, and does have in its files. I would
guess that their amount of information would exceed that of any of us single
researchers by more than a thousandfold. It is utterly ridiculous to even think
that they could have missed what we find all the time, and frequently we find
that the government investigators have been there before us.

In this respect in UFO CRASH AT AZTEC by myself and William Steinman you will
see what I mean by the vast amount of information this government has been
withholding from us for nearly 60 years, and they have quite successfully
covered it all up for generations.

I think the reasons for withholding such information by our government will be
self evident there, and it does in fact have to do with the use we are making of
the information our government has derived from the evidence they hold.

Q. Will they stop us from blowing ourselves to pieces, as it seems inevitable?
Do they predict when we will destroy ourselves?

I do not think many will stop us from blowing ourselves and our planet to bits
if that is what we choose to do. They say we create our own universe and our
destiny every day of our lives, and that they are aware of nobody coming from
anywhere to save us from ourselves. Their position is that, if we are an
aberrant species, a danger to others, that is within the law of creation for us
to eliminate ourselves. A few souls will be evacuated and will survive to
remember our failure. They do not predict when or even if.

If we were to be attacked before we could defend ourselves, some of them would
intercede and protect us until we can do that ourselves.

Q. Do they say anything about time travel -- back or forward?

In some cases, there are indications of time travel, both backward and forward.
Whenever we move in space we move in time, and we can apparently do both at
variable rates. One ET group has said that time and space are opposite aspects
of the same polarity. I don't think we know enough about either to take a
position yet, but it is an interesting subject to meditate upon.

UFO contactees have been shown both past time and future time events aboard some
of the abducting spacecraft.

Q. What do they say about religious beliefs? Were the prophets and Christ,
himself, space travelers? Is the "Evil One" based on Evil space travelers who
came here? What about eternal life, etc.?

In over 100 UFO contact cases I have personally investigated, I have never found
another planetary society which enjoys religious beliefs anything like ours,
with the single exception of the ET beings from planet UMMO. They are the only
other ones who have a personified deity. All the rest have an impersonal
"Creation," Great Source, Universal Consciousness, etc., within which they exist
and have their being. They simply live the universal laws of creation itself.
Many of those coming here have clearly said that ancestors of theirs coming here
have been revered as gods and were so treated by Earth humanity, and some of
them show up in various of the great religions of this world.

There are all grades of ET beings, and they fall into every shade of our own
likes and dislikes. We call the ones we like benevolent beings (the good ones).
We call the ones we don't like or understand, malevolent beings (the evil ones).
I am not so sure there is any real difference between them except in terms of
our own likes and dislikes.

THE CASE FOR EXOPOLITICS: USHERING IN A COSMIC DIALOGUE

EXOPOLITICS, insofar as it concerns the issue of mankind's contacts with
intelligent non-human lifeforms originating outside our planet, has an
already long history. Since Antiquity, human beings have pondered this
existential question: "are we alone in the universe?" and have sought to
answer it according to their experience, intuition or imagination, with
fear, hope, humour or incredulity.

The Russian nation has played a distinguished role in the area of
exopolitics since the early part of the twentieth century, not only through
the visionary work of its science-fiction writers since some of its
pioneering research scientists, aeronautical  engineers and the very fathers
of its space exploration program showed great concern about and remarkable
intellectual openness to the prospect of coming into contact with other
advanced civilizations in or from other planets or in outer space. It
behooves the Government of the Russian Federation to take a leading role in
the process to help disclose the information that is so far known only to a
small circle of military and civilian officials and technicians and
independent investigators. A well known expert is Yurko Bondarchuk, the
author of the book "UFO sightings, Landings and Abductions - The Documentary
Evidence" (1979). Another respected investigator is Yuri Stroganov who has
worked for many years in connection with the Russian UFO Research Centre and
has analysed and reported on a large number of UFO observation and landing
cases.

As eminent an officer as Soviet Air Force Colonel General I. Maltsev has
given very precise and enlightening accounts on the flying performances and
capabilities of "alien" space and aircraft, pointedly noting that no
man-made airborne vehicles were, to his knowledge, able to display such an
advanced technology. Soviet Academician V. Troitsky  also consistently
supported UFO studies and favoured the public dissemination of the
information  gained in official specialized circles, as for example when he
helped declassify in the nineties the well known "Dudinsh" military film
made at an Air base in Riga in 1961 during the test flights of a  new Soviet
warplane.

Some valuable information on the state of the research in Russia is to be
found in Paul Stonehill's "The Soviet UFO Files" (1998) and in "UFO-USSR"
(2005) by Mantle and Stonehill. A substantial amount of documentation has
also become available to support long-standing allegations that some "alien
craft" recovered on Soviet territory were stored on the Zhivkur air and
space base.

The Soviet Research Program into UFOS carried out under Government control
from 1978 to 1990 submitted reports which evinced the open-mindedness of its
scientific and military elites with regard to that reality even if a lot of
evidence seems to have been classified for national security reasons.

However this presentation is mainly based on a string of revelations
gradually made in the last decades in the USA and in Europe, following the
extensive but mostly secret research and observation programs conducted by
the American government and by some Western European and Latin American
states. As a result I have relied mostly on the confirmed information coming
from the West.

In 1998 and 1999 two seminars were held "by invitation only" in the USA for
experts to discuss confidentially and freely the possible consequences of
confirmed and proved contacts between human beings and Extraterrestrial
intelligent creature. The 26 participants included one 3-star general from
the US army, several university professors and high-level business
executives as well as some professional and eminent futurogists. The
American expert Michael Lindemann  is to provide a report on those meetings
at a  conference to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA in November 2006 under
the auspices of the Majestic Documents study group
(www.majesticdocuments.com)  headed by Ryan Wood.

On May 9th, 2006, a Press conference was held in Toronto Canada, by Dr.
Steven Greer, director of the Disclosure Project (USA)
(www.disclosureproject.org)
  and the Hon. Paul Hellyer, former Defence Minister and Deputy Prime
Minister of Canada (www.exopolitics.com):

"(its) goal.[was] to present witness testimony by Brigadier Generals, Naval
Photo experts, military officers, ICBM launch commanders, an FAA Crash Site
Sr. Inspector, NORAD Air Traffic Controllers and pilots that confirms
authentic, first hand encounters with intelligently controlled unidentified
aerial craft of non-Earth origin".

"Each witness has stated that they are willing to testify, under oath,
before Congress or Parliament as to the truth of their testimony"

[The] Press was also able to view copies of original government documents
and National Security memoranda that confirm a coordinated involvement with
and a high level of interest in global UFO activity by military and national
security agencies.

Abundant evidence and witness testimony also exists that establishes the
existence of related covert projects that have developed advance energy and
propulsion technologies that could free mankind from its dependency on oil,
gas, coal and nuclear power.

Paul Hellyer (who was also the Minister of Defence in the cabinet of PM
Lester Pearson) in some of his public interventions on the subject has been
quite outspoken about his concern regarding the ongoing weaponisation of
space led by the US Pentagon. He has described the future as "a choice
between Star Dreams and Star Wars" and has accused the American Space
Command of actively preparing to attack the alien visitors with
satellite-borne electromagnetic particle beam and laser weapons. There are
various independent confirmations for the existence of one or more secret US
military space stations and space planes already deployed in orbit in the
pursuit of "full spectrum" dominance of the planetary stratosphere and
surface.

Like other far-sighted and informed leaders, Paul Hellyer has emphasized the
urgent need to seek instead cooperative relations with Extraterrestrials. He
writes: ".Canada should accept the long-standing invitation of (US)
Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio to launch a conference to seek approval
of an international treaty to ban weapons in space. That would be a positive
Canadian contribution." (Paul Hellyer, in Globe and Mail, May 15h 2003,

Indeed the US Government at least is moving in the opposite direction,
according to a revealing article written by Giuseppe Ansera fore the PINR
Network (Power and Interest News Network, www.pinr.com) In May 2005, the US
Air Force formally asked President George W. Bush to issue a presidential
directive allowing the deployment of defensive and offensive weapons into
orbit. That directive is to replace decree PDD-NSC-49 issued by the Clinton
Administration which effectively put a moratorium on the militarisation of
space. In April 2005 the USA launched the XSS-11 orbital micro-satellite,
specifically designed to disturb and destroy the military and civilian
states belonging to other states. Washington's unilateral withdrawal from
the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty in 2002 confirms its intention to
weaponise space, thus launching a new arms race with even higher stakes than
the previous ones.

The Pentagon is  actively studying many other options, such as deploying
"mirror" satellites redirecting laser beams shot from the earth's surface
against any orbital object or planetary target or satellites to send
super-powerful (high frequency and amplitude) radio waves to be used as
weapons. Another kind of weapon is called "rods from God" and consists of
orbiting platforms capable of launching satellite-guided tungsten-rods onto
hostile targets at a speed of 11,000 kms per hours, enabling to penetrate
hardened missile silos or deep-buried underground installations. The US
envisages deploying the "rods from God" system by 2016. They can also be
used against orbiting objects and some foreign experts believe that the US
Command intends to use them against alien visiting spacecraft.
The book MAJIC EYES ONLY (2005) , by Ryan S. Wood  is one of many that make
"a solid case for the existence of deeply classified government research on
many of the retrieved vehicles as well as of recovered extraterrestrial
biological entities" in the words of Paul M. Rybski, PH.D., Chair Dept. of
Physics and Director, Whitewater Observatory, University of WI, Whitewater,
USA.

Wood presents 74 UFO crashes from 1897 to the present, supported by
compelling evidence in the form of official documents, eyewitnesses and in
some cases physical evidence.

The modern UFO era however begins, if only for the sake of convenience, with
World War II. Many sightings reported by German and Allied pilots and
military personnel: "KRAUT FIREBALLS", "FOO FIGHTERS"

In 1941, President F.D. Roosevelt set up IPU: Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit
(IPU), possibly following UFO crash reported at Cape Girardeau (Missouri)
that year.

On February 25th , 1942  there was the famous case of the UFO  that cruised
for hours over Los Angeles and was the target of a futile barrage of US
anti-aircraft artillery. The report on that widely reported incident which
was witnessed by a large part of the city's population was sent by General
George Marshall to President F.D. Roosevelt. Photographs appeared on the
front-page of the local newspapers in the following days.

At the end of World War II, Operation PAPERCLIP launched by the US
Government to bring German scientists to the USA in the interest of National
Security. Some of them, Wernher von Braun - the "father' of the US space
exploration program -, Siegfried Knemeyer, the former head of the RLM
(Ministry of Aeronautics), Hans Amtmann, Alexander Lippisch, Robert
Sarbacher and others seem to have been in possession of critical knowledge
in the field of aeronautics, space flight and UFO technologies. They came to
America in 1946. Some of them worked at Air Materiel Command  (AMC) at
Wright Field (later Wright-Patterson) in Ohio.

Other prominent scientific names associated with UFO research, with a
significant degree of credibility are Robert Oppenheimer, Edward Teller,
Hermann Oberth and John von Neumann. In the USSR the eminent rocket
scientists Felix Zigel was reportedly involved in this high level scientific
quest.

On July 4th 1947,  the famous Roswell incident took place: one or more UFOs
reportedly crashed around the Los Alamos-White Sands-Alamo Gordo nuclear
research and military testing ground in New Mexico.

"The evidence points to the fact that Roswell was a real incident and that
indeed an alien craft did crash, and that material  was recovered from the
crashsite".

NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell, statement to the Press in 1999. Mitchell, a
member of the Disclosure Project has acknowledged publicly that he knows of
a "UFO-coverup" engineered and kept by what he calls a "cabal of insiders"
within the US Government. An indirect confirmation has been given by New
Mexico Governor Bill Richardson who recently officially asked the Federal
Government to release the true facts pertaining to the Roswell 1947 episode,
so far without success.

Several military authorities involved with the event and with the
Government-ordered
cover-up have since confirmed that the Roswell incident involved a real UFO
crash. The incident led to the creation, according to the recommendation of
investigating officer, General Nathan Twining, of the high-power Special
Studies Group (SSG) also known as MAJESTIC or MJ-12, headed by Dr. Vannevar
Bush, Scientific Adviser to the US President, according to records provided
in many research books (www.majesticdocuments.com).

Two additional levels of security classification (secrecy) were added: MAJIC
and UMBRA, above Top Secret, specifically to protect the information gained
about Alien visits and technology. In his books on the topic written mostly
in the sixties, Major Donald Keyhoe documented the struggle within the US
Air Force between those who favoured open sharing of information on UFOs and
the "silence group" which claimed that the public was not prepared to accept
this revelation and wanted to keep all unexplained reports secret while
dismissing all those they could and denying the existence of a UFO
phenomenon.

On or around July 4th 1947 at least one "alien" craft crashed at San Agustin
(NM) and a number of artifacts were recovered on the site. They are shown on
a video filmed by well known investigator Art Campbell.

The special, "layered Bismuth/Magnesium" alloy fragments found on the sites
have been analysed in qualified laboratories and reveal special properties,
including continuous release of energy when submerged in water. The research
is extensively documented and visual evidence as well as results of the
tests are available to the public.

In September 1947, within eight weeks after the Roswell incident, the CIA
was created as well as the NSA (National Security Agency) and the NRO
(National Reconnaissance Office) both super-secret, by President Truman. It
is not implied that those agencies were set up solely or mainly in response
to the emergency triggered by the Roswell events but it appears in the light
of documentary records that the perception of a "threat from outer space"
played a role in the decision to charter and fund those organizations. It is
significant that various former agents of the CIA and the NSA have gone
public in recent years about the UFO-related programs that they claim they
were associated with  (e.g. Don Sherman, author of the book "Above Black"
(www.aboveblack.com).

In fact, CIA's predecessor CIG (Central Intelligence Group) had already
investigated various UFO cases, including "ghost rockets" in Sweden in 1946
as attested by the now declassified CIG Intel Report dated, April 9, 1947.

Also in 1947, the Advanced Study Group (ASG) within Air Materiel Command,
was set up under the direction of Dr. Don Zimmerman, apparently to analyse
"alien" technology and its possible uses for the US military forces.

On 5th April 1948, a Top Secret estimate prepared by the US Air Force Air
technical Intelligence Centre from Project SIGN (first called Project
SAUCER) concluded that UFOs were interplanetary aircraft. However, Chief of
Armed Forces Staff General Hoyt Vandenberg (who is listed as a member of the
super-secret MAJESTIC 12  Committee) rejected that conclusion, without
giving any reason and disbanded the SIGN Project Group. Later, Project
Grudge was formed, seemingly with the secret agenda to publicly allege the
unreality of the UFO phenomenon.

On May 22nd, 1949  US Secretary of Defense James Forrestal (also one of the
first 12 members of MAJESTIC) committed suicide under strange and suspicious
circumstances while being kept at Bethesda Naval Hospital under 24-hr Marine
guard for treatment of an alleged depression. The rumor since is that he
wanted to break the silence on UFOs and make a public statement or that he
was not trusted to keep the secret.

There are various significant statements made by American Presidents and
high-level officials on the subject of UFOs. Most of them were to deny the
reality of the phenomenon but a few were far more candid, such as the
following:

"I  can assure you that flying saucers, given that they exist, are not
constructed by any power on this earth"

President Harry Truman, White House Press Conference, April 4 1950

"Behind the scene high-level military officers are soberly concerned about
UFOs", Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, first Director of Central Intelligence
in the New York Times. February 28th, 1960). We may also quote here the
statement by the Secretary General of the UN, U Thant about the
extraordinary importance of the UFO issue for mankind at the end of that
decade.

