I have access to the forth200x web site. If you can provide URLs to the
appropriate documents, I can either arrange for a link from the f2kx
site, or better yet place a copy of the document on the site.
The last documents I have on locals are dated 25-Jul-2007.

Might it be worth proposing a workshop topic either as part of the
standards proceedings, or as part of the conference itself. We did a
bit of work on this last year, but I'm not sure how far people got with it.
