You aren't doing anything wrong. A component that BookTrakker
requires was not installed when you did your installation.

Please close GrabIt. Then do Help > User Information, fill in the
email field, click OK.

Click the Online button at the top.

Do File > Upload Error Log.

Reply to this email when done.
