I just uploaded a slightly modified version of Harping with the
FourKey tuning built in, you can download it as usual from:
http://www.harpingmidi.com/download.html

In any case here is an example of a tuning file if you want to
experiment with other ones:

just have a plain text file with the text above and that's it,