A declassified document from British Intelligence dated May 6, 1950 but only
recently released to the public under the UK's equivalent to the US freedom
of information Act (FOIA), refers to the First Annual report of MJ-12 to
report that "the samples extracted from bodies found in New Mexico have
yielded new strains of a retro-virus not yet totally understood but give
promise of the ultimate bio-weapon".

It is not known if this statement bears any connection to the much later
discovery of the HIV and other lethal "new" viruses. A ground-breaking book
on this subject authored by Dr. Bob Wood and Nick Redfern is entitled "In
search of the Alien Viruses: Crashed UFOs, MJ12 and Bio-warfare" (2006).

In December 6th, 1950 the US armed forces geared up to a state of emergency
following multiple UFO sightings in various parts of the country and a
massive crash, recorded by a Majestic-12 Briefing Document to President
Eisenhower, on the Texas border with Mexico at El Indio Guerrero. USAF
Colonel Willingham reportedly visited the crash site and retrieved debris.

The feeling among military command on that occasion seems to have been that
the country was under attack from outer space and that fear was to return in
the following years. General Douglas McArthur publicly vented that
apprehension in his well known statement about a future war with invaders
from other worlds. In fact one is led to the conclusion that the military
leadership of the USA has often confronted the space visitors with its most
modern weapons in the last five decades and that, if communication and even
some limited exchange program may have taken place (see the Exopolitics.org
website for a review of the available records supporting that possibility),
it has not been as frequent as perilous head-to-head encounters in which it
is confirmed that a number of planes, helicopters and pilots were lost by
the Air Force and the Navy during interception, dog fight and hot pursuit
attempts.

A large number of UFO photographs taken from NASA-operated rockets, shuttles
and space stations by astronauts in orbit and on the moon has now been made
available on the Internet and the widely reported case of the British hacker
McGannon earlier this year has brought one unexpeceted confirmation of the
existence of "edited" or "airbrushed" photos for which the unretouched
originals are kept in secret NASA, NORAD and USAF archives (The Guardian,
July 9th, 2005 et al.).

In 1952, reacting to "a new rash of sightings" all over the USA and
elsewhere in the world the CIA formed the Special Study Group (SSG) within
the Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) ( according to a Memo from Ralph
L. Clark, Acting Assistant Director OSI to DDI Robert Amory Jr.)

On September 25th of  that year a Joint Logistic Plan was prepared by
MAJESTIC-12. It included a psychological warfare plan, an unconventional
warfare plan, a cover and deception plan and others.In April 1954, the
document SOM1-01 (Top Secret Majic Eyes Only Special Operations Manual for
recovery operations) of "foreign craft and technology" was brought out.
These documents are now available on the Internet (cf.

It is interesting that when some information does leak out, it is countered
by the deliberate dissemination of disinformation to mask the facts and
discredit the disclosures by spreading wholly or partly false - and often
patently absurd - allegations. However it seems that genuine information is
being gradually released in a controlled manner in order to prepare the
public or at least those who are ready to accept the truth.

Some of the many covert government projects dedicated to the UFO subject in
North America were ANGEL DUST, TWINKLE, POUNCE, GRUDGE, MOONDUST, MAGNET (in
Canada, from 1950 to 1954, which led to the creation of a "flying saucer"
detection station at Shirley Bay near Ottawa, funded by the Canadian Federal
Government from 1952 to 1954), BLUE FLY and others for monitoring, reporting
on and capturing or retrieving alien objects, controlled by the CIA, NSA,
Navy, Air Force etc.(more than 1000 pages of official documents have been
released under FOIA regarding MOONDUST and BLUE FLY).

In 1953, the CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel set policies for US Government
agencies regarding UFOs. Its conclusion was "No evidence that UFOs pose a
specific security threat to the USA but reporting of UFOs might trigger mass
hysteria".

The panel recommended using the media to discredit (debunk) UFO sightings.
This is the policy being broadly followed the world over until today.

In August 1954, the magazine AVIATION WEEK AND SPACE TECHNOLOGY reported
that  astronomer Dr. Lincoln La Paz was tracking two artificial satellites
orbiting the Earth and 400 and 600 miles above the surface.

In 1954, CFB Suffield in Alberta was designated by the Canadian Government
as a protected area for  UFOs to land (according to an investigative report
by the Ottawa Journal of July 1967). The idea behind the secret project was
that if any alien craft  tried to make contact with mankind, it could land
at the DRB station without being shot down by defence interceptors.
Revealingly, it was Canada's main testing ground for chemical and biological
weapons.

In 1955, Project Silver Bug was developed at Wright Patterson AFB. It set
out to build a "saucer powered by gas-turbine engines". It was only one of
the earliest of of many endeavours to replicate UFO technologies, many
contracted out to leading military-industrial companies (such as Lockheed
(now Lockeed Martin), Northrop, McDonnell Douglas, General Dynamics, GE,
Westinghouse, Boeing etc.). A seminal contribution was made by the American
engineer T. T. Brown who in the early 1950s was able to build a prototype
Flying Saucer for the US Air Force and who founded NICAP (National
Investigative Committee for Aerial Phenomena) in 1956, one of the major
organizations dedicated to UFO research. His lifework is documented in the
biography written by P. Schatzkin "Defying Gravity: The Parallel Universe of
T. Townsend Brown" (2006).

Other "back-engineering projects" according to NSC's (National Security
Council and at one time the special assistant to General Trudeau, head of
the Pentagon's "Foreign Technology Desk) Colonel Philip Corso and others
included special materials (ceramics, alloys, bio-textiles), lasers,
fiber-optics, solid state electronics, compact discs, supercomputers,
biotronic and bio-computer devices, magneto-aero and hydro-dynamics,
magneto-gravitation, particle beam weapons, Electromagnetic Pulse engines,
stealth technology, night-vision technology, cold fusion, neutronic reactors
etc.
The XXth century Scientific Revolution has been largely seeded, it appears,
by outer space "visitors". The "reverse engineering" was conducted in part
under the supervision of the US Armed forces, Intelligence Agencies and
later through DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Agency) and other
Defense-related organizations and civilian "fronts" such as the National
Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), headed by Richard Dolan, which often
sub-contracted or "farmed out" specific segments of the research to private
companies on the familiar "need-to-know" basis.

In November  1963, President JF Kennedy dictated a Memo addressed to the
CIA, directing it to cooperate with the USSR to "explain in a credible way
the impact of knowns and unknowns" in air and space exploration. He wanted
cooperation between NASA and the Soviet Science Academy, a prospect to which
many of the "conservative"military and industrial leaders of the USA were
bitterly opposed since they regarded UFO-related "black" research projects
as essential in the arms race in order to gain superiority in the cold war.
Whether JFK's policies on the matter were a factor behind the apparently
very high level decision to assassinate him remains an open question.

There is now a large number of declassified or leaked but verified official
reports from various Air Forces, Navies, armies and international military
structures such NATO, NORAD et al. about encounters, incidents, chases,
dogfights and confrontations with "alien" spacecraft exhibiting properties
far superior to any available in the conventional arsenals of earthly
powers. For example, there are detailed records about the "Maelstrom missile
shutdown" (one among several cases) when in 1967, visiting UFOs deactivated
a number of Montana-based ICBM missiles in their underground silos. A
surprisingly high number of military officers of several countries,
including 3-star generals, air marshals and admirals, not to mention
astronauts in the  Apollo program (Russell Schweikart, Brian O'Leary, Buzz
Aldrin, Scott Carpenter  among others) have admitted publicly to having seen
or been shown evidence of UFOs that, in their best judgment, could not have
been of human, terrestrial origin. CNN recorded that President Clinton's
former chief of staff John Podesta asked the Pentagon at a news conference
in October of 2002 to lift the UFO cover up

The late eminent Harvard professor of psychiatry  and Pulitzer prize winner
Dr.John E. Mack also became known for his extensive and far-reaching
investigations into various aspects of the UFO-EBE (Extra-terrestrial
Biological Entities) reality and its implications.

Any attempt to explain UFOs as being man-made, earth-built craft requires us
to assume that there are human groups so technologically advanced and
powerful that the underlying theory is far more difficult to believe than
the simple admission that we are being visited by creatures from other
worlds or "dimensions" within an open inter-connected universe where life
thrives. So far, most of us (especially our political, religious and
scientific leaders) have been in the situation of aborigines isolated in a
small island in the Pacific, unable to accept that there may be other lands
beyond the horizon inhabited by other races of men, much more powerful than
they are.

We can only mention in passing here that three types of well known,
abundantly documented and scientifically investigated, significant,
long-standing phenomena are  directly or indirectly related to UFOS:

-Cattle mutilations

-Crop Circles

-Subcutaneous Implants, "tagging" and abductions of human beings.

International official policy on the UFO/EBE (Extra-terrestrial Biological
Entity) issue appears to have been closely coordinated between the leading
military powers, through NATO (reportedly within P.I.40, 54/12) and
bilateral contacts between the USA and the USSR to prevent uncontrolled
disclosures and leaks. As noted earlier occasional leaks have however been
permitted (perhaps because they were not always avoidable) and even
encouraged, with "plausible deniability" built in.

Science fiction, served by the Hollywood film industry has provided a bridge
to the general public, to spread awareness, test reactions and manipulate
information by passing some factual data as fantasy to entertain the masses.

Some States have nonetheless retained a degree of autonomy and transparency
about UFOS and have conducted their own investigations for decades, showing
how seriously they take this subject. The Brazilian armed forces for
instance have shown, at least at  time, a welcome open minded, objective
approach, openly accepting the "possibility" that the Earth is being visited
by extra-terrestrial travelers who seem to be, at least in certain cases,
far more intellectually and technologically advanced than we are. The People's
Republic of China seems to have followed a rather open and  objective
investigative policy too in recent years but the British Defence forces have
also in certain instances (as in the famous landings at Randlesham) baldly
acknowledged that they were confronted with an Extra-terrestrial reality.

Canadian Lawyer Alfred Lambremont Webre has launched the Exopolitics
Initiative from Vancouver, in consultation with various agencies of the
Canadian Government, through the Institute for  Cooperation in Space  (ICIS,
www.peaceinspace.com) and on the basis of UN General Assembly Decision
33/426, 1978 which says: "The GA invites interested Member States to take
appropriate steps to coordinate on a national level scientific research and
investigation into extraterrestrial life, including unidentified flying
objects and to inform the Secretary-General."

Webre believes that mankind's preparation for open contacts with
Extraterrestrials must rest on four pillars: disclosure of the ET presence,
a ten year period of public education, the adoption of a permanent ban on
space weapons and the initiation of citizen diplomacy  with alien
civilizations. He promotes a global signature campaign in support of a
petition to the UNO to ban weapons and warfare in space and for an
international space preservation treaty to be drafted at a global
conference. It is noteworthy that the Russian Federation and the People's
Republic of China are amongst the nations that support such a treaty meant
to stop the accelerating arms race in space.

A.L. Webre was asked by US President Jimmy Carter in 1978 to start a project
to establish communication with the Alien visitors from the Stanford
Research Institute (SRI). The President was overruled by the Pentagon which
forced cancellation of the Project and compelled Carter to renege on his

The Exopolitics Project is based on data derived from the scientific remote
viewing research carried out by Dr. Harold Puthoff and Dr. Russell Targ, at
SRI. Their work uses the existence an alleged super-neural connection of
human beings to the alien visitors that has been an object of investigation

The information supplied through this source is that there is what may be
described as "a loosely organized spiritual government of our Milky Way

Earth is under observation, some say under some sort of quarantine, while

Aloha all, I just received the following message to the world UFO community
from A.J. Guevard who is the editor of Brazil's UFO Magazine. In it he
announces the prediction of a Brazilian spiritual teacher and contactee, Jan
Val Eliam, that extraterrestrial contact will occur some time between
November 16, 2006 and April 30, 2007. What got my attention was the manner
in which he described extraterrestrials showing up and ending the Cosmic
Watergate:

"It will involve many huge spacecrafts that will be seen by everybody all
over the world. The sighting will last only a couple of hours and the ETs
will not perform any direct contact with the governments, but only with
selected people here and there”. Freitas also claims that the UFOs will be
seen and largely registered by media, in such a way that the sighting will
be undeniable by any means. “They will go away after a few hours but will be
back after some months, and repeat it over and over, until we are prepared
for their landing”.

The above contact scenario matches in my opinion the optimal way for
extraterrestrials to end the prolonged UFO/ET coverup by minimizing societal
disruption and potential governmental opposition. Guevard maintains a
neutral position on Eliam's prediction and describes the great controversy
it has generated in Brazil. Guevard is one of Brazil's most competent UFO
researchers so his neutrality suggests that one should not simply dismiss
Eliam's prediction. While there have been many predictions of
extraterrestrials showing up in mass landings, we should pay special
attention to the method described by Eliam's prediction which is pretty
close to how it will eventually occur. This prediction is something to
definitely keep in mind over the months ahead.

Countdown to an official and open contact with ETs ???
  Dear colleagues of the World UFO Community:

Jan Val Ellam, a Brazilian prominent author as lecturer about Ufology and
Spirituality, says that several ET races are coming to Earth for an official
and open contact with the human race. The meeting should take place anytime
from November 16, 2006 to April 30, 2007. Today is the first day of the
predicted event and the many members of the Brazilian UFO Community are in
countdown waiting for the alleged arrival.

Jan Val Ellam is the literary pseudonym of the executive Rogerio de Almeida
Freitas, from Rio Grande do Norte, one of the states of the Brazilian
Northeast region. With 15 books published and over 200 lectures per year, he
is regarded one of the most serious and reliable sources in the vast segment
of Spirituality in Brazil. Freitas is also a recognized businessman and
represents several European tourism companies in the country. He started in
Ufology under his 20s as a prolific field investigator who used to
cooperated with Irene Granchi, Brazil’s UFO pioneer, and American writer Bob
Pratt.

Freitas soon started his research into Spirituality and eventually got it
overlapped with Ufology in a peculiar way and with very coherent
conclusions, as noted by distinguished representatives of both fields. This
is when he started what he alleges to be a “continuous daily contact with
space and spiritual beings, sometimes apart from each other, sometimes
operating together”. The contacts have lasted two decades, according to him.
He kept it private for several years before started writing his books.


Freitas had a very close encounter with aliens back in November 18, 1999, in
Natal, the capital city of Rio Grande do Norte, in a night at the Ocean
Palace Hotel, just after a meeting between technicians from NASA, ESA and
Brazilian Space Agency at that facility. By that time, he was the general
manager of that hotel. It was then, as he claims, that he was told that the
so expected contact between the human race and other species would happen in
7 years from that date. As from March this years, he claims that he was
contacted again and was given the information that the alleged contact will
happen anytime from November 16, 2006 to April,30 2007. The clock is ticking
for him.

He was also given specifics of such meeting: “It will involve many huge
spacecrafts that will be seen by everybody all over the world. The sighting
will last only a couple of hours and the ETs will not perform any direct

Freitas also claims that the UFOs will be seen and largely registered by
media, in such a way that the sighting will be undeniable by any means.

