"Waynesboro police still don't know who left a suspicious device that
resulted in an evacuation Friday in Waynesboro.
The device, which resembled an explosive, turned out to be something
used in "geocaching." ... King described the object as looking like a
plastic Coke bottle that looked like a Christmas ball. A half-inch PVC
pipe was inside the bottle. Both ends were capped."
