Pokorny's Indo-European Etymological Dictionary
Complete copy of Pokorny's Wörterbuch online, although he is often accused by IE comarative linguists of being too lax, both phonetically and semantically, this work remains the standard for reconstructed Proto-Indo-European. I recommend DL-ing the file, by copying the link into the address field.
