By way of introduction, I am leaving Las Vegas, NV on Monday Feb 12 in search of employment in Horticulture in either ... Northern Arizona, or, New Mexico.
I have a bachelors in Botany from the University of Washington and was born and raised in Seattle. I've lived in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Las Vegas twice.
I am in my early 30's and would love to work on an organic farm. I was hoping to do this in New Mexico last year, but it didn't work. New Mexico has *A LOT* of issues, and essentially the mindset of a Southern state like Texas, and they don't welcome or hire newcomers. I moved to Las Vegas, NV last fall for a job in my other field of work.
If anyone would have any employment leads within Northern Arizona I would appreciate them. I'll look around for a few days, the weather should be great with highs in the 50's.
Anyway, I look forward to visiting your area again, which is one of the most beautiful areas of the SW. Sedona and Flagstaff are great places.
Thanks
Tom Lane

Hey Folks,
I came across a neat set of videos about what a group
in Australia is doing about climate change. Check out
