Yes properties are without utility hookups. I also drilled my own well and
harvest rain and grey water. I use a solar composting toilet of my own design.

Yeah one way to get the wire up over the tree, is to fly it up there with a bow an arrow, but duck tape the point of the arrow or something just to be safe. ...
