My voice recognition is okay. Not great and not terrible but if anything
slightly worse than average.
If I think I've identified a person then I can tell if the voice doesn't fit,
but I can't usually identify a person from voice alone. It does help me to
narrow things down though.
On the other hand, speech patterns are very helpful. Some people have particular
phrases that they use a lot or unusual ways of phrasing things.
Oh, and my prosopagnosia is congenital
