I have been reading up on the changes gay.com has been doing, they
don't tell me a thing.. I would have to pry it out of them at best.
Can anyone tell me if the changes have stabilized over the past 2
weeks or are they still making encoding / protocol changes?

I notice they had issues with international language, I expected as
much, IRCD doesn't like Unicode/UTF8 bytes as they are not 7bit. So I
see they used encoding like Base64 ?
