Hi!
Yesterday I bought a FS2 with a G41.
If I synch on the rising Deneb (for istance) and then ask a goto on the oteher
side, let's say Arturo (aBootis) the mount tries to reach the star without
douing any meridian flip and tries to smash the scope on the base.
I tried to sinchronize on Deneb with both the E and W options but the mount
always slews the wrong way.

If Deneb is rising (East) which is the correct option for sinchronizing (E or
W)?
Do I have to consider where the tube "is" or where is it "aiming"?

Am I missing something obvious?

Thank you!
Riccardo
