     A man has offered a Gravity related Propulsion system on Ebay for 10 Billion Dollars.

I have no idea whether he has a prototype or not.

I'd like to add that I offered a working system to a certain Govt Agency back in the late 1980's, and I did have a working prototype at the time, but they didn't seem too interested. They didn't even want to see the prototype, but perhaps times have changed. I know my price has gone up! Certainly not some minor amount like 10 billion. lol, enjoy the story.
