Whatever. I created both groups (fat32dev and user) because at the time it was
extremely difficult to get Adrian to set up that, or something to that effect. I
also gave David Graser 'superpowers' in case I get hit by a truck or wasn't
available (which happens form time to time) to take care of things.
I'm not sure of how much efficiency we'll gain by moving the mailing lists and
leaving external archive lists behind, anyway.
