alice server was down while prgmr.com the ISP was doing some
renovations, I think. the server is still not up yet. I have recent
backups of data from alice (and argo) - if you need that backup please
contact me here swatkins@...

If we restart the server, we will strictly comply with prgmr.com AUP
specifically no illegal downloads and no cracking.
