From what I remember, someone was also experiencing
the same problems.

What I think is happening is this (from my experience
with the same problem):
If a chatroom member has a photo in their profile and
you click on Get Buddy Info but close the window
before the picture is downloaded, the window will
reopen to display the picture.

As for why it might be doing this multiple times... Is
it possible that you have clicked on the Get Buddy
Info a couple/few times in a rom and closed the right
away before the profile picture was downloaded?