Last August, Rogerio de Almeida Freitas, or Jan Val Ellam, gave an exclusive
interview to the Brazilian UFO Magazine where he explained in detail his
contacts, visions and most importantly, his predictions of an official and
open contact with ETs and what they are based on. The Brazilian UFO Magazine
carried the long interview in 13 pages in its October edition, number 126.
The Magazine is neutral about the Freitas story and served only as a channel
of communication of his story to its readership, as any other specialized
UFO magazine would do, especially considering who the source is and what
information it is giving.

Soon after the magazine reached the newsstands, and even prior to that,
Freitas has gained a lot of support from people who share his visions but
also a lot of criticism from those who won’t accept his predictions and what
they are based on, which are his alleged personal contacts with “space and
spiritual beings”. There has been a great debate over Freitas claims that
nearly divided Brazilian UFO Community in two polarized groups. And because
of that, both the Brazilian UFO Magazine website (www.ufo.com.br) and its
December edition, number 128, already in newsstands, are continuously
publishing the opinions of those UFO researchers who oppose and those who
support the predictions, and still keeping a neutral position.


Upon request of a few colleagues outside Brazil, we are publishing this
message and attaching to it some of the editorial and parts of the interview
with Rogerio de Almeida Freitas translated into English. They follow these
lines and are been sent to overseas with the sole purpose of communication
the rest of the world of what is going on.

As Freitas says that such official and open contact with ETs is scheduled
for anytime from November 16, 2006 to April 30, 2007, we are spreading this
info. And again, the Brazilian UFO Magazine is neither supporting nor

the Brazilian UFO Magazine and his three first answers to our questions. The
whole interview has 32 questions and is 13 pages long. Links are available

the next few months

Introduction



Few people in the World and Brazilian Ufological Community share the
reputation of Jan Val Ellam, pseudonym of the executive from the State of
Grande do Norte, northeastern Brazil, Rogerio de Almeida Freitas. With a
similarly easy transit among Brazilian spiritualists, we can say that Ellam
is renowned among them as well. Author of 15 books approaching pure
spiritualism and mixed ufological and spiritual studies – as well as several
others yet to be published –, he excels for making strong and revealing
statements in both fields. Ellam seems to have a very precise notion of
where ufology and spiritualism meet one another and gives a practical sense
to this view by giving lectures that face alien demonstrations in our planet
in a unique way. He sees and narrates with exceptional assertiveness the way
our visitors interact with the terrestrial human race, which to him is only
a small and dormant portion of a broad species of cosmic beings that inhabit
countless planets but has no idea of its importance inside this set.

“I don’t ask you to believe me, but only to think about what I’m saying. I
ask you to think if I'm doing this because I believe to have revelations
passed on to me by those many of us call 'cosmic brothers', which they
really are: beings very similar to us, though much ahead in evolution, like
elder brothers”, states the spiritualist ufologist. This is not simply
rhetoric. He confesses many times to be surprised with the information he
receives – or “accesses” as he prefer to say –, just like someone who
finished reading a book and tries to digest what the pages contain. Ellam is
far from being a guru or having a mystical profile. Graduated in business
administration, he holds a position as executive at the Federation of
Commerce, Services, and Tourism of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, besides
being a consultant for foreign groups that invest in that State. In order to
add credibility to his figure, we should also say that Ellam, while still
Freitas more than 20 years ago, was an affiliate field ufologist always
ready to go out and investigate cases of ETs attacking humans in the
Brazilian Northeast region. He worked with the pioneer ufologist Irene
Granchi (president of honor of Brazilian UFO Magazine’s Editorial Council)
and with the late US journalist Bob Pratt. He was mentioned in his book
Brazil: UFO danger Zone.


Powerful forces approaching

  His inclination for a spiritualist interpretation for the UFO phenomenon
began with his personal experiences. “It was a series of events that
transcended the common pattern of human view, which took me to isolate
myself even more in my attempts to understand what was happening. I believe
I didn’t go mad because I have enough good humor to carry on with facts in
life”, he said to Brazilian UFO Magazine in an interview published in our
issue # 103, September 2004. The impact of these events were so strong on
Freitas that he chose a pseudonym – Jan Val Ellam – in order to write under
these “cosmic brothers’” orders the news perspectives through which he
became to see the actions of our visitors on Earth. When questioned about
such a strange pseudonym, which made many think of an esoteric nature in his
choice, he explains that it was a personal choice saying that in case the
messages were of any use it would not matter under which name they would
come.

Some Brazilian and foreign spiritualist sectors already mentioned that it is
neither Freitas nor Ellam who writes the books, but really strong forces
that constantly instruct him. The electrical engineer and Brazilian UFO
Magazine’s consultant Reinaldo Prado de Albuquerque Mello even compared Elam’s
activity to a “broadband internet connection with other realities”, through
which a constant symphony and perfect integration is kept between Ellam and
the cosmic intelligences he always quote. He makes no secret on that and
admits to be really in constant contact with advanced cosmic intelligences,
while seeing them with the spontaneity of a person who has been living with
this for years. While more orthodox ufologists question his statements, the
fact is that few human beings have the knowledge to write so many books with
such a vast, rich, and profound content in such a brief period of time as he
did. Ellam write them during the night since he works full time as every
mortal and still needs to share his professional activities with
presentation of lectures in Brazil and abroad. In other countries, he is
also known as the mentor of Projeto Orbum, a manifesto dealing on planetary
citizenship (www.orbum.org).

In one of his books, Fator Extraterrestre (Extraterrestrial Factor), Ellam
discusses on the origin of life, the understanding called “missing link of
the human genesis”, the cosmic isolation of our species, the abductions and
psychological barriers that impairs a transparent study of the
extraterrestrial themes. In a recent conference in Campo Grande (MS) he
condemned the insistent religious, scientific, and government deny on the
alien presence on Earth, giving reasons why after so many decades of
evidence there is still a strong resistance against such reality. “The human
being lacks knowledge of his own past and also humbly enough to understand
minimal facts that happen since the dawn of ages and links us to the
extraterrestrial issues and indicate the broadness of life in the Universe”.
His lectures and books greatly refer to the figure of Jesus whom he calls a
Master and who would be closely linked to the UFO phenomenon. This attracts
many of his admirers and a lot of misunderstanding from those who want to
set Ufology apart from religious matters.

Radical changes on Earth


“This interpretation of the facts is a mistake”, says Ellam. “Since Jesus
has absolutely nothing to do with any religion. A study of pre-Bible times
shows us that the UFO phenomenon already existed in our planet with great
comprehensiveness much before Jesus had come to Earth. And he came as one of
our own species, though from other ‘room of the Father’s house’, to show
that we were wrong in almost everything we were doing”. Ellam is not afraid
of attracting the rage of orthodox and doctrinaire spiritualists who see
Jesus in an almost religious manner. He calls him an “Authority from the
Skies” and believes he came to Earth with special powers and a well-defined
and clear message that could not be understood to anyone, not in that time
neither today. “Jesus has never asked us to raise religions to him or to the
Creator, but only to respect and to love one another, concepts that are an
absolutely normal living condition in his world of origin and also in the
places he visited, and that only on Earth seem to be senseless”.

Jan Val Ellam is a daring man and yet reasonable and known for the
seriousness with which he treats all ufological and spiritualist themes
without any appeal to sensationalism. Now, he gets totally out of the
prudent stance from the previous weeks by surprising everyone with his
serious statements concerning facts that are to come to the planet. “I never
wanted to show up. I work to spread the information I receive because I find
them important to many people. Now, what I’ve been receiving since last
March is so heavy and incisive that I need to reveal to any who wants to
listen”. In his most recent lectures, Ellam has crossed a barrier
untouchable even to the most daring prophets in order to convey facts he
says to have made known through his channels. And these are really shocking.
Ellam states that he was informed that the moment for an official and formal
contact with our extraterrestrial visitors is not only near, but has its
date set to happen – within the next months, between November 2006 and April
2007.

Yes, Jan Val Ellam states his cosmic inspirers – the same that guided him to
write his rich contented texts – informed him that a global and undeniable
presentation is to finally happen and has its date set. “It’ll be something
for nobody to question. Not the media, nor scientists or governments. There
will be no way to question. And after that they will come many other times,
always to fill the skies with their gigantic vehicles not to land but to
interact with us until the right time comes”.


The interview (only 3 Q&A out of 32)

  Brazilian UFO Magazine – Many others made similar statements before
concerning an official and ultimate contact with ETs, but none of them was
so emphatic. Nobody established such a near date for the contact fearing it
could not happen. Why are you doing exactly the opposite?


Jan Val Ellam – This is actually one of the issues in my personal drama. If
I were spreading a “warning” from my cosmic friends saying that something
would happen in a distant future, that would be great for my mind since my
personal responsibility would be softened. However, all that’s been
happening with me since 1986 promoted by these spiritual beings and entities
who work together – no matter how orthodox ufologists and spiritualists
think – has the power to make me realize that the moment so long announced
may finally come into place in the present days. More than this: “they”
asked me something they never did before. They asked me to convey the
announcement of an official and ultimate contact with extraterrestrial
beings by means of the fulfillment of the promise made by Jesus when he was
among us, the promise of returning to Earth in his natural condition of an
authority from the skies. This will be the first official contact that
earthly beings would have with beings from other worlds in the present
days.His return would happen a little later in a time between the second
half of November 2006 until April 2007.

Brazilian UFO Magazine – If this really comes to happen that will be a
moment of great commotion for the humankind indeed. What do you think such
fact would cause to the planetary population?


Jan Val Ellam – This fact is to mark the first moment of the so long awaited
reintegration of our planet to the cosmic interchange. This would be the end
of the isolation experienced by us for so long since we live on Earth under
some kind of “cosmic quarantine”. After all, we are the “unwanted
  companions” in this part of the Galaxy, since we commit all sorts of crimes
against the dignity of life. After this first visit – which would be
objective, clear, unquestionable, filmed and reported, yet very brief, maybe
lasting for a few hours or even less – others will happen in order to make
terrestrials even more used to resuming their communion with humankinds of
other planets. That should be followed by future contacts with many other
extraterrestrials species, all of them linked to what I call “cosmic
brotherhood ideals”.

Brazilian UFO Magazine – Aren’t you afraid of being seen as a guru or even a
lunatic when presenting these facts in your lectures and to UFO readers?
Wouldn’t that jeopardize all the credibility you’ve acquired along two
decades of ufological and spiritual work?


Jan Val Ellam – No, I’m not. I’m doing this because I can’t find another way
to live with these facts. It would be comfortable or even a good strategy to
stay quiet according to human standards without exposing myself by setting a
date only to say I knew it before. If it were only for my convenience, you
can be sure that this would be my choice. However, to my despair, there is
an explicit demand from these beings I call “cosmic brothers” which makes me
clearly understand what was performed by them along these 20 years of shared
experiences. It’s as if every other option planned by them had failed and
the appeal “from the other side” had the objective of creating another
option that didn’t exist before once they insist in telling me that I had
taken a commitment with this process. I don’t know. What I know is that it
would be dishonest on my part towards them to refrain in my human condition
when the invitations tells us to grow stronger in love, regardless of any
price the world my charge for such a daring attitude. What I got from the
whole story is that my spirit might have committed itself with them in order
to accomplish the task in case they ask me to. Now they came to ask me and I
have to find forces to carry on with the orders presented to me. As I’m not
a believer and not moved by religious faith, I can only rely on myself, on
the philosophical code of behavior I developed as a master rule in my life.
I’m now dealing with facts and not with issues arising from spiritualist
experiences. There’s nothing I can say against facts. I can only watch and
live with them while increasing my levels of intellectual reasoning as
highly as possible. That’s what I’ve been doing.

Aloha all, here's a follow up by AJ Guevard about his interview with Jan Van
Ellam (aka Rogerio Freitas) and the spectacular prediction about mass
extraterrestrial contact over the next four months. In it Guevard makes clear
that Ellam has a respectable business background and has held senior positions
in business circles. He is therefore not prone to making spurious claims, and
has a reputation to lose if his prediction doesn't come through. It's worth
pointing out that debate in Brazil has been going on for three months since
Ellam's interview and prediction were first published in Brazil's UFO Magazine.
While Guevard distances himself from responsibility for Ellam's prediction, the
implications of publishing Ellam's interview and prediction, and stressing
Ellam's respectable business background, is that Ellam's prediction shouldn't be
casually dismissed. As Guevard suggests, we should keep an open mind and be
aware of any UFO sightings in the months ahead.

I have received a lot of inquiries from people who received my message
yesterday, asking me if I believe that the alleged official contact with ETs
will actually happen and if the person announcing it, who I interviewed for the
Brazilian UFO Magazine, deserves any credit. Some people also wrote me and
protested that I published the interview.



I would like to say just a few more thinks about it.



1. The Brazilian UFO Magazine is not supporting the claims made by Rogerio de
Almeida Freitas / Jan Val Ellam. Neither is it rejecting them. The magazine
simply played its role as a publication specialized in Ufology and carried out
the information as clear as possible. Being the material an interview, with an
obvious interview format, the interviewee Freitas / Ellam is responsible for
what he claims.



2. Whoever read the e-mail I sent out yesterday only read 3 of a total of 32
questions. In most of them, I put a lot of pressure on the interviewee Freitas /
Ellam, as I was supposed to. In addition, on the subsequent editions -- two so
far, number 127 and 128 -- I have published several articles where researchers
express their views about the predictions. And the majority of them are very
negative towards what the interviewee Freitas / Ellam claims. We open this issue
for debate in the magazine and in its website (www.ufo.com.br), unfortunately
only in Portuguese.



3. As the editor of the Brazilian UFO Magazine, and having served it in such
position for almost 23 years now, I had to make a decision about doing and
publishing the interview or not when I got the information from the interviewee
Freitas / Ellam. Of course I know very well of so many other previous alleged
contactees and prophets that had issued similar predictions in the past. And of
course I knew that this time it could be just about the same thing. What helped
me to make my decision to publish the interview was the fact that the
interviewee Freitas / Ellam is a very serious person and in my opinion, the
content of his predictions should be known. Not supported, not rejected, but
known. His predictions could all be hallucination, but he has a really high
reputation and holds top positions in several business circles. He definitely
not a lunatic and he has a lot to lose if nothing happens.



4. Personally, I am also neutral. I learned from my 30 years of experience in
the UFO field that such claims never really com true. They never had, at least.
And I don't know why would this one be any different. However, I keep a open
mind about it and I would definitely love that the interviewee Freitas / Ellam
prediction of a mass sighting all over the planet come true. Who in this field
wouldn�t? However, it is not what motivated me to publish the interview, of
course, but the content of it, the reputation of the interviewee Freitas / Ellam
and the fact that, being a interview, his claims are his responsabilities.



5. At last, this debate is going on in Brazil and a few UFO circles abroad for
almost 3 months now, since we released the edition 126 of the Brazilian UFO
Magazine, where the polemic interview was published. There has been a very, very
hot debate about it in my country, a debate that nearly divided UFO researchers
here in two groups, the biggest one of them totally rejecting the interviewee
Freitas / Ellam claims. Many people abroad, who received my message yesterday,
also rejected the claims. This is really understandable. But for those people,
and for most of the people in the UFO field, the next piece of information is
even mind-boggling: The interviewee Freitas / Ellam called me last Wed, November
15, and told me that he was 99.9% that the sightings will happen tomorrow, Sat,
November 18, 17h30 local Bras�lia time. And he called me again a couple of
hours ago giving me the other 0.1%.



