Most Treo 650 users are aware of the problem with posting pictures.
The Normsoft site gives a solution: Pictures should be on the SD Card
and the SD Card should be named. Still, I got the error:

"FTP error:imagefile not found"
"FTP proc: upload_commit::locator retrieving"

It took me a couple of months to figure out what caused this problem.
But now I found the solution.

Pictures shouls also be in the root directory of the SD card. So, if
you store the pictures automatically in a category, i.e. 'Personal',
or 'Holiday' and subsequently try to post them, you will get this
error. I now make sure the image is 'unfiled' and posting will work.
