As of today, the assets and obligations of GameSpawn, Inc., a California
corporation, have been transferred to CroftSoft Inc, a Texas corporation.

CroftSoft Inc, a contract Java and web development services business,
will preserve the legacy of GameSpawn, Inc. by incorporating the
GameSpawn intellectual property into its own Open Source Java code
library, available online to the public at
<http://croftsoft.com/library/code/>.
