Hello,
I think the flicker you see is caused by the refresh of the clock.
From v3.9.0 every 10sec gPhotoShow checks the time and if minute or
hour are different form the ones displayed it refreshes the full
screen. This causes a quick flicker of all writings. I know it is not
nice but it was the quickest way to do it.... on next version I will
try to refresh just the clock not all the screen.
