Welcome Phil, the group's not too active right now but sometimes
things get cooking. Halfframe is a great format, if the bug bites you
try to obtain one of the japanese halfframes. Olympus made the most
styles, from the simple EE's to quite well featured models like the D
and S series and of course the interchangeable lens SLR Pen F series.
Precessing to prints can sometimes be problematic depending on where
you live. Around here I have Kits(Ritz camera) process and print 2
side by side on 4X6 paper, the prints are small but I can tell if I
want anything enlarged. For B&W I have a darkroom and just do my own.
Any questions be sure to post them, the group here has all kinds of
information.
regards, John Robison