So, if Rogerio de Almeida Freitas / Jan Val Ellam is to be taken seriously, we
are supposed to see a mass sighting of UFOs worldwidely tomorrow, Saturday, at
17h30 local Brasilia time.



I am sending out this message only to share with so many colleagues over the
world this piece of info. I do not support these claims, and I do not reject
them. I will wait and see. What the hell� I�ve been watching the skies for
countless hours for the last 3 decades and a few more tomorrow won�t hurt me.

Aloha all, here is another important exopolitical development. An Italian
investigative journalist believes he has found sufficient evidence to confirm
the existence of a top secret Vatican organization (Servizio Informazione del
Vaticano [SIV]- Vatican Intelligence Service) that allegedly specializes in
extraterrestrial affairs and the return of Planet X. The journalist also helped
confirm the existence of a Vatican security clearance known as Secretum Omega
that governs access to this information. This helps explain why former Vatican
insiders such as Monsignor Corrado Balducci appear to be out of the loop when it
comes to such information. This was revealed in a personal conversation I had
with him back in October 2005.

The secret Vatican organization, SIV, was first revealed in the research of
Cristoforo Barbato who described how he was approached by email in 2000 by a
Jesuit member of the SIV, and later personally met him in 2001. The Jesuit, who
remains anonymous, confirmed the following: the 1954 Eisenhower Extraterrestrial
meeting; that George Adamski did have a secret meeting with the Pope; the return
of Planet X; and the existence of the US hyperspeed vehicle, Aurora, capable of
space travel.

The Planet X and the "JESUIT FOOTAGE" Classified "SECRETUM OMEGA". First
Indirect Confirmations

After the release of the controversial 'MJ-12' files and of the 'Guardian'
files, by an anonymous individual, and perhaps for the first time in history,
one member of the ufological community, an Italian freelance writer and
investigator, was able to check the credentials of the alleged anonymous
insider, an individual that was still working for the intelligence community and
had not been fired or retired. This mystery man was responsible for the release
of the above classified material. He was an insider of a presumed Vatican
intelligence structure and his actions were supported by his colleagues. But
first of all, let me tell you something about that freelancer: Cristoforo
Barbato.

Born in Naples in 1972, is an Italian independent UFO researcher; in the last 7
years he worked and written for several UFO magazines and frontier studies
published in Italy: Notiziario UFO and Dossier Alieni for example. For many
years Barbato was also a member of the C.U.N. (Centro Ufologico Nazionale), the
main Italian ufological association. Moreover he has collaborated to the
realization of two Italian encyclopedias on the UFOs subject, entitled UFO
Dossier X, published by the Fabbri Edizioni and Stargate - Enigmi dal Cosmo, by
Curcio Editore. Barbato has also participated as speaker at some national
conventions on the UFOs, where he has had the possibility to meet different
important UFOs researchers, both Italians and international: among them Col.
Philip Corso, U.S. Army retired officer.

For some years Barbato was editor in charge in Rome for some Italian magazines,
as Stargate, Extra Terrestrial and Stargate Magazine. During that period he
wrote on the magazine "Stargate" many reports about Fatima Apparitions and the
famous "Third Secret". After the publication of those reports, precisely in the
year 2000, he received several e-mails from a person who qualified himself as a
Vatican insider. From those e-mails rose up the story of a presumed Vatican
Intelligence Agency, whose code would be S.I.V.: "Servizio Informazioni del
Vaticano", which in Italian means "Vatican Information Services". In short the
Vatican Secret Services. Barbato, at the beginning, was very skeptical and did
not rely on him. After one year of such an epistolary contacts (in the meantime
the insider revealed himself as a S.I.V. membership, belonging to the Jesuit
Order and working by the Holy See), the Italian freelance demanded a meeting
with him, as a necessary condition to carry on the contacts. In spite of the
risks the Vatican insider accepted, and I suppose he was aware it was necessary
considering his baffling revelations. Two meetings took place in a public space
in Rome in 2001. After that at least his identity was clear: he was not a
mythomaniac; he was really a Jesuit working by the Holy See. Of course the
Italian freelance has been protecting his source, avoiding to spread his name;
and very soon Barbato realized that he knew much more than what he had told him
by e-mail.




Moreover in 2001 the Vatican insider sent to Cristoforo Barbato by post a
videotape (shown for the first time during a meeting that took place in Pescara,
in Italy, on 30 April 2005), containing a footage of 2 minutes regarding
observations of a planetoid in the deep space (the presumed Tenth Planet, "the
Planet X"), while it was approaching to the Solar System. The video, which shows
an introduction of writings of classification on it, had been carried out by a
secret space probe named "Siloe". The Vatican deep throat told Barbato the space
probe was equipped with a sophisticated infrared camera and an electromagnetic
impulses propulsion, and was assembled in Area 51(Nevada), and then orbited by
an aircraft of the type "Aurora", a secret hypersonic aircraft; the space probe
Siloe, always according the Barbato's contact, sent the images of the planetoid
in October 1995 (after it came back to the border of Solar System to have more
power of signal), to a secret radio telescope hidden in an unused oil-refining
plant in Alaska, totally managed by some Jesuits belonging to the S.I.V. The
radio telescope, he added, was built in 1990 to observe anomalous celestial
bodies on approaching the Solar System.







After his conference in Pescara (Italy), Barbato spread a press release which,
according to the Jesuit's information, would confirm also the story of a secret
meeting of First Contact happened during the strange absence of President
Eisenhower in a February evening of 1954, while the President was on holiday in
Palm Springs, in California, absence officially motivated with a sudden visit by
a dentist for an emergency dental treatment. As a matter of fact on Saturday
night of February 20, 1954, Eisenhower's Press Secretary announced that
Eisenhower had lost a tooth cap while eating fried chicken and had to be rushed

press release: "[…] the meeting with an Alien delegation at Muroc Air Field Base
in February 1954 in the presence of president Dwight Eisenhower and James
Francis McIntyre, bishop of Los Angeles. After that incredible event McIntyre
flew to Rome to refer everything to Pope Pius XII who decided to found the S.I.V
with the aim to gather every possible bit of information about Aliens and how
they interacted with the American Government. From then bishop McIntyre and
Detroit Archbishop Edward Mooney became the main information co-coordinators
between the USA and the Vatican State. Incredibly, later on there should have
been some direct personal meetings between S.I.V. members and a Nordic-looking
race of Aliens coming from the Pleiades. These Aliens presumably warned humans
against another alien race met by the Americans in the California Desert . These
meetings between S.I.V and Aliens took place mainly in the USA territory but
also - twice - in the Vatican State , precisely in Vatican Gardens at the Papal
Academy of Sciences in presence of Pope Pius XII. My Jesuit contact also
confirmed to me the reality of the George Adamsky-John XXIII meeting and talked
about some very interesting details about it. He also called "Secretum Omega"
the highest secrecy level in S.I.V, equivalent to the NATO Cosmic Top Secret."

I interviewed Barbato for the Italian bimonthly magazine UFO Notiziario (UFO
news), nr.62, April-May 2006, in which the magazine published some frames of the
video and a very interesting presumed image (provided almost for sure by the
Jesuit to Barbato), regarding the phantom "Aurora" (so far denied by U.S.
officials) an American large secret hypersonic aircraft capable of a Mach 6
performance. In the presumed picture, taken by a classified STS mission in 2002,
you can see a full-body shape aircraft (a black triangle) coming out from the
earthly atmosphere to go into the Space. Other detailed information have been
revealed on Barbato's website (www.secretum-omega.com), where last September the
Italian freelance published on-line the interview to his contact, the Jesuit,
taken place in 2001 in Rome. The Jesuit member of the S.I.V. told Barbato that
on occasion of the secret meeting at Muroc Air Field Base, in 1954, military
cameramen filmed the outstanding event "with three movie cameras (16
millimeters), detached in different places, loaded with colour film and working
by spring engines; this last rather unconformable resolution, because it
compelled every cameraman to change reel every 3 minutes, it was necessary since
in the presence of the Aliens and of their spacecrafts, the electrical engines
of the biggest movie cameras did not work. They filmed 7 rollers of 30 meters, a
total of 20 minutes shot." Among the Jesuit's revelations, two of them are
astonishing: about the planetoid visible in the videotape, the Vatican insider
told the Italian freelance that it is the Planet X (the Sumerian Nibiru); about
the "Guardian Files", he confessed him are a "dramatic truth", apart from the
frames of the presumed E.B.E.

The Barbato' s researches shocked me and roused me to investigate as journalist
the "Secretum Omega" enigma. Since 2005 up to now, on some magazines, websites
and essays, I found out several circumstantial evidences that seem to prove the
existence of the S.I.V. and the "Secretum Omega", their highest clearance.
Barbato, before than me, found the most important and explicit of them on an
historical essay, a book written by Mark Aarons and John Loftus, entitled
"Ratlines" (see chapter 1). Anyway, above all because of the mass-media silence,
I decided to baptize the Barbato's video with the name of "Jesuit Footage", to
draw upon it the public attention. And finally I found an indirect remarkable
confirmation of Barbato's testimony: Dr. Steven M. Greer (M.D.), in his recent
book "Hidden Truth - Forbidden Knowledge", revealed in the chapter nr. 16
(passages of it have been published by Nexus New Times magazine, on the survey
"Twilight Zone", nr 64, October-November 2006) that, during a meeting with some
rebel insiders taken place in December 1994 in Phoenix by Wrigley Mansion, one
of them confessed him that determinate Jesuits control technology on UFOs
information and contacts with Aliens. So I am convinced that the disturbing
inquiries carried out by Barbato deserve our maxim attention, especially to
understand how much truth there is about the next Planet X's arrival.

In Search of ... Lobbying Clout

Stephen Bassett has a lobbying pitch straight from outer space.

He wants to tell Members of Congress about the alien spacecrafts visiting
Earth. They’ve been coming for years, he says, often scooping up humans for
test probes. And if lawmakers could muster the political backbone to address
the issue, Bassett would like to present some people to testify about making
contact, as well as reams of evidence to back up their claims.

Trouble is, it’s tough to get a meeting on Capitol Hill when your subject is
little green men. Bassett himself, founder of the Paradigm Research Group
and the only full-time lobbyist on the extraterrestrial issue, acknowledges
these are dark days for the UFO lobby.

“The guys on the Hill won’t touch it,” even though, according to Bassett,
“it’s more important than the war.”
Many of Bassett’s mainstream counterparts on K Street have expressed similar
frustration this year with their inability to advance their clients’
priorities, as lawmakers spent valuable time trying to stem political
scandals.

But advocates of more eccentric causes have felt the tightest pinch.
Bassett, a former tennis pro and business consultant, moved from a
second-story home office in Bethesda, Md., to Northern California, where he
says friends are supporting him as he hunts for new benefactors to restart
his push in Washington, D.C.

It wasn’t always this way. Just a few years ago, the UFO cause had backing
from some of the Beltway’s heaviest hitters. Former White House chief of
staff John Podesta headlined an October 2002 press conference at the
National Press Club calling on the government to disclose what it knows
about the flying crafts.

“It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there,” Podesta,
a self-proclaimed fan of the spooky Fox show “X-Files,” told the crowd that
day.

The event was sponsored by the SciFi Channel, which in part was looking for
promotional opportunities to attract viewers to “Out of the Blue,” a
documentary that argued for the existence of life beyond Earth.
The channel decided to put some major corporate muscle behind a lobbying
campaign on the UFO issue, hiring PodestaMattoon, the firm headed by Podesta’s
brother, Tony, and Dan Mattoon, a confidant of Speaker Dennis Hastert
(R-Ill.), to spearhead it.

Lobbyists at the firm collected $380,000 working the issue for the next
three years. They helped the science-fiction network set up the Coalition
for the Freedom of Information, or CFi, to pry new disclosures from the
federal government. The group launched with a slick Web site and a
well-publicized lawsuit against NASA to get the space agency to release
information about a reputed UFO crash in Pennsylvania during the 1960s.

To top it off, the CFi commissioned a poll showing that not only do roughly
seven in 10 Americans believe the government is withholding information
about extraterrestrials, but that one in seven report they or someone they
know actually has had a close encounter with aliens.

For the PodestaMattoon team, however, close encounters with Members and
staff were harder to come by. Firm officials decline to speak publicly about
their work on the issue, since it ended in 2004. But a source close to the
effort said finding receptive audiences in Congress was “very hard.”

“I don’t think most Members were that much into it,” the source said. “The
bottom line is that if you’re living in the real world today, everything
else is more important, so this kind of issue has no traction whatsoever.”

Any group of 535 people should include a few with offbeat interests, but the
few friendly faces that UFO enthusiasts once found are no longer there. As
recently as 1994, they had won their biggest advance when then-Rep. Steven
Schiff (R-N.M.) decided to look into claims that an alien craft had crashed
50 years earlier in his district near the tiny town of Roswell and that the
government swiftly covered it up.

Federal officials over the years had issued several explanations for the
craft — which slammed into the desert in the summer of 1947 — including
identifying it as a weather balloon and a Soviet satellite. But UFO
believers dismissed the reports, and a mythology involving a repaired
spacecraft and recovered alien bodies made the incident a rallying point.

Responding to constituent pressure to get new answers, Schiff asked to see
radio traffic records from Roswell Army Air Corps Base between 1946 and
1949, but both the Defense Department and the National Archives declined to
help. The lawmaker then took his request to what was then known as the
General Accounting Office. He again was denied: Officials there told him
records for that time period were missing.

At the GAO’s request, the Air Force launched its own inquiry, arriving at
the conclusion that the craft was an experimental high-altitude balloon to
monitor Soviet nuclear tests. But Barry Bitzer, the lawmaker’s then-chief of
staff, said the Air Force’s report left more questions than answers.

“My conjecture at this point is that none of the answers we’ve been given so
far square with all the facts,” said Bitzer, who’s now chief of staff to the
mayor of Albuquerque.

Schiff died in 1998, and Roswell and the nearby crash site now are
represented by Republican Rep. Steve Pearce. David Host, the lawmaker’s
communications director, said Pearce believes the Air Force report was
“fairly conclusive and credible.”

“He is not actively working on that issue today, but there is a tremendous
interest in this story across the country, and Rep. Pearce certainly
encourages everybody to come to Roswell and find out for themselves,” he
said.
Those who work on the UFO issue agree that the challenge is getting Members
of Congress past the fear of looking foolish by taking the subject
seriously. Bassett says the lawmakers are “too weak, in terms of fortitude,
to put their status on the line.”

But others say figures like Bassett, who talks openly about an alien
civilization attempting to disclose its existence to humankind, only
contribute to that problem. Leslie Kean, an investigative journalist who now
heads the CFi, said that “by leaving himself open to ridicule through his
particular style of rhetoric, [Bassett] has greatly diminished his possible
effectiveness.”

A better approach, Kean said, would be to treat the subject as a valid, open
question, without pushing any conclusions. In other words, The Truth Is Out
There.

“Our premises are different,” she said. They are “based on the fact that
there is much evidence that demands further scientific investigation, while
he believes that the government and the media must accept the UFO phenomenon
as a self-evident extraterrestrial incursion.”

Either way, while the current elected establishment regards both of those
sides as if they’d just flown in from Mars, the UFO lobby takes heart in
knowing that a long line of top-ranking politicians have indicated they’re
open to considering the topic.

Former President Gerald Ford held hearings on the issue while serving in the
House in the 1960s. Before Ford’s successor won the White House,
then-Georgia Gov. Jimmy Carter filed two formal reports describing his
observations of UFOs.

