I have proposing L10n Panel BoF for the main conference.

Basic abstract is

This would be a discussion amount Project teams on Indic Localization
issues. Any FOSS project which has an Indic localization component or
activities or would like to see some activity started could
participate. Projects could be represented by Project day
proposers,speakers, active contributors or interested volunteers.
Represented projects would give a brief about Indic l10n activities
happening in their projects, status, development or resource issues
they are facing etc.

Aims are to achieve
1) Better knowledge of who is doing what (avoid duplication)
2) Sort out common issues that are pending.
3) Work out a basic coordination mechanism, to keep everyone in loop
about all activities happening, new developments,
milestones/deadlines.
4) Evolve a rough plan for where Indic Localization is to be seen an
year downline (Projects could indicate the status they would like to
achieve). A basic TODO could come up which interested people could
take responsibility of achieving them.
5) ..Add more based on pre-event discussions & feedback.


Who could/should/must attend: Indic contributors, PD
proposers/speakers, Indic users, volunteers.
