Anyway, I'm not sure if you are a member of the base MV group on Yahoo, but there is a method to getting IPKG running on the MV. Unfortunately, the method has yet to be released. The method takes from the OpenWRT repository, so if there is a Ice / shoutcast server on there, than you can use that.
I really don't know when the method will be released. It was developed a bit ago, but there is no longer much activity with it. I have been trying to get it released though.
