Hello Guggiusers,
As long as the oipXX.dll where XX = 8 or 9 or 10
depending on the database version is installed and
oipXX.tlb is present either in the folder where Guggi
is installed or in the ORACLE_HOME/bin folder,
execution of DML SQL in background thread should work
fine.
In version 1.5.3, execution in background thread has
been made optional.
You can download ORADAC.exe from Oracle's download
site and install OO4O in case you don't have the
client CD.