“I don’t laugh at people anymore when they say they’ve seen UFOs, because I’ve
seen one myself,” he was quoted as saying.

And enthusiasts have long gossiped about a report that President Ronald
Reagan, after a 1982 screening of the movie E.T., turned to director Steven
Spielberg and said, “There are probably only six people in this room who
know how true this is.”

Meanwhile, UFO advocates are holding out hope that a breakthrough is on the
horizon.
The SciFi Channel, since purchased by NBC, has shifted its focus, but Ed
Rothschild, a PodestaMattoon lobbyist who worked on the account, is still
listed as a volunteer director of the CFi. Kean, who is working on a
documentary about the possibility that consciousness survives after death,
also is birddogging the group’s NASA lawsuit.

Bassett, for his part, has signed up two new clients — the Exopolitics
Institute and www.exopolitics.com — albeit on a pro bono basis. And he has
set up a political action committee called the Extraterrestrial Phenomena
PAC. It has received only $4,555 and has given no money out to candidates,
but Bassett said he is hopeful it will grow.

Shortly before the elections, Bassett sent out an e-mail alert announcing
that in anticipation of Democratic majorities, his group was swinging back
into action. “Direct meetings will be sought with a larger than usual
freshman class of members,” he wrote. “More importantly, secrecy,
institutional lying and abuse of power are part of the lexicon of issues
being addressed in the election coverage — all aspects of the past and
present management of the extraterrestrial presence truth embargo.”

To kick off the new push, Bassett said he is planning to return to
Washington. “There’s going to be a concerted effort to engage some of the
new Members in the Senate and House and let them know there’s a real issue
here,” he said.

Brazilian UFO researcher Jan Val Ellam is suggesting that contact could
take place between November 16, 2006 and April 30, 2007. He is well
known in the field in Brazil, which is also has extensive UFO and
contact activity, and a very capable local UFO community. He has said
that it will initially consist of large scale and undeniable UFO
sightings in many world cities, and limited contact with individuals.

Frankly, I'd be floored if this actually happened, but I do think that
conditions under which contact might be an option are, in fact, present,
and that hasn't been true until recently. As I see it, these conditions
are as follows:

1. There is a foundation of people capable of responding in a useful
manner that is large enough to influence the whole species. 2. We have a
sufficiently advanced science so that observed capabilities will not be
thought supernatural and individuals engaging in the procedure will not
be seen as deities. 3. There is a serious need that outweighs the value
of allowing the species to continue to innovate its cultural advance on
its own. 4. We are, hopefully, a species that is worth the expenditure
of resources necessary.

I will deal with the fourth of these conditions first. A species that is
worth the effort is one that can respond to it usefully. This means that
the inevitable confusion, superstition and fear that will attend first
contact will eventually resolve into a complex of responses from
individuals and cultures that reflect reality, offer value to all
concerned, and do not require any unnecessary expenditure of resources.

I think that there is a certain amount of evidence that contact happened
in the distant past, but that the result was that the people (aliens)
involved became identified as gods and their technology fitted into
myth. In other words, contact was too early and it failed.

The third condition is that there be need. From the beginning, the
message of all visitors who have experimented with contact with human
beings in modern times has been the same: that the planetary environment
is vulnerable to failure. It is failing now, and contact will come with
a message that a massive human effort to recover the situation must be
made. The absolute minimum of help will be offered, not to punish us,
but out of respect for our ability to help ourselves and hope that we
will do so.

The second condition is that science be sufficiently advanced so that
observed capabilities do not seem like magic. Some of the capabilities
that we will necessarily be exposed to are as follows: 1. The ability to
read minds. This is accomplished in number of ways, two of which I
believe that I have observed being by the use of highly discriminatory
radio receivers that are capable of detecting and interpreting the tiny
radio signals naturally emitted by brains, and by the use of microwaves,
which can transmit into them. 2. The ability to traverse space very
quickly without obvious expenditure of energy. This is, I think,
explained by the ability to generate gravity. We might be quite far from
being able to do this, but at least able to understand that it can be
done, and therefore that it's not magic. 3. The ability to manipulate
matter at the atomic level. Technologies that enable control of matter
this absolute are within the grasp of human science, and seeing them in
action in the hands of others will cause a leap ahead that will also
enable us to make strides in solving the problem of how to make the
earth a better vessel for the maintenance and evolution of life into the
indefinite future.

The first condition is that there be a foundation of people who can
react in a useful manner. After fifty years of effort, there has been
sufficient speculation in every human culture about the possibility of
contact, and what the response might be. At present, I think that
objective response will probably outweigh superstitious response for the
first time in recorded history. This means that this condition has been
newly fulfilled due to the efforts both of many human beings and members
of other species who have been attempting to create a situation that
might result in functional contact.

Included among these are government and military officials who, for
three generations, have been keeping this matter secret. Those at the
highest levels have known that the secrecy was necessary in order to
give human culture every possible chance to develop as fully as possible
on its own, and therefore to express human consciousness as completely
as possible before interaction changes things. Until recently, the gulf
between us and others has been so great that we would cease to innovate
if exposed to their capabilities, and therefore would become a burden
rather than an asset. I suspect that this is no longer true. Scientific
advances in recent years have meant that we will be able to see that new
technologies are not magic simply because they are beyond our
understanding.

If contact unfolds, it is important that social disruption be kept to a
minimum, because it will only happen in a context of urgent human need.
We will need to make the most of every single iota of information we can
gain, in order to save ourselves from what is going to be a complex and
extremely dangerous series of changes in the planetary environment.

I have no idea if Jan Val Ellam is right or not. But the conditions for
contact do indeed exist now, and they have never existed prior to the
past few years.

Another possibility would have been if we had been able to overcome our
problems without any outside intervention, and entered the cosmos
entirely on our own terms. That is the ideal, of course.

Aloha, below is a letter from Dr Jean Pierre Petit concerning the reverse
engineering of captured extraterrestrial technologies and the use of anti-matter
technologies. It is extracted from a series of emails posted on his website in
March 2003 that are critical of various aspects of Dr Greer's Disclosure
Project, especially those portions dealing with the development of alternative
energy technologies that are part of Greer's SEAS project. In the letter below,
Dr Petit, a distinguished French scientist with impeccable scientific
credentials examines various black projects that are reverse engineered from
crashed extraterrestrial vehicles including hypersonic vehicles such as the
Aurora, hypersonic torpedoes used by the US Navy, and anti-matter weapons. He
says that some of the ETVs have been deliberatedly targetted and brought down by
the US military, and this has recently involved the use of directed energy
weapons. Significantly, Dr Petit briefly refers to alternative extraterrestrial
information passed on to him and other scientists by a race of extraterrestrials
allegedly from the Planet Ummo who secretly visited Earth from the 1950s to the

Dr Petit's scientific background helps develop confidence in the importance of
his views concering covert projects and extraterrestrial technology. He works
for the elite French scientific institution, CNRS (Centre National de la
recherche Scientifique). He is "Directeur de Recherche," and attended in
1958-1961 the French aeronautical School (Ecole Nationale Superieure de
m'Aeronautique de Paris). There he worked as a test engineer on solid propellent
rockets (missiles for submarines). In 1965 he began his research to build MHD
convertors. He has also written 32 books. He has given papers at international
MHD meetings (Moscow 1983, Tsukuba, Japan, 1987, Pekin, China, 1990). In 2001 he
attended an international meeting devoted to advanced propulsion. There he met
US scientists involved in black programs, like Aurora, and completed his own
conclusions on the subject.

His views are very likely an accurate representation of the propulsion systems
used in covert programs and the relationship with extraterrestrial technology,

Introduction.

We are a group of French scientists. We have read Dr. Greer's text on the
Disclosure Web site and have been impressed by his remarks. We are convinced, as
he is, that certain nations, and chiefly the US, have been able to derive from
the UFO files, from crashed UFO retrievals and from possible contacts with
aliens, information which has led to entirely new scientific knowledge. We shall
farther discuss the assessment of developments achieved on the basis of these
information. The question is : "how far have they reached ?". We hold accurate
information about the American black programs linked with hypersonic planes, be
it the satellisable Aurora spy craft or a hypersonic long range bomber for which
the B2 is but a cover-up. Technical data in our possession allow us, in this
particular case, to sustain our assertions. These technologies were directly
derived from the analysis of the wreck retrieved at Roswell, which was a
hypersonic space shuttle and not an interstellar vehicle. We deplore the fact
that this reverse engineering has only been applied to military ends, since
these techniques could have found better use, the one as a completely
re-reusable space launcher - much more efficient and cheaper than the customary
rockets - the other as a hypersonic commercial plane.


Possible antimatter synthesis.

Besides the above, it is highly presumable that the Americans have mastered a
massive antimatter production technique, this - and not the "void energy" -
being the near magic, inexhaustible future energy coming out of nowhere; unless
one considers the transformation of matter into antimatter by thermonuclear
compression as a means of "extracting energy from the void". I shall ad that
once antimatter has been produced in this way, it can farther be used to produce
more. No nuclear explosion is needed at every start. However this technology
lays in the hands of humanity incredibly more destructive bombs than the most
powerful thermonuclear weapons presently available. It also generates a
potential straightforward war hazard through the fact that very small quantities
of antimatter can be stocked in crystals under very stable electrostatic
confinement; this allows the production of tiny bombs - "bucky balls" - , the
size of an egg, thermal shield included, of 40 ton TNT power. Thanks to their
relatively limited power and the fact that no waste is produced, these bombs
could readily be used. Instead of dropping high power bombs on isolated targets,
which would throw up great quantities of pulverulent matter into the high
atmosphere and generate nuclear winter effects, it would be possible to scatter
a great number of these mini antimatter bombs and cause equal damage, whilst
avoiding that the dust should rise at high altitudes and generate a nuclear
winter. We believe that the US already possess a considerable number of such
weapons with which they would be capable of reducing whole countries to ashes,
and we fear that these devices will soon be discreetly brought into action on
more restricted scales. This takes us far out of sight of the positive
applications of which Humanity could benefit from such a technology and thus
produce, as Dr. Greer rightly puts it, "flowering deserts".


The raw material and waste problem.

We believe that the ET vehicles visiting us use antimatter, stocked on board or
synthesised, as primary source of energy. This basic energy could be put to a
wide range of uses. One of the most useful is to master the transmutation of
materials and be thus able to synthesise at will any type of atom. Coupled with
a very advanced nano-technology, this would allow the most complex systems to be
synthesised without human intervention, i.e. without "work". Inversely, any
system composed of atoms could be converted into neutral waste such as helium,
the typically ideal waste. If we survive the next century, this is the picture
of our future technology. If such a set of techniques were completed with a more
comprehensive approach of biology then that which is practised on Earth today,
the Human being would have the keys of a Golden Age within arm's reach.


Present state of technology on Earth.

We do not know how far these technologies may have been developed on Earth. To
this date we may only strongly suspect that antimatter synthesis through
thermonuclear compression has been obtained in the US towards the end of the
sixties; we shall farther come back to this. Another problem raised by Dr. Greer
is machine weight reduction, suppression or even inversion (anti-gravity). We
consider this as feasible. This is the technique used by UFO's when they hover
without any air displacement. In our opinion this can only be understood via an
important paradigm shift, a different way of comprehending space and matter. But
this is still speculative and we suggest also coming back to it farther on.
Anti-gravity control could obviously be applied to civilian transportation, but
far beyond this, we think it would open the way to outer space travel. Here
again, we shall postpone the subject to the end of this paper.


Our comments on the Space Energy Access Systems.

However commendable the feeling from which this project arises, we are doubtful
as to its chances of success. We think that its applications (unlimited energy
production, anti-gravity), even though physically conceivable, would call for
very expensive advanced technologies. By comparison one could imagine the
Foundation offering men of the Antiquity a full purse of gold to whomever would
fly a plane with three passengers over more than six miles. We are sceptical as
to the compatibility of such techniques with soft technologies within reach of
amateurs and moderately sized laboratories. Such developments may, to our mind,
only be envisaged by large scale laboratories with considerable funds for which
a million dollar prize would seem but a derisory sum compared with the cost of
such research. Consequently, laboratories of that size would inevitably be part
of the military-industrial lobbies. At best would the supporters of such a
project be rewarded with interesting theoretical ideas, but no exploitable
practical results. Such is our opinion, but of course we may be mistaken.

Our answer to the Disclosure Manifest.

Whilst we are not in a state to submit to Dr. Greer plans for an unlimited
energy producing machine or one that could suppress the force of gravity, we
are, on the other hand, able to present strong arguments in support of his
campaign against the diversion of technologies by military-industrial complexes
elusive to American political power and dedicated to serve a few who seek world
domination by force. The elements we are in a state to produce are related to
underwater high velocity propulsion and construction of very long range
hypersonic planes, both these techniques being based on what is called
magneto-hydro-dynamics, or MHD.


General remarks about MHD.

MHD has been the object of sustained research in the sixties, the civilian
sector only having obviously been accessible to the public. The purpose at the
time was to produce electricity through direct MHD conversion, using as primary
energy either fossil fuels - so-called "open cycles" -, or energy produced by
high temperature reactors (HTR). In both cases, research teams came up against
the fact that gases at "technological" temperatures, even when seeded with low
ionisation potential substances such as caesium, are not sufficiently
electrically conductive. Below 3000°K, their electric conductivity is too low.
The Russians have led this technique of MHD electricity production as far as
possible with their U-25 generator, which burns a mixture of hydrocarbons and
pure oxygen. But this civilian oriented research was finally abandoned. Another
trial took place where two-temperature gases were used (in which the electron
gas has a higher temperature than the atom gas). This was not possible in a
molecular environment which contained a lot of carbon dioxide (as a result of
combustion). Indeed, this molecule is readily excited by the chocks with
electrons. The result was a great loss of energy through radiation (radiative
un-excitation). This two-temperature system was thus limited to closed cycles
where the conversion fluid was a rare gas : helium, seeded with caesium, used to
cool down the heart of a reactor working at high temperature (1500°K). Let us
point out that these reactors were neither built nor tested. Atomic scientists
only thought they might be constructed and, thank God, they never were.
This research came up against something which completely annihilated the
generators' performances by making the plasma very non-homogeneous : it was an
instability discovered in 1964 by the Russian Velikhov. These preliminaries may
seem strange, but they explain why civilian MHD research was abandoned in many
countries, except in the US and Russia, where military MHD was at the same time
being developed in great secret. In Russia, the father of military MHD was
Andrei Sakharov. His pupil was none other than Velikhov, innovator of the soviet
style star war, and Poutine's chief consultant for leading edge weapons.


Description of high velocity US and Russian MHD torpedoes.

