You can try downloading the original .avi file. Just go to the same
page, scroll down and in the "download" section (under "statistics") you
should see the link. However, in theory you should have more luck by
playing it right on the web page, since that's a "flash" video, and any
browser with flash installed should work - while for the .avi you'll
need the right codecs (H.264 in thiss case), etc.
FYI - because the video is so short, you need to wait until the whole
video has been downloaded to your browser, only then it'll start playing.
