... Indeed! I have no interest in the NIOS II core or even in the GNU toolchain. I am doing everything I can to avoid any add-on IP. But it's nice to know
They sent me an email when it initially came out. I saw that the tools were very limited and realized there was not much point. It has been more than once
And the reason I can't see the code is that it isn't provided in the standard source code package. It is available only on the factory programmed devices.
But, there is a little jumper that, when properly set at startup, allows the board to get a new IP address by noting a specific URL coming over the wire even
