There is a caching issue on the LiveDocs server. The issue should be addressed soon.

Same issue here with IE7, it worked for me on Firefox . ... found & redirected to the wrong page often. I finally just downloaded the offline content ... ...

There is also a documentation that comes alongside the Flex builder, you can access that using Ctrl+F2...
