During many years I investigated the physical and energy characteristics of
ball lightning.In California(Sylicon Valley) we created a robotic
divice($60,000) for manipulating (from distance) an artificially created
ball lightning in MHz high frequency field. I described these experiments
in my two books - many photos including. After many years working on ball
lightning and related experiments, I have indisputable proofs that ball
lightning represents a "Giant Macro Atom" composed of a two-dimensional
quantum nucleonic nucleus and a three-dimensional electronic shelf(cloud).
During experimental observations on ball lightning, the macro-nucleus and
the electron shelf are quite visible and differentiated from each other. In
my experiments conducted with quartz container and ordinary air, the ball
lightning nucleus appeared as a sharp shining spherical boundary between the
orange-colored electronic shelf and the volume of gas enclosed by this
quantum boundary.
Quantum means simple, without internal structure or constituents. A quantum
material object cannot be three-dimensional. Why? A material
three-dimensional object such a sphere(x,y,z spatial dimensions) cannot be a
quantum object because its volume can be separated into differentiated
points and areas. A QUANTUM MATERIAL OBJECT CAN BE ONLY TWO-DIMENSIONAL
CLOSED FORMATION. In my experiments with this quantum object I observed that
no material object can penetrate inside the ball lightning nucleus.
Electrical current also cannot penetrate inside this nucleus. This amazing
phenomenon is a function of the fact that, in fact, there is no "interior"
to the ball lightning nucleus(no third dimension "z"). The only effect is
some deformations of the shape of the ball lightning. In some my experiments
on ball lightning conducted in MHz field(input power 6 kw) and diameter of
ball lightning about one inch, vacuum in the chamber with ball lightning,
the ball lightning was so elastic and hard on touch - like golf ball. It was
impossible to be deformated with two robotic hands. And so on.
The quantum macro-object(ball lightning) possesses unusual electrical
features and energy possibilities. Where does this enormous energy come
from? The correct answer is: from nowhere. According to Pauli,s quantum
principle, the electrons in the electron shelf surrounding the ball
lightning nucleus occupy some energy quantum levels. In the giant
macro-atom(ball lightning) the higher energy levels possess enormous energy.
Such a enormous energy is not available in the close environment at the
moment of the birth of ball lightning. This quantum energy is a "QUANTUM
GIFT OF NATURE". The critical question was: HOW SHOULD WE USE QUANTUM
ENERGY? After about 14 years of hard work on ball lightning I have found a
way to extract, harness, and channel this colossal quantum free energy. And
many more!!! Ball lightning is not a "neon lamp" as some free-energy members
try to convince the free-energy public. No one can intimidate me, I'm proud
with my discovery and I'm ready for huge business. My first goal now is to
choose the right investor-partner.

I have visited your web site and begun reading. I have some comments with
regard to the quantum photonic bomb.
If I have the correct understanding of your Quantum Macro Object, it does
not spill energy out like a leaking pipe would. The two dimensional
structure of the Quantum Macro Object is made from Primary Angular Momentum.
The Aether (space) surface over which it glides is maintaining the spin. If
you try to stop the spin, the Aether will continue to exert force to
overcome the load you are placing on it.
I have already given you one estimate of how to tap the spin of the Quantum
Macro Object to place an electrical load across it. In addition to tapping
the conductance of the QMO, it may also be possible to tap a rotating
magnetic field component as well. Have you operated the Angelina devices
with a compass nearby? If I have this figured right, under ideal conditions
you will be able to place a compass near the QMO and it will spin in one
direction, but move the compass a little further out and it will spin in the
opposite direction.
You have already said that the QMO has superconducting properties. It is
because of the superconducting properties that the object exists at all.
Basically what you have is a spinning object that gets its spin from the
Aether. As you pointed out, the QMO does not violate the laws of
thermodynamics because it doesn't use them. The QMO is directly coupled to
what I call the GForce. The GForce will never stop spinning. It is
eternal. The GForce has a value of 1.211 x 10^44 newton. And this GForce
is fully behind each and every electron and proton throughout the Universe.
There is nothing in the Universe that can stop it.
As an analogy of how this works we could think of the QMO as an electric
motor for driving machinery. It is as though you had a 5000 watt motor
driving a .25 watt machine. Even if your machine needed .50 watt to
operate, the 5000 watt motor will drive it without any noticeable loading.
The QMO has a power far greater than 5000 watt. It may very well be
possible to drive the electrical needs of the entire city of Salt Lake City
with the prototypes you already have.
As for creating a bomb or any strong pulse, you will need a place to store
energy up before it can be released suddenly as an explosion. Of course,
this can be done, but it is not a direction I would expand on.
