Hello,

This error message could be because of two reasons:

1. ODBC driver for Oracle is not installed on your machine
2. a DSN (using ODBC and TNS name) has not been created

If you want to use ODBC driver, then you would need to create a DSN
pointing to the TNS name.

I would suggest using Oracle OleDb driver. This can be installed from
the client CD, or you can download ODAC.exe from technet.oracle.com and
install all the drivers that come with ODAC.exe.
