Welcome to the group. Move the yellow lines that define the size of the board
so that they form a small dot off of your board. This will allow you to print
the board without the grid. I hope that this helps. I've made many simple
boards this way.

I downloaded express PCB to try and start making my own PCB's. Does
anyone know how to get around printing out the design without the
