We are 59-year-old first-timers to the GC, but have considerable backpacking and
hiking
experience in the NE, Canada, and Europe (30 years). We have no desert
experience, but
we're invited on a 5 night (6-day) trip with two friends who do have experience.
Proposed
trip is New Hance (Red Canyon) trail-Tonto-Grandview-out. Does this seem like a
reasonable trip?
