What am I doing wrong? I can get it to print the silkscreen layer, and the holes, but not traces or pads? This is true of the 'print' function of Express PCB...

After clicking print make sure that you select the check box for "top copper layer." This will print your pads etc. Hope this helps. Chad Whittington. ... ...

I have used bench shears for cutting PC boards and they work great. The only catch is that you can only cut straight lines and they have to go all the way...
