Hi Jim,

If you will look real close there are more than you listed that are out of
balance to the right side. Number the boxes 1 - 16 starting at the top and
go around CW. 8 and 16, 6 and 14 are also out of balance to the right. #7 &
#15 are the only two that are actually balanced. The only ones that are
heavier to the left is # 1 & # 9 and all the others are at least slightly
out of balance to the right.