Since a long time ago, the USA and USSR possessed indubitable evidence that
UFO's were of extraterrestrial origin. The US had retrieved at least one crashed
hypersonic vehicle at Roswell and it is highly probable that the Russians also
collected an equal supply. It was not until the seventies that the Americans
understood that one of the key operating elements of the Roswell shuttle was
MHD. They also grasped that military MHD was of prime strategic importance and
they launched an intense disinformation campaign, at home and abroad, to lure
researchers away from what they declared to be a dead end subject. I hold this
information from the fact that I was closely implied , since 1965, in French
civilian MHD projects. I built a Faraday linear generator, based on a combustion
shock tube, producing a power of several megawatts during 200 microseconds; with
a two tesla magnetic field. The Velikhov instability having been overcome, we
succeeded in obtaining the first two-temperature stable running conditions, and
this was presented at the 1967 Warsaw international colloquium. But
notwithstanding this success, in the early seventies, in our own country as in
others, this research was abandoned. It is worth mentioning that our team
obtained a gas blast speed gain of 5,500 m/s over a distance of less than 4",
with argon fluxes at 10,000°K input into a Faraday accelerator at 2,750 m/s
under a one bar pressure. But at the time nobody in France realised the military
implication of what was to become, elsewhere, an MHD propulsion with high
specific impulse.
If I remember correctly, I travelled to the United States in 1984, to take part
in an international MHD meeting in Boston. The Russians presented their
Pavlovsky generator, one of the various versions of the flux compression
generators tested in the early 50's by Sakharov's team, which was later to
become the typical feed system to their directed energy weapons (electron and
laser beams). Besides this novelty, representatives of various countries,
American researches included, (the colloquium had been organised by J.F. Louis
of AVCO), deplored the loss of interest of their governments. And yet we were
ignorant of the fact that, three years earlier, the Americans had operated their
first MHD torpedoes at 1,000 knots; we got wind of this many years later. Today,
in countries possessing leading technology, propeller torpedoes have been
abandoned since exactly thirty years. The powder rocket propulsion was soon
found to be more efficient and gave rise to such machines as the American
Supercav or the Russian Sqwal.

The British today possess a similar weapon, the Spearfish. In these torpedoes,
hot gas is ejected from the machine's nose and vaporises the neighbouring sea
water. The torpedo then moves in a sheath of water vapour; the resulting
friction reduction allowing speeds of 200 to 250 kn. Course control is achieved
through the protruding pole which telescopes out of the nose after launching.
Steering is obtained by modulating the exhausts of nozzles which encircle the
main propulsion nozzle and are fed by the forward situated gas generator. Today
however are such machines quite out of date, even though countries such as
France do not even have them yet. American and Russian MHD torpedoes also have a
solid propellant rocket engine. The divergent works like an MHD convector,
producing a large amount of electric energy. This energy feeds a wall
accelerator of which, for the sake of lightness, the principle description is
appended. Such a system sucks the water in very strongly; hence is the viscous
drag concept no longer appropriate since the wake is not only suppressed, but
even reversed; which opens the path to very high speeds. Such speeds, reckoned
today to be able to reach about 1,600 to 1,900 kn., enable the torpedoes to
reach the targets in matters of seconds. It is easy to see the major strategic
asset brought to any nation possessing these torpedoes, since it would enable
the destruction, in a few seconds, of the enemy's strategic nuclear submarines,
which are the most dangerous of all weapons. They are generally positioned as
close as possible to their potential targets in order to reduce the range of the
ballistic flight, hence the chances of interception. In fact, the destruction of
these missile loaded submarines would probably be the very first act of war of
any nation with a high technological level of equipment. The Chinese do not
possess such an equipment yet. In 1996, the Russians attempted to make a
demonstration of their machine nicknamed "the Fat One", of a one meter calibre,
because they were hoping to sell them the torpedoes. Such a technology transfer
would, in the long run, have meant a great menace to world security and,
informed of the transactions, the Americans boarded and sank the Koursk which
was due, in presence of a Chinese general, to make the demonstration. Fearing
this should be discovered, the Russians closed all of the submarine's hatches
(by remote sonar order issued from the Peter the Great cruiser, flagship of the
manoeuvres), letting the entire crew perish and recovering the wreck later.
The MHD torpedo and its parietal accelerator propulsion is thus one of the first
applications of the military MHD derived from the close analysis of the Roswell
wreck.


American hypersonic machines. Aurora and the antipodal hypersonic bomber.

Air travelling machines remained, from there on, to be designed. From Mach 3 up,
the air compression aft of the chock wave generates an important heating. By
shifting to stato it is possible to go up in Mach levels. One can then, around
Mach 6, envisage a scramjet functioning (hypersonic combustion), where fuel and
oxidiser (hydrogen and liquid oxygen) circulate in the leading edge to cool it
down. But the examination of the Roswell vehicle was to yield a much better
solution, which would lead to the Aurora machine, which took its first flight in
1990 at Groom Lake. This very clever craft can take off by its own means, pick
up speed and altitude, reach 6,000 kn. at 180,000 ft., then become sattelised
with conventional rockets. Two very different successive operating modes are
then called upon. At the start, Aurora - of which Ajax, the Russian version
designed by Fraistadt, was never built through lack of funding - looks like a
conventional jet plane. Four turboreactors without post combustion are suspended
under a very cambered wing with a completely flat top and a sharply lifted "duck
tail" trailing edge.

Aurora then reaches Mach 3 and the motor air feed changes. The bottom air
intakes close up. The plane then flies in low pressure air which ionises more
easily. An air inlet opens on the top side, in front of which a set of parallel
electrodes form an MHD wall generator. Since this section works as a generator,
the air is slowed down and re-compressed (by Lorenz forces). A continuous
slowing down then takes place, without shock waves and with moderate heating, to
such a point that the gas can be directed to the conventional turboreactor air
intake, even though the plane flies at 6,000 kn. at about 180,000 ft altitude.
Very high tensions are generated by the Hall effect. In these parietal
converters, the Americans use superconductor systems developing 12 teslas. The
Velikhov instability is mastered by magnetic confinement. The high voltage is
used to create a plasma cushion which protects the leading edge. The electric
power is next used to enhance the specific impulse thanks to a wall accelerator
located aft of the nozzle outlets (MHD by-pass system). This is then of the
"semiguided" type.

altitude. At lower altitudes, the expansion of the jet is too strong and it then
exhibits a succession of knots and bumps, typical of "over-depressed" jets.

it is propelled like a conventional plane and can land on a normal runway.

Notice that vertical tails contradicts stealthyness. But the cut nose
corresponds to the real Aurora. This is a cover-up on technological progress.
The civilian version of Aurora would not be a sattelisable spy plane, but a
completely reusable launcher, much cheaper than the classical rockets which
depend solely on the thrust of their motors to overcome the drag linked with the
generation of a chock wave.
What Occidentals ignore, and which I shall reveal in a book, is that Americans
also have a hypersonic long range bomber which can fly at similar speeds and
altitudes. Seen from above, these bombers look like a B2. The saw-tooth shape of
their trailing edge is designed to give stability when landing. The shape causes
eddies which prevent the wing tip loss of lift to creep up towards the leading
edge (short after the war, this phenomenon caused the crash of the flying wing
designed by Jack Northrop). The B2's based at Whitman, supposed to have cost $2
billion each, are just decoys. The real plane is not subsonic and has neither
cockpit nor any hoods above the four motors. These are completely included in
the wing, so as to avoid the turbine vanes from being detected by radar's.

Wall convectors sit on the front parts of the wings ahead of the motors. These
systems enable incident air to be re-compressed without shock wave generation
and funnelled into the inlets of classical turboreactors. The machine is a
subtle combination of regions where the MDH wall converter is used to slow down
the gas (as an electrical power generator) and others where, on the contrary,
the gas is accelerated. This system allows complete control over the gas flux
and suppression of any shock wave and hence wave drag. If the latter were to
remain, the plane could not fly a long time considering the energy wasted in
creating it. This elimination of shock waves was obtained in 1997 and opened the
path to the first antipodal flights. In fact, on more than one item this bomber
is more sophisticated than the Aurora. For instance, the electrical discharge at
the leading edge has a better mastered geometry which gives rise to a real
"virtual" leading edge.



Hypersonic long-range bomber

Thus the machine, which the B2 dissimulates, is able to take off from the US,
reach any point on the globe, and come back and land again in the US all in one
night and four hours, even if the target lies in the antipodes at 10,800
nautical miles. Bombing assignments have been enacted in Europe and Afghanistan,
the latter being mentioned as subsonic 40 hour flights, necessitating six
in-flight refuellings, most of which took place over Russia which the planes had
to cross. Considering the vulnerability of a plane while refuelling, who would
be gullible enough to believe such a version ? Notice also that the B2's which
are shown have no bunk of any kind to allow crew members to take some rest.

In numerous realms, the US attempt to disguise their military technology
progress. They possess a hypersonic drone whose air intake is controlled by a
similar process. On the photographs they show, the stealth inducing air intakes
could absolutely not function if the plane were to move at supersonic speeds.

American documents are generally mute about the speeds of these planes, but even
if they were stealthy, one can hardly imagine the Americans constructing
subsonic combat drones !
These few elements, (but there are many more, particularly concerning microwave
weapons, crowd control systems, etc.), may attract the reader's attention to the
fact that the US might indeed well have acquired a considerable lead in matters
of weaponry by using information extracted from UFO observation and reverse
engineering of retrieved wrecks.
I agree with Dr. Greer. I think that as soon as the United States disposed of
directed energy weapons, they deliberately shot down UFO's in order to analyse
them.



Why the US are suspected to possess antimatter bombs.

The 'flux compression" generators, such as those tested by Sakharov in the early
50's, are now reaching public knowledge. They are the generators which equipped
the E-bombs and cruise missiles used during the Gulf war. Specialists are aware
that these generators (see annex &&&) can also be used to compress objects at
very high pressures (25 megabars in 1952) and to accelerate them at very high
speeds (50 km/s in 1952). Towards the end of the 60's, the Americans considered
working these systems by using low power atom bombs (1kt of TNT) as explosive.
The pressures reached were so considerable that they managed, in this kind of
"laboratory", to reproduce conditions similar to the Big Bang, matter then
muting into antimatter. The energy production turned out to be one hundred times
greater than what was expected. This was kept secret. The Russians and the
Chinese later tried to re-enact those experiences, but they failed because of
lack of superconductors of adequate quality.
The Americans managed to separate the produced antimatter from matter and to
confine it in magnetic bottles. They eventually used it for propulsion, for such
as a disc shaped drone, operational since 2000, which can travel at Mach 10 in
dense air, and which they attempt to keep secret. This object works along the
lines described in annex 2. If one excepts stationary flight without air blast,
which comes under "antigravitation", and sharp angle turns, it appears that
Americans have almost managed to reproduce, thanks to MHD, the behaviour of
inter-atmospheric cruising UFO's. They are now attempting farther to develop
this technology, which would give them access to star to star travel. We do not
know if they have made any significant progress in that direction, though some
believe they have. If such were the case, this would jeopardise the future of
humanity because extraterrestrials would probably not tolerate that such
barbarians as we are should go and give neighbouring civilisations a pain in the
neck.
In the mean time, Americans use small quantities of antimatter to accelerate
silicon vapour up to 500 km/s in MHD accelerators used for space propulsion.
With such boosters, they have been able to accelerate space probes at speeds of
up to 100 km/s and accomplish a survey of the Solar System, nearly complete
since five years. They have been testing antimatter bombs in which very powerful
charges were synthesised in situ, at the moment of impact. The first trials of
these entirely oversized bombs, too powerful for Earth tests, were done by
sending them off to the Sun. To do this, very high specific impulse MHD
propelled bombs have been launched on trajectories at a wide angle to the
Ecliptic plane in order to get merged with a known family of comets. Trials were
continued with shots on Jupiter. There again, the bomb modules were directed in
such a way as to be mistaken for cometary debris. Initially loaded on board the
military Atlantis shuttle, the modules were conveyed on site by an MHD propelled
cargo which was then self-destroyed. The modules created a magnetosphere which
simulated cometary degassing. They penetrated Jupiter's high atmosphere at 100
km/s thanks to their MHD shield system. Thermonuclear compressed antimatter
synthesis, followed by instantaneous explosion caused the impacts to be mistaken
for comet fragments.
Later launches were aimed at Jupiter's satellites, such as Io and Europa. On
each of those occasions, Galileo, which had been sent into orbit precisely to
monitor the trials, failed to transmit the pictures to Earth, at least according
to the official version. It suffered a number of failures depriving earthlings
of close images of Jupiter's satellites.


An open question.

The purpose of such firings remains mysterious; are they meant to be anti-comet
weapons ? Some astronomers believe that, when the Solar System was formed, a
telluric planet has been ejected by tide effect on a very eccentric, long period
orbit (2000 - 3000 years), at a wide angle to the Ecliptic. This planet would in
addition have been reduced to a vast number of fragments while passing inside
the Roche sphere of the object from which it was ejected. The periodic return of
this swarm of fragments, the size of comets or asteroids and thus undetectable
at any greater distance than that of Jupiter, might cause some problems. Would
aliens have delivered to the Americans means of accelerating their scientific
and technical know-how in order to enable them to master the destruction of such
objects between 2020 and 2030 ? Would the Roswell wreck have been a fake,
purposely abandoned to trigger off this acceleration ? Every hypothesis may be
considered. One must bear in mind that if such a risk were to exist it would be
necessary to launch on a collision course with an object moving at 40 km/s; a
conventional propulsion would be useless because the shot would next have to
turn around to travel in convoy with the target. It would then have to bore a
pathway with an antimatter spurt of several kilometres to go and explode a
payload of several thousand megatons at the centre of the object in order to
transform it into debris each less than one meter in diameter, which would burn
out in the atmosphere. Are the shots fired at Jupiter and Io and Europa part of
such a plan ?
As a matter of fact, we know nothing about our Solar System and the future of
our Earth. Here in France, our group has received more than one telephone call
warning of approaching comets, the messages each time including accurate
perihelion dates long before the objects could be detected by Earth-bound
telescopes.


About anti-gravitation.

Research in theoretical cosmology which we have published, inspired by
information received through alien contacts, has led us to build a cosmological
model based on two universes, which develops ideas put forward by Andrei
Sakharov in 1976 : the twin universe cosmology. We believe the latter also to
have been in contact with aliens. Just read the strange end terms of his speech,
which was read by his lady friend Helena Bonaire in Sweden on receiving the
Nobel Prize. This model consists of a two-fold universe or double-universe.
Australian researchers Foot and Volkas today follow a similar path, calling it
"mirror-universes" (papers published in Physics Review). We have shown that the
"apparent mass" of the "twin universe" was negative, i.e. twin matter repels
ours while two particles of twin matter attract each other, in accordance with
Newton's law. This repulsion explains the re-acceleration of the expansion of
our universe, while it slows down the expansion of the twin.
When interstellar vessels cruise over huge distances, they use the twin as a
sort of "express subway". In this universe, which is extremely rarefied in
regions adjacent to ours, distances are shortened and the speed of light is
high. This makes space travel possible, subject to the principle : "it is
illegal to exceed the speed of light of the universe in which one is
travelling". One American research team is working on an idea based on
attempting locally to modify the value of the speed of light; the "warp driving
concept". Our approach is different and far more advanced. With the help of
aliens, it has taken us years just to begin understanding how it works and it
would require pages to describe. In principle, the vehicle's mass must be
transferred to the twin universe. When this operation takes place near the
Earth, the latter becomes invisible to the craft but acts on it as a negative,
repulsive mass. If the stations in our universe and in the adjacent region if
the twin are rapidly alternated, this is not detected by an observer, however in
one phase the vessel drops under the Earth's attraction, while in the other it
rises under the Earth's repulsion. Globally this amounts to an apparent
cancellation of the vessel's weight, whichever it's mass may be. This is our
interpretation of what people call anti-gravitation. We do not know whether
aliens have given earthlings the tip about those techniques.


Conclusion.

