After Vista install, nothing but blank window on load

Hi,

I just installed WebOrb on Vista running IIS7. I followed the
instructions on how to install on Vista. I also ran aspnet_iisreg -i on
the box. When I go to http://localhost/weborb30 I get nothing but a
blank screen. I get nothing but
