On the right, a picture of the explosion occured on Feb 28, 2012 at Kaer Chemical Plant in Zhaoxian County, north China's Hebei Province. Twenty-five people were confirmed dead and forty-six injured people were hospitalized. The blast flattened all factory's workshops and broke window panes within a radius of 2,000 meters.
