That is a weird error...
The config file is in one of two places:
~/.gbuffyrc
or
~/GNUstep/Defaults/GBuffy
You can just remove the first section.
There are currently no hotkeys.
There is currently no documentation.
GBuffy has kind of been on hold, as I've not had any time to devote to
it. I'd be happy to turn it over to an active maintainer.