Let us stick to what we know already; we feel highly concerned with Dr. Greer's
text. It seems clear that a group of humans are holders of elements of science
and techniques which are far ahead of the rest of the world. How did they
acquire this knowledge and why ? Is it just a consequence of the crash of an
alien craft at Roswell ? Is there some much more complex plan behind all this ?
Have there been contacts between aliens and this group ? What is the agenda of
the ones and the others ? Is the hegemony and domination of this group of humans
over the rest of the planet just the consequence of an attempt at helping
Humanity to survive the next passage of a swarm of planet fragments ? We care to
know. Becoming conscious, at last, that they are not alone, would men acquire
some wisdom and, using the technology which makes it possible, turn their planet
into an Eden ?
Whichever way, we think the time has come to bring those who hold the secrets to

Aloha all, below is an extract from the website of Dr Paul LaViolette, it
concerns galactic superwaves. Paul LaViolette's theory is based on the idea
that the galactic core periodically emits great bursts of cosmic energy. We
know for example that our sun goes through cycles of peaks and troughs in
solar flare activity and that this effects the intensity of the solar wind
that extends past the outer reaches of our solar system. I think the
galactic core does something similar in terms of our galaxy. La Violette's
"galactic superwave" is merely an intensified 'galactic wind' that can cause
the kinds of catastrophic environmental changes that LaViolette has
identified in the past. This is behind his prediction of a catastrophic
environmental events and even an extinction level event (ELE) coming our way
in the near future.

La Violette's theory may also help explain why there are many within the
shadow government who believe the possibility of an ELE is quite high in the
next few years. This helps explain many of the 'irrational' policies behind
continued development and use of fossil fuel reserves that flow into the
coffers of black projects despite the damage done to the environment. It
also may be the rationale used to justify why the drug trade is used to
raise funds for the black budget despite the obvious damage this does for
constitutional processes and morale of national security personnel. La
Violette's theory may also partly explain why ETs are here and why all this
information is being covered up by the shadow government. The shadow
government may reason that people would panic thereby threatening the
prospects of those who might otherwise be able to survive an ELE through
adequately funded projects.

I think there are many surprises ahead for those who have been 'bravely'
ignoring the warning signs. However, I remain optimistic that we can expand
the national security mindset to examine consciousness as a critical
variable for all continuity of government projects and contingency plans
that are secretly being implemented for possible ELE events or a galactic

Galactic Cosmic Ray Volleys: A Coming Global Disaster

"Galactic core outbursts are the most energetic phenomenon taking place in
the universe. The active, quasar-like core of spiral galaxy PG 0052+251
(Figure 1-a), for example, is seen to radiate 7 times as much energy as
comes from all of the galaxy's stars. Most of this is emitted in the form of
high energy cosmic ray electrons accompanied by electromagnetic radiation
ranging from radio wave frequencies on up to X ray and gamma ray
frequencies.

"A study of astronomical and geological data reveals that cosmic ray
electrons and electromagnetic radiation from a similar outburst of our own
Galactic core (Figure 1-b), impacted our Solar System near the end of the
last ice age. This cosmic ray event spanned a period of several thousand
years and climaxed around 14,200 years ago. Although far less intense than
the PG 0052+251 quasar outburst, it was, nevertheless, able to substantially
affect the Earth's climate and trigger a solar-terrestrial conflagration the
initiated the worst animal extinction episode of the Tertiary period.

"The effects on the Sun and on the Earth's climate were not due to the
Galactic cosmic rays themselves, but to the cosmic dust that these cosmic
rays transported into the Solar System. Observations have shown that the
Solar System is presently immersed in a dense cloud of cosmic dust, material
that is normally kept at bay by the outward pressure of the solar wind. But,
with the arrival of this Galactic cosmic ray volley, the solar wind was
overpowered and large quantities of this material were pushed inward. The
Sun was enveloped in a cocoon of dust that caused its spectrum to shift
toward the infrared. In addition, the dust grains filling the Solar System
scattered radiation back to the Earth, producing an "interplanetary hothouse
effect" that substantially increased the influx of solar radiation to the
Earth. Details of this scenario are described in Paul LaViolette's book
Earth Under Fire,(1) in his Ph.D. dissertation,(2) as well as in a series of
journal articles he has published.(3­8)

"LaViolette's research suggests that the Sun also became highly active as
dust and gas falling onto its surface induced extreme flaring activity.
Together with the radiation influx from the Sun's dust cocoon, this caused
the Sun's corona and photosphere to inflate, much as is observed today in
dust-choked stars called "T Tauri stars." These various solar effects caused
atmospheric warming and inversion conditions that facilitated glacial growth
which brought on ice age conditions. On occasions when the solar radiation
influx to the Earth became particularly high, the ice age climate warmed,
initiating episodes of rapid glacial melting and continental flooding. There
is evidence that one particularly tragic solar flare event occurred around
12,750 years ago during a period when the Sun was particularly active. This
involved the release of an immense coronal mass ejection which engulfed the
Earth and induced a mass animal extinction.

"Dr. LaViolette, who is currently president and chief researcher of the
Starburst Foundation, was the first to demonstrate that cosmic rays from a
galactic core explosion penetrate far outside a galaxy's nucleus to bombard
solar systems like our own residing in the spiral arm disk. He coined the
word "galactic superwave" to refer to such a cosmic barrage. He has shown
that galactic superwaves recur at long intervals and arrive at Earth's
doorstep without warning because they travel at near light speed.

"Galactic superwaves are a recent discovery. During the early 60's
astronomers began to realize that the massive object that forms the core of
our Galaxy (the Milky Way), periodically becomes active.(9) The cores of all
spiral galaxies cycle through a similar phase. During its active period, our
galactic core spews out a fierce quasar-like barrages of cosmic rays, with a
total energy output equal to hundreds of thousands of supernova
explosions.(10, 11) In some galaxies these active emissions have been
observed to equal the energy from billions of supernova explosions.

"Until recently, astronomers believed these eruptions were very infrequent,
occurring every 10 to 100 million years.(10) They also believed the
interstellar magnetic fields, in the Galactic nucleus, would trap the
emitted particles in spiral orbits causing them to reach the Earth very
slowly.(12) For these reasons, many did not believe that Galactic core
explosions posed any immediate threat to the Earth.

"However, in 1983 Paul LaViolette presented evidence to the scientific
community indicating that:(2 - 4)

1. Galactic core explosions actually occur about every 13,000 - 26,000 years
for major outbursts and more frequently for lesser events.

2. The emitted cosmic rays escape from the core virtually unimpeded. As they
travel radially outward through the Galaxy, they form a spherical shell that
advances at a velocity approaching the speed of light.

"Astronomical discoveries subsequently confirmed aspects of Dr. LaViolette's
hypothesis. In 1985, astronomers discovered that Cygnus X-3, an energetic
celestial source of cosmic rays, which is about the same distance from Earth
as the Galactic Center (25,000 light years), is showering Earth with
particles, traveling at close to the speed of light, moving in essentially
straight paths.(13) Later, scientists found the Earth is impacted, at
sporadic intervals, with cosmic rays emitted from the X-ray pulsar Hercules
X-1 (about 12,000 light years distant).(14, 15) The intervening interstellar
medium has so little effect on these particles, that their pulsation period
of 1.2357 seconds, is constant to within 300 microseconds.

"These findings are reason to be gravely concerned about the effects of a
Galactic core explosion because they imply that the cosmic rays generated
can impact our planet, virtually without warning, preceded only by the
wave-flash from the initial explosion.(1, 2, 6) Astronomical observations
show the last major Galactic core explosion occurred as recently as 10,000
to 15,000 years ago.(16, 17) Data obtained from polar ice core samples show
evidence of this cosmic ray event as well as other cosmic ray intensity
peaks from earlier times (Figure 2).(1, 18)

"Also Dr. LaViolette's prediction that there is a residual flow of
interstellar dust currently entering the Solar System from the Galactic
center direction was later verified by data collected from the Ulysses
spacecraft and by AMOR radar measurements made in New Zealand.(8)

"Today, tomorrow, next week, next year. . . sometime in the coming decades.
. . our planet could once again be hit by an intense volley of Galactic
cosmic rays. It will come cloaked and hidden from us, until the very moment
it strikes. We live on the edge of the Galaxy's volcano. Knowing neither the
time, the magnitude, nor the severity of the next eruption or its impact on
our environment, we stand unprepared to deal with this event, much less
anticipate its arrival.

Galactic Superwaves: Their Effects on Life and Society

"When cosmic rays from Galactic superwaves impact the Earth's atmosphere,
they produce "electron cascades." Each primary cosmic ray generates millions
of secondary high energy electrons. Many of these particles scatter upwards
and become trapped by the Earth's magnetic field to form radiation belts
similar to those created by high altitude nuclear explosions. In just one
day, a major Galactic superwave event would inject into the geomagnetic
field a particle energy equivalent to 1000 one-megaton hydrogen bomb
explosions (1025 ergs). At this rate, the energy delivered to the belts
after one year would exceed 30,000 times the energy received from the most
powerful solar cosmic ray storms observed in modern times.

"Such energized radiation belts could cause a global communications blackout
by creating radio static and by permanently damaging critical electronic
components of communication satellites. Air travel during such conditions
would be extremely hazardous. The resulting atmospheric ionization would
destroy the ozone layer, and increase skin cancer rates, due to high levels
of UV reaching the Earth's surface; the cosmic ray particles penetrating to
ground level would significantly increase cell mutation rates.

"Galactic superwaves may also produce an intense electromagnetic pulse (EMP)
whenever a cosmic ray front happens to strike the Earth's atmosphere.
Galactic superwaves such as those that arrived during the last ice age could
have generated pulses delivering tens of thousands of volts per meter in
times as short as a billionth of a second, comparable to the early-time EMP
signal from a high-altitude nuclear explosion (see Figure 3).

"In addition, there is the danger that a superwave could transport outlying
cosmic dust into the Solar System which could seriously affect the Earth's
climate possibly triggering a new ice age. Although there is a small
probability that the next superwave will be as catastrophic as the one at
the end of the last ice age, even the less intense, more frequent events
would be quite hazardous for the global economy.

The Frequency and Hazards of Minor Superwave Events

Galactic Center activity occurs frequently between major superwave events.
Astronomical observation indicates that during the last 6,000 years, the
Galactic center has expelled 14 clouds of ionized gas.(19) See Figure 4 for
dates. These outbursts may have produced minor superwave emissions with EMP
effects comparable to those of major superwaves. About 80% of these bursts
took place within 500 hundred years of one another (Figure 5). With the most
recent outburst occurring 700 years ago, there is a high probability of
another one occurring in the near future.

The four-second extragalactic gamma ray burst that arrived in 1983, did have
a measurable effect on radio transmissions used for global navigation and
communication.(20) By comparison, the "minor" superwave events discussed
above might have total energies hundreds of millions of times greater than
this.

At present little research is being done on this important astronomical
phenomenon. Nor are we prepared should a Galactic superwave suddenly arrive.
International channels of communication are not in place to deal with the
disasters that a superwave could bring upon us.

Steps that Should be Taken

Currently, radio astronomers are monitoring the cosmic ray/synchrotron
radiation activity of the Galactic core on a daily basis. They report their
findings regularly in IAU (International Astronomical Union) circulars.
However, an early warning system needs to be set up so that, in the event
that signs of a significant core outburst and superwave activity are
detected, the proper organizations around the world are notified and the
proper precautions are taken. In this way, the impact of such an event could
be drastically reduced.

In regard to the superwave EMP problem, there is a need to develop an
awareness about this phenomenon so that if it does occur, it does not
inadvertently trigger a nuclear missile launching. Also there is a need to
develop emergency plans to implement measures that will minimize its impact
on power and communications networks.

There needs to be an increased awareness of the phenomenon and its potential
threat to the Earth so that ways might be found of minimizing the effects of
a superwave should one arrive. More scientific papers need to be presented
on research on this subject and media coverage of the subject is needed.
Astronomical and geological research needs to be conducted to learn more
about this phenomenon. For example, a more detailed analysis needs to be
made of the high concentrations of beryllium-10 and cosmic dust present in
the ice age portion of the Earth's polar ice record, remnants of the last
major superwave event. Data on interstellar dust composition that will be
gathered with the Cassini spacecraft will also be particularly useful.

Currently, the Starburst Foundation is one of the few organizations
researching this important astronomical phenomenon. The Starburst Foundation

superwaves have affected our planet in the past, to implementing an
international early-warning system for future events, and to investigating
ways of lessening the adverse effects of superwaves on our planet.

Exopolitics:  UFO RIP

1: the art or science of government as concerned with guiding or influencing
governmental policy toward extraterrestrial phenomena and extraterrestrial
beings.
2: exopolitical actions, practices, or policies.
3: the exopolitical opinions or sympathies of a person.
4: the total complex of relations between the human race and non-human,
intelligent beings.

Bethesda, MD USA - In Alexandria, Virginia there is a place called Gravelly
Point Park.  It's not much of a park, but quite the place.  It is known
throughout the region because it sits a mere 1000 feet from the north end of
runway 1/19 at Reagan National Airport.  Bicyclists pull off the Mount Vernon
Trail and tourists pull off the George Washington Parkway to watch the planes
land and take off - a longstanding pastime uninterrupted (remarkably) by the
events of September 11, 2001.

Landing planes fly over this grassy patch so low you can see the tread on the
tires.  Wind direction permitting, planes taking off will rattle the fillings in
your teeth.   During the day the park is never empty.  It's addictive.

This author has been there many times and remembers one perfectly clear day
during the summer of 1992.  As the planes passed overhead this thought came to
mind:  while the destination of the plane was known, the Washington, DC metro
area, the point of origin was not known.  Neither was it known how many people
were on board, if any - it could be remote controlled - nor their names, reasons
for coming, home towns, hopes and dreams.  And depending upon the viewing angle,
it might not be possible to even know the airline.

With so much missing information one might be tempted to say, "What we have here
is an unidentified flying object, a UFO."   But that would be ridiculous,
wouldn't it?   What we had there was an airplane almost certainly containing
human beings coming to the Washington, DC area for one reason or another.

Perhaps you see where this is going for the very next thought that came to mind
was this:  during the five decades since 1942 millions of people around the
world had been seeing unusual objects moving in the earth's atmosphere.   Tens
of thousands of reports had been filed.   The objects had been photographed,
filmed, recorded on radar and sighted by trained observers - sometimes all four
at once.  They had been seen in the air and stationary on the ground.  They had
been seen traveling and maneuvering at seemingly impossible fashion for the
historical period.  They had been seen by pilots off the wings and cockpits of
planes - fully formed metallic looking discs.    They had been seen by Army, Air
Force, Naval and Coast Guard personnel; air traffic controllers, astronauts,
police officers, amateur astronomers, doctors, lawyers, political leaders and
scientists.

Documents referring to these craft had been discovered in government files,
delivered anonymously to researchers and formally released by government
authorities without prompting - not just in the United States, but in most
first-world nations.   Systematic investigations had been conducted by civilian
and government organizations over the entire fifty years.  Nearly 10,000 books,
papers, articles and documentary films had been published specifically
addressing this phenomenon.   Reports have poured into researchers (their
numbers would eventually swell to the tens of thousands) of direct contact with
beings, clearly not human, who could well be the occupants of some of these
craft.

