Actually we don't require a reg code to ask a support question. It is not a
required field.

30,000 characters.

No, but a workaround is possible. To post a picture from the Treo 650, you
will need to save the picture to an SD card and then select it from there.
Be sure that the SD card has a name by using the Card Info tool.
