I was never quite satisfied with the print redirection
into PDF, especially if the graphics placed into EXP contain
fonts with math symbols and Greek letters. I rather use an
Apple Color LaserWrite printer driver set to print to a
PostScript file, then I use the Acrobat Distiller to convert
the PS into PDF, always with perfect results.

Otherwise, you might want to try the PDF-reDirect program,
<http://www.exp-systems.com/>, it's free and creates relatively
good PDFs most of the time, but still has occasional problems
with handling certain fonts (I guess the problem is with the
non-standard font files).
