Hi all!

This is the first real development release in a long time. I dumped and
deprecated the 2.9.x branch, and instead started a new 2.11.x branch (which
will become Freecell Solver 2.12.0).

New features this time:

1. Converted the build system to use http://www.cmake.org/ . This reduced the
size of the archive from over 500,000 bytes to slightly above 200,000 bytes,
and also now allow for a more robust and less harder to break build and
configuration process.

2. Added a test suite with some tests. It's not enough to thoroughly test FCS,
but getting there:

3. Added the --version flag to display the version of the library and other
components. There's an API call to return the string of the version too.

Next on my agenda is adding more tests, and fine-tuning the CMake build
process.
