There have been a variety of improvements to Frink since my last
announcement on this list. Here are some of them:
* Frink's graphics package now has a new GeneralPath object which
allows curves and filled objects to be drawn with a combination of
straight lines, and quadratic and cubic Bezier curves. This also allows
you to draw filled objects with a "hole" in them, like the letter "P".
* Added a graphics.printTiled[] method to allow graphics to be
printed "tiled" across several pieces of paper to make *huge* printouts.
* Added functions for more rigorous handling of leap seconds.
There are many more improvements. As always, more detailed
descriptions are found in the "what's new" file at
http://futureboy.us/frinkdocs/whatsnew.html
Please note that releases are announced more frequently on the
Freshmeat list. Please subscribe there if you want more frequent
notices of updates. From