When one of these "objects" would pass overhead or close track a plane in flight
the destination could properly be assumed to be the planet Earth, but the point
of origin was not known.  It was also not known whether the object contained
humans, non-humans or no beings at all (remote controlled).  If containing
beings, their names, reasons for coming, hopes, dreams, etc. were also not
known.  With so much missing information it would be appropriate to call the
"object" an unidentified flying object - a UFO - wouldn't it?   No, it wouldn't.
It would be appropriate to call it an alien or extraterrestrial space craft,
most likely piloted by non-human beings, origin Earth, reasons for presence
unknown.   This was on this author's mind in the summer of '92.

Paradigm Research Group was founded four years later, but it was not until 2000
the implication of those thoughts in 1992 became manifest.   The implication was
that the era of the "UFO" was over and a new era had begun - the era of
exopolitics.

The partitioning of history when dealing with large scale, implicative trends is
usually done in retrospect.   There is no shame in this, but there is often an
arbitrary aspect to assigning the time frames.  That is done by consensus of
historians, but being early has its advantage.  Here is the early line:  the UFO
era ended and the exopolitical era began in late 1991 with the dissolution of
the Soviet Union into Russia and 14 other post-soviet states.

The short answer as to "why this demarcation?" is this:  1) by 1991 the evidence
which had been gathered and analyzed establishing some sightings as
extraterrestrial craft was overwhelming.  The researchers had done their job in
the face of great resistance by the state.  The verdict was in.   (The
government's refusal to accept this result was irrelevant to this conclusion but
entirely relevant to the truth embargo and propaganda campaign waged by the
government to negate and subvert this conclusion.), and 2) the end of the Cold
War removed the single most powerful restraint keeping military, agency and
civilian contractor insiders from revealing personal, direct and indirect
knowledge of events and evidence corroborating the extraterrestrial hypothesis
behind the sightings.   The gradual emergence of these insiders into the public
domain gave the disclosure process substance.

Understanding this transition is critical for anyone wishing to impact impending
events. Given that "exopolitics" is not yet listed in any standard dictionary or
encyclopedia (it is listed in Wiktionary, Webster's Open Dictionary and
Wikipedia), it is not surprising there is much misunderstanding over scope and
usage.    The primary misconception is that "exopolitics" only deals with
"galactic diplomacy," how humans should politically engage theoretical or
asserted alien beings.   Whatever the assertion of facts, this is but one aspect
of exopolitics.  It is the icing for a cake which is still in the oven.

Exopolitics covers all social and political implications of the engagement of
extraterrestrial-related phenomena by humans since the phenomena were first
recognized.   This will likely be split into two parts: the modern era beginning
in the 1940's and the pre-modern era going back to earliest recorded times.  
[The pre-modern era will perhaps be subsumed under the broader umbrella of
exohistory - the study of non-terrestrial influences on human history.]

Thus, exopolitics includes the full history of the government truth embargo
(cover-up) and the national security structures created to manage the research,
the actions or lack thereof of the public and institutions such as the press,
Congress and academia, and most importantly, the disclosure process itself.

It is a large field of study.  It will fill scores of books and documentaries
and spawn PhD theses for centuries.  In time it will be subsumed into the larger
field of political science.   A student will major in political science with an
emphasis on exopolitics.

By comparison the phenomenological, scientific aspects of the phenomena will be
dispersed into departments such as exobiology, cosmology, physics, astrophysics
(already established) and yet to be established fields such as exoarcheology,
exomedicine and exoscience (the study of the practice of science by
extraterrestrials).

But the academic evolution of exopolitics is the lesser aspect of our present
concerns.

Formal disclosure will be a cosmic birthing of a new world view, and the human
race has now been in labor for 60 years without an epidermal.    The screaming
can be heard from pole to pole and out to the Kuiper Belt.   A significant
subject for exopolitical study is to describe the state of the world at the
moment of this birthing.   What is the condition of the planet and what is the
disposition of the species - the variety and depth to the spirituality, science,
politics, philosophy, psychology and mental capacity of Homo Sapiens Sapiens -
as formal self-disclosure unfolds?

The short answer is "not good."    Many Durantian attempts will be made to
explain all this in multi-volume sets.   Let's confine ourselves to two
perspectives with immediate implications.

By virtue of its military and economic power, its prevailing in the Cold War and
its success in building the vast superstructure of secret operations this author
has often referred to as the Secret Empire, the United States still appears to
have the final say as to when and if formal disclosure takes place, and, if the
decision to proceed is made, play the lead role in what will surely be the
'greatest show on earth."

But what is the state of the nation as the actor prepares to take the stage?  
So much has happened to the people and institutions of the United States since
the 1945 signing of surrender by Japan, one hesitates to pick one trend and drag
it out for close scrutiny, but one trend begs for such treatment, cries out for
explanation and adjustment.

Immediately after World War II the United States was a major economic, political
and moral force for good in the world.   The American people had demonstrated an
almost superhuman capacity to manufacture, deliver and maintain a war machine
never witnessed in human history.  The nation's post war treatment of the
defeated enemies was so extraordinarily generous in its intent, so effective in
its application, it eclipsed the horror of the nuclear bombings.

The American people were viewed as capable, caring, fearless, generous,
patriotic, family oriented, church going, honest and optimistic.  They were in
love with their country, and trust in government institutions was rock solid.

And then it all began to go wrong.  Beginning in late 1947 for reasons well
known and less well known the United States embarked on the creation of what
would become the Secret Empire - the intelligence wing of a vast national
security state complex established for two reasons: 1) wining an ideological
cold war against international communism, and 2) understanding, exploiting and
secreting the material facts in evidence confirming an extraterrestrial presence
engaging the human race and the planet Earth

As the Secret Empire grew in size and scope it began to make alterations to the
social contract, bending it to the breaking point.   The most serious alteration
was to embrace the concept of government in loco parentis - the government as
replacement parent for citizens now viewed as children of the state.

This view became a cancerous growth centered in the gut of the Secret Empire
which finally metastasized outward into every corner of governance - a
glioblastoma multiforme with tentacles reaching into the FBI, ATF, DoJ, DOD,
Office of the Executive, Congress, NIH, FDA - only the judiciary remained
largely untouched.

The Secret Empire had become larger than the Roman Empire with layer upon layer
of management in place before an elected official was even in sight.  It now
consists of tens of billions of above black (itemized) funding, tens of billions
of black (not itemized) funding, additional billions in below black
(undisclosed) funding, unknown amounts of rouge funding, millions of classified
documents, millions of classified personnel, thousands of classified programs,
hundreds of unacknowledged special access programs, huge above ground facilities
and equally vast underground facilities.

Within this cloistered megastructure developed a cult of secrecy and
unaccountability which placed those who run it above the law and outside
societal norms.  The secrets of nuclear war, world control mechanisms,
extraterrestrial technology, alien beings and such were so profound only the
initiated members of the secret world could even bear up under the knowledge. 
The average citizen would surely go mad, or so it was thought by those holding
the secrets.

The public has long sensed this process underway and manifests this awareness by
embracing phrases in the popular culture such as "you can't handle the truth,"
"need to know basis," "don't ask, don't tell," "if I told you that, I'd have to
kill you," and many more.  They embrace fictional accounts of the process in
books and movies but are unable to marshal anything approaching an effective
societal protest to the process itself.

More significantly, the public's new status as children to be seen and not heard
by a parental state has resulted in unprecedented drops in trust in all aspects
of governance.  Trust in the executive, the Congress, the judiciary and the
press is near historical lows.   Only 25% of citizens bother to vote.   What
does "government by consent of the people' mean if the people are children and
not of age to give consent?

[It should be pointed out the social net (welfare programs) promulgated by
democrats and moderate republicans does dovetail into this parental modality. 
But it arises from a separate ideological source and does not present the same
danger to the nation.]

The existence of a Secret Empire contained within a developing national security
state operating in loco parentis is now the greatest threat to the preservation
of the Constitutional Republic, and the most important exopolitical issue now
being considered is whether or not the disclosure event (formal acknowledgment
by world governments of the extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race),
however achieved, has the power to change the status quo and permit reform of
the Secret Empire and reconstitution of the social contract.

The era of the UFO which ended in 1991 was about "lights in the sky."   The era
of exopolitics which followed is about "lies on the ground."      It is about
the intersection between the phenomenology and the politics of secrecy and
control.   When Bob Woodward published his latest book, State of Denial, he
confined the title's metaphor to the Iraq war and concomitant events.   If only
he knew (or does he know?) how much further this proffered status extends.

They shipped in people with every kind of background: clerks, professors,
classical musicians, tradesmen and lawyers along with their spouses and
children.  No rank or station in life was exempt.  They packed them into the
designated sector four, five six families to an apartment or house.  Outside
commerce and services were eliminated or rationed.    Guard towers were built,
and where necessary gated walls were constructed to complete sector integrity.  
The residents inside would improvise, overcome, adapt or perish.  It mattered
little to the overseers one way or the other.    In time sector life decayed as
sanitation, health, resources, all the customary necessities, eroded.


On occasion members of the controlled press would visit and inquire about the
sector's status.  The commandant would escort them to viewing ports atop the
gated walls.   Together they would look down upon the unkempt residents as they
slouched along in ragged clothes with listless demeanor.    "Do you see what a
mess these people are?" the commandant reflected for the benefit of the press. 
"That is why we must keep them in this ghetto."

For many of the thousands of researchers and activists and millions of
interested public who engaged the phenomenology of UFOs prior to 1991 the
transition out of the UFO era has been uncomfortable and unwelcome.  There is
considerable resistance to the concept of exopolitics.  One source of this
resistance lies with a significant component of the delineation between the two
eras.

While it is not possible to cover in this short article the full range of issues
defining this suggested bifurcation of history, one point of comparison stands
out: in the UFO era the ETH (extraterrestrial hypothesis as explanation for the
unexplained 5% of extraordinary sightings) was a theory under consideration.  In
the era of exopolitics post 1991 the ETH is not a theory, it is a given.  It was
proven by the work of hundreds of researchers over a period of 44 years - an
extraordinary accomplishment under great hardship and against state policy.

Those who are unable to make the transition and accept the ETH as fact, whatever
the reason, are not comfortable confronting an emerging group of academics,
activists and researchers who do.   This circumstance is not unprecedented.    
All previous social and scientific paradigm shifts have produced similar
tensions.

It is also true that previous major shifts in world view have often been opposed
and interfered with by state and religious institutions.   The cosmic birthing
process now underway is not the exception.

As remarkable was the citizen-science-activism which confirmed the ETH and
revealed the extraterrestrial presence, equally remarkable was the effort by the
United States government to impede, misdirect and undermine the citizen driven
process of discovery.

From 1947 forward every resource available to the developing
military-intelligence complex was brought to bear on American society to create
an embargo on the most profound truth in human history.   The task must have
seemed incomprehensible in the beginning - prevent every major institution
within one of the most literate and open societies in history during a period of
exponential expansion of electronic communication and multi-tiered media growth,
from engaging an issue driven by phenomena not under human control.

While extraterrestrial craft were being seen and photographed around the world
and extraterrestrial beings were interacting with humans on every continent, the
United States government was able to prevent American academics, clerics,
editors, publishers, state and federal political leaders and foundation board
members from studying, teaching, covering, politically engaging or funding the
issue in an appropriate manner leading to public understanding.   It was and is
a brilliant accomplishment now approaching its sixtieth year.

The tools used to control the extraterrestrial disclosure process were forged in
the fires within the Secret Empire which burned most fiercely during the
prosecution of the Cold War (1947-1991).  These same tools were also used in a
wide range of abuses of power, the impact of which on American policy and the
future of the nation can not yet be projected.   But the outlines of this impact
are beginning to emerge, and the picture is not attractive.

The basic mechanisms of suppression are now well known: misinformation,
disinformation, subversion, intimidation, lies, denial and misdirection.  But
these mechanisms were part of a broader process of social manipulation which
this author has termed the "intellectual ghettoization of ufology."

The "ghettoization" of people and ideas by ruling authority has a long history
which was always unpleasant but always effective.   There is something
fundamental within the human psyche which makes people susceptible to this
maneuver.

It is so simple.  You direct intense ridicule at a selected target (a person, a
race, an idea, a religion) and begin a process of isolation and separation. 
Then you associate more people and/or ideas to the selected target creating a
defined and growing discredited grouping.

The isolation process requires a containment barrier.  With people you build a
physical wall to encompass the group.   Whenever you need to add to the group
you toss another person over the wall.

With ideas you build walls in the mind.  Such a wall is the "ridicule curtain"
built around the study of UFOs by the United States government in the early
1950's.   Once it was built every person who touched the issue from that time
forward was "tossed" over the wall into the ghetto of ufology.  No one was
spared.  Walked on the Moon?  Won a Pulitzer Prize?   Commanded a Naval ship?  
PhD from MIT?    "Greatest jet pilot that ever was?"   No matter.  Touch the
subject of UFOs and you are in the ghetto.  The money dries up, the job offers
diminish, programs are cancelled, medals are pinned elsewhere, college tenure is
challenged, spouses leave home, phone calls are not returned.

As the years passed without resolution the misery mounted.   Many good people
spent their lives in pursuit of truths they would not live to see acknowledged
and shared.   Many others "burned out" and withdrew.   Those who stayed on
became increasingly frustrated and frayed around the edges.   Within the
confines of the ghetto they turned on each other.   Everyone was suspect. 
Anyone could be an operative.

Occasionally someone might attempt to break out and run for mainstream daylight.
If the stain of the ghetto was strong enough, they might be ignored.  Who will
believe them?   If not, well, collateral damage is an integral part of modern
rule.   The murders were few by historical standards.

With vision obscured by a wall of lies many lost sight of the most important
point - one which should be etched onto a plaque and mounted over every door. 
The failure to resolve the political impasse preventing the formal disclosure to
the world of the extraterrestrial presence is the fault of one entity - the
government of the United States - period.   It's not the researchers or
activists one doesn't like.  It's not the character flaws so clearly seen in
others but not in oneself.

It's the government, stupid.   The one many didn't bother to vote for because
they were too disgusted or simply didn't care any more.   It is the government
that acts on your behalf every day whether you voted or not and can make your
life a living hell anytime it wants - if you let it.

The UFO era is over.  It ended in 1991.   The United States government by
intention or default is trying to extend the intellectual ghettoization of the
extraterrestrial issue well into the second decade of the exopolitics era.  
This same government also wishes to extend its tenure in loco parentis to a
nation of "children."

It is essential, it is critical the American people stand up and assert their
role as parent to a misbehaving government which has lost its way.   Those
within ufology and exopolitics must recognize the "ridicule curtain" is a wall
in the mind only.  It can be torn down with an act of will.

Tear down the wall, leave the ghetto, stand up to the state and demand the
truth.

*    To sustain and expand a construct of such complexity over time required a
widely dispersed "carrier" - a kernel which could accrete the layers of
ridicule, propaganda and mendacity - and which, like the spores of the
dandelion, would attach itself to all who came in close proximity and spread.  
That kernel, that carrier was and remains the acronym "UFO."   It is the truth
embargo's flag, the "hook" upon which "the mainstream" can hang all who dare to
challenge the status quo.

Ultimately "UFO" has to go.  Not simply because the "UFO Era" is over, but
because it no longer serves the truth process.   However, this acronym is
entrenched in the culture.  It is in the titles of magazines, books, papers and
a legion of websites.   It will take time, and, of course, that is exactly what
is desired by the keepers of the ghetto.  Nevertheless, the transition to a new
lexicon within the era of exopolitics must be advanced as quickly as possible by
those able and ready to do so.
