Er oops, didn't catch that it was an MV2. Yeah, the MV2 uses SSH. Start PuTTY nd give it the root username, and the admin password that you set in the web UI.

So it would seem that the ssh should be enabled by default and you dont need to do anything.. There is no telnet support out of the box..
