Ah. Hmm, it looks like mutt now reads/updates the .mh_sequences file, which
gbuffy doesn't read. gbuffy currently reads every message to check the
Status: header (which can be decidedly slow). Mutt doesn't always
rewrite the messages in MH folders, so they don't get their Status:
header updated.
To fix this, we'd have to also parse the .mh_sequences file.
