Hello,
the option to rebuild files list at the end of the slideshow should
affect the files list only when all 35000 have been displayed. In any
case at startup gPhotoShow scans all folders to see whether there are
new files. I guess you set the option to "Save files list between runs"
because this is the only option that make gPhotoShow to cache the files
list on disk.
You can find the cached files list under (Windows Vista) c:\users\your
user name\AppData\Roaming\gPhotoShow
The files named FilesSS-xxx.lst are from the screen saver, FilesSS-F.lst
is the full list while FilesSS-M0.lst is the list of files that have not
been displayed (for monitor #0). On next run gPhotoShow Pro will start
displaying files from FilesSS-M0.lst
You can take a look at those lists and see what happens (they are simple
text files you can open with notepad)
The log file could also help to find what is going wrong but since the
behavior depends on the files list it could not contain all needed info.
Anyway you can send the log file directly to my email address

Gianpaolo Bottin

the first folder again. How can I get it to rebuild the file list after it has
been through all photo's thus picking up the new photo's. I have enabled
logging. Were can I find the log and the file list?
