Using Control Panel, install a PS printer (I installed the Apple LaserWriter II NT, for which a driver is provided). You don't need a printer, only a driver....

Dale, Your version of PCTeX is almost certainly too old. You need to read the EXP User's Guide (LaTeX chapter) which tells you which version of LaTeX you need....
